Description

一种嵌合式结构的复合高尔夫球头 技术领域
本实用新型涉及高尔夫球头技术领域,具体为一种嵌合式结构的复合高尔夫球头。
背景技术
高尔夫球头是高尔夫球杆的一部分,包括一个高尔夫球头体和底部提供焊接端口和双比重钨合金配重板体焊接的焊接口,双重力配重盘体由被安排在外围钨合金配重,从高尔夫球头体相同的金属材料制成的钨合金配重和金属部分,双重力配重盘体焊接高尔夫球头的身体,和地面形成的高尔夫球头焊接口,其底部是提供钨合金的一部分,重力和重量平均分布在高尔夫球头的情况下,底部面积,高尔夫球头的厚度没有改变,所以可以实现低重心和更好的平衡力的作用,从而大大提高了稳定性打高尔夫球的坚固。
目前已知的复合高尔夫球头结构,皆采用锻造或铸造的方式,做出包含杆部本体的金属框架,再与纤维增强复合材料制作的非金属复合材料部件,以结构胶黏合的方式,组合成高尔夫球头的复合式结构,而当表面处理不当或胶黏剂量控制不当时,容易造成结构件黏接脱落,采用该种结构需要将黏合区域,进行研磨粗化和清洁,如果研磨粗化不足或清洁不干净,都会导致黏合强度不足,且整个黏合工序需经过多次干燥和烘烤,时间较长,因此针对以上问题,本实用新型提供了一种嵌合式结构的复合高尔夫球头。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供了一种嵌合式结构的复合高尔夫球头,解决了现有组成复合式的高尔夫球头结构,当表面处理不当或胶黏剂量控制不当时,容易造成结构件黏合强度不足,和黏合工序时间较长等问题。
为实现以上目的,本实用新型通过以下技术方案予以实现:一种嵌合式结构的复合高尔夫球头,包括前端结构件和后端结构件,所述前端结构件和后端结构件分别设计卡槽结构互相嵌合,且后端结构件因为前端结构件连结区域的开孔设计,让后端结构件可以完整贯穿包覆前端结构件。
优选的,所述前端结构件包括打击面板结构、面框结构和球杆连接结构。
优选的,所述前端结构件是形态A、形态B、形态C和形态D中的其中一种或多种组合。
优选的,所述前端结构件是采用钢、铁系合金、铝、铝合金、钛、钛合金、镁、镁合金和纤维增强复合材料中其中的一种或多种组合制作而成。
优选的,所述后端结构件包括顶部结构、杆底结构和后端壳体结构。
优选的,所述后端结构件是采用钢、铁系合金、铝、铝合金、钛、钛合金、镁、镁合金和纤维增强复合材料中其中的一种或多种组合制作而成。
有益效果
本实用新型提供了一种嵌合式结构的复合高尔夫球头。与现有技术相比具备以下有益效果:
(1)、该嵌合式结构的复合高尔夫球头,通过前端结构件和后端结构件分别设计了卡槽结构互相嵌合,借由机械黏接结构,来连接两个结构件,成为一完整的高尔夫球结构,此方式可节省目前胶合黏接的工序,并避免表面处理不当和胶黏剂量控制不当等因素从而造成结构件黏接脱落的问题。
(2)、该嵌合式结构的复合高尔夫球头,后端结构件主要以碳纤维增强复合材料所组成,此材料低比重高强度的特性,让后端结构件有更多的重量可以进行分配,从而增加了整体球头结构的设计空间。

请参阅图1-5,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种嵌合式结构的复合高尔夫球头,通过前端结构件1和后端结构件2分别设计了卡槽结构互相嵌合,借由机械黏接结构,来连接两个结构件,成为一完整的高尔夫球结构,此方式可节省目前胶合黏接的工序,并避免表面处理不当和胶黏剂量控制不当等因素从而造成结构件黏接脱落的问题,包括前端结构件1和后端结构件2,后端结构件2包括顶部结构6、杆底结构7和后端壳体结构8,后端结构件2是采用钢、铁系合金、铝、铝合金、钛、钛合金、镁、镁合金和纤维增强复合材料中其中的一种或多种组合制作而成,前端结构件1是采用钢、铁系合金、铝、铝合金、钛、钛合金、镁、镁合金和纤维增强复合材料中其中的一种或多种组合制作而成,前端结构件1是形态A、形态B、形态C和形态D中的其中一种或多种组合,前端结构件1包括打击面板结构3、面框结构4和球杆连接结构5,前端结构件1和后端结构件2分别设计卡槽结构互相嵌合,且后端结构件2因为前端结构件1连结区域的开孔设计,让后端结构件2可以完整贯穿包覆前端结构件1。
使用时,将前端结构件1与后端结构件2中的金属结构件一起放入注塑模具中,再将纤维增强高分子材料注入模具的模腔内,依照球头设计的结构形式,以包覆或填充等方式,固定金属结构件或与金属结构件产生嵌合结构,完成注塑后将产品取出,即制作出完整的嵌合式结构复合结构高尔夫球头。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌合式结构的复合高尔夫球头,其中所述前端结构件(1)包括打击面板结构(3)、面框结构(4)和球杆连接结构(5)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌合式结构的复合高尔夫球头,其中所述前端结构件(1)是形态A、形态B、形态C和形态D中的其中一种或多种组合。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌合式结构的复合高尔夫球头,其中所述前端结构件(1)是采用钢、铁系合金、铝、铝合金、钛、钛合金、镁、镁合金和纤维增强复合材料中其中的一种或多种组合制作而成。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌合式结构的复合高尔夫球头,其中所述后端结构件(2)包括顶部结构(6)、杆底结构(7)和后端壳体结构(8)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种嵌合式结构的复合高尔夫球头,其中所述后端结构件(2)是采用钢、铁系合金、铝、铝合金、钛、钛合金、镁、镁合金和纤维增强复合材料中其中的一种或多种组合制作而成。
