一种用于垃圾桶的带负压装置的桶体组件及智能垃圾桶 技术领域
本实用新型涉及智能垃圾桶领域,尤其涉及一种用于垃圾桶的带负压装置的桶体组件及智能垃圾桶。
背景技术
现有技术中,家用垃圾桶套设袋子的方式通常为手动撑开方式,通过吹气或者抖动将袋子撑开放在垃圾桶内部。采用手动撑开方式,存在如下缺陷:1、袋子重量较轻,在撑开的过程中容易吸附到手上,操作麻烦;2、手动撑袋子并不能完全撑开,并且移动垃圾桶的时候袋子还会在桶内飘动,导致袋子的使用空间减少,影响袋子的使用效率。
因此,需要提供一种方便套设袋子并且可以提高袋子的使用效率的快速负压装置来解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本实用新型提供了一种用于垃圾桶的带负压装置的桶体组件。解决了现有技术中袋子套在桶里时不能快速撑开且不能完全撑开,导致操作不方便和使用效率低的问题。
本实用新型的技术效果通过如下实现的:
一种用于垃圾桶的带负压装置的桶体组件,包括负压腔、抽风口和内桶,所述负压腔设于内桶的内壁上,所述负压腔内侧设有吸附板,所述吸附板设有负压吸附孔,所述负压吸附孔用于将放置在内桶中的袋子吸附,所述抽风口贯穿于所述内桶的桶壁,所述抽风口与负压腔外侧连接。负压吸附孔具有多个,通过多个负压吸附孔将内桶和袋子之间空气吸入负压腔内,在电机作用下将空气从抽风口抽出。设置快速负压发生装置,使得在套袋子过程中袋子可以快速贴合内桶的内壁并且完全撑开,提高了袋子的使用效率,在袋子破裂垃圾漏出时,避免电机吸入异物导致损坏。通过设置吸附板,使得当智能垃圾桶处于吸尘器模式时,垃圾袋紧贴在内桶的内壁上,避免在吸入外部垃圾的同时,袋子也会被吸尘电机吸入,导致电机损坏。
另外,还提供一种智能垃圾桶,包括上述的带负压装置的桶体组件。智能垃圾桶具有垃圾桶和吸尘器两种模式。
进一步地,所述智能垃圾桶设有内腔,所述内腔设于所述内桶上方,所述内桶和所述内腔可拆卸连接。
进一步地,还包括按钮,所述按钮设于所述内桶上,用于控制所述内桶的定位和锁定。通过按钮控制,使得内桶装入智能垃圾桶后,始终与内腔固定,不会产生位移导致内桶与外壳之间出现漏气。
进一步地,还包括密封圈,所述密封圈设于所述内桶与所述内腔之间。通过设置密封圈,可以在袋子套设后将袋子边缘固定,使得减少气体进入袋子与内桶之间影响负压环境,同时固定内桶并使得内桶和内腔密封连接。
进一步地,还包括面盖,所述面盖设于智能垃圾桶顶部,所述面盖相对于智能垃圾桶外壳能够打开或闭合。
进一步地,还包括进气口,所述进气口和所述内桶连接,所述进气口设有吸尘器连接部,所述吸尘器连接部用于和吸尘管道可拆卸连接。
进一步地,还包括电机和控制器,所述控制器和所述电机电连接,所述控制器用于控制电机的启动和停止,所述电机用于在所述内桶中产生负压。这样的设置,使得电机启动产生负压时,内桶与袋子间的空气从抽风口吸出;在吸尘器模式下,可以将外面的垃圾吸入吸尘管道并通过进气口吸入内桶中。
进一步地,还包括排气口,所述排气口设于所述智能垃圾桶的外壳上。排气口用于有效排出内桶与袋子间的空气和吸尘后过滤的干净空气。
如上所述,本实用新型具有如下有益效果:

如图1-2所示,一种用于垃圾桶的带负压装置的桶体组件,其特征在于,包括负压腔1、抽风口2和内桶3,所述负压腔1设于内桶3的内壁上,所述负压腔1内侧设有吸附板11,所述吸附板设有负压吸附孔111,所述负压吸附孔111用于将放置在内桶中的袋子吸附,所述抽风口2贯穿于所述内桶3的桶壁,所述抽风口2与负压腔1外侧连接。本实施例中,内桶3设有卡槽31,负压腔1卡于卡槽31上,负压腔1为条形,负压吸附孔111具体为56个圆孔,在电机产生负压的情况下,将内桶3和袋子之间空气通过负压吸附孔111被吸入至负压腔1内,在电机作用下空气从抽风口2排出。负压环境的形成使得袋子能够快速贴附在内桶的桶壁上,并且当袋子破裂漏出垃圾时,可以保护智能垃圾桶的电机不会因吸入异物导致损坏。通过设置吸附板,使得当智能垃圾桶处于吸尘器模式时,垃圾袋紧贴在内桶的内壁上,避免在吸入外部垃圾的同时,袋子也会被吸尘电机吸入,导致电机损坏。负压腔也可设于内桶的外壁上。负压腔和内桶的连接方式也可以是例如粘贴等固定连接方式。
实施例2:
如图3所示,一种智能垃圾桶,包括实施例1中的带负压装置的桶体组件。智能垃圾桶同时具有吸尘器和常规垃圾桶两种模式,可以任意切换两种模式实现不同的功能。
进一步地,智能垃圾桶设有内腔4,内腔4设于内桶3上方,内桶3和内腔4可拆卸连接。在吸尘器模式下,内桶与内腔处于密封状态;在垃圾桶模式下,可以拆下内桶倾倒垃圾。
进一步地,还包括按钮5,按钮5设于智能垃圾桶上,用于控制内桶3的定位和锁定。按钮的上方设有卡扣,通过控制卡扣向上滑动,可以使得内桶始终与内腔固定,不会产生位移导致内桶和外壳之间出现漏气。保证内桶与智能垃圾桶机体密封,袋子贴合内桶内壁,在误撞倒智能垃圾桶时,不会掉落洒出垃圾。

进一步地,还包括电机和控制器,控制器和电机电连接,控制器用于控制电机的启动和停止,电机用于在内桶3中产生负压。通过电机使得吸出内桶与袋子间的空气;通过在吸尘器模式下启动电机可以将外面的垃圾吸入。
进一步地,还包括排气口9,排气口9设于智能垃圾桶的外壳上。通过排气口可以排出内桶与袋子间的空气和吸尘后过滤的干净空气。
