数据库模块12用于存储运动多维能力数据库和用户个人运动数据库。运动多维能力数据库包括运动多维能力的评估标准。运动多维能力包括力量、速度、反应、耐力、呼吸、运动素质、技术水平、动作技法、动作运用、动作姿态、器械/动物利用、情绪表达、战术、团队合作、场地/环境适应及应用中的至少一项能力,还可以包括两项及以上单项能力的组合能力,还可以包括单个动作或其组合的完成能力,以及完成能力、组合能力、单项能力之间的关系。完成能力是指用户完成特定动作的能力。用户能完成特定动作,说明用户的运动多维能力达到该动作的要求,即用户的力量、速度、反应、耐力、呼吸、运动素质、技术水平、动作技法、动作运用、动作姿态、器械/动物利用、情绪表达、战术、团队合作、场地/环境适应及应用等能力均符合该动作的要求,因而用户具备该动作的完成能力。完成能力 可以是一个动作的完成能力,也可以是多个动作形成的动作组合的完成能力。
本发明的运动教学系统是为了用户能更好的学习各种运动项目,而运动水平的提高除了通过用户运动多维能力的单项能力的提高,还需要不同单项能力的配合应用,才可以提升用户对应运动的水平,达到运动教学的目的。例如:足球运动首先需要具备一定的力量、速度、耐力以及掌握一定的技术动作如传球、停球、射门等;然后需要具备的是对技术动作的运用和场地环境的适应能力,如近距离射门用脚弓、远距离射门用脚背、雨天多用长传球、草皮差避免短传等;最后是提高战术和团队合作能力,在队友拿球时选择合适的接应位置或采取合适的跑位带开防守队员,在防守时根据队友站位选择自己合适的位置可以兼顾个人防守及替队友补位等等。再比如双人跳水也是类似,首先需要具备一定的弹跳力和动作完成能力;然后器械利用和场地适应能力,也就是利用好跳板跳台对个人动作的影响;最后是战术和团队合作能力,包括和队友具备默契的配合,动作的同步性/一致性,比如动作的选择、领先或落后时不同的动作目标(领先时追求稳定性、落后时追求完美表现力)等等。
本发明的运动教学系统可以用于不同项目的运动教学,包括:田径、球类、游泳,武术、健身、健美操、登山,滑冰,滑雪、举重,摔跤,柔道,自行车、舞蹈、瑜伽、跳水、体操、拳击、赛车、赛马、马术、跳绳、击剑、轮滑、射击、射箭、划艇等。对于同样的运动项 目,还可以根据运动目的的不同进行不同的运动教学,包括:锻炼身体、水平考试、体育竞赛、个人爱好等。
要学习一项运动,提高该运动的水平,达到锻炼身体、通过水平考试、参加体育竞赛、发展个人爱好等目的,就需要掌握与该运动有关的各种能力,同时利用好与该运动有关的各种因素,才能更快、更好的学习该项运动,提升相关的运动水平。
运动的相关要素可以包括:

用户个人运动数据库存储有用户个人的运动相关信息,用于在分析评估用户运动的多维能力、推荐适合用户的运动教学方案、分析用户运动的过程中需要注意的情况和指出用户运动过程中的不足之处时提供用户个人的运动相关信息。也可以是在多人/团队运动中包含多人/团队的运动相关信息。用户个人的运动相关信息可以包括:用户基本信息、用户运动的个人能力、用户运动的个人特点、运动学习目标、运动学习时间、与运动学习有关的各项能力、掌握的动作及组合、练习中的动作及组合、练习时间、练习经历及进展等信息,还包括用户运动多维能力的评估信息及对应的相关数据。其中,用户基本信息包括:年龄、性别、身高、体重、运动基础等等。用户运动的个人能力可以包括:用户的运动多维能力的单维能力和组合能力的级别/水平。用户运动的个人特点可以包括:用户喜爱/不喜爱的运动项目、位置、风格、技巧、姿势、练习方式等;用户擅长/不擅长的运动项目、位置、风格、技巧、姿势、练习方式等。与运动学习有关的各项能力包括:智力、运动知识、记忆能力、理解能力、协调能力、配合能力、体力、恢复能力、注意力等等。
在本发明中,运动多维能力数据库的来源可以是基于各种运动教材和相关书籍、运动相关数据、运动视频资料、运动多维能力及动作完成能力的相关数字化特征、运动项目规范、专家经验、会议纪要、 论文、专著、发明、科学推论、医学报告、分析报告、其他文献资料、其他具有专业性/权威性的研究结果。运动多维能力数据库建立的方法可以是选取适合的运动员获取运动的标准视频及相关数据建立,或者通过人工智能分析现有数据并按照规范合成而建立,或者通过数据挖掘/数据重整/统计分析得出新的数据而建立,也可以是采用上述方法的组合建立。用户个人运动数据库的数据获取方法可以包括用户/教练/家长自行输入、从其他信息系统、设备或者数据库中获取或者是在数据库相关信息使用过程中不断的获取和分析出的新的数据,也可以是上述方法的组合。
分析模块13用于通过用户运动的相关数据分析评估用户运动的多维能力和/或根据用户运动的多维能力和用户个人的运动相关信息推荐适合用户的运动教学方案。用户运动的相关数据,应该是运动多维能力数据库所包含的,包含有该运动项目/动作的标准数据及评估标准。

评估力量能力可以是将用户运动的相关数据中的与力量有关的各项数据与运动多维能力数据库中的标准进行比较,并且可以根据不同的能力评估结果设定相应的分级或评分,如:体重70公斤的男性深蹲举起180公斤的重量力量为1级,举起145公斤的重量力量为2级,举起110公斤的重量力量为3级,举起85公斤的重量力量为4级,举起60公斤的重量力量为5级。评估既可以评估用户整体的力量,也可以是评估不同部位的力量,例如:左右手指/手腕/上肢/肩部/背部/腰部/腹部/大腿/小腿/脚部力量等。
评估速度能力可以是将用户运动的相关数据中的与速度有关的各项数据如起始时间、终止时间、距离等,与运动多维能力数据库中 的标准进行比较,并且可以根据不同的能力评估结果设定相应的分级或评分。
评估耐力能力可以是将用户运动的相关数据中的与耐力有关的各项数据如次数、距离等,与运动多维能力数据库中的标准进行比较,并且可以根据不同的能力评估结果设定相应的分级或评分。
评估反应能力可以是将用户运动的相关数据中的与反应有关的各项数据如反应时间、反应距离等,与运动多维能力数据库中的标准进行比较,并且可以根据不同的能力评估结果设定相应的分级或评分。

评估动作技法的能力可以是将用户运动的相关数据中的与动作技法有关的各项数据,与运动多维能力数据库中的标准进行比较,并且可以根据不同的能力评估结果设定相应的分级或评分。动作技法针对不同的运动项目需要有不同的动作技法,例如:足球动作技法包括:假动作、人球分过、推射、鱼跃冲顶等动作技法;游泳动作技法包括:换气、打水、划水、转身等动作技法。
评估动作运用的能力可以是将用户运动的相关数据进行分析评估,分析用户在运动过程中的动作运用是否合理、是否与运动契合,并且可以根据不同的能力评估结果设定相应的分级或评分。例如:阵型选择、位置调动/控制、节奏/落球点/角度的控制、干扰/假动作的运用等等。
评估动作姿态的能力可以是将用户运动的相关数据进行分析评估,分析用户在运动过程中的姿态是否与运动契合,是否可以增加表 现力,并且可以根据不同的能力评估结果设定相应的分级或评分。例如;手、指、脚、腿、臂、头、躯干的动作/位置/角度等。
评估器械/动物利用的能力可以是将用户运动的相关数据进行分析评估,分析用户在运动过程中的器械/动物利用是否合理、是否与运动契合,并且可以根据不同的能力评估结果设定相应的分级或评分。
评估情绪表达能力可以是将用户运动的相关数据中的与情绪表达有关的各项数据如节奏、表情、动作配合等,与运动多维能力数据库中的标准进行比较,并且可以根据不同的能力评估结果设定相应的分级或评分。
评估战术能力可以是将用户运动的相关数据中的与战术有关的各项数据如战术选择、战术运用、战术针对性等,与运动多维能力数据库中的标准进行比较,并且可以根据不同的能力评估结果设定相应的分级或评分。例如:长跑运动可以根据用户自身能力制定适合的战术,如用户半程能力强但耐力不好,后半程容易落下,则适合的战术是前半程压速度跟随跑、后半程全力跑;如用户耐力强但速度不快,则跑前制定合适的目标配速并严格按照目标速度跑。此外,还可以根据团队的情况制定适合的战术,如安排适合的阵型使团队实力最强的一名或几名选手前半程跟跑,由其他成员领跑,后半程实力强的选手再发力冲到前面。还可以针对对手的实际情况制定针对性战术,如对手和自己相比耐力强冲刺能力不好,则全程跟随对手直到最后再发挥自己的冲刺能力超越对手。
评估团队合作能力可以是将用户运动的相关数据中的与团队合作有关的各项数据如配合、呼应、统一性等,与运动多维能力数据库中的标准进行比较,并且可以根据不同的能力评估结果设定相应的分级或评分。例如:人员分工、位置选择、器材配合、时间配合等。
评估场地/环境适应及应用的能力可以是将用户运动的相关数据中的与场地/环境适应及应用有关的各项数据,与运动多维能力数据库中的标准进行比较,并且可以根据不同的能力评估结果设定相应的分级或评分。例如:艺术体操/舞蹈/武术运动员与舞台布景、灯光、背景音乐的配合与应用的效果。
本发明的运动教学系统还可以根据对用户运动的多维能力的各项能力的评估结果,分别设定对应的级别/分值,并可以根据用户的实际情况设定包括各项能力分析结果在内的多维能力综合分析模型,从而能够根据用户运动情况在各项能力分析所对应的级别/分值和包括了综合分析结果与各项能力的综合分析模型,评估得出用户运动的综合能力的级别/分值,用于向用户推荐适合的运动教学方案。评分/评级还可以考虑用户的年龄及发展前途,对于年龄小/发展前途好的用户给予更高的评分/评级。综合分析模型是用于分析评估用户运动的多维能力的模型,可以是由专家/资深教练人工设定的,或者通过数据统计/分析而得到的,或者通过信息重整/大数据分析得到的,或者通过人工智能深度学习/优化后得到的,并且可以在使用过程中不断积累及优化。

所述练习方案包括练习目标、练习前的准备、练习前的热身、练习内容、练习要点、方法/技巧、动作/姿态、练习时间、练习标准、练习后的恢复等等。练习目标可以是锻炼身体、恢复身体机能、通过水平考试、提高体育竞赛成绩、发展个人爱好等。练习前的准备可以是运动所需的装备、场所、饮食等的准备。本发明的运动教学系统能够根据用户的记忆力及对新学习动作和巩固动作掌握所需的时间长短,在运动教学方案给出不同的针对性方案,如:记忆力高的用户,复习的间隔时间长;对新动作学习能力强的用户,学习新动作的时间短。
本发明的运动教学系统能够根据用户的实际情况,包括用户运动的多维能力和用户个人的运动相关信息,以及用户练习强度与练习时间的特点,来推荐适合用户的运动教学方案。教学方案可以是单次教学方案,也可以是一段时间的综合教学方案。例如:可以推荐由符合用户水平并且有利于提高用户能力的动作所组成的练习方案,并且在推荐的同时给出用户在练习时需要注意的练习要点和方法技巧,同时还包括推荐的练习时间、完成练习的标准等等,使用户学习运动更高效、更方便、成本更低。练习方案还可以附带练习的音频/视频/要点/难点解析等等。推荐的学习内容和练习内容可以是运动多维能力数据库所包含的。
为用户推荐适合的运动教学方案包括:
确定用户目标。用户目标可以是要达到一定水平的运动多维能力或具备一定水平的动作/组合的完成能力。
根据用户目标与用户当前的运动多维能力及动作/组合完成能力的现状,计算出要达到目标还需要完成的各项能力提升的任务。
再根据任务并结合用户自身实际情况制定个性化运动教学方案。
教学方案可以包含学习方案和/或练习方案。学习方案可以是选择合适的学习内容作为学习方案,选择适合的学习内容是根据用户存在的问题,从中分析找出用户存在这些问题的本质原因,针对本质原因推荐适合的内容。例如:用户速度能力不足,经过分析发现用户对 于长跑速度不足,短跑速度能够达到要求,因而需要重点推荐长跑的相关内容,并且进一步分析,用户长跑不好的原因是呼吸方法不对,造成长跑能力不足,因而需要重点给用户推荐适合用户自身条件的改善呼吸方法从而提高长跑成绩的相关内容。练习方案可以是依据难度/特点/练习要点/风格等,从运动多维能力数据库中选择对应标记的动作/组合,生成覆盖任务需求并适合用户自身实际情况的练习方案,例如:根据用户当前的运动多维能力及动作完成能力与目标的差距,分析计算出的任务是将3项能力各自从1级提高到2级,之后从数据库选取符合当前任务的学习内容及练习内容,结合用户的练习时间/练习难度等,生成教学方案。
在本发明中,如果目标与现有能力的差距跨度较大,还可以将目标分解成多个子目标,任务也可以分解成多个相对应的子任务。例如:运动多维能力的各项能力都分为十级,用户目标是力量、技术水平和动作运用都达到8级水平,同时可以熟练掌握2个经典动作组合。用户当前的力量能力是6级,技术水平和动作运用都是7级,2个经典动作组合都不能完成,那么,用户的任务就是将力量从6级提升到8级,技术水平和动作运用从7级提升到8级,2个经典动作组合具备完成能力。由于该目标与现有能力的差距跨度较大,可以将目标分解成多个子目标:力量达到7级、技术水平达到8级、动作运用达到8级、力量达到8级、熟练掌握第一个经典动作组合、熟练掌握第二个经典动作组合。相应的,任务也可以对应分成多个子任务:力量从6级达到7级、技术水平从7级达到8级、动作运用从7级达到8级、 力量从7级达到8级、具备第一个经典动作组合的完成能力、具备第二个经典动作组合的完成能力。子目标及对应的子任务也可以是运动多维能力的单维能力、组合能力,及单个动作/组合的完成能力,或其组合,再此不作限制。
之后需要根据每个子任务制定相应的子方案,每个子方案都能覆盖对应的子任务,再将各子方案整合起来形成完整的教学方案,该方案可以完整覆盖整个任务,达到完整目标的要求。还可以对各子方案进行优化,使整合后的教学方案达到最优的效率与效果。
子方案制定需要全面覆盖本次目标的全部任务单元的学习/练习任务,做到精确且不遗漏。之后还可以针对方案进行优化,优化可以是基于用户运动多维能力、动作/组合完成能力的相关数字化特征来进行的,优化可以包括如下几个项目:
1、针对新内容优化。针对用户运动的多维能力和动作/组合完成能力,在方案中尽量不包含新的未掌握/不熟练的内容,如果必须包含新的未掌握/不熟练的内容,则尽量选取包含新的未掌握/不熟练的内容少、难度低的方案。
2、针对学习/练习范围优化。由于不同动作组合细分到单个动作,有大量重复或相似的部分。通过对用户自身情况的详细分析,选择能够使用户达成任务目标所需的最小学习/练习范围的方案。
3、针对时间进行优化。针对不同方案选择所需学习/练习时间最少的方案。
4、针对强度进行优化。针对不同方案的内容复杂程度,选择所需学习/练习强度最少的方案。
5、针对用户偏好进行优化。根据用户偏好的项目、风格、动作、练习方式等,选择包含用户喜欢的内容/动作多、不喜欢的内容/动作少的方案。
6、针对环境/条件进行优化。根据用户学习/练习的环境/条件,包括场所环境、时间条件、辅助条件等,选择最适合环境/条件的方案。例如:在饭后时间,尽量安排听音频/看视频的学习内容而不是实际运动练习。
7、针对用户状态进行优化。根据用户的个人状态,包括情绪、体力、疲劳度等,选择最适合用户状态的方案。
本发明的运动教学系统所生成的运动教学方案可以是一个也可以是多个,运动教学系统还可以针对不同的运动教学方案,根据对各项能力提高的评估结果分别设定对应的级别/分值,并可根据用户的实际情况设定包括各项能力提高的综合分析模型,从而能够得出运动教学方案的综合级别/分值,用于不同方案的评价和比较。运动教学系统可以是向用户推荐综合级别/分值最高的教学方案,也可以是人 工或系统自动设定一个推荐阈值,综合级别/分值高于该阈值的教学方案都会被推荐,由用户或教练或家长进行选择。

本发明的运动教学系统,也可以是针对用户已有的教学及练习计划,通过对用户练习的运动相关数据进行分析,得到用户的进展,根 据实际进展推进已有教学及练习计划的实施,使教学及练习计划的实施效果大幅提高。
本发明的运动教学系统还能够根据练习内容并结合用户的运动多维能力,智能分析在用户练习的过程中需要注意的情况,事先或随着练习的过程提醒用户注意。运动教学系统还可以包括提醒模块,用于提醒用户注意的信息。提醒模块可以是单独的显示屏、扬声器、或用户随身设备如手机、手环、耳机等,提醒用户注意的信息可以是采用文字或图片或视频的形式显示在显示屏上,也可以是以语音方式提醒用户注意,或者震动或其他方式提醒用户注意。
本发明的运动教学系统还可以包括辅助练习模块,用于辅助用户练习,例如乒乓球自动发球机、跑步机、跳舞机、游戏装备、虚拟技术装备等。运动教学系统可以根据用户的实际情况和用户练习的内容给出辅助练习模块相应的参数,自动或由人工输入至辅助练习模块,帮助用户练习相关的内容。
本发明的运动教学系统还能够根据用户运动学习/练习的实际情况进行智能分析并反馈,所述反馈包括:将分析结果反馈给用户使用户能够有针对性的提高;将分析结果实时反馈给教练/家长,由教练/家长进行干预;根据分析结果出具评估报告中的至少一项。
本发明的运动教学系统还能够智能分析用户运动学习/练习的实际情况并将分析结果反馈给用户,使用户能够有针对性的坚持正确的 部分,改正错误的部分,持续提高运动水平。用户运动完毕后,运动教学系统可以对用户运动的相关数据进行分析评估,并将分析评估的结果反馈给用户,同时也可以将用户运动过程中的不足之处具体指出,并且可以将正确运动的视频反馈给用户,使用户能够有针对性的改正。本发明的运动教学系统作为运动教学的工具,可以帮助用户分析自己的运动是否正确,不断改进提高自己的运动水平。
本发明的运动教学系统还可以包括在用户的运动学习/练习过程中,实时提供反馈情况,由教练/家长进行干预。通过干预,可以在用户没有正确使用本系统进行学习/练习时,能够及时得到纠正。或者是用户取得学习/练习的成果时,能够及时反馈给教练、家长,给予用户表扬等,提高用户学习运动的兴趣。
本发明的运动教学系统还可以根据用户的运动学习/练习情况出具评估报告。所述评估报告可以包括:用户的运动多维能力包括力量、速度、反应、耐力、呼吸、运动素质、技术水平、动作技法、动作运用、动作姿态、器械/动物利用、情绪表达、战术、团队合作、场地/环境适应及应用等的单项能力,还可以包括两项及以上单项能力的组合能力,或用户的运动多维能力的综合能力,还可以包括动作或其组合的完成能力等等,还可以包括用户个人的运动相关信息,如:用户基本信息、用户运动的个人能力、用户运动的个人特点、运动学习目标、运动学习时间、与运动学习有关的各项能力、掌握的动作/技巧/技能、练习中的动作/技巧/技能、练习时间、练习经历及进展等信息。 评估报告还可以是分阶段的比较报告,或者是一段时间的进步报告,还可以是某项目标的达成报告。报告可以是面向用户、教练、家长、学校、课外组织、社会组织、俱乐部、工作单位,作为运动学习过程的依据/人员专业水平评价/专业规范性评价等等。
本发明的运动教学系统还可以将用户的运动多维能力、用户个人的运动相关信息、适合用户的运动教学方案、采用运动教学方案后取得的进步等中的至少一项进行可视化展示,使用户/教练/家长等能够更直接的观察和比较用户的运动多维能力、运动教学方案、采用运动教学方案后取得进步的好坏。
在本发明中,分析模块13和数据库模块12可以是安装在服务器上,通过网络远程将评估结果和推荐的方案直接反馈到用户的智能手机或电脑上,还可以反馈到其他智能终端如智能眼镜、跑步机、训练设备等。
本发明的运动教学系统,可以通过能力评估及问题分析,帮助用户针对自身的实际情况制定个性化学习/练习方案,用户按照学习/练习方案完成相应的练习,达到学习/练习目标——提升用户运动的多维能力及熟练完成更多动作/组合的能力。
本发明的运动教学系统还可以用户使用的过程中,随时评估用户运动的多维能力和用户使用运动教学方案的效果,根据用户学习/练习的实际情况,调整或重新推荐适合用户的运动教学方案,使用户在 使用本发明的运动教学系统时,能够始终得到适合的运动教学方案,持续有效地提高自身的运动水平。
本发明的运动教学系统还可以用于双人/多人/队伍的运动教学及练习。可以获取双人/多人/队伍的运动相关数据;通过双人/多人/队伍的运动相关数据分析评估双人/多人/队伍的运动多维能力,根据双人/多人/队伍的运动多维能力和双人/多人/队伍用户的运动相关信息推荐适合双人/多人/队伍用户的运动教学方案。在双人/多人/队伍的练习过程中,可以是由全体成员共同练习,也可以各自进行针对性练习,也可以是进行分组进行对抗性练习。
本发明的运动教学系统,也可以集成在智能运动设备或可穿戴设备上,用于实时获取/记录用户的运动相关数据并进行分析、根据分析结果给出适合用户的运动教学方案,并在用户学习/练习/运动时给出相应的提示或在用户出错时给出相应的指导,还可以对用户的运动进行考核及评价。
本发明第二实施例参阅图2。图2为本发明第二实施例一种运动教学系统的使用方法的方法流程图。如图所示,本发明的运动教学系统的使用方法包括:
S1:获取用户运动的相关数据;
S2:通过用户运动的相关数据分析评估用户运动的多维能力;
S3:根据用户运动的多维能力和用户个人的运动相关信息推荐适合用户的运动教学方案。
本发明的一种运动教学系统的使用方法与本发明的一种运动教学系统的技术特征一一对应,可以参照前述一种运动教学系统的说明,在此不再赘述。
本发明第三实施例参阅图3。图3为本发明第三实施例一种运动设备的示意图。如图所示,本发明的一种运动设备包括设备本体31和如上所述的运动教学系统32。用户在使用运动设备进行学习/练习/运动时,运动教学系统可以实时获取/记录用户的运动相关数据并进行分析、根据分析结果给出适合用户的运动教学方案,并在用户学习/练习/运动时给出相应的提示或在用户出错时给出相应的指导,还可以对用户的运动进行考核及评价。
在本实施例中,设备本体31可以是单独的设备,也可以是综合的系统性设备,包含多种子设备,还可以包含场地,本发明不做限制。
本发明的一种运动设备与本发明的一种运动教学系统的技术特征一一对应,可以参照前述一种运动教学系统的说明,在此不再赘述。
本发明还提出一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如上所述的运动教学系统的使用方法的步骤。
本发明的一种计算机可读存储介质与本发明的一种运动教学系统的使用方法及一种运动教学系统的技术特征一一对应,可以参照前述一种运动教学系统的使用方法及一种运动教学系统的说明,在此不再赘述。
综上所述,本发明的一种运动教学系统及其使用方法、运动设备、计算机可读存储介质,运动教学系统包括:数据获取模块、分析模块和数据库模块。运动教学系统的使用方法包括:获取用户运动的相关数据;通过用户运动的相关数据分析评估用户运动的多维能力;根据用户运动的多维能力和用户个人的运动相关信息推荐适合用户的运动教学方案。运动设备包括设备本体和如上所述的运动教学系统。本发明的一种运动教学系统及其使用方法、运动设备、计算机可读存储介质,通过建立运动多维能力的评估标准,获取用户运动的相关数据来分析评估用户运动的多维能力,可以根据用户的个人情况为用户量身定做适合的运动教学方案,并且在练习过程中提供标准化的指导提醒及纠正,使用户更高效、更方便、低成本的学习各种体育运动。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种运动教学系统,其特征在于,所述运动教学系统包括:数据获取模块、分析模块和数据库模块,
    所述数据获取模块用于获取用户运动的相关数据;
    所述数据库模块用于存储运动多维能力数据库和用户个人运动数据库,所述运动多维能力数据库包括运动多维能力的评估标准,所述用户个人运动数据库存储有用户个人的运动相关信息;
    所述分析模块用于通过用户运动的相关数据分析评估用户运动的多维能力和/或根据用户运动的多维能力和用户个人的运动相关信息推荐适合用户的运动教学方案。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的运动教学系统,其特征在于:所述用户运动的相关数据包括时间、速度、频率、距离、位置、线路、高度、深度、方向、角度、身体姿态、动作、呼吸、力度、手势/手型/脚法/步法、跑位/定位、动作时机中的至少一项。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的运动教学系统,其特征在于:所述运动多维能力包括力量、速度、反应、耐力、呼吸、运动素质、技术水平、动作技法、动作运用、动作姿态、器械/动物利用、情绪表达、战术、团队合作、场地/环境适应中的至少一项能力。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的运动教学系统,其特征在于:所述运动教学方案包括学习方案和/或练习方案,所述学习方案包括对特定教学内容的学习和练习后的回顾、总结,所述练习方案包括练习目标、练习前的准备、练习前的热身、练习内容、练习要点、方法/技巧、动作/姿态、练习时间、练习标准、练习后的恢复。
  5. 根据权利要求1-4中任一权利要求所述的运动教学系统,其特征在于:所述运动教学系统还能根据运动练习的内容并结合用户运动的多维能力,智能分析在用户运动练习的过程中需要注意的情况,事先或随着运动的过程提醒用户注意。
  6. 根据权利要求1-4中任一权利要求所述的运动教学系统,其特征在于:所述运动教学系统还包括根据用户学习/练习的实际情况,调整或重新推荐适合用户的运动教学方案。
  7. 根据权利要求1-4中任一权利要求所述的运动教学系统,其特征在于,所述运动教学系统还包括:针对不同的运动教学方案,根据对各项能力提高的评估结果分别设定对应的级别/分值,并可根据用户的实际情况设定包括各项能力提高的综合分析模型,从而能够得出运动教学方案的综合级别/分值,用于不同方案的评价和比较。
  8. 根据权利要求1-4中任一权利要求所述的运动教学系统,其特征在于:所述运动教学系统还能根据用户运动学习/练习的实际情况 进行智能分析并反馈,所述反馈包括:将分析结果反馈给用户使用户能够有针对性的提高;将分析结果实时反馈给教练/家长,由教练/家长进行干预;根据分析结果出具评估报告中的至少一项。
  9. 一种如权利要求1-8中任一权利要求所述的运动教学系统的使用方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取用户运动的相关数据;
    通过用户运动的相关数据分析评估用户运动的多维能力;
    根据用户运动的多维能力和用户个人的运动相关信息推荐适合用户的运动教学方案。
  10. 一种运动设备,其特征在于,所述运动设备包括设备本体和如权利要求1-8中任一权利要求所述的运动教学系统。
  11. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于:所述计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机程序,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现如权利要求9所述的运动教学系统的使用方法的步骤。
