在图5中:过滤箱3的内部一端安装有第一滤板20,过滤箱3的内部临近第一滤板20的位置处填充有填充料21,过滤箱3的内部临近填充料21的位置处安装有第二滤板22,过滤箱3的前表面上端对应填充料21的位置处安装有换料板24,过滤箱3的前表面下端对应填充料21的位置处安装有清料板25,过滤箱3的前表面一端安装有清污板23,填充料21为石英砂材质,第一滤板20与第二滤板22均为中空纤维超滤膜,絮凝后,导液管5上电磁阀13开启絮凝箱2内部的水液通过导液管5进入过滤箱3的内部,过滤箱3内部的水液通过第一滤板20、填充料21与第二滤板22的过滤后通过排水口6导出,最后,拆除清污板23清洁过滤箱3内部的杂质,拆除清料板25清除过滤箱3内部的填充料21,把新的填充料21通过换料板24导入过滤箱3的内部。
需要说明的是:电磁阀13(型号为DN-65),搅拌电机11与传动电机19均为(型号为CM35D-20),药剂泵12(型号为TL-C04)。
本发明的工作原理是:首先,取出装置,把装置放置到使用位置处,把污水口4的输入端连接外部污水管道,把排水口6的输出端连接外部清水输出管,把絮凝剂放入药剂箱8的内部,然后,开始使用,使用过程中,污水通过污水口4导入杂质滤出箱1的内部,传动电机19通过传动带18带动除渣滚筒17转动,除渣滚筒17把第一隔板14上的大颗粒杂质导到第二隔板15的上表面,通过杂质导出口7导出,杂质滤出箱1内部的水液通过网板16进入絮凝箱2的内部,药剂箱8上表面的药剂泵12运行,把药剂箱8内部的絮凝剂导入絮凝箱2的内部,絮凝剂与絮凝箱2内部的污水反应,搅拌电机11带动搅拌叶10转动,搅拌絮凝箱2内部的污水,加快污水的絮凝,絮凝后,导液管5上电磁阀13开启絮凝箱2内部的水液通过导液管5进入过滤箱3的内部,过滤箱3内部的水液通过第一滤板20、填充料21与第二滤板22的过滤后通过排水口6导出,最后,拆除清污板23清洁过滤箱3内部的杂质,拆除清料板25清除过滤箱3内部的填充料21,把新的填充料21通过换料板24导入过滤箱3的内部。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种枣制品生产用环保型污水处理装置,包括杂质滤出箱(1),其特征在于,所述杂质滤出箱(1)的下表面安装有絮凝箱(2),所述絮凝箱(2)的下表面焊接有支撑杆(9),所述支撑杆(9)的下表面絮凝箱(2)的下方位置处安装有过滤箱(3),所述杂质滤出箱(1)的一侧外表面贯通焊接有污水口(4),所述杂质滤出箱(1)的另一侧外表面安装有杂质导出口(7),所述过滤箱(3)的一侧外表面贯通焊接有排水口(6),所述絮凝箱(2)的一侧外表面贯通安装有导液管(5),所述絮凝箱(2)的一侧外表面安装有药剂箱(8),所述污水口(4)、导液管(5)与排水口(6)上均设置有电磁阀(13),所述絮凝箱(2)的内部下表面安装有搅拌叶(10),所述絮凝箱(2)的下表面对应搅拌叶(10)的位置处安装有搅拌电机(11),所述药剂箱(8)上安装有药剂泵(12)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种枣制品生产用环保型污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述杂质滤出箱(1)的下表面一端焊接有第一隔板(14),所述杂质滤出箱(1)的下表面另一端焊接有第二隔板(15),所述第一隔板(14)的下端焊接有网板(16),所述杂质滤出箱(1)的上表面安装有传动电机(19),所述传动电机(19)的输出轴上安装有传动带(18),所述杂质滤出箱(1)的内部转动安装有除渣滚筒(17)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种枣制品生产用环保型污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述过滤箱(3)的内部一端安装有第一滤板(20),所述过滤箱(3)的内部临近第一滤板(20)的位置处填充有填充料(21),所述过滤箱(3)的内部临近填充料(21)的位置处安装有第二滤板(22),所述过滤箱(3)的前表面上端对应填充料(21)的位置处安装有换料板(24),所述过滤箱(3)的前表面下端对应填充料(21)的位置处安装有清料板(25),所述过滤箱(3)的前表面一端安装有清污板(23)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种枣制品生产用环保型污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述污水口(4)的输出端与杂质滤出箱(1)的输入端贯通连接,所述杂质滤出箱(1)的下表面与絮凝箱(2)的上端贯通连接,所述絮凝箱(2)的输出端贯通连接导液管(5)的输入端,所述导液管(5)的输出端贯通连接过滤箱(3)的输入端,所述过滤箱(3)的输出端贯通连接排水口(6)的输入端。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种枣制品生产用环保型污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌叶(10)与搅拌电机(11)设置有两组,两个所述搅拌叶(10)通过搅拌电机(11)转动安装于絮凝箱(2)的内部下表面位置处。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种枣制品生产用环保型污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述絮凝箱(2)通过支撑杆(9)焊接于过滤箱(3)的上表面位置处,所述药剂箱(8)的输出端通过药剂泵(12)与絮凝箱(2)的一侧外表面贯通连接。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的一种枣制品生产用环保型污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述网板(16)的两侧分别焊接于第一隔板(14)与第二隔板(15)的下端位置处,所述除渣滚筒(17)与传动电机(19)通过传动带(18)转动连接。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的一种枣制品生产用环保型污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述除渣滚筒(17)位于杂质滤出箱(1)的内部第一隔板(14)与第二隔板(15)的内侧位置处。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的一种枣制品生产用环保型污水处理装置,其特征在于,所述填充料(21)为石英砂材质,所述第一滤板(20)与第二滤板(22)均为中空纤维超滤膜。
