본 발명은 화장품 사용 및 피부 관리 비대면 컨설팅 시스템에 관한 것이다.
피부 상태는 개인마다 다르다. 같은 타입의 유전자를 가진 사람이라 하더라도 혹은 같은 타입의 피부를 가진 사람이라 하더라도 그사람이 어떤 음식을 섭취하고, 어떤 행위를 하느냐, 어떤 환경에 노출되느냐에 따라 피부 상태는 서로 다를 수 있다.
그리고 피부상태는 끊임없이 변화한다. 개인은 자신에게 맞는 화장품을 일일이 찾아야 하고 자신에게 맞는 화장품을 찾지 못하는 경우에는 피부타입에 맞지 않는 화장품을 사용하게 되는 경우도 빈번하다.
개인마다 피부 상태에 맞춰서 맞춤형 화장품을 제공하기 위한 방식이 제안되고 있지만 실시간으로 변화하는 피부상태까지 반영해서 피부에 맞는 화장품을 제안하는 기술은 제시된 바가 없는 실정이다.
한국 공개특허공보 제10-2020-0034621호(사용자 맞춤형 데일리 코스메틱 솔루션 제공 시스템 및 방법)에는 사용자의 피부 상태를 체크하는 피부상태 체크부; 사용자 피부에 필요한 물질을 파악하기 위해 상기 피부상태 체크부에서 체크된 피부상태와 아이디얼(ideal) 피부상태를 비교하는 피부상태 비교부; 및 상기 피부상태 비교부에서 비교결과 사용자 피부에 필요한 물질을 포함하는 데일리 맞춤형 화장품을 추천하는 화장품 추천부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 사용자 맞춤형 데일리 코스메틱 솔루션 제공 시스템을 제공하고 있다.
그러나, 종래 기술에서는 피부 상태를 체크할 수 있는 피부 측정기를 구비해야 하므로, 사용자 맞춤형 데일리 코스메틱 솔루션 제공 시스템을 구현하는데, 비용이 비싼 문제점이 있었다. 또한, 종래 기술에서는 사용자가 자신 피부를 가꾸기 위해 스케줄을 개별적으로 체크해야하므로, 사용자가 사용하기에는 번거로운 문제점이 있었다.

그러나, 종래에는 개인의 피부 특성에 맞는 피부관리 서비스가 필요하며, 비대면 시대에 접어 들면서 비대면 피부관리 프로그램의 선호도가 증가될 것으로 예측되고 있다.
본 발명은 사용 화장품의 종류와 시간의 흐름에 따른 피부상태의 변화를 객관적으로 평가하여 개인의 특성에 맞는 편리하고 효과적인 피부관리 및 화장품 사용에 대한 컨설팅 제공하는 화장품 사용 및 피부 관리 비대면 컨설팅 시스템을 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 따른 화장품 사용 및 피부 관리 비대면 컨설팅 시스템은 사용자의 피부 상태 정보를 수신하면, 사용자의 피부 상태를 분석하고, 상기 분석된 사용자의 피부 상태에 기초하여 사용자에게 적합한 화장품을 선정하여 사용자에게 추천 또는 제안하는 비대면 컨설팅 서버; 및 상기 사용자의 피부 상태 정보를 상기 비대면 컨설팅 서버로 전송하는 사용자 단말을 포함한다.

이와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예들에 따르면, 사용 화장품의 종류와 시간의 흐름에 따른 피부상태의 변화를 객관적으로 평가하여 개인의 특성에 맞는 편리하고 효과적인 피부관리 및 화장품 사용에 대한 컨설팅 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예들에 따르면, 사용자가 직접 화장품 종류와 피부사진을 피부 관리 앱에 입력하고, 피부상태 평가항목을 체크하며, 시간의 경과에 따라서 지속적으로 같은 작업을 실시하여 이전의 피부상태와 비교하여 화장품 사용에 따른 피부상태의 변화를 자신이 직접 비대면 참여하여 평가하도록 할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예들에 따르면, 시간의 경과에 따라서 피부상태를 그래프로 표시하여 누구나 쉽게 평가 할 수 있도록 하고, 피부상태 그래프에 따른 컨설팅이 이루어 지도록 할 수 있다.

비대면 컨설팅 서버(200)는 사용자로부터 피부 컨설팅이 요청되지 않으면, 단계 S560에서 소정의 시간이 경과한 후 피부정보 및 화장품 사용 정보를 수신할 수 있다.
비대면 컨설팅 서버(200)는 피부정보를 전술한 바와 같이, 문답 형식이나 사진 등을 통해 획득할 수 있다. 또한, 비대면 컨설팅 서버(200)는 화장품 사용 정보를 사용자에게 주기적으로 사용하였는 지의 여부를 질의함으로써 획득할 수 있다.
이어서, 비대면 컨설팅 서버(200)는 단계 S570에서 피부정보에 대한 기본 점수와 가중치 점수를 합산하여 피부 상태 점수 산출한다.
기본 점수는 피부 타입(건성, 중성, 지성, 복합성, 민감성)이나 피부 상태 변화 지표(블랙 헤드(수), 화이트헤드(수), 구진(수 와 크기), 농포(수 와 크기), 결절(수 와 크기), 모공(수 와 크기), 반점(수 와 크기) 및 피지 분비량 등)에 따라서 1점부터 10점까지 10단계로 나누어 산출할 수 있다.
피부정보에 대한 가중치 점수는 사용자가 개선되기 원하는 피부 항목에 대해 가중치를 부여한 점수이다. 즉, 사용자가 자신의 피부에서 피부 수분도를 높이고자 한다면, 피부 수분도에 대한 가중치를 부여할 수 있다.
이어서, 비대면 컨설팅 서버(200)는 단계 S580에서 피부 상태 점수를 그래프화하여 비교 분석할 수 있다. 예컨대, 비대면 컨설팅 서버(200)는 주기적으로 제공되는 사용자의 피부 상태 정보에 기초하여, 사용자의 피부 상태 변화를 산출할 수 있다. 예컨대, 비대면 컨설팅 서버(200)는 이전 주기의 사용자의 피부 상태를 나타내는 피부 상태 평가 인자들과 현재 주기의 사용자의 피부 상태를 나타내는 피부 상태 평가 인자들을 비교함으로써 사용자의 피부 상태 변화를 산출할 수 있다.
이후, 비대면 컨설팅 서버(200)는 단계 S590에서 피부 상태 점수 변화에 따른 피부 컨설팅 정보를 제공할 수 있다. 예컨대, 비대면 컨설팅 서버(200)는 단계 S590에서 소정 화장품의 사용후 피부 상태가 개선되었는지, 그대로인지 또는 악화되었는 지를 사용자에게 통지할 수 있다.
이와 같이, 본 발명의 실시예들에 따르면, 사용 화장품의 종류와 시간의 흐름에 따른 피부상태의 변화를 객관적으로 평가하여 개인의 특성에 맞는 편리하고 효과적인 피부관리 및 화장품 사용에 대한 컨설팅 제공할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예들에 따르면, 사용자가 직접 화장품 종류와 피부사진을 피부 관리 앱에 입력하고, 피부상태 평가항목을 체크하며, 시간의 경과에 따라서 지속적으로 같은 작업을 실시하여 이전의 피부상태와 비교하여 화장품 사용에 따른 피부상태의 변화를 자신이 직접 비대면 참여하여 평가하도록 할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예들에 따르면, 시간의 경과에 따라서 피부상태를 그래프로 표시하여 누구나 쉽게 평가 할 수 있도록 하고, 피부상태 그래프에 따른 컨설팅이 이루어 지도록 할 수 있다.
본 발명의 실시예에 따르면, 개인의 화장품 종류와 시간의 흐름에 따른 피부상태의 변화를 누구나 쉽고 편리하게 이용할 수 있도록 하여 피부관리 및 화장품 사용에 대한 효과적인 컨설팅 제공할 수 있다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 게시된 실시예들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 화장품 사용 및 피부 관리 비대면 컨설팅 시스템에 있어서,
    사용자의 피부 상태 정보를 수신하면, 사용자의 피부 상태를 분석하고, 상기 분석된 사용자의 피부 상태에 기초하여 사용자에게 적합한 화장품을 선정하여 사용자에게 추천 또는 제안하는 비대면 컨설팅 서버 및
    상기 사용자의 피부 상태 정보를 상기 비대면 컨설팅 서버로 전송하는 사용자 단말을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 사용 및 피부 관리 비대면 컨설팅 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 비대면 컨설팅 서버는 상기 추천 또는 제안하는 화장품을 화장품 쇼핑몰로 주문할 수 있도록 하는 링크를 사용자에게 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 사용 및 피부 관리 비대면 컨설팅 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 단말은 피부 관리 앱을 설치하며,
    상기 피부 관리 앱은 사용자가 주기적으로 수행하는 피부 관리 액션에 관련된 피부 관리 주기가 있다면, 사용자에게 주기적으로 부피 관리 주기의 도래를 통지할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 사용 및 피부 관리 비대면 컨설팅 시스템.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 단말은 피부 관리 앱을 설치하며,
    상기 피부 관리 앱은 사용자가 피부 상태 정보를 주기적으로 입력하면 사용자가 주기적인 피부상태 변화 정보를 스스로 평가할 수 있게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 사용 및 피부 관리 비대면 컨설팅 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 단말은 피부 관리 앱을 설치하며,
    상기 피부 관리 앱은 사용자가 화장품 구입 목록을 입력하도록 하고, 소정의 화장품에 대한 유효 기간 또는 유통 기간이 만료하면, 사용자에게 해당 화장품에 대한 유효 기간 또는 유통 기간이 만료함을 통지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 사용 및 피부 관리 비대면 컨설팅 시스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 사용자 단말은 피부 관리 앱을 설치하며,
    상기 피부 관리 앱은 사용자가 소정 화장품을 사용하기 시작하면, 소정 시간이 흐르면 소정 화장품에 대한 화장품 사용 결과를 입력하도록 알람 할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 사용 및 피부 관리 비대면 컨설팅 시스템.
  7. 제6항에 있어서,
    상기 피부 관리 앱은 상기 화장품 사용 결과로서, 사용자의 피부 상태 정보를 수신하며,
    상기 사용자의 피부 상태 정보는 사용자의 피부 사진 및 사용자의 피부 상태 답변 중 적어도 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 사용 및 피부 관리 비대면 컨설팅 시스템.
  8. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 비대면 컨설팅 서버는
    유무선 통신을 통해 상기 사용자 단말과 통신하여 상기 사용자 단말과 정보 또는 데이터를 송수신하는 정보 송수신 모듈;
    상기 사용자 단말로부터 상기 사용자의 피부 상태 정보를 수신하면, 상기 사용자의 피부 상태를 분석하는 피부 상태 분석 모듈;
    상기 사용자의 피부 상태 분석 결과에 기반하여 피부 상태 평가인자를 선별하는 피부 상태 평가인자 선별 모듈;
    주기적으로 제공되는 사용자의 피부 상태 정보에 기초하여, 사용자의 피부 상태 변화를 산출하는 상기 피부 상태 변화 산출 모듈;
    상기 사용자의 피부 상태 변화에 기초하여 사용자 피부에 대한 컨설트를 수행하는데, 상기 사용자의 피부 상태 변화에 기초하여 사용자의 피부에서 개선된 피부 상태 평가인자, 사용자의 피부에서 개선되지 않은 피부 상태 평가인자 또는 사용자의 피부에서 나빠진 피부 상태 평가인자를 판단하고, 상기 판단 결과에 따라 사용자에게 피부 개선에 관한 컨설팅 정보를 제공하는 피부 컨설트 모듈을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 사용 및 피부 관리 비대면 컨설팅 시스템.
  9. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 피부 상태 평가인자는 피부 전체적인 톤, 피부의 여드름이나 트러블의 형태 및 개수, 상기 트러블의 색 변화, 염증성 피부 증상, 모공의 개수 및 크기, 피지 분비량, 피부의 윤기, 피부의 주름, 피부 주름의 방향과 크기를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 사용 및 피부 관리 비대면 컨설팅 시스템.
  10. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 피부 상태 평가인자 선별 모듈은 상기 사용자의 피부 사진 및/또는 사용자의 피부 상태 답변을 분석함으로써 사용자의 피부 상태 평가인자를 선별하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 사용 및 피부 관리 비대면 컨설팅 시스템.
  11. 제8항에 있어서,
    상기 피부 상태 변화 산출 모듈은 이전 주기의 사용자의 피부 상태를 나타내는 피부 상태 평가 인자들과 현재 주기의 사용자의 피부 상태를 나타내는 피부 상태 평가 인자들을 비교 분석함으로써 사용자의 피부 상태 변화를 산출하여 평가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 사용 및 피부 관리 비대면 컨설팅 시스템.
  12. 제7항에 있어서,
    상기 피부 컨설트 모듈은 상기 사용자의 피부 상태 정보, 상기 사용자의 피부에서 개선해야 할 피부 상태 평가인자 또는 상기 사용자의 피부 상태 변화를 수신하고, 이에 기초하여 상기 사용자에게 적절한 피부관리방법 또는 적합한 화장품을 선정하여 사용자에게 추천 또는 제안하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화장품 사용 및 피부 관리 비대면 컨설팅 시스템.
