背景技术
传统机贴球分橡胶球和胶粘球,常用的是胶粘机贴球,由内胆、中胆、球皮、球嘴等制作而成。内胆即球胆,是球的心脏,在球的最里层,由黑色橡胶制成;中胆位于纱层外面,为表皮的粘着层,且由黑色橡胶制成;球皮分为合成皮(超细强力纤维、PU、PVC等)以及真皮;球嘴用于给球充气。但目前的胶粘球都是用人工将球皮黏合于中胆上,考虑技术工养成不易、人工成本逐年攀升,及贴皮效率无法突破。故考虑运用机器贴皮,以提升生产效率、降低成本。但是,目前现有机贴机贴球加工工艺,制成的机贴球的球梗为后续贴上去或者画上去,后续粘贴上去的球梗与机贴球球皮的边缘粘贴,可能粘贴不够牢固,容易脱落,存在翘皮的隐患,而直接在球皮表面画上的球梗,无法带来良好的手感,方便运动员的抓取。
发明内容
为此,需要提供一种机贴球,解决球梗容易翘皮、脱落的问题。
为实现上述目的,本公开提供了一种机贴球,包括:内胆、保护层、橡胶层和球皮层,所述保护层、橡胶层依次包裹在内胆的外表面,所述球皮层包括多个球片,所述橡胶层的外侧面设有突出的橡胶球梗,所述橡胶球梗将橡胶层的外表面分隔成多个粘合区,所述球片粘贴在粘合区上。
进一步,所述橡胶球梗的横截面为扇形圆环,所述球片的侧面为一倾斜面,所述倾斜面与橡胶球梗的侧面相匹配。横截面为扇形圆环的橡胶球梗,其侧面为倾斜面,当球片的侧面与该倾斜面相互配合时,倾斜的橡胶球梗能够阻止球片的边缘翘起,有效的阻止了翘皮现象的产生。

本实施例中,所述橡胶球梗4的顶面宽度为3mm,所述橡胶球梗4的厚度为2mm,所述橡胶层3的厚度为1mm,所述橡胶球梗4的横截面为扇形圆环,所述球片51的侧面为一倾斜面,所述倾斜面与橡胶球梗4的侧面相匹配。横截面为扇形圆环的橡胶球梗4,其侧面为倾斜面,当球片51的侧面与该倾斜面相互配合时,倾斜的橡胶球梗4能够阻止球片51的边缘翘起,有效的阻止了翘皮现象的产生。

表1中,圆周差按照GB/T 14625.5进行检验,圆度即最大半径差按照GB/T 14625.1进行检验,耐冲击性能即冲击次数按照GB/T 14625.3进行检验,检验结果符合国标要求也符合FIBA国际标准,另外通过对照例1-2对比可知,当削薄部的夹角α超出本发明的范围时,成品样球的性能及外观有较大的降低。
本公开中,橡胶球梗与橡胶层为一体结构,球梗不易脱落,同时橡胶球梗侧面与球皮的连接结构,使得球皮的边缘不易翘起,进而使得球体成品具有良好的耐冲击能力。另外,现有技术中,球体成型后再贴球梗,容易对球体的圆度产生影响,橡胶球梗与橡胶层为一体结构,且球皮边缘的削薄部使得球皮与球梗的边缘具有良好的过渡区域,使得球体的圆度更小。

  3. 如权利要求2所述的机贴球,其特征在于,所述橡胶球梗的顶面宽度为3-6mm,所述橡胶球梗的厚度为2-3mm。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的机贴球,其特征在于,所述橡胶球梗与橡胶层为一体成型结构。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的机贴球,其特征在于,所述橡胶层的厚度为1-3mm。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的机贴球,其特征在于,所述球片的厚度为0.8-2mm。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的机贴球,其特征在于,所述球片的外侧面边缘设有倾斜设置的削薄部,所述削薄部的宽度为4-6mm,所述削薄部与水平面具有夹角α,所述夹角α的范围为5°-20°,削薄部的外侧边与橡胶球梗的侧面相粘接。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的机贴球,其特征在于,所述保护层为缠纱层或织布层,所述缠纱层包括缠绕在内胆外表面的纱线,所述布层包括多个布片,所述布片粘附在内胆的外表面。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的机贴球,其特征在于,所述纱线为棉纱、短纤纱、锦纶纱、涤纶纱、尼龙纱中的一种,所述纱线的粗度为75D-300D或15-40S。
