L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'un aimant permanent, le procédé consistant à : i) utiliser un moule (100), le moule (100) comprenant une cavité (110) et une région de moule (120) autour de la cavité (110), ii) établir un flux magnétique (150) par rapport à la cavité (110), iii) placer une poudre magnétique (130), comprenant une pluralité de particules magnétiques, dans la cavité (110), de sorte que les particules magnétiques de la poudre magnétique (130) sont orientées dans le flux magnétique (150) pour obtenir une distribution angulaire de directions de magnétisation et iv) former l'aimant permanent à partir des particules de poudre magnétique (130) présentant la distribution angulaire orientée de directions de magnétisation. La région de moule (120) comprend un matériau magnétique pourvu d'une perméabilité magnétique relative, qui est supérieure à la perméabilité magnétique relative de l'air, en particulier supérieure à 1,01 μr. En outre, l'invention concerne un procédé de réalisation d'un transducteur électromécanique, un moule (100) et une utilisation du moule (100).
