室外耐高温电气控制柜 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电气控制柜,尤其涉及一种室外耐高温电气控制柜,属于电气控制柜技术领域。
背景技术
控制柜是按电气接线要求将开关设备、测量仪表、保护电器和辅助设备组装在封闭或半封闭金属柜中或屏幅上,其布置应满足电力系统正常运行的要求,便于检修,不危及人身及周围设备安全等要求。正常运行时可借助手动或自动开关接通或分断电路;故障或不正常运行时借助保护电器切断电路或报警。借测量仪表可显示运行中的各种参数,还可对某些电气参数进行调整,对偏离正常工作状态进行提示或发出信号。
夏季在室外的电气控制柜外部受到长时间的光照,其表面温度会向控制柜内部传递,而电气控制柜内部有控制开关及其部件、输电线缆等,在工作时也会产生大量的热,如果热量不及时排出,会严重影响电气控制柜的正常工作,造成如短路停机等状况。

本实用新型的目的在于提供一种室外耐高温电气控制柜,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

所述柜体的前侧通过合页铰接有柜门,且柜体的侧壁上分别设有若干个均匀分布的散热孔;
所述柜体的顶端中间位置处设有抽风机,该抽风机固定连接于所述柜体上并延伸至所述柜体的内部;
所述柜体的顶端边缘处设有固定连接于柜体上的支架,且该支架的顶端设有反光装置;
所述柜体的内部螺接固设有若干个均匀分布的排线板,所述排线板的底端设有控制板,所述控制板与所述柜体螺接固定。

与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、夏季室外温度较高,在室外的电气控制柜经过强烈的光照后产生热量,在电气控制柜顶部设置反光弧形板后,可以将阳光反射到四周,不聚集热量,并且反光弧形板与电气控制柜之间有一定的距离,能有效防晒隔热;
2、在室外的电气控制柜的柜内容易堆积灰尘,灰尘容易让电气控制柜内的电器元件之间电阻增大负荷,影响使用。在电气控制柜的顶部设有抽风机,底部设有第一通风孔和第二通风孔,第二通风孔内设置了防尘网,有效减少灰尘进入柜体,通风孔和抽风机能使电气控制柜内的空气流通,让灰尘不附着在电线或堆积在某个角落内,同时也能达到散热的效果;
3、反光弧形板的底端设有的橡胶圈能与反光板槽卡合固定,并且反光弧形板的顶部设有把手,方便反光弧形板的更换。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1~6,下述具体实施例详细记载了一种室外耐高温电气控制柜。
该室外耐高温电气控制柜包括柜体1,该柜体1可设置为内部中空的柜状结构。优选的,柜体1由SMC复合材料板拼接组成。柜体1的内部螺接固设有若干个均匀分布的排线板112,排线板112的底端设有控制板113,控制板113与柜体1螺接固定,这样设置能将柜体1内的电器元件有序的排列,方便查找维修。
柜体1的底端固设有内部中空的底座11,该底座11的顶端固设有一能够与柜体内部连通的底板16,且底座11的周向外侧开设有第一通风孔111。优选的,底座11的每个周向侧壁上均开设有一第一通风孔111,能让更多的空气进入柜体1。
底座内部经该第一通风孔和底板分别与柜体外部和柜体内部连通。具体的,底板16上开设有若干个间隔均匀分布且呈矩形的第二通风孔161,第一通风孔经底座内部与该第二通风孔连通使柜体内部和柜体外部连通。更优的,第二通风孔161的内部固设有防尘网1611,该防尘网的设置能够有效隔绝空气中的灰尘等进入柜体1,从而影响柜体1内部的线缆工作效率。
柜体1的前侧通过合页铰接有柜门13,柜门13上固设有一透视窗14。柜体1的侧壁上分别设有若干个均匀分布的散热孔12。
柜体1的顶端中间位置处设有抽风机17,抽风机17固定连接于柜体1并延伸至柜体1的内部。
柜体1的顶端边缘处设有固定连接于柜体上的支架18,支架18的顶端设有反光装置2。支架18能将反光装置2支撑起来,使反光装置与柜体之间具有一定的空隙,让气流流通,促进散热。
反光装置2包括反光弧形板21和反光板槽23,反光板槽23的底端与支架18固定连接,反光板槽23的顶端开设有凹槽231,反光弧形板21定位设于凹槽231的顶端处,上述反光弧形板21的设置能反射阳光,同时也反射了光所转换的热能。具体的,反光弧形板21的底端外部固设有橡胶圈22,反光弧形板 21通过橡胶圈22与反光板槽23的凹槽231卡合固定,使反光弧形板在强风天气不会产生位移。此外,反光弧形板21的顶端边缘处设有把手211,能方便拿取更换反光弧形板21,从而方便更换维修反光装置2。
本实用新型的工作原理是:
光是电磁波,电磁波是由震荡的电场和磁场互相激发形成的,电场、磁场对于带电物质有力的作用。光照射到物体,物体内部的原子分子受到电磁波中震荡的电磁场的力的作用,跟着震荡起来,即分子热运动变快,于是物体就变热了。
当阳光照射到电气控制柜的顶部时,电气控制柜顶部的反光弧形板21将阳光进行反射,同时反光弧形板21也会将大部分的热进行反射,同时反光弧形板21本身也会吸收一小部分热量;并且反光弧形板21与柜体1相隔一部分空间,并不会将本身吸收的热量传递给柜体1。
反光板槽23通过支架18与柜体1连接,柜体1底端的底板16与底座11内的第二通风孔161和第一通风孔111能与抽风机17形成空气的流通,抽风机17带出的气流能对反光弧形板21起到降温效果,所以抽风机17既能将柜体1内的灰尘带走又能对柜体1内部进行降温。
同时柜体1两侧开设的散热孔12能排出一部分热量,底板16内第二通风孔161上设有的防尘网1611能有效隔绝外部的灰尘通过气流进入到柜体1内部,同时又能带动空气进入柜体1内部流通。

    所述柜体(1)的顶端中间位置处设有抽风机(17),该抽风机(17)固定连接于所述柜体(1)上并延伸至所述柜体(1)的内部;
    所述柜体(1)的顶端边缘处设有固定连接于柜体上的支架(18),且该支架(18)的顶端设有反光装置(2);
    所述柜体(1)的内部螺接固设有若干个均匀分布的排线板(112),所述排线板(112)的底端设有控制板(113),所述控制板(113)与所述柜体(1)螺接固定。
