Description
本发明属于毛绒玩具清洁技术领域,具体是指一种毛绒玩具清洁设备及其使用方法。
毛绒玩具,是由毛绒面料与pp棉及其他纺织材料为主要面料,内部填塞各种填充物而制成的玩具,也可以称为软性玩具、填充玩具,我国的广东及港澳地区称为“毛绒公仔”。当前我们习惯性的把布绒玩具业称为毛绒玩具。毛绒玩具具有造型逼真可爱、触感柔软、不怕挤压、方便清洗、装饰性强、安全性高、适用人群广泛等特点。因此毛绒玩具用于小孩子的玩具、装饰房屋及作为礼物送人都是很好的选择。现有的毛绒玩具一般均为通过手洗来对其进行清洁,清洁效果不够好,对毛绒玩具上的某些死角无法清理,使用时带来诸多不便之处。
发明内容
针对上述情况,为克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种毛绒玩具清洁设备及其使用方法,提高了毛绒玩具清洁设备的工作效率,提升了毛绒玩具清洁设备的清理效果,使得对毛绒玩具的清洁更加彻底,提高了毛绒玩具清洁设备的使用体验,降低了毛绒玩具清洁设备维护的成本,延长了毛绒玩具清洁设备的使用寿命,有效解决了目前市场上毛绒玩具清洁设备效率低下,且自身结构复杂,维护较为不便的问题。

步骤四:将毛绒玩具贴合在毛刷下方,启动摆动驱动电机,使得摆动驱动轴转动,于是摆动驱动齿轮随之转动,带动摆动从动齿轮转动,于是摆动从动轴转动,带动摆动连杆随之转动,于是带动摆动滑块随之摆动,于是摆动滑块沿着摇杆往复摆动,带动摇杆随之往复摆动,于是通过摆动连接块带动摆动导杆沿着摆动导向板往复滑动,使得毛刷随之往复移动,对毛绒玩具进行清洁。

步骤三:启动离心驱动电机21,于是离心驱动轴23转动,带动离心驱动齿轮20随之转动,于是离心从动齿轮27转动,使得离心从动轴26随之转动,于是带动离心清洁容器28随着离心从动轴26转动,此时离心清洁容器28沿着转动导向筒29的内壁转动,使得离心清洁容器28的转动更加平稳,此时便可利用离心力将毛绒玩具内的污渍分离出来;
步骤四:将毛绒玩具贴合在毛刷19下方,启动摆动驱动电机9,使得摆动驱动轴10转动,于是摆动驱动齿轮7随之转动,带动摆动从动齿轮8转动,于是摆动从动轴11转动,带动摆动连杆12随之转动,于是带动摆动滑块13随之摆动,于是摆动滑块13沿着摇杆14往复摆动,带动摇杆14随之往复摆动,于 是通过摆动连接块16带动摆动导杆17沿着摆动导向板18往复滑动,使得毛刷19随之往复移动,对毛绒玩具进行清洁。
具体使用时,用户将毛绒玩具放置在离心清洁容器28内;向离心清洁容器28内注入适量的水和清洁液,启动离心驱动电机21,于是离心驱动轴23转动,带动离心驱动齿轮20随之转动,于是离心从动齿轮27转动,使得离心从动轴26随之转动,于是带动离心清洁容器28随着离心从动轴26转动,此时离心清洁容器28沿着转动导向筒29的内壁转动,使得离心清洁容器28的转动更加平稳,此时便可利用离心力将毛绒玩具内的污渍分离出来,将毛绒玩具贴合在毛刷19下方,启动摆动驱动电机9,使得摆动驱动轴10转动,于是摆动驱动齿轮7随之转动,带动摆动从动齿轮8转动,于是摆动从动轴11转动,带动摆动连杆12随之转动,于是带动摆动滑块13随之摆动,于是摆动滑块13沿着摇杆14往复摆动,带动摇杆14随之往复摆动,于是通过摆动连接块16带动摆动导杆17沿着摆动导向板18往复滑动,使得毛刷19随之往复移动,对毛绒玩具进行清洁,达到了提升清洁效果的目的,使得对毛绒玩具的清洁更加彻底,以上便是本实用新型整体的工作流程,下次使用时重复此步骤即可。

Claims (8)
- 一种毛绒玩具清洁设备,其特征在于:包括摆动清洁驱动装置、摆动清洁从动装置、离心清洁驱动装置、离心清洁从动装置和装置外框架,所述装置外框架为中空且仅一侧壁开口的壳体,所述离心清洁驱动装置设于装置外框架内的下底壁上,所述离心清洁从动装置设于离心清洁驱动装置上,所述摆动清洁驱动装置设于装置外框架内的上底壁上,所述摆动清洁从动装置设于摆动清洁驱动装置上。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种毛绒玩具清洁设备,其特征在于:所述摆动清洁驱动装置包括摆动清洁承重板、摆动驱动齿轮、摆动从动齿轮、摆动驱动电机、摆动驱动轴、摆动从动轴、摆动连杆、摆动滑块、摇杆和滑块滑槽,所述摆动清洁承重板固接于装置外框架内的上底壁上,所述摆动驱动轴转动设于摆动清洁承重板上,所述摆动从动轴转动设于摆动清洁承重板上,所述摆动驱动齿轮贯穿固接于摆动驱动轴上,所述摆动从动齿轮贯穿固接于摆动从动轴上,所述摆动驱动电机设于摆动驱动轴上,所述摆动连杆贯穿固接于摆动从动轴上,所述摇杆铰接于摆动清洁承重板上,所述摆动滑块设于摇杆上,所述滑块滑槽设于摆动滑块内,所述摆动滑块通过滑块滑槽滑动设于摇杆上,所述摆动连杆铰接于摆动滑块上。
- 根据权利要求2所述的一种毛绒玩具清洁设备,其特征在于:所述摆动清洁从动装置包括摆动连接块、摆动导杆、摆动导向板和毛刷,所述摆动导向板固接于装置外框架的内侧壁上,所述摆动导杆贯穿滑动设于摆动导向板上,所述摆动连接块固接于摆动导杆上,所述摇杆铰接于摆动连接块上,所述毛刷固接于摆动导杆的下底壁上。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种毛绒玩具清洁设备,其特征在于:所述离心清洁驱动装置包括离心驱动齿轮、离心驱动电机、电机座和离心驱动轴,所述电 机座固接于装置外框架内的下底壁上,所述离心驱动电机设于电机座上,所述离心驱动轴通过联轴器连接于离心驱动电机的输出端上,所述离心驱动齿轮贯穿固接于离心驱动轴上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的一种毛绒玩具清洁设备,其特征在于:所述离心清洁从动装置包括轴承座、轴承本体、离心从动轴、离心从动齿轮、离心清洁容器、转动导向筒和筒体支撑板,所述轴承座固接于装置外框架内的下底壁上,所述轴承本体嵌合转动设于轴承座内,所述离心从动轴卡合设于轴承本体上,所述离心从动齿轮贯穿固接于离心从动轴上,所述离心清洁容器固接于离心从动轴的上底壁上,所述筒体支撑板固接于装置外框架内的内侧壁上,所述转动导向筒固接于筒体支撑板之间,所述离心清洁容器滑动设于转动导向筒的内侧壁上。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种毛绒玩具清洁设备,其特征在于:所述摆动驱动齿轮和摆动从动齿轮之间啮合连接。
- 根据权利要求6所述的一种毛绒玩具清洁设备,其特征在于:所述离心驱动齿轮和离心从动齿轮之间啮合连接。
- 一种毛绒玩具清洁设备的使用方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:步骤一:将毛绒玩具放置在离心清洁容器内;步骤二:向离心清洁容器内注入适量的水和清洁液;步骤三:启动离心驱动电机,于是离心驱动轴转动,带动离心驱动齿轮随之转动,于是离心从动齿轮转动,使得离心从动轴随之转动,于是带动离心清洁容器随着离心从动轴转动,此时离心清洁容器沿着转动导向筒的内壁转动,使得离心清洁容器的转动更加平稳,此时便可利用离心力将毛绒玩具内的污渍分离出来;步骤四:将毛绒玩具贴合在毛刷下方,启动摆动驱动电机,使得摆动驱动轴转动,于是摆动驱动齿轮随之转动,带动摆动从动齿轮转动,于是摆动从动轴转动,带动摆动连杆随之转动,于是带动摆动滑块随之摆动,于是摆动滑块沿着摇杆往复摆动,带动摇杆随之往复摆动,于是通过摆动连接块带动摆动导杆沿着摆动导向板往复滑动,使得毛刷随之往复移动,对毛绒玩具进行清洁。
