리프팅 밴드
본 발명은 리프팅 밴드에 관한 것이다.
일반적으로 여성들은 얼굴을 아름답게 가꾸기 위하여, 퍼프 등의 화장도구를 사용해 다양한 성분으로 이루어지는 화장품을 얼굴에 바르거나, 화장품이 함침된 마스크팩을 얼굴에 붙이는 등의 행위를 하게 된다. 여성들은 이러한 행위를 통해 피부가 청결하고 윤기있게 개선되는 효과를 기대하게 된다.
그런데 화장품을 피부에 바르거나 마스크팩을 피부에 붙이는 행위의 경우, 피부에 유용한 성분을 전달하는데 그치는 것일 뿐이어서, 주름 제거나 리프팅 등의 효과를 거둘 수 없다는 한계가 있다.
따라서, 리프팅 효과를 얻기 위해, 최근에는 머리를 감싸서 턱과 좌우의 볼을 위로 당겨주는 밴드 제품이 출시되었으며, 여성들은 이러한 밴드를 일정시간 동안 얼굴 앞 부분의 머리 위쪽을 감아 사용함으로써, 볼 등의 피부가 리프팅 되도록 하는 효과를 얻는다.
그런데 이러한 밴드는 피부를 위로 잡아당기기만 할 뿐이어서 오히려 피부가 늘어나 처지게 되는 문제가 발생할 수 있고, 피부의 탄력이 저하될 수도 있다는 단점이 있다.

본체(10)는 얼굴의 턱 라인을 감싸도록 형성되며, 신축성과 유동성을 가질 수 있다. 일 예로, 본체(10)는 실리콘 재질로 형성될 수 있다. 본체(10)가 신축성 있는 실리콘 재질로 형성됨으로써, 턱을 비롯한 턱라인에 밀착하여 피부를 효과적으로 당겨줄 수 있으며, 장시간 균일한 힘으로 리프팅이 유지되어 얼굴살이 처지는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 실리콘 재질은 끓는 물에 넣어 소독할 수 있어 위생적으로 사용할 수 있고, 반영구적으로 사용할 수 있다.
여기서, 도 3 및 도 4를 참조하면, 본체(10)는 좌우 양측으로 소정 길이를 가지도록 형성되며, 본체(10)는 턱 함몰부(11), 볼 밀착부(12), 목 위치부(13), 머리 연장부(14), 뒷목 연장부(15), 체결홈(16) 및 얼굴지압돌기(17)를 포함할 수 있다.
턱 함몰부(11)는 본체(10)의 좌우 길이를 따라 중심부에서 착용자의 턱을 감쌀 수 있도록 하방으로 함몰 형성된다.
볼 밀착부(12)는 턱 함몰부(11) 양측에서 좌우 방향으로 연장되는 부분이다. 볼 밀착부(12)는 볼을 상방으로 리프팅하면서 볼과 밀착될 수 있다.
목 위치부(13)는 턱 함몰부(11)의 후방에서 착용자의 목이 위치될 수 있도록 전방으로 소정 길이 홈 형상으로 형성될 수 있다.
머리 연장부(14)는 볼 밀착부(12)의 전방부에서 좌우 양측으로 소정 길이 돌출 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 머리 연장부(14)는 볼 밀착부(12)의 전방 양 측에 각각에서 대칭을 이루며 형성될 수 있다. 머리 연장부(14)는 얼굴 상부의 머리 방향으로 신축 가능하게 형성될 수 있다. 머리 연장부(14)는 후술할 고정밴드(20)의 머리 고정부(22)와 연결되어 착용자 얼굴을 감쌀 수 있다.
뒷목 연장부(15)는 볼 밀착부(12)의 후방부에서 좌우 양측으로 소정 길이 돌출 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 뒷목 연장부(15)는 볼 밀착부(12)의 후방 양 측에 각각에서 대칭을 이루며 형성될 수 있다. 뒷목 연장부(15)는 뒷목 부분의 후방으로신축 가능하게 형성될 수 있다. 뒷목 연장부(15)는 후술할 고정밴드(20)의 뒷목 고정부(23)와 연결되어 착용자의 뒷 머리와 뒷목 부분을 감쌀 수 있다.
체결홈(16)은 머리 연장부(14)와 뒷목 연장부(15) 각각의 단부에 형성되는 홈일 수 있다. 체결홈(16)에는 고정밴드(20)의 연결부(25)가 삽입되어, 본체(10)와 고정밴드(20)가 체결될 수 있다.
얼굴지압돌기(17)는 턱 함몰부(11)와 볼 밀착부(12)를 포함하는 본체(10) 내측면에서 복수개가 돌출 형성되어 착용자의 얼굴에 밀착되어 얼굴에 자극을 줄 수 있다.
고정밴드(20)는 본체(10)의 양 측에 연결되어, 본체(10)가 얼굴에 밀착 고정되도록 할 수 있다. 구체적으로, 고정밴드(20)는 본체(10)의 양 측 각각에서 머리 연장부(14)와 뒷목 연장부(15)에 연결되어 얼굴 상부의 머리 부분과 후방의 목 부분을 감싸도록 형성될 수 있다. 이때, 고정밴드(20)가 몸체(21)를 효과적으로 지지하고 몸체(21)를 당길 수 있도록, 고정밴드(20)는 비신축성 재질로 이루어질 수 있다.
여기서, 도 5 내지 도 7을 참조하면, 고정밴드(20)는 몸체(21), 머리 고정부(22), 뒷목 고정부(23), 귀 위치부(24), 연결부(25), 암 벨크로(26) 및 수 벨크로(27)를 포함할 수 있다.
몸체(21)는 본체(10)의 양 측에 위치되어 본체(10)와 연결될 수 있다. 몸체(21)에는 머리 고정부(22), 뒷목 고정부(23), 귀 위치부(24), 연결부(25)의 구성이 연결 및 형성될 수 있다.
머리 고정부(22)는 몸체(21)에서 전방으로 연장 형성될 수 있다. 머리 고정부(22)는 착용자의 얼굴 전방의 머리를 감쌀 수 있는 길이로 형성될 수 있다. 몸체(21)가 본체(10) 양 측의 머리 연장부(14)에 각각 연결된 상태에서, 머리고정부(22)가 전방으로 돌출됨으로써, 양 측의 머리 고정부(22)가 얼굴 상부의 머리를 감싸며 서로 연결 고정될 수 있다.
뒷목 고정부(23)는 몸체(21)의 후방으로 연장 형성될 수 있다. 뒷목 고정부(23)는 착용자의 얼굴 후방의 뒷목 부분을 감쌀 수 있는 길이로 형성될 수 있다. 몸체(21)가 본체(10) 양 측의 뒷목 연장부(15)에 각각 연결된 상태에서, 뒷목 고정부(23)가 후방으로 돌출되고, 양 측의 뒷목 고정부(23)가 얼굴 후방부의 뒷목 부분을 감싸며 서로 연결 고정될 수 있다.
귀 위치부(24)는 몸체(21)에서 본체(10)와 마주보는 영역에 함몰 형성될 수 있다. 귀 위치부(24)는 착용자의 귀가 본체(10)와 고정밴드(20) 외측으로 노출될 때 안정적으로 노출되도록 형성될 수 있다.
연결부(25)는 몸체(21)에서 돌출 형성되되, 본체(10)의 머리 연장부(14) 및 뒷목 연장부(15) 각각에 연결되도록 머리 연장부(14)와 뒷목 연장부(15) 각각에 대응되는 위치에 형성될 수 있다. 연결부(25)는 머리 연장부(14)와 뒷목 연장부(15)에 형성된 체결홈(16)에 삽입되어 체결될 수 있다. 연결부(25)에는 체결부재(251)가 형성되어 체결홈(16)에 삽입된 상태가 고정될 수 있다. 일 예로, 연결부(25)에는 벨크로부재가 설치되어 고정될 수 있다.
암 벨크로(26)는 본체(10)의 일 측에 배치된 고정밴드(20)의 머리 고정부(22)와 뒷목 고정부(23)의 외측면에 배치되고, 수 벨크로(27)는 본체(10)의 타 측에 배치된 고정밴드(20)의 머리 고정부(22)와 뒷목 고정부(23)의 내측면에 배치될 수 있다.
본체(10)의 일 측에 배치된 고정밴드(20)의 외측면에 배치된 암 벨크로(26)에 본체(10)의 타 측에 배치된 고정밴드(20)의 내측면에 배치된 수 벨크로(27)가 서로 마주보며 부착됨으로써, 양 측의 고정밴드(20)가 서로 고정될 수 있다.
착용자가 고정밴드(20)를 일정한 크기의 힘으로 위로 당긴 상태에서 상호 연결하여 본체(10)를 착용한 경우, 고정밴드(20)에 인가된 장력은 본체(10)를 통해 안면 피부(예를 들어, 턱과 좌우의 볼 등)에 전달되며, 안면 피부가 위로 당겨져 리프팅 효과를 얻을 수 있다. 이와 같은 방식으로 리프팅 밴드(1)를 일정 시간 이상 사용할 수 있다.
도 8은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 리프팅 밴드(1)에 눈 마사지부(30)가 더 설치된 것을 나타낸 도면이고, 도 9 및 도 10은 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 눈 마사지부(30)를 나타낸 도면이다.
도 8 내지 도 10을 참조하면, 리프팅 밴드(1)는 눈 마사지부(30), 탈부착부재(40) 및 관자놀이마사지부(50)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
리프팅 밴드(1)는 고정밴드(20)의 외측면에 추가로 설치되는 탈부착부재(40)에 눈 마사지부(30)를 연결하여, 리프팅 밴드(1)가 얼굴에 장력을 가하여 리프팅 효과를 제공하는 동안 눈 마사지부(30)와 관자놀이마사지부(50)를 통해 착용자의 눈 주위와 관자놀이를 마사지할 수 있다. 눈 마사지부(30)와 관자놀이마사지부(50)는 고정밴드(20)에 탈부착 가능하여 착용자가 선택적으로 사용할 수 있다.
여기서, 도 9를 참조하면, 눈 마사지부(30)는 스트랩(31), 개구부(32), 부착부재(33), 눈지압부(34), 관자놀이개방부(35) 및 돌출편(36)를 포함할 수 있다. 도 9a는 눈 마사지부(30)의 외측면을 나타낸 도면으로 눈 마사지부(30)에 관자놀이마사지부(50)가 체결되는 구조를 나타낸 도면이고, 도 9b 및 도 9c는 눈마사지부(30)의 내측면을 나타낸 도면이다.
스트랩(31)은 길게 형성되어 착용자의 눈을 감싸도록 형성될 수 있다.
개구부(32)는 스트랩(31)에 형성되는 홀 형태로써, 착용자의 눈 위치에 형성되어 착용자의 눈이 외부로 노출될 수 있다.
부착부재(33)는 스트랩(31)의 양 단부에 설치되어, 고정밴드(20)에 설치된 탈부착부재(40)에 탈부착될 수 있다. 부착부재(33)와 탈부착부재(40)는 벨크로부재, 똑딱이 등으로 형성될 수 있다.
눈지압부(34)는 스트랩(31)의 내측면에서 착용자의 눈 주위에서 돌출 형성되는 돌기부일 수 있다. 스트랩(31)이 얼굴과 밀착된 상태일 때 눈지압부(34)는 착용자의 눈 주위를 가압하여 마사지를 제공하는 역할을 할 수 있다.
관자놀이개방부(35)는 스트랩(31)의 양 측에서 관자놀이 부위에 형성되는 홀일 수 있다.
돌출편(36)은 스트랩(31)의 외측면에서 관자놀이 개방부의 상하 주위를 따라 복수개가 이격 형성될 수 있다. 돌출편(36)을 통해 관자놀이마사지부(50)가 스트랩(31)에 설치될 수 있다.
여기서, 도 8을 참조하면, 탈부착부재(40)는 양 측 고정밴드(20)의 외측면에 각각 설치될 수 있다. 일 예로, 탈부착부재(40)는 고정밴드(20)의 몸체(21) 외측면에 설치되어, 눈 마사지부(30)의 부착부재(33)와 탈부착될 수 있다.
여기서, 도 9a를 참조하면, 관자놀이마사지부(50)는 프레임(51), 가압돌출부(52) 및 삽입구(53)를 포함할 수 있다.
프레임(51)은 스트랩(31)의 상하길이에 대응되는 길이로 형성되며 소정의 폭으로 형성되어 관자놀이개방부(35)의 일 영역에 설치될 수 있다.
가압돌출부(52)는 프레임(51)의 내측면에서 관자놀이개방부(35)로 삽입될 수 있는 돌출부일 수 있다. 가압돌출부(52)는 관자놀이개방부(35)를 통해 스트랩(31) 내측을 가압하여 착용자의 관자놀이를 마사지할 수 있다.
삽입구(53)에는 스트랩(31)에서 돌출된 돌출편(36)이 삽입될 수 있다. 구체적으로, 착용자의 관자놀이 위치에 맞춰 가압돌출부(52)가 위치될 수 있도록, 복수의 돌출편(36) 중 어느 하나의 돌출편(36)이 삽입구(53)에 삽입되도록 함으로써, 가압돌출부(52)의 위치 조절이 가능하다.
부착부재(33)를 탈부착부재(40)에 부착하여 눈 마사지부(30)를 착용하면, 스트랩(31) 내측에 형성된 눈지압부(34)가 눈 주변을 지압할 수 있다. 이때, 눈 아래 주변을 마사지하고 싶은 경우 도 9b와 같이 눈지압부(34)가 아래에 위치되도록 착용할 수 있고, 눈 위 주변을 마사지하고 싶은 경우 도 9c와 같이 눈지압부(34)가 위에 위치되도록 착용할 수 있다.
여기서, 도 10을 참조하면, 눈 마사지부(30)는 발열부(37)를 더 포함할 수 있다.
발열부(37)는 스트랩(31)에 설치되는 미세한 관 형태의 열선일 수 있다. 발열부(37)가 발열됨에 따라 눈 주변을 따뜻하게 하여 온열 마사지 기능을 제공할 수 있다.
이때, 도 10a와 같이 눈의 아래 주변과 위쪽 주변 중 어느 한 곳에는 눈지압부(34)가 형성될 수 있고, 나머지 한 곳에는 발열부(37)가 형성될 수 있다. 또는, 도 10b와 같이 눈 아래 주변과 위쪽 주변 모두에 발열부(37)가 형성될 수도 있다.
도 11 및 도 12는 본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 리프팅 밴드(1)에 목 마사지부(60)가 더 설치된 것을 나타낸 도면이다.
도 11 및 도 12를 참조하면, 리프팅 밴드(1)는 목마사지부(60)를 더 포함할 수 있다. 목마사지부(60)는 본체(10)에 연결되어 리프팅 밴드(1)를 착용한 상태에서 목의 림프선 주변을 가압하여 마사지할 수 있다.
목마사지부(60)는 바디부(61), 걸림부(62) 및 림프선지압돌기(63)를 포함할 수 있다.
바디부(61)는 목 전방부를 감싸도록 형성될 수 있으며 신축성과 유동성을 가질 수 있다. 일 예로, 바디부(61)는 본체(10)처럼 실리콘 재질로 형성될 수 있다. 바디부(61)가 신축성 있는 실리콘 재질로 형성됨으로써, 목 전면에 밀착하여 림프선지압돌기(63)를 통해 림프선을 마사지함으로써 노폐물 배출 효과가 있다.
걸림부(62)는 바디부(61)의 내측면 상부에 형성되어, 본체(10)의 목 위치부(13)의 외측면에 연결될 수 있다. 걸림부(62)는 벨크로부재, 똑딱이, 접착부재 등 다양한 형태로 형성될 수 있다.
림프선지압돌기(63)는 바디부(61)의 내측면에서 림프선 라인을 따라 복수개가 이격 돌출되는 돌기일 수 있다. 바디부(61)가 목에 밀착됨에 따라 림프선 지압돌기(63)가 림프선 주변을 지압하여 노폐물을 배출할 수 있다.
이상에서 본 발명의 대표적인 실시예들을 상세하게 설명하였으나, 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자는 상술한 실시예에 대하여 본 발명의 범주에서 벗어나지 않는 한도 내에서 다양한 변형이 가능함을 이해할 것이다. 그러므로 본 발명의 권리범위는 설명된 실시예에 국한되어 정해져서는 안 되며, 후술하는 특허 청구 범위뿐만 아니라 이 특허청구범위와 균등한 것들에 의해 정해져야 한다.
발명의 실시를 위한 형태는 위의 발명의 실시를 위한 최선의 형태에서 함께 기술되었다.
본 발명은 미용이나 뷰티와 관련된 분야에서 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (5)

  1. 얼굴의 턱라인을 감싸도록 형성되며, 신축성과 유동성을 가지는 본체; 및
    상기 본체의 양 측에 연결되어, 상기 본체가 얼굴에 밀착 고정되도록 하기 위해, 얼굴 상부의 머리 부분 및 후방의 목 부분을 감싸도록 형성되는 고정밴드;를 포함하여,
    얼굴 상부의 머리와 목 부분을 동시에 감싸며 얼굴에 고정되는 리프팅 밴드.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 본체는,
    턱이 삽입되어 턱을 감싸도록 형성되는 턱 함몰부;
    상기 턱함몰부 양측에서 연장되어, 볼을 상방으로 리프팅하면서 볼과 밀착되는 볼 밀착부; 및
    상기 턱 함몰부의 후방에서 목이 위치될 수 있도록 전방으로 소정 길이 홈 형상으로 형상되는 목 위치부; 를 포함하는 리프팅 밴드.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 볼 밀착부의 전방부에서 좌우 양측으로 소정 길이 돌출되어 얼굴 상부의 머리 방향으로 신축 가능한 머리 연장부; 및
    상기 볼 밀착부의 후방부에서 좌우 양측으로 소정 길이 돌출되어 얼굴 후방부의 뒷목 부분으로 신축 가능한 뒷목 연장부;를 포함하는 리프팅 밴드.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 고정밴드는,
    상기 머리 연장부와 연결되어, 얼굴 상부의 머리를 감싸며 고정되는 머리 고정부; 및
    상기 뒷목 연장부와 연결되어, 얼굴 후방부의 뒷목 부분을 감싸며 고정되는 뒷목 고정부;를 포함하는 리프팅 밴드.
  5. 청구항 1에 있어서,
    상기 목위치부의 하면에 탈부착 가능하게 형성되며, 상기 목위치부에 부착되면 착용자의 목과 밀착되고, 목과 밀착되는 면에는 목의 림프선 라인을 따라 림프선지압돌기가 형성되는 목마사지부;를 더 포함하는 리프팅 밴드.
