同时参考图2和图3,在本实施例中,所述锁定组件42经过第二连接元件417固定在所述固定件41上。进一步地,锁定组件42固定在固定件41的本体410的底壁的内侧且穿过本体410的侧周壁上的第二通孔412。所述锁定组件42包括固定在所述固定件41上的定位件420、可移动地定位在固定件41和定位件420之间的移动件421,以及设置在定位件420与移动件421之间的用于移动件421归位的至少一个复位件422。
在本实施例中,所述定位件420形成定位槽201。优选地,所述定位槽201被设置为方形槽。所述定位槽201朝向本体410开口,且定位槽201朝向第二通孔412的一侧被设置为侧开口。也就是说,定位槽201的具有三个侧壁,其中侧开口位于两个平行的侧壁之间。定位槽201的两平行侧壁中的每一侧壁的外侧设有向外的凸起202。每一凸起202设有平行于相应侧壁的第二安装孔203。两个第二连接元件417分别穿过固定件41的本体410定位在相应的第二安装孔203中,以将定位件420固定在固定件41上,其中定位槽201的开口由固定件41的本体410遮盖。由此,定位件420和固定件41形成用于移动件421的接收空间,其中,移动件421可在该接收空间中相对于定位件420移动。
在本实施例中,所述移动件421被设置为板状。该移动件421设有朝向定位件420开口的连接凹口210。所述连接凹口210自移动件421的一侧凹陷而成。在平行于移动件421的移动方向上,该连接凹口210自内向外依次包括第一部211、第二部212和第三部213,其中所述第一部211和第三部213经由第二部212连通。在本实施例中,所述第一部211被设置为圆形,第二部212被设置为圆形的一部分,以及第三部213被设置为圆形的一部分。第二部212在垂直于移动件421的移动方向上的内径小于第一部211在该方向上的内径。一连接件5被限制在连接凹口210的第二部212处。所述连接件5沿其轴向方向依次包括用于连接摄像器材(例如摄像机、照相机等)的螺纹部51、第一非圆部52、圆柱部53和第二非圆部54。优选地,第一非圆部52和第二非圆部54设置为相同的结构。在本实施例中,第一非圆部52和第二非圆部54均被设置为六边形。所述固定件41的上述第一通孔411对应第一非圆部52设置,也就是说,第一通孔411也呈非圆形,且第一非圆部53接收在第一通孔411内,这阻止了连接件5相对于固定件41的转动。
在本实施例中,圆柱部53的外径小于第一非圆部52的外径且小于第二非圆部54的外径。也就是说,移动件421在垂直于其移动的方向上介于第一非圆部52和第二非圆部54之间。在本实施例中,连接凹口210的第二部212的内径不小于圆柱部53的外径,且小于第一非圆部52的外径以及第二非圆部54的外径。连接凹口210的第一部211的内径大于第二非圆部54的外径。当连接件5锁定在吸盘1上时,所述圆柱部53接合在移动件421的连接凹口210的第二部212处。当连接件5从吸盘1释放时,移动所述移动件421使得所述第二非圆部54对应所述第一部211,使得连接件5可从第一部211处脱离移动件421。
在本实施例中,所述移动件421可被限制地相对于定位件420移动。定位件420的定位槽201的两平行侧壁中的每一侧壁在邻近侧开口的内侧设有向内延伸的凸台206。两凸台206之间的距离小于定位槽201的两平行侧壁之间的距离。两凸台206止挡移动件421,由此限定移动件421相对于定位件420的进一步移动。移动件421在邻近第三部213的两侧端部分别设有沿垂直于移动件421的移动方向延伸的连接部214。在移动件421的移动过程中,两连接部214分别被止挡于相应的凸台206处,以阻止移动件421脱离定位件420。
当移动件421的连接部214抵接在凸台206处时,此时的移动件421能够实现对连接件5的锁定。当移动件421被压向定位件420的定位槽201的与其侧开口相对的侧壁时,在移动件421的连接凹口210的第二部212正对连接件5的情况下,可实现对连接件5的释放。为了实现移动件421在其锁定位置处的定位以及自其释放位置的复位,在所述定位槽201中布置有所述至少一个复位件422。在本实施例中,所述至少一个复位件422包括两个复位件。每一复位件422包括固定在定位槽201中的固定柱221,以及套设在所述固定柱221上的弹性件222。所述固定柱221的两轴向端分别固定在定位槽201的凸台206和与侧开口相对的侧壁处。在本实施例中,定位槽201的与其侧开口相对的侧壁上设有通孔,固定柱221自该通孔穿设在定位槽201中,其包括固定部223以定位在该通孔中。所述移动件421能够沿该固定柱221移动。在本实施例中,移动件421的连接部214设有沿移动方向的定位孔52。所述移动件421经过该定位孔52穿设在固定柱221上。
优选地,所述弹性件222为弹簧。所述弹性件222的两端分别抵顶所述定位件420和所述移动件421。当对所述移动件421施压时,所述弹性件222被压缩;当解除对移动件421的施压时,移动件421在弹性件222的作用下回归到其锁定位置。
此外,在本实施例中,为了进一步防止连接件5相对于吸盘1的转动,固定件41的定位槽201的底部对应第一安装孔415的位置处设有一非圆孔205,用于接收连接件5的第二非圆部54。优选地,所述非圆孔205的形状与第二非圆部54的形状一致。
本发明提供的用于摄像器材的吸盘式固定座及其转换组件,结构简单、紧凑、便于携带,安装与拆卸简捷快速,能够自动锁定,具有可靠的锁紧效果,提高了连接的安全性。
综上所述仅为本发明较佳的实施例,并非用来限定本发明的实施范围,即凡依本发明的内容所作的等效变化及修饰,皆应属于本发明的技术范畴。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于吸盘式固定座的转换组件,包括固定件和固定在所述固定件上的锁定组件,其特征在于,所述锁定组件包括固定在所述固定件上的定位件、可移动地定位在所述固定件和定位件之间的移动件以及设置在所述定位件与移动件之间的至少一个复位件,与摄像器材连接的连接件能够穿过所述固定件,并在所述固定件、所述移动件和所述至少一个复位件的配合下被锁定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的转换组件,其特征在于,所述固定件包括本体,以及设置在所述本体上的第一通孔和第二通孔,所述连接件自所述第一通孔安装至所述吸盘式固定座上,所述移动件自所述第二通孔穿出。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的转换组件,其特征在于,所述定位件形成定位槽,所述定位槽朝向所述本体开口,且所述定位槽朝向第二通孔的一侧被设置为侧开口,所述移动件经由所述侧开口可移动地插设在所述定位槽中。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的转换组件,其特征在于,所述定位槽的两平行侧壁中的每一侧壁在邻近侧开口的内侧设有向内延伸的凸台,所述移动件的两侧端部分别对应地设有沿垂直于所述移动件的移动方向延伸的连接部。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的转换组件,其特征在于,所述移动件设有朝向所述定位件的连接凹口。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的转换组件,其特征在于,在平行于所述移动件的移动方向上,所述连接凹口自内向外依次包括第一部、第二部和第三部,所述第二部在垂直于所述移动方向上的内径小于所述第一部在所述移动方向上的内径。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的转换组件,其特征在于,所述连接件沿其轴向方向依次包括用于连接摄像器材的螺纹部、第一非圆部、圆柱部和第二非圆部,所述第一非圆部能够接收在所述第一通孔中,所述圆柱部的外径小于所述第一非圆部的外径且小于所述第二非圆部的外径。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的转换组件,其特征在于,所述移动件在其锁定位置处时,在垂直于其移动的方向上介于所述第一非圆部和第二非圆部之间。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的转换组件,其特征在于,所述至少一个复位件中的每一复位件包括固定在所述定位件中的固定柱、以及套设在所述固定柱上的弹性件,所述弹性件的两端分别抵顶所述定位件和所述移动件。
  10. 一种用于摄像器材的吸盘式固定座,包括吸盘、罩设在所述吸盘上的底座、穿过所述底座而与所述吸盘连接的提升件,以及连接在所述底座上的转换组件,其特征在于,所述转换组件为根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的转换组件。
