System which warns/notifies the driver and/or designated persons against stealing and damaging of the load being transported by the semi-trailers by unwanted persons or in the event when unwanted person or persons are present who can enter inside the semi-trailer in a stowaway manner, wherein it comprises; detectors (4) which are mounted inside the semi-trailer and which can detect living creature motility; main control unit (3) which communicates with the detector (4) and which performs warning or notification to the driver and/or responsible persons when the motion is detected; remote control unit (12) which sends the system is active signal (14) to the main control unit (3) in order to enable activation of the detectors (4) by the user when the semi-trailer is not operating/is stationary; modulator (1) which sends the semi-trailer movement signal (8) to the main control unit (3) for activating the detectors in the event when the semi-trailer starts moving.

Description

Semi-trailer safety system and method
Technical Field
The invention relates to a system and method which notifies the driver and designated persons in cases when the probability of the load of the semi-trailers manufactured according to the load that it can carry to be stolen, damaged by unwanted persons can occur.
The invention relates also to system and method which enable notification of unwanted person or persons who could enter the semi-trailer in a stowaway manner to the driver or designated persons.
Prior Art
Semi-trailers are highway vehicles for the purpose of transporting load which are towed by a motor vehicle and having at least one axle designed and manufactured according to the properties of the load that it will transport and which are connected to the towing vehicle by a connection device defined as a trailer tongue, rotary table, hook, kingpin, etc., and are vehicles used for the purpose of transporting load classified as semi-trailers 01 , 02, 03, 04 according to highway regulation. Semi-trailers have structures named supra-structure above the chassis the surroundings of which are enclosed by curtains or tents. These structures are structures which can be opened and closed during loading and unloading operations from the sides, back or top. In prior art, during loading and unloading, during parking or cruising, there exists no warning or notification system related to the determination of entry of unwanted persons inside the vehicle. These unwanted persons could damage the load that is being transported inside the semi-trailer, damage the semi-trailer, or could travel by the semi-trailer up to the next parking lot or unloading point in a stowaway manner. In prior art, there exists no system enabling determination of unwanted persons when they are inside the vehicle.
In patent application number FR2827063 (A3) which has emerged as a result of technical research, elements A, A1 , and A2 have been defined and used as cameras. Determination of element X inside the semi-trailer (R) is being performed by visualization of the interior of the semi-trailer by element E1 by achieving a hardwired connection by elements A, A1 and A2. Visualization of the interior of the semi-trailer (R) operation by any person or authority (customs officer, police, gendarmerie, etc.) excluding the driver can be performed by connecting element MD to element PCN.
In the system of the invention a determination or visualization as in application FR2827063 (A3) is not included. Elements A, A1 , A2, MD, PCN, S, FD, W, RT, M/A, F, E1 , and E2 mentioned in invention number FR2827063 (A3) do not exist in the system of the invention.
Consequently, the existence of the above problems and insufficiency of existing solutions on the subject have made it compulsory to perform a development in the respective technical field.
The Object of the Invention
The invention aims at setting forth a structure possessing different technical features and presenting a new opening in this field by being different from the structures used in prior art.
The prioritized object of the invention is to set forth a system which enables determination of persons who enter inside the semi-trailer during loading and unloading, at the parking lot or during cruising.
The system warns the driver by giving a warning after determination operation from a point that the driver can easily see from the cabin. Also, notification to predetermined persons about motility of a living creature inside the vehicle is done. The entirety of these notifications is recorded in the web medium. In this way, the fact that unwanted persons are present in the vehicle is notified to all of the responsible people. In prior art, there exists no system inside the semi-trailer which detects the motility of a living creature during cruising or parking. With this system, travel of unwanted persons in the semi-trailer is being hindered.
In order to fulfill the objects discussed above the invention is a system which warns/notifies the driver and/or designated persons against stealing and damaging of the load being transported by the semi-trailers by unwanted persons or in the event when unwanted person or persons are present who can enter inside the semi-trailer in a stowaway manner, comprising; • detectors which are mounted inside the semi-trailer and which can detect living creature motility,
• main control unit which communicates with the detector and which performs warning or notification to the driver and/or responsible persons when the motion is detected,
• remote control unit which sends the system is active signal to the main control unit in order to enable activation of the detectors by the user when the semi-trailer is not operating/is stationary,
• modulator which sends the semi-trailer movement signal to the main control unit for activating the detectors in the event when the semi-trailer starts moving.
Structural and characteristic features all advantages of the invention will be understood more clearly by means of the drawings and the detailed description written by referring to those drawings given below, and hence it should be appreciated by considering these drawings and the detailed description.

Figure 1 is the illustration of the electrical circuit diagram of the system of the invention. Figure 2 is the schematic illustration of the first scenario achieved by the system of the invention.
Figure 3 is the schematic illustration of the second scenario achieved by the system of the invention.
The drawings do not necessarily be in scale and details which are not required to understand the present invention could have been omitted. Furthermore, members which are at least substantially identical or having at least substantially identical functions have been indicated with the same number.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description preferred embodiments of the invention are described aimed at only better understanding of the subject and without forming any limiting effect.
The invention relates to a system and method which notify the driver and/or designated persons in the event when the possibility of the load being transported in the semi-trailers being stolen, damaged could occur or unwanted person or persons could enter inside the semi-trailer in a stowaway manner.
In the system of the invention, detectors (4) which are mounted inside the semi-trailer and which detect living creature motility operate independently from electric power supply. Detectors (4) have integral batteries and these batteries have the capacity to operate the detectors (4) for a period of 2 years. Detectors (4) communicate with the main control unit (3) with RFID. This communication method is not affected by the metals on the semi-trailer supra-structure, and the metallic parts on the semi-trailer chassis. Mounting is simple and easy since the detectors (4) communicate with the main control unit (3) with the RFID method in a wireless manner.
Main control unit (3) is the unit which communicates with the detector (4) mounted inside the semi-trailer, and which performs warning or notification to the driver and/or responsible persons. Main control unit (3) charges the built-in battery with the power supply which it receives from the junction box (2). Junction box (2) is the unit which the main control unit (3) receives its power supply. Main control unit (3) can operate with its built-in battery independently from the power supply for 1 month. That is to say, the system is capable of operating trouble-free even in the event when the semi-trailer is not supplied with any power for 1 month. Since the detectors (4) are active only when there is living creature motility and since the main control unit (3) will activate itself only when living creature motility signal (6) is present, battery periods of the detectors (4) and main control unit (3) can last for such a long period.
The system of the invention does not only warn the driver but sends SMS, e-mail to designated persons and transfers the information to the web medium. In this way, the risk is reduced to the minimum. Thus, the system becomes independent from the driver. The principles of the system are in this way; its operation logic has been discussed below to be compatible to 2 different scenarios.
Scenario 1 ; (Figure 2) In order for the system to be activated in Scenario 1 semi-trailer movement signal (8) is needed. The system does not become activated while the semi-trailer is in stationary position, during loading and unloading, and in conditions in the parking lot. After power supply (7) is given to the main control unit (3) from the junction box (2), the modulator (1) sends the semi-trailer movement signal (8) that the semi-trailer has started motion to the main control unit (3). After the semi-trailer has started moving, the detector (4) scans for any living creature motility inside the semi-trailer. If there is a living creature motility inside the semi-trailer, the detector (4) sends the living creature motility signal (6) to the main control unit (3). The main control unit (3) which receives the living creature motility signal (6) analyses this signal, followed by sending warning lamp signal (9) to the warning lamp (5) and warning horn signal (13) to the warning horn (11) for warning the driver. In this way, it warns the driver both visually and also audibly. Then, the main control unit (3) sends the notification message (10) to the pre-designated persons for the purpose of notification in the form of SMS or e-mail. Following performing this notification the main control unit (3) transfers the information of the detector (4) to the web medium. This information are information regarding how many times the detector (4) has made detection, with what frequency it has made the detection, charging status, and failure status. Afterwards, the system returns to the beginning again.
Scenario 2; (Figure 3) When the user takes the semi-trailer to the parking position at any place, if the semi-trailer wants to activate the system while it does not move, it sends the system is active signal (14) to the main control unit (3) by using the remote control unit (12). In this case, in order for the user to understand that the system is active, the main control unit (3) enables the user both to hear and also see that the system has been activated by sending the warning lamp signal (9) to the warning lamp (5), and warning horn signal (13) to the warning horn (11) 2 times. After this situation, the main control unit (3) continues to operate the system by using its own battery. The detector (4) scans inside the vehicle, and sends the living creature motility signal (6) to the main control unit (3) by becoming activated when there is living creature motility. The main control unit (3) receiving the living creature motility signal (6) analyses the signal and sends warning lamp signal (9) to the warning lamp (5), at the same time it sends warning horn signal (13) to the warning horn (11). Audible and visual warning is thus given. This audible and visual warning will be deterrent to the unwanted persons inside and around the vehicle. Main control unit (3) notifies the notification message signal (10) previously to designated persons in the form of SMS and e-mail. After the main control unit (3) analyses the data, it transfers them to the web medium. The system waits for detecting the next living creature, it starts the cycle from the beginning again when the next living creature detection signal comes. The system will continue to operate like that of scenario 1 when the user starts moving the semi-trailer. By means of this, regardless of whether the semi-trailer is in motion or is stationary, detection and warning operations will be able to be performed.
The operation steps achieved by the system of the invention according to Scenario 1 are as follows;
• Power supply (7) feed to the main control unit (3) from the junction box (2),
• Dispatch of semi-trailer movement signal (8) regarding the semi-trailer has started moving to the main control unit (3) by the modulator (1),
• Scanning for whether there is any living creature motility inside the semi-trailer by the detector (4) after the semi-trailer has started moving,
• Dispatch of living creature motility signal (6) to the main control unit (3) by the detector (4) in the event when there is a living creature motility inside the semi-trailer,
• Analysis of living creature motility signal (6) by the main control unit (3) which has received this signal and then dispatch of warning lamp signal (9) to the warning lamp (5), and warning horn signal (13) to the warning horn (11) in order to warn the driver,
• Dispatch of the notification message (10) by the main control unit (3) to the previously designated persons in the form of SMS or e-mail for the purpose of notification,
• Transfer of information of the detector (4) by the main control unit (3) to the web medium following making the notification. The operation steps achieved by the system of the invention according to Scenario 2 are as follows;
• In case the system is desired to be activated while the semi-trailer is not moving, dispatch of the system is active signal (14) to the main control unit (3) by the user via remote control unit (12),
• In order for the user to understand that the system is active, dispatch of warning lamp signal (9) to the warning lamp (5), and warning horn signal (13) to the warning horn (11) by the main control unit (3) in a certain number of times (preferably 2 times), (This enables the user both to hear and also see that the system is active.),
• Continuation to operate the system by the main control unit (3) by using its own battery,
• Scanning the interior of the vehicle by the detector (4) and dispatch of the living creature motility signal (6) to the main control unit (3) by becoming activated when there is living creature motility,
• Analysis of the signal by the main control unit (3) which has received the living creature motility signal (6) and dispatch of the warning lamp signal (9) to the warning lamp (5), and warning horn signal (13) to the warning horn (11),
• Dispatch of the notification message signal (10) by the main control unit (3) to the previously designated persons in the form of SMS or e-mail for the purpose of notification,
• Transfer of data to the web medium by the main control unit (3) after it has analyzed them and waiting for the next living creature detection.

Claims

1. System which warns/notifies the driver and/or designated persons against stealing and damaging of the load being transported by the semi-trailers by unwanted persons or in the event when unwanted person or persons are present who can enter inside the semi trailer in a stowaway manner, wherein it comprises;
• detectors (4) which are mounted inside the semi-trailer and which can detect living creature motility,
• main control unit (3) which communicates with the detector (4) and which performs warning or notification to the driver and/or responsible persons when the motion is detected,
• remote control unit (12) which sends the system is active signal (14) to the main control unit (3) in order to enable activation of the detectors (4) by the user when the semi-trailer is not operating/is stationary,
• modulator (1) which sends the semi-trailer movement signal (8) to the main control unit (3) for activating the detectors in the event when the semi-trailer starts moving.
2. System according to Claim 1 wherein it comprises main control unit (3) which dispatches warning lamp signal (9) to the warning lamp (5), and warning horn signal (13) to the warning horn (11) in a certain number of times to warn the driver/user.

Method which warns/notifies the driver and/or designated persons against stealing and damaging of the load being transported by the semi-trailers by unwanted persons or in the event when unwanted person or persons are present who can enter inside the semi trailer in a stowaway manner, wherein it comprises the operation steps of;
• Power supply (7) feed to the main control unit (3) from the junction box (2),
• Dispatch of semi-trailer movement signal (8) regarding the semi-trailer has started moving to the main control unit (3) by the modulator (1),
• Scanning for whether there is any living creature motility inside the semi-trailer by the detector (4) after the semi-trailer has started moving,
• Dispatch of living creature motility signal (6) to the main control unit (3) by the detector (4) in the event when there is a living creature motility inside the semi-trailer,
• Analysis of living creature motility signal (6) by the main control unit (3) which has received this signal and then dispatch of warning lamp signal (9) to the warning lamp (5), and warning horn signal (13) to the warning horn (11) in order to warn the driver, • Dispatch of the notification message (10) by the main control unit (3) to the previously designated persons in the form of SMS or e-mail for the purpose of notification,

Method which warns/notifies the driver and/or designated persons against stealing and damaging of the load being transported by the semi-trailers by unwanted persons or in the event when unwanted person or persons are present who can enter inside the semi trailer in a stowaway manner, wherein it comprises the operation steps of;
• In case the system is desired to be activated while the semi-trailer is not moving, dispatch of the system is active signal (14) to the main control unit (3) by the user via remote control unit (12),
• In order for the user to understand that the system is active, dispatch of warning lamp signal (9) to the warning lamp (5), and warning horn signal (13) to the warning horn (11) by the main control unit (3) in a certain number of times (preferably 2 times), (This enables the user both to hear and also see that the system is active.),
• Continuation to operate the system by the main control unit (3) by using its own battery,
• Scanning the interior of the vehicle by the detector (4) and dispatch of the living creature motility signal (6) to the main control unit (3) by becoming activated when there is living creature motility,
• Analysis of the signal by the main control unit (3) which has received the living creature motility signal (6) and dispatch of the warning lamp signal (9) to the warning lamp (5), and warning horn signal (13) to the warning horn (11),
• Dispatch of the notification message signal (10) by the main control unit (3) to the previously designated persons in the form of SMS or e-mail for the purpose of notification,
• Transfer of data to the web medium by the main control unit (3) after it has analyzed them and waiting for the next living creature detection.
