为了使本发明所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚、明白,以下结合附图和实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1:
如图1至图11所示,一种自动打包式垃圾桶,包括:
桶体10,所述桶体10内套有垃圾袋20,所述垃圾袋20带有用于扎口的拉绳21;
提拉组件30,一端与所述桶体10相枢接的开合设置在所述桶体10上,所述提拉组件30上设有活动钩312,所述提拉组件30向闭合方向运动时,所述活动钩312向内收缩活动,进而越过所述拉绳21,所述提拉组件30向开启方向运动时,所述活动钩312将所述拉绳21沿开启方向向上提拉;
驱动件40,与所述提拉组件30相传动配合,通过所述驱动件40带动所述提拉组件30向开启方向运动。
本实施例中,所述提拉组件30向闭合方向运动时,所述活动钩312在拉绳21的抵接作用下向内收缩活动,进而越过所述拉绳21。
本实施例中,所述桶体10上部设有定位部121,所述定位部121上部敞开、底部封闭,进而所述拉绳21能够伸入所述定位部121并通过所述定位部121对所述拉绳21的位置进行定位,防止拉绳21位置太低,导致提拉组件30无法钩到拉绳21。
本实施例中,所述活动钩312与所述定位部121相错开设置,具体的,定位部121间隔设有两个,活动钩312位于两定位部121之间。
本实施例中,所述提拉组件30包括翻盖31,所述翻盖31一端设有与所述桶体10相枢接的枢接部311,所述活动钩312设置在所述翻盖31远离所 述枢接部311的一侧。
本实施例中,所述活动钩312枢接在所述翻盖31上,还包括一弹性件313,所述活动钩312在所述弹性件313的作用下向所述桶体10内侧的方向张开,防止活动钩312因位置不够导致钩不到拉绳21,对产品尺寸要求较低,便于生产及装配。本实施例中,所述弹性件313为扭簧。
本实施例中,还包括上盖32,所述上盖32一端与所述翻盖31相枢接、另一端通过按弹组件33与所述翻盖31相连接或相分离,按压一次,上盖32与按弹组件33相锁紧,再次按压,上盖32与按弹组件33分离并在扭簧作用下自动翻起,正常使用时,打开上盖32即可,用完后可以将上盖32关闭防止异味,干净卫生。
本实施例中,所述翻盖31两侧还设有柔性钩314,所述翻盖31翻起时,所述柔性钩314将所述拉绳21向上提拉,并且所述拉绳21对所述垃圾袋20进行收口的过程中脱离所述柔性钩314,柔性钩314可以辅助活动钩312向上提拉拉绳21,平衡性更好,提升提拉功能的稳定性。
本实施例中,所述桶体10包括壳体11和内桶12,所述提拉组件30枢接在所述壳体11上,垃圾袋20套设在所述内桶12中。
本实施例中,所述驱动件40包括设置在所述壳体11底部的踏板41,所述踏板41采用杠杆结构,并通过一连杆42与所述提拉组件30相传动连接;
在其他实施例中,所述驱动件40还可以采用电机。
本实施例的具体工作过程为:
正常使用时,按压上盖32,使上盖32与按弹组件33分离并在扭簧作用下自动翻起,用完后,再次按压上盖32,上盖32与按弹组件33相锁紧,将上盖32关闭防止异味,干净卫生;
当需要打包时,踩下踏板41,踏板41通过一连杆42带动翻盖31向上翻起,此时,活动钩312将拉绳21沿开启方向向上提拉,同时柔性钩314辅助活动钩312向上提拉拉绳21,并且拉绳21对垃圾袋20进行收口的过程中脱离柔性钩314,再将拉绳21从活动钩312上取下即可。
本方案通过设置提拉组件30与垃圾袋20的拉绳21配合,进而实现自动打包功能,卫生方便,并且结构简单,功能稳定。
实施例2:
如图12至图21所示,本实施例与上述实施例的主要区别点在于,所述桶体10上与所述拉绳21相对应的位置处设有导向件50,所述导向件50设有与所述活动钩312相导向配合的导向部51,所述提拉组件向闭合方向运动时,所述活动钩312在所述导向部51的抵接作用下向内运动,进而越过所述拉绳21,当所述活动钩312越过所述导向部51后,所述活动钩312向外运动以使所述拉绳21卡入所述活动钩312,所述提拉组件向开启方向运动时,所述活动钩312将所述拉绳21沿开启方向向上提拉。
本实施例中桶体10上部设有定位槽131,所述垃圾袋套设在所述桶体10内并且所述拉伸嵌入所述定位槽131;
本实施例中,所述活动钩312包括卡钩312a和设于所述卡钩312a侧部的抵接部312b,所述翻盖31向闭合方向运动时,所述抵接部312b与所述导向部51相抵接进而带动所述卡钩312a向内运动,当所述抵接部312b越过所述导向部51后,所述卡钩312a向外运动以使所述拉绳21卡入所述卡钩312a。
本实施例中,所述导向部51设有两个,两所述导向部51之间的间隙大于所述卡钩312a的宽度。
本实施例中,所述导向件50活动设置在所述桶体10上,所述提拉组件 向闭合方向运动时,所述抵接部312b沿所述导向部51一侧运动并驱动所述导向件50向靠近所述拉绳21的方向运动,当所述抵接部312b越过所述导向部51后所述卡钩312a向外运动的过程中,所述抵接部312b与所述导向部51的另一侧相抵接配合以带动所述导向件50向远离所述拉绳21的方向运动。
本实施例中,所述桶体10上部设有两间隔设置的安装板13,所述定位槽131设置在所述安装板13的外侧,所述导向件50枢接在两所述安装板13之间,所述安装板13设有条形孔132,所述导向件50设有凸部52,所述导向件50活动的过程中,所述凸部52沿所述条形孔132运动。具体的,导向件5050设有第一铰接轴5353,安装板1313设有第一铰接孔133133。
本实施例中,所述活动钩312枢接在所述翻盖31上,具体的,活动钩312设有第二铰接轴312c,通过第二铰接轴312c枢接于翻盖31。
本实施例的具体工作过程为:
正常使用时,按压上盖32,使上盖32与按弹组件分离并在扭簧作用下自动翻起,用完后,再次按压上盖32,上盖32与按弹组件相锁紧,将上盖32关闭防止异味,干净卫生;
安装垃圾袋时,将垃圾袋套于内桶12中,拉绳21卡入定位槽131,按压翻盖31向闭合方向运动,所述抵接部312b沿所述导向部51一侧运动并驱动所述导向件50向靠近所述定位槽131的方向运动,同时所述活动钩312沿所述导向部51向让位位置活动,当所述抵接部312b越过所述导向部51后,所述卡钩312a穿过两导向部51之间的间隙向所述卡位位置活动以使所述拉绳21卡入所述卡钩312a,同时抵接部312b与导向部51的另一侧相抵接配合以带动导向件50向远离定位槽131的方向复位运动。
当需要打包垃圾袋时,踩下踏板41,踏板41通过一连杆带动翻盖31向 上翻起,此时,卡钩312a将拉绳21沿开启方向向上提拉,再将拉绳21从卡钩312a上取下即可。
本方案通过设置活动钩312与导向件50配合,在翻盖31打开时,活动钩312能够将垃圾袋的拉绳21向开启方向向上提拉,进而实现垃圾袋的自动打包功能,卫生方便,并且结构简单,功能稳定。
本实用新型还提出一种自动打包式垃圾桶,包括:
桶体10,所述桶体10内套有垃圾袋20,所述垃圾袋20带有用于扎口的拉绳21;
提拉组件30,一端与所述桶体10相枢接的开合设置在所述桶体10上,所述提拉组件30上设有连接件,所述提拉组件30向开启方向运动时,所述连接件将所述拉绳21沿开启方向向上提拉;
驱动件40,与所述提拉组件30相传动配合,通过所述驱动件40带动所述提拉组件30向开启方向运动。

Claims (16)

  1. 一种自动打包式垃圾桶,其特征在于,包括:
    桶体,所述桶体内套有垃圾袋,所述垃圾袋带有用于扎口的拉绳;
    提拉组件,一端与所述桶体相枢接的开合设置在所述桶体上,所述提拉组件上设有活动钩,所述提拉组件向闭合方向运动时,所述活动钩向内收缩活动,进而越过所述拉绳,所述提拉组件向开启方向运动时,所述活动钩将所述拉绳沿开启方向向上提拉;
    驱动件,与所述提拉组件相传动配合,通过所述驱动件带动所述提拉组件向开启方向运动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动打包式垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述桶体上部设有定位部,所述定位部上部敞开、底部封闭,进而所述拉绳能够伸入所述定位部并通过所述定位部对所述拉绳的位置进行定位。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种自动打包式垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述活动钩与所述定位部相错开设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动打包式垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述提拉组件包括翻盖,所述翻盖一端设有与所述桶体相枢接的枢接部,所述活动钩设置在所述翻盖远离所述枢接部的一侧。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种自动打包式垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述活动钩枢接在所述翻盖上,还包括一弹性件,所述活动钩在所述弹性件的作用下向所述桶体内侧的方向张开。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种自动打包式垃圾桶,其特征在于,还包括上盖,所述上盖一端与所述翻盖相枢接、另一端通过按弹组件与所述翻盖相连接或相分离。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种自动打包式垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述翻 盖两侧还设有柔性钩,所述翻盖翻起时,所述柔性钩将所述拉绳向上提拉,并且所述拉绳对所述垃圾袋进行收口的过程中脱离所述柔性钩。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动打包式垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述提拉组件向闭合方向运动时,所述活动钩在拉绳的抵接作用下向内收缩活动,进而越过所述拉绳。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动打包式垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述桶体上与所述拉绳相对应的位置处设有导向件,所述导向件设有与所述活动钩相导向配合的导向部,所述提拉组件向闭合方向运动时,所述活动钩在所述导向部的抵接作用下向内运动,进而越过所述拉绳,当所述活动钩越过所述导向部后,所述活动钩向外运动以使所述拉绳卡入所述活动钩,所述提拉组件向开启方向运动时,所述活动钩将所述拉绳沿开启方向向上提拉。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种自动打包式垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述活动钩包括卡钩和设于所述卡钩侧部的抵接部,所述翻盖向闭合方向运动时,所述抵接部与所述导向部相抵接进而带动所述卡钩向内运动,当所述抵接部越过所述导向部后,所述卡钩向外运动以使所述拉绳卡入所述卡钩。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的一种自动打包式垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述导向部设有两个,两所述导向部之间的间隙大于所述卡钩的宽度。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的一种自动打包式垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述导向件活动设置在所述桶体上,所述提拉组件向闭合方向运动时,所述抵接部沿所述导向部一侧运动并驱动所述导向件向靠近所述拉绳的方向运动,当所述抵接部越过所述导向部后所述卡钩向外运动的过程中,所述抵接部与所述导向部的另一侧相抵接配合以带动所述导向件向远离所述拉绳的方向运动。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种自动打包式垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述 桶体上部设有两间隔设置的安装板,所述定位槽设置在所述安装板的外侧,所述导向件枢接在两所述安装板之间,所述安装板设有条形孔,所述导向件设有凸部,所述活动件活动的过程中,所述凸部沿所述条形孔运动。
  14. 根据权利要求1所述的一种自动打包式垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述桶体包括壳体和内桶,所述提拉组件枢接在所述壳体上,垃圾袋套设在所述内桶中。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的一种自动打包式垃圾桶,其特征在于,所述驱动件包括设置在所述壳体底部的踏板,所述踏板采用杠杆结构,并通过一连杆与所述提拉组件相传动连接;或者是,所述驱动件采用电机。
  16. 一种自动打包式垃圾桶,其特征在于,包括:
    桶体,所述桶体内套有垃圾袋,所述垃圾袋带有用于扎口的拉绳;
    提拉组件,一端与所述桶体相枢接的开合设置在所述桶体上,所述提拉组件上设有连接件,所述提拉组件向开启方向运动时,所述连接件将所述拉绳沿开启方向向上提拉;
    驱动件,与所述提拉组件相传动配合,通过所述驱动件带动所述提拉组件向开启方向运动。
