现有技术中,在很多二类电商广告场景下,用户通过电商广告物料导流到商品详情页并进行下单时,需要进行登录、验证、填写收货人和收货地址,且填写信息后的页面大部分并不能直接进行支付,而通常通过与客服、微商对接进行支付,或者通过货到付款机制,导致用户在下单和支付过程中的操作流程较长,需要用户进行较多的操作,从而导致用户购物体验不佳。而且根据流量转化漏斗原则,在整个下单和支付过程中,由于流程繁琐且流程割裂,使得每一步流程都有可能损失掉原本准备下单的用户,容易降低用户对商品的感兴趣程度,继而容易导致商品的成单量下降。
为此,本公开提供了基于小程序的商品处理方法及组件、电子设备、计算机可读介质,该方法塑造了一种新型的二类电商购物模式,有效解决了上述现有技术中存在的技术问题。

在本公开实施例中,宿主平台为能够承载小程序的运行、作为小程序的宿主的应用程序(APP),宿主平台也可称为“宿主APP”。

在本公开实施例中,当开发者通过小程序开发平台开发小程序时,可以预先将需引流的商品的商品物料信息提交给小程序开发平台,小程序开发平台对商品物料信息进行审核,审核通过后,小程序开发平台将 审核通过的商品物料信息存储至物料存储系统,物料存储系统的具体实现形式可以是关系型数据库管理系统(MySQL),以供小程序运行时调用并展示。当小程序被调起展示商品的商品落地页时,通过物料存储系统获取相应的商品物料信息以在商品落地页中进行展示。

在一些实施例中,为了保证用户隐私不被侵犯,当用户在预设地址簿页面点击从服务端添加地址入口时,可以先向请求用户授权,例如向用户发送是否允许获取、使用、编辑服务端的用户地址信息的提示信息,待用户确认后,进行后续获取、使用、编辑服务端的用户地址信息的操作。同时,还可以向用户确认是否将服务端的用户地址信息用于进行其 他小程序分发,以实现多个小程序的地址互通使用,待用户确认后,则服务端可以将用户添加的用户地址信息提供给其他小程序进行用户地址信息的互通使用,否则用户添加的用户地址信息仅限于当前小程序使用。
在一些实施例中,通过地址组件、用户标识和服务端联动,使得用户可以在一处添加用户地址信息,而在多个小程序中直接使用,多个小程序集成的地址组件均可对接预设的服务端,从而与服务端联动获取用户在服务端侧设置的用户地址信息,从而便于用户在不同小程序进行下单时添加收货地址信息,而无需重复添加,从而缩短用户的下单流程,提高了用户的购物体验。
图5为本公开实施例提供的再一种商品处理方法的流程图,如图5所示,在一些实施例中,在步骤S1中,展示商品落地页的步骤之前,还包括:步骤S01和步骤S02。
步骤S01、响应于宿主平台的商品落地页调用请求,向宿主平台发送用户登录授权请求。
步骤S02、响应于用户的登录授权操作,获取用户登录信息,并根据用户登录信息进行登录,用户登录信息包括用户对应的用户标识。
在一些实施例中,宿主平台接收到用户登录授权请求时,可以向用户发送授权询问信息,当用户确认登录授权后,宿主平台将用户的登录信息进行反馈,从而基于用户的登录信息登录小程序。
在一些实施例中,小程序运行时SDK中还可以预先集成有运营商“一键登录”SDK,使得该小程序被调用时,向用户发送的用户登录授权请求可以包括一键登录入口,当用户选择一键登录入口时,可以响应于用户的一键登录操作,调用预设的运营商“一键登录”SDK完成小程序的登录流程,从而能够使得用户快速登录小程序,减少用户的下单时 间,提高用户的购物体验。
在一些实施例中,用户还可以选择手动输入用户手机号码进行验证的方式登录小程序,或者通过宿主平台已有账号OAuth(Open Authorization,开放授权)登录的方式登录小程序,本公开实施例对此不作限制。
在本公开实施例中,小程序开发平台可以预先在小程序SDK框架中集成预设的收银台服务SDK(例如百度交易收银台服务SDK),而开发者在利用平台的小程序SDK框架开发小程序时,可以在小程序中集成相应的支付组件,支付组件对接预设的收银台服务SDK。因此,在步骤S3中,在用户选定收货地址信息、支付方式,并提交订单后,调用隐藏的收银台服务SDK进行与选定的支付方式对应的支付操作,并在用户支付完成后,响应于用户支付完成操作,生成商品订单。
本公开实施例通过在小程序集成支付组件的方式,可以使得用户在提交订单后使用小程序收银支付,保障了小程序的支付闭环,在支付场景中可以一站式打通,有效避免了在小程序支付时跳转至第三方支付页面导致的流程割裂的问题,从而有效缩短了用户的下单流程,提高了用户的购物体验。
图6为本公开实施例提供的一种应用于小程序的商品处理组件的组成框图。
参照图6,本公开实施例提供了一种应用于小程序的商品处理组件300,该商品处理组件300可以集成于小程序中,该商品处理组件300包括:落地页展示模块301、结算页面生成模块302、订单支付模块303。
其中,落地页展示模块301被配置为响应于宿主平台的商品落地页调用请求,展示商品落地页;结算页面生成模块302被配置为响应于用户在商品落地页对商品的下单操作,在商品订单结算页面利用预先设置 的地址组件获取用户对应的收货地址信息;订单支付模块303被配置为响应于用户提交订单的操作,调用预先设置的支付组件进行订单支付操作,以生成商品订单。
在一些实施例中,商品处理组件300还包括登录模块,登录模块被配置为响应于宿主平台的商品落地页调用请求,向宿主平台发送用户登录授权请求;响应于用户的登录授权操作,获取用户登录信息,并根据用户登录信息进行登录,用户登录信息包括用户对应的用户标识。
在一些实施例中,结算页面生成模块302包括结算页面生成子模块和地址编辑子模块,地址编辑子模块被配置为在商品订单结算页面利用预先设置的地址组件获取用户对应的收货地址信息,结算页面生成子模块被配置为在地址编辑子模块在商品订单结算页面利用预先设置的地址组件获取用户对应的收货地址信息之前,生成并展示商品订单结算页面,商品订单结算页面集成有地址组件和支付组件。
在一些实施例中,结算页面生成子模块还被配置为在生成并展示商品订单结算页面之前,调用预设的地址组件获取用户对应的预设地址列表,预设地址列表包括用户预先设置的至少一个用户地址信息。
在一些实施例中,地址编辑子模块被配置为:响应于用户通过地址组件选择或编辑地址的操作,调起地址组件展示预设地址簿页面,预设地址簿页面包括预设地址列表;响应于用户从预设地址列表中选定一用户地址信息的操作,确定用户对应的收货地址信息并返回商品订单结算页面。
在一些实施例中,预设地址簿页面还包括从本地添加地址入口,地址编辑子模块还被配置为:响应于用户点击从本地添加地址入口的操作,展示本地添加地址页面;响应于用户在本地添加地址页面添加新用户地址信息的操作,将新用户地址信息添加至预设地址列表,并返回预 设地址簿页面。
在一些实施例中,预设地址簿页面还包括从服务端添加地址入口;地址编辑子模块还被配置为:响应于用户点击从服务端添加地址入口的操作,根据预先获取的用户的用户标识,识别用户是否预先在预设的服务端设置有服务端用户地址列表;响应于识别出用户未预先在预设的服务端设置有服务端用户地址列表,展示服务端新增地址页面;响应于用户在服务端新增地址页面添加新用户地址信息的操作,将新用户地址信息添加至预设地址列表,并返回预设地址簿页面。
在一些实施例中,地址编辑模块还被配置为:响应于识别出用户预先在预设的服务端设置有服务端用户地址列表,获取并展示服务端地址簿页面,服务端地址簿页面包括服务端用户地址列表和服务端新增地址入口;响应于用户从服务端用户地址列表中选定用户地址信息的操作,将选定的用户地址信息添加至预设地址列表,并返回预设地址簿页面;响应于用户在服务端地址簿页面点击服务端新增地址入口的操作,展示服务端新增地址页面;响应于用户在服务端新增地址页面添加新用户地址信息的操作,将新用户地址信息添加至预设地址列表,并返回预设地址簿页面。

图7为本公开实施例提供的一种电子设备的组成框图。
参照图7,本公开实施例提供了一种电子设备,该电子设备包括至少一个处理器401,以及与至少一个处理器401通信连接的存储器402,以及用于连接各部件的接口,该接口可以包括高速接口和低速接口。各个部件利用不同的总线互相连接,并且可以被安装在公共主板上或者根 据需要以其它方式安装。处理器可以对在电子设备内执行的指令进行处理,包括存储在存储器中或者存储器上以在外部输入/输出装置(诸如,耦合至接口的显示设备)上显示GUI(Graphical User Interface,图形用户界面)的图形信息的指令。在其它实施方式中,若需要,可以将多个处理器和/或多条总线与多个存储器和多个存储器一起使用。同样,可以连接多个电子设备,各个设备提供部分必要的操作(例如,作为服务器阵列、一组刀片式服务器、或者多处理器系统)。图7中以一个处理器401为例。
存储器402存储有可被至少一个处理器401执行的一个或多个指令,一个或多个指令被至少一个处理器401执行,以使至少一个处理器401能够执行上述的商品处理方法。
存储器402作为一种非瞬时计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储非瞬时软件程序、非瞬时计算机可执行程序以及模块,如本公开实施例中的商品处理方法对应的程序指令/模块。处理器401通过运行存储在存储器402中的非瞬时软件程序、指令以及模块,从而执行服务器的各种功能应用以及数据处理,即实现上述方法实施例中的商品处理方法。

根据本公开实施例的技术方案,宿主平台向用户推荐商品广告后,当用户在宿主平台点击商品广告时,通过调用小程序的方式来展示商品落地页,小程序预先集成有地址组件和支付组件,从而在用户下单时,可以调用地址组件获取用户的收货地址,并调用支付组件进行支付操作,从而有效缩短了用户的购物下单流程,使得在二类电商场景中,用户可以迅速完成下单操作,提高了用户的购物体验,继而有效提升了商品的成单转化率。
应该理解,可以使用上面所示的各种形式的流程,重新排序、增加或删除步骤。例如,本发申请中记载的各步骤可以并行地执行也可以顺序地执行也可以不同的次序执行,只要能够实现本公开公开的技术方案所期望的结果,本文在此不进行限制。

Claims (17)

  1. 一种基于小程序的商品处理方法,所述小程序预先集成有地址组件和支付组件,所述商品处理方法包括:
    响应于宿主平台的商品落地页调用请求,展示商品落地页;
    响应于用户在所述商品落地页对商品的下单操作,在商品订单结算页面利用预先设置的所述地址组件获取所述用户对应的收货地址信息;
    响应于所述用户提交订单的操作,调用预先设置的所述支付组件进行订单支付操作,以生成商品订单。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的商品处理方法,其中所述在商品订单结算页面利用预先设置的地址组件获取所述用户对应的收货地址信息之前,所述商品处理方法还包括:生成并展示所述商品订单结算页面,所述商品订单结算页面集成有所述地址组件和所述支付组件。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的商品处理方法,其中在所述展示商品落地页之前,所述商品处理方法还包括:
    响应于所述宿主平台的商品落地页调用请求,向所述宿主平台发送用户登录授权请求;
    响应于所述用户的登录授权操作,获取用户登录信息,并根据所述用户登录信息进行登录,所述用户登录信息包括所述用户对应的用户标识。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的商品处理方法,其中在所述生成并展示商品订单结算页面之前,所述商品处理方法还包括:
    调用预设的所述地址组件获取所述用户对应的预设地址列表,所述预设地址列表包括所述用户预先设置的至少一个用户地址信息;
    所述在商品订单结算页面利用预先设置的所述地址组件获取所述用户对应的收货地址信息,包括:
    响应于所述用户通过所述地址组件选择或编辑地址的操作,调起所述地址组件展示预设地址簿页面,所述预设地址簿页面包括所述预设地址列表;
    响应于所述用户从所述预设地址列表中选定一所述用户地址信息的操作,确定所述用户对应的收货地址信息并返回所述商品订单结算页面。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的商品处理方法,其中所述预设地址簿页面还包括从本地添加地址入口;在所述响应于所述用户从所述预设地址列表中选定一所述用户地址信息的操作,确定所述用户对应的收货地址信息并返回所述商品订单结算页面之前,所述商品处理方法还包括:
    响应于所述用户点击所述从本地添加地址入口的操作,展示本地添加地址页面;
    响应于所述用户在所述本地添加地址页面添加新用户地址信息的操作,将所述新用户地址信息添加至所述预设地址列表,并返回所述预设地址簿页面。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的商品处理方法,其中所述预设地址簿页面还包括从服务端添加地址入口;在所述响应于所述用户从所述预设地址列表中选定一所述用户地址信息的操作,确定所述用户对应的收货地址信息并返回所述商品订单结算页面之前,所述商品处理方法还包括:
    响应于所述用户点击所述从服务端添加地址入口的操作,根据预先获取的所述用户的用户标识,识别所述用户是否预先在预设的所述服务端设置有服务端用户地址列表;
    响应于识别出所述用户未预先在预设的所述服务端设置有服务端用户地址列表,展示服务端新增地址页面;
    响应于所述用户在所述服务端新增地址页面添加新用户地址信息的操作,将所述新用户地址信息添加至所述预设地址列表,并返回所述预设地址簿页面。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的商品处理方法,其中在所述识别所述用户是否预先在预设的所述服务端设置有服务端用户地址列表之后,所述商品处理方法还包括:
    响应于识别出所述用户预先在预设的所述服务端设置有服务端用户地址列表,获取并展示服务端地址簿页面,所述服务端地址簿页面包括所述服务端用户地址列表;
    响应于所述用户从所述服务端用户地址列表中选定用户地址信息的操作,将选定的用户地址信息添加至所述预设地址列表,并返回所述预设地址簿页面。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的商品处理方法,其中在所述识别所述用户是否预先在预设的所述服务端设置有服务端用户地址列表之后,所述商品处理方法还包括:
    响应于识别出所述用户预先在预设的所述服务端设置有服务端用户地址列表,获取并展示服务端地址簿页面,所述服务端地址簿页面包括所述服务端用户地址列表和服务端新增地址入口;
    响应于所述用户在所述服务端地址簿页面点击所述服务端新增地址入口的操作,展示服务端新增地址页面;
    响应于所述用户在所述服务端新增地址页面添加新用户地址信息的操作,将所述新用户地址信息添加至所述预设地址列表,并返回所述预设地址簿页面。
  9. 一种应用于小程序的商品处理组件,包括:
    落地页展示模块,被配置为响应于宿主平台的商品落地页调用请求,展示商品落地页;
    结算页面生成模块,被配置为响应于用户在所述商品落地页对商品的下单操作,在商品订单结算页面利用预先设置的所述地址组件获取所述用户对应的收货地址信息;
    订单支付模块,被配置为响应于所述用户提交订单的操作,调用预先设置的所述支付组件进行订单支付操作,以生成商品订单。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的商品处理组件,其中所述结算页面生成模块包括结算页面生成子模块和地址编辑子模块;
    所述结算页面生成子模块被配置为响应于用户在所述商品落地页对商品的下单操作,生成并展示所述商品订单结算页面,所述商品订单结算页面集成有所述地址组件和所述支付组件;
    所述地址编辑子模块被配置为在所述商品订单结算页面利用预先设置的所述地址组件获取所述用户对应的所述收货地址信息。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的商品处理组件,其中所述结算页面生成子模块还被配置为:在生成并展示所述商品订单结算页面之前,调用预设的所述地址组件获取所述用户对应的预设地址列表,所述预设地址列表包括所述用户预先设置的至少一个用户地址信息;
    所述地址编辑子模块被配置为:响应于所述用户通过所述地址组件选择或编辑地址的操作,调起所述地址组件展示预设地址簿页面,所述预设地址簿页面包括所述预设地址列表;响应于所述用户从所述预设地址列表中选定一所述用户地址信息的操作,确定所述用户对应的所述收货地址信息并返回所述商品订单结算页面。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的商品处理组件,其中所述预设地址簿页面 还包括从本地添加地址入口;
    所述地址编辑子模块还被配置为:响应于所述用户点击所述从本地添加地址入口的操作,展示本地添加地址页面;响应于所述用户在所述本地添加地址页面添加新用户地址信息的操作,将所述新用户地址信息添加至所述预设地址列表,并返回所述预设地址簿页面。
  13. 根据权利要求11所述的商品处理组件,其中所述预设地址簿页面还包括从服务端添加地址入口;
    所述地址编辑子模块还被配置为:
    响应于所述用户点击所述从服务端添加地址入口的操作,根据预先获取的所述用户的用户标识,识别所述用户是否预先在预设的所述服务端设置有服务端用户地址列表;
    响应于识别出所述用户未预先在预设的所述服务端设置有服务端用户地址列表,展示服务端新增地址页面;
    响应于所述用户在所述服务端新增地址页面添加新用户地址信息的操作,将所述新用户地址信息添加至所述预设地址列表,并返回所述预设地址簿页面。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的商品处理组件,其中所述地址编辑模块还被配置为:
    响应于识别出所述用户预先在预设的所述服务端设置有服务端用户地址列表,获取并展示服务端地址簿页面,所述服务端地址簿页面包括所述服务端用户地址列表和服务端新增地址入口;
    响应于所述用户从所述服务端用户地址列表中选定用户地址信息的操作,将选定的所述用户地址信息添加至所述预设地址列表,并返回所述预设地址簿页面;
    响应于所述用户在所述服务端地址簿页面点击所述服务端新增地址入口的操作,展示服务端新增地址页面;
    响应于所述用户在所述服务端新增地址页面添加新用户地址信息的操作,将所述新用户地址信息添加至所述预设地址列表,并返回所述预设地址簿页面。
  15. 一种电子设备,包括:
    至少一个处理器;以及
    与所述至少一个处理器通信连接的存储器;其中,
    所述存储器存储有可被所述至少一个处理器执行的一个或多个指令,一个或多个所述指令被所述至少一个处理器执行,以使所述至少一个处理器能够执行权利要求1-8中任一项所述的商品处理方法。
  16. 一种计算机可读介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其中,所述计算机程序被执行时实现如权利要求1-8中任一项所述的商品处理方法。
  17. 一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机程序,所述计算机程序在被处理器执行时实现根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的商品处理方法。
