  • HPMCAS solubility of HPMCAS is a pH-dependent polymer in aqueous liquids due to its succinate groups. In the acidic environments, HPMCAS is protonated and insoluble. But, in the higher pH environments, it undergoes deprotonation and becomes soluble. The onset of aqueous solubility of HPMCAS is in a pH range of 5.5 - 6.8.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne une composition de granulés à enrobage entérique comprenant du chlorhydrate de duloxétine en tant qu'ingrédient actif et un enrobage entérique constitué d'un polymère cellulosique dans une plage de quantité de 35 mg à 45 mg en composition totale, qui est neutralisé avec au moins une matière alcaline à un degré quelconque de 85 % à 95 % des groupes acides.
