Abstract
La présente invention concerne un appareil et un procédé de production de boissons fermentées, et, plus particulièrement, un appareil et un procédé de production de boissons fermentées, permettant de produire des boissons fermentées maison sans connaissances techniques ni équipement de brassage. Selon un mode de réalisation de la présente invention, La présente invention concerne un appareil de production de boissons fermentées comprenant les éléments suivants : un coupleur couplé au bouchon d'un tonneau pour recevoir un liquide brut ; un coupleur intermédiaire couplé à une pluralité de sous-ensembles supplémentaires pour recevoir des substances supplémentaires ; un chemin d'écoulement de liquide brut prévu entre le coupleur et le coupleur intermédiaire de sorte que le liquide brut s'y écoule ; une pompe, placée sur le chemin d'écoulement du liquide brut, permettant au liquide brut de s'écouler de manière bidirectionnelle entre le fût et le conditionnement supplémentaire afin que le liquide brut à l'intérieur du fût soit envoyé dans le conditionnement supplémentaire, puis recueilli dans le fût ; et un dispositif de commutation du chemin d'écoulement placé au niveau du coupleur intermédiaire pour commuter le chemin d'écoulement entre le chemin d'écoulement du liquide brut et la pluralité de conditionnements supplémentaires.
