本实施例中,所述进线接头可以使用防水格兰头,为了便于使用,申请人还设计了一种进线接头,参见图4,所述接线头包括底座12、胶圈13和顶盖14,所述底座的底端向外侧延伸形成阻挡部,所述底座的外表面设置有外螺纹15,所述底座的内侧面对称设置有弧形槽16,所述弧形槽的端部位置设置有折边17;所述底座以底座的其中一个直径所在的竖直面为基准面分为两部分,所述基准面将所述弧形槽均均分为两部分,所述弧形槽内设置有与所述弧形槽大小和形状相匹配的弹性支撑条18,所述弹性支撑条的中间位置设置有中心槽或中心孔,所述中心槽或中心孔内设置有定型条19,所述定型条的顶部延伸出所述中心槽或中心孔外且定型条的顶部设置有第一固定孔20;所述顶盖的内侧面设置有与所述外螺纹配合的内螺纹,所述顶盖的顶面设置有用于所述定型条穿出的环形孔21,所述环形孔的外侧设置有与所述定型条配合的定位板22,一般 的定位板可以设置多对,所述定位板上设置有与所述第一固定孔配合的第二固定孔23;所述中心槽或中心孔的内表面以及所述定型条的外表面为光滑的使得所述定型条能够插入所述中心槽或中心孔内并且能抽出,在插入的状态下,两部分所述底座之间有间隙。该结构在使用时,将定型条插入弹性支撑条内,顶部穿过环形孔露出顶盖外,底座穿过灯壳上用于固定接线头的孔后套上胶圈,然后将弹性支撑条插入弧形槽内,转动顶盖使其与底座通过螺纹连接,将定位板和定型条的顶部通过第一固定孔和第二固定孔固定,固定时可使用销钉固定即可,便于拆除;当需要拉出线轴上的电线时,拆掉销钉将定型条抽出,使得弹性支撑条向内收缩,两部分底座之间的间隙缩小使其合拢,从而可方便的将顶盖取下;此外,相互配合的螺纹在锈住时,由于弹性支撑条的隔离,使得锈住部分不能在周向形成整体,并且定型条抽出,使得弹性支撑条向内收缩使得两部分底座之间失去相互支撑力,因此更容易通过用力使得顶盖和底座分离,防止相互配合的螺纹锈死而不能将顶盖和底座分离,本实施例中弹性支撑条可以使用橡胶或硅胶制作。
为了使得弹性支撑条更容易卡在弧形凹槽内,所述折边与所述弧形槽形成的夹角可设置为小于90°,此处所述的折边与所述弧形槽形成的夹角为这边与弧形槽的弦的夹角。
为了便于安装顶盖,可以将顶盖的底部向外侧延伸形成倾斜面,所述内螺纹设置于所述倾斜面的上方,这样顶盖底部的直径大于底座的直径,从而可以更容易盖在底座上后拧动。
需要强调的是,本发明的独立式应急灯防护等级为IP56,为了实现该防护等级,对于灯具IP56的防护等级的设计原则应是尽量对灯具少开或者不开通孔,该灯具由于需要进线、配光和电池的快速更换,因此不得不开的孔如下:
a.灯罩与壳体的连接:
该部分为重点防护部分,我们采用密封圈加螺纹(壳体内螺纹灯罩外螺纹)的方式进行密封处理,密封圈采用类似汽车天窗的密封方式。
b.电气接口:
电气接口我司对称开两个一摸一样的长方形孔,各采用两个防护等级为IP56填料函和接线柱一体化设计方式,与壳体的连接通过4颗M4的螺丝和密封圈加以实现防护等级。
c.电池快速更换接口:
电池快速更换接口同b采取一样的密封方式,4颗M4的螺丝固定,采用的密封圈略有不同。
d.安装固定板接口:
由于灯具重量不超过2Kg,因此固定安装板和壳体的连接,采用壳体上打M5螺纹盲孔4个,采用M5的六角螺丝固定灯具的安装转接板。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种独立式应急灯,包括灯壳(1)和连接板(2),所述灯壳和所述连接板连接,其特征在于,
    所述灯壳和所述连接板可拆卸连接;
    所述灯壳上设置有进线接头(3),所述灯壳内设置有固定板(4),所述固定板将所述灯壳的内部空间分割成相互连通的第一容纳空间(5)和第二容纳空间(6),所述固定板的一侧安装有光源,所述光源位于所述第一容纳空间内,所述第一空间位于所述灯壳远离连接板的一侧;
    所述固定板的另一侧安装有线轴(8),所述线轴通过扭簧(9)固定于所述第二空间内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种独立式应急灯,其特征在于,所述灯壳靠近所述连接板的一面在中部位置向外凸出形成凸出部(10),所述凸出部与所述连接板齐平,所述凸出部的内侧在中部位置设置有凹槽(11),所述转轴的一端与所述凸出部转动连接,另一端与所述固定板转动连接;
    所述转轴和所述凸出部之间设置有第一扭簧,所述第一扭簧位于所述凹槽内,所述转轴和所述固定板之间设置有第二扭簧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种独立式应急灯,其特征在于,所述凹槽的深度位于所述凸出部厚度的1/6-1/4之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种独立式应急灯,其特征在于,所述进线接头为防水格兰头。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种独立式应急灯,其特征在于,所述接线头包括底座(12)、胶圈(13)和顶盖(14),所述底座的底端向外侧延伸形成阻挡部,所述底座的外表面设置有外螺纹(15),所述底座的内侧面对称设置有弧形槽(16),所述弧形槽的端部位置设置有折边(17);
    所述底座以底座的其中一个直径所在的竖直面为基准面分为两部分,所述基准面将所述弧形槽均均分为两部分,所述弧形槽内设置有与所述弧形槽大小和形状相匹配的弹性支撑条(18),所述弹性支撑条的中间位置设置有中心槽或 中心孔,所述中心槽或中心孔内设置有定型条(19),所述定型条的顶部延伸出所述中心槽或中心孔外,且设置有第一固定孔(20);
    所述顶盖的内侧面设置有与所述外螺纹配合的内螺纹,所述顶盖的顶面设置有用于所述定型条穿出的环形孔(21),所述环形孔的外侧设置有与所述定型条配合的定位板(22),所述定位板上设置有与所述第一固定孔配合的第二固定孔(23);
    所述中心槽或中心孔的内表面以及所述定型条的外表面为光滑的使得所述定型条能够插入所述中心槽或中心孔内并且能抽出,在插入的状态下,两部分所述底座之间有间隙。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种独立式应急灯,其特征在于,所述折边与所述弧形槽形成的夹角小于90°。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种独立式应急灯,其特征在于,所述顶盖的底部向外侧延伸形成倾斜面,所述内螺纹设置于所述倾斜面的上方。
