Description
本发明涉及涉及头盔领域,具体涉及一种多功能摩托车头盔。
头盔是保护头部的装具,是人们交通中不可或缺的工具。它多呈半圆形,主要由外壳、衬里和悬挂装置三部分组成。外壳分别用特种钢、玻璃钢、增强塑料、皮革、尼龙等材料制作,以抵御其他打击物对头部的伤害。
摩托车驾驶员在骑行时,往往会佩戴全幅式头盔,以保证骑行的安全,全幅式头盔为对整个头部进行包裹,在长时间使用时经常会感觉到闷热,而且头盔的护目镜经常会因为内外温差原因会形成水雾,严重的影响了骑行的安全,同时因为佩戴了头盔驾驶员无法穿戴口罩,这为雾霭严重的用户带来不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服上述缺陷,提供了一种多功能摩托车头盔。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种多功能摩托车头盔,其特征在于,包括头盔外壳、护目镜、呼吸器、降温器、降温层,所述头盔外壳一端前侧设置有护目镜,所述头盔外壳一端下侧安装有呼吸器,所述头盔外壳一端后侧设置有降温器,所述头盔外壳一端内侧安装有降温层。
优选地,所述头盔外壳外壁上设置有太阳能电板,所述头盔外壳 内壁上设置有隔热材料。
优选地,所述护目镜上部喷涂有防雾涂层。
优选地,所述呼吸器一端外侧设置有若干呼吸孔。
优选地,所述所述呼吸器内部放置有活性炭。
优选地,所述降温器由电动机、压缩机、冷凝器、储液器、蒸发器、出风管和冷风出气口组成。
优选地,所述降温层位于头盔内部,用户佩戴时与头部直接接触。
优选地,所述冷风出气口与降温层相通。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1.可将头盔内部降温:该设备设置有降温器,可通过机械设备进行快速降温,同时低温空气不直接吹向用户头部,避免影响用户健康。
2.防雾气影响了骑行的安全:该设备在护目镜上部喷涂有防雾涂层防止因为内外温差原因会形成水雾。
3.防雾霭:该设备在呼吸器内部放置有活性炭来过滤空气,防止雾霭吸入。
4.太阳能充电:该设备在头盔外壁上设置有太阳能电板实时吸收太阳能转化为电能存储下来。

参照图1~4所示,一种多功能摩托车头盔,包括头盔外壳1、护目镜2、呼吸器3、降温器4、降温层5,所述头盔外壳1一端前侧设置有护目镜2,所述头盔外壳1一端下侧安装有呼吸器3,所述头盔外壳1一端后侧设置有降温器4,所述头盔外壳1一端内侧安装有 降温层5。
本发明中,所述头盔外壳1外壁上设置有太阳能电板,所述头盔外壳1内壁上设置有隔热材料;所述护目镜2上部喷涂有防雾涂层;所述呼吸器3一端外侧设置有若干呼吸孔;所述所述呼吸器3内部放置有活性炭;所述降温器4由电动机41、压缩机42、冷凝器43、储液器44、蒸发器45、出风管46和冷风出气口47组成;所述降温层5位于头盔内部,用户佩戴时与头部直接接触;所述冷风出气口47与降温层5相通。
本发明,操作方便,原理简单,一种多功能摩托车头盔可以降温、防雾、防霭的多功能头盔,同时可以太阳能充电节能环保。
在使用时,头盔外壳1外壁上设置的太阳能电板实时吸收转化为电能存储下来为整个设备提供动力。
用户带上头盔后,降温器4开始启动,降温器4内部压缩机42开始工作,电动机41转动不断地将冷凝器43所散发的热气,冷风出气口47侧面的排风栅排向外面,而电机上端的离心风叶,则不断地从降温器4侧面的进风栅吸入空气,吸入的空气流经蒸发器45后,经热交换使其温度下降,然后从出风管46喷射出去通过冷风出气口47进入降温层5降低头盔内部温度。
当头盔内外存在温差时,护目镜2上部喷涂的防雾涂层可以阻止雾气在护目镜2上产生。同时根据活性碳很强的吸附性能来过滤空气中的雾霭,防止用户吸入。

- 一种多功能摩托车头盔,其特征在于,包括头盔外壳(1)、护目镜(2)、呼吸器(3)、降温器(4)、降温层(5),所述头盔外壳(1)一端前侧设置有护目镜(2),所述头盔外壳(1)一端下侧安装有呼吸器(3),所述头盔外壳(1)一端后侧设置有降温器(4),所述头盔外壳(1)一端内侧安装有降温层(5)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能摩托车头盔,其特征在于:所述头盔外壳(1)外壁上设置有太阳能电板,所述头盔外壳(1)内壁上设置有隔热材料。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能摩托车头盔,其特征在于:所述护目镜(2)上部喷涂有防雾涂层。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能摩托车头盔,其特征在于:所述呼吸器(3)一端外侧设置有若干呼吸孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能摩托车头盔,其特征在于:所述所述呼吸器(3)内部放置有活性炭。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能摩托车头盔,其特征在于:所述降温器(4)由电动机(41)、压缩机(42)、冷凝器(43)、储液器(44)、蒸发器(45)、出风管(46)和冷风出气口(47)组成。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能摩托车头盔,其特征在于:所述降温层(5)位于头盔内部,用户佩戴时与头部直接接触。
- 根据权利要求6述的一种多功能摩托车头盔,其特征在于:所述冷风出气口(47)与降温层(5)相通。
