进一步地,所述平行四边形举升机构包括固定板、支撑件、第一连杆以及第二连杆,所述固定板设置于所述床体的内侧壁上,所述支撑件设置于所述床板框架上,所述第一连杆和第二连杆的两端均分别铰接于所述固定板以及支撑件。
进一步地,所述固定板上设置有用于支撑地面的支脚。
进一步地,所述固定板与支脚一体成型。

本发明还另外提供了一种床板水平举升的储物床,包括具有储物腔的床体、盖合于所述床体上的床板框架、相对设置于所述床板框架两侧的举升机构以及驱动装置,所述举升机构包括至少两排列布置的连杆组,所述连杆组的两端分别连接于床体和床板框架,同一所述举升机构的两连杆组与床体以及床板框架构成平行四连杆结构,所述驱动装置驱动所述举升机 构以推动所述床板框架朝向所述床体的床尾方向水平举升。
本发明所提供的储物床,利用两连杆组与床体以及床板框架构成平行四边形举升机构,以推动床板框架朝向床体的床尾方向水平举升,避免了床板框架在升降的过程中磕碰到床头,并在存取物品时无需取下床上用品,使用方便,且借用了床体以及床板框架做为平行四边形的两个杆件,节省用料,降低成本,并能够根据不同型号的床自适应地在组装时调整两连杆组之间的距离与位置;同时,床板框架水平升起来后,能保有较大的存取物品的操作空间。
进一步地,所述连杆组包括第一连接件、第二连接件以及中间连杆,所述第一连接件设置于所述床体的内侧壁上,所述第二连接件设置于所述床板框架上,所述中间连杆的两端均分别铰接于所述第一连接件与第二连接件。
进一步地,所述第一连接件上设置有用于支撑地面的支脚。
进一步地,所述第一连接件与支脚一体成型。
进一步地,所述支脚的下端水平弯折形成支撑座。
进一步地,所述驱动装置为电动推杆,所述电动推杆的两端分别铰接于其中一所述连杆组的第一连接件以及另一所述连杆组的中间连杆上。

综上所述,本发明提供的储物床具有如下技术效果:

实施例1
参阅图1至图4,本发明公开了一种储物床,包括具有储物腔的床体1、盖合于所述床体1上的床板框架2、对称设置于所述床板框架2两侧的平行四边形举升机构3以及驱动装置4,所述平行四边形举升机构3连接于所述储物腔的内侧壁以及床板框架2上,所述驱动装置4驱动所述平行四边形举升机构3以推动所述床板框架2朝向所述床体的床尾方向水平举升。
由此,利用所述平行四边形举升机构3以推动床板框架2朝向床体1的床尾方向水平举升,避免了床板框架2在升降的过程中磕碰到床头,并在存取物品时无需取下床上用品,使用方便;同时,床板框架2水平升起来后,能保有较大的存取物品的操作空间。
在本实施例中,所述平行四边形举升机构3包括固定板31、支撑件32、第一连杆33以及第二连杆34,其中,所述固定板31设置于所述床体1储物腔的内侧壁上,所述支撑件32设置于所述床板框架2上,所述第一连杆33和第二连杆34的两端均分别铰接于所述固定板31以及支撑件32。由此,所述固定板31、支撑件32、第一连杆33以及第二连杆34共同构成一平行四连杆结构,以实现所述床板框架2的水平举升。
可以理解的是,所述固定板31、支撑件32、第一连杆33以及第二连杆34相互铰接以构成一平行四连杆结构的,因此在该平行四连杆结构中,各铰接点之间的距离是有限定的。具体的,所述固定板31与第一连杆33之间通过铰接点A铰接,所述固定板31与第二连杆34之间通过铰接点B铰接,所述支撑件32与第一连杆33之间通过铰接点C铰接,所述支撑件 32与第二连杆4之间通过铰接点D铰接,那么,铰接点A与铰接点B的直线距离等于铰接点C与铰接点D的直线距离,铰接点A与铰接点C的直线距离等于铰接点B与铰接点D的直线距离。只需要满足上述各铰接点之间的相对距离关系即可,所述固定板31、支撑件32、第一连杆33以及第二连杆34的具体形状不受限制。
在本实施例中,所述固定板31上设置有用于支撑地面的支脚311,由此,举升时所述固定板31承载的力不用全部传递至所述床体1上,可部分由所述支脚311来支撑,防止使用时间长后所述固定板31松动或者脱离床体1。具体的,所述支脚311设置有三个,其中两所述支脚311连接于所述固定板31的两端,其中一所述支脚连接于所述固定板31的中段上。诚然,所述支脚311在固定板31下方的设置位置及其数量并不做具体限定。
较佳的,所述固定板31与支脚311一体成型,以增强其强度。
较佳的,所述支脚311的下端水平弯折形成支撑座312,通过所述支撑座以增加其支撑面。
参阅图2至图4,在本实施例中,所述驱动装置4为电动推杆,所述第一连杆33的端部设置有延长杆331,所述延长杆331与第一连杆33呈夹角设置,所述电动推杆的两端分别铰接于所述固定板31以及延长杆331。具体的,所述延长杆331连接于所述第一连杆33与固定板31铰接的一端,所述电动推杆的电机端铰接于所述固定板31中间的支脚311上,所述电动推杆的伸缩端铰接于所述延长杆331的末端。
通过所述电动推杆与延长杆331的相互配合,可避免在所述床板框架2的抬高或者下降复位的过程中所述驱动装置4与床板框架2和/第一连杆33之间出现干涉的问题。
在另一方面,所述电动推杆可集成在所述平行四边形举升机构3中,且所述电动推杆随着所述平行四边形举升机构3设置在所述床板框架2的两侧,避免了所述电动推杆位于所述床体1储物腔的中部位置时造成分隔 或切割床体的储物腔,以保持床体1具有较大的储物空间。且在该储物床的使用过程中,通过对所述电动推杆通电,所述电动推杆开始伸缩并驱动所述第一连杆33旋转以推动所述床板框架2升降运动,以实现所述床板框架2的抬高或者下降复位,从而露出或闭合所述床体1的储物腔,不用人手去抬高床板框架2,使用方便,且所述电动推杆断电时即自锁,避免了在打开床板框架2时出现陡降或不能锁定的问题,安全性高。
在本实施例中,所述电动推杆采用的是用低压直流电工作的微型电动推杆,所述电动推杆断电时即自锁,可实现所述平行四边形举升机构3的升降以及安全锁定。
如图2和图3所示,当需要使用本发明抬升所述床板框架2时,所述电动推杆的电机通电正转,所述电动推杆的伸缩端伸长并驱动所述延长杆331逆时针旋转,最终将所述床板框架2保持水平状态并抬高,露出下面所述床体1的储物腔;当需要使所述床板框架2回到初始位置时,所述电动推杆的电机通电反转,所述电动推杆的伸缩端收缩并驱动所述延长杆331顺时针旋转,带动所述床板框架2下降并回到正常的使用状态;在停电情况下,该储物床可通过外接电池保证所述电动推杆的正常工作。
参阅图4,在本实施例中,所述第一连杆33与延长杆331之间还设置有加强杆332。具体的,所述加强杆的两端分别固定连接在所述第一连杆33与延长杆331上,并构成三角支撑结构,通过所述加强杆332能够加强所述延长杆331的强度,防止所述延长杆331与第一连杆33的衔接处产生疲劳裂纹并损坏。
较佳的,所述第一连杆33、延长杆331以及加强杆332一体成型,以进一步加强其整体结构的强度。
参阅图3,所述床体1的储物腔上端设置有多个用于托付所述床板框架2的固定块11,所述固定块11位于所述床板框架2的下方,当所述床板框架2处于正常的使用状态时,所述固定块11托付所述床板框架2,防止所 述床板框架2塌陷以破坏所述平行四边形举升机构3。
参阅图1,在本实施例中,该储物床还包括设置于所述床体1上的智能模块4,所述智能模块4与两所述电动推杆电连接,所述智能模块4通过WIFI或蓝牙或GPS连接手机,并通过手机上的APP软件以控制两所述电动推杆做同步伸缩运动,从而控制床板框架升降运动,操作更加智能化,且可以避免小孩误操作传统控制开关,进一步减少安全隐患。
在本实施例中,所述智能模块4为现有技术,以达到链接手机上的APP软件并控制所述电动推杆的通断电功能即可。
综上所述,本实施例所提供的储物床,利用所述平行四边形举升机构3以推动床板框架2朝向床体1的床尾方向水平举升,避免了床板框架2在升降的过程中磕碰到床头,并在存取物品时无需取下床上用品,使用方便;同时,床板框架2水平升起来后,能保有较大的存取物品的操作空间。
实施例2
参阅图5和图6,本实施例与实施例1的区别仅在于所述驱动装置4与平行四边形举升机构3的连接方式的不同。
在本实施例中,所述驱动装置4同样为电动推杆,所述第二连接杆34的中部设置有铰接耳341,所述电动推杆的两端分别铰接于所述固定板31以及铰接耳341。
具体的,所述电动推杆的电机端铰接于所述固定板31上的远离所述第二连接杆34的支脚311上,所述电动推杆的伸缩端铰接于所述铰接耳341,所述铰接耳341位于所述第二连接杆34的下侧位置。
如图5所示,当需要举升所述床板框架2时,所述电动推杆通电正转,所述电动推杆的伸缩端伸长并驱动所述第二连接杆34逆时针旋转,最终将所述床板框架2保持水平状态并抬高,露出下面所述床体1的储物腔;当需要使所述床板框架2回到初始位置时,所述电动推杆的电机通电反转,所述电动推杆的伸缩端收缩并驱动所述第二连接杆34顺时针旋转,带动所 述床板框架2下降并回到正常的使用状态。
实施例3
为了便于区分与描述,在本实施例中,将原优先权申请的附图中的编号进行了更换,并不影响本方案的表达,亦没有超出原优先权申请的记载范围。
参阅图7至图10,本实施例公开了一种储物床,包括具有储物腔的床体1、盖合于所述床体1上的床板框架2、相对设置于所述床板框架2两侧的举升机构6以及驱动装置4,所述举升机构6包括至少两排列布置的连杆组,所述连杆组的两端分别连接于床体1和床板框架2,同一所述举升机构6的两连杆组与床体1以及床板框架2构成平行四连杆结构,所述驱动装置4驱动所述举升机构6以推动所述床板框架2朝向所述床体1的床尾方向水平举升。
本发明所提供的储物床,利用两连杆组与床体1以及床板框架2构成平行四边形举升机构,在该平行四边形举升机构中,借用了床体1以及床板框架2做为平行四边形的两个杆件,节省用料,降低成本,并能够根据不同型号的床自适应地在组装时调整两连杆组之间的距离与位置,便于生产组装以及多规格适用。
在该储物床中,利用所述举升机构6以推动床板框架2朝向床体1的床尾方向水平举升,避免了床板框架2在升降的过程中磕碰到床头,并在存取物品时无需取下床上用品,使用方便;同时,床板框架2水平升起来后,能保有较大的存取物品的操作空间。
参阅图8和图9,在本实施例中,所述连杆组包括第一连接件61、、第二连接件62以及中间连杆63,其中,所述第一连接件61设置于所述床体1的内侧壁上,所述第二连接件62设置于所述床板框架2上,所述中间连杆63的两端均分别铰接于所述第一连接件61以及第二连接件62。由此,两所述第一连接件61结合床体1构成平行四边形的其中一横杆,两所述第 二连接件62结合床板框架2构成平行四边形的另一横杆,两横杆与两中间连杆63相结合以构成平行四连杆结构,以实现所述床板框架2的水平举升。通过上述方案,两所述第一连接件61之间不用做成一体或者相连接,两所述第二连接件62之间同样不用做成一体或者相连接,从而大大的减少了举升机构6的用料,达到了降低成本的目的。
可以理解的是,由于同一所述举升机构6的两所述第一连接件61之间的距离以及两所述第二连接件62之间的距离均不受限定,因此,在实际应用至储物床的组装过程中,可自由调整不同的第一连接件61与床体1的铰接点、不同的第二连接件62与床板框架2的铰接点,从而实现举升机构6在不同规格的储物床上的适用。
参阅图9和图10,在本实施例中,所述第一连接件61上设置有用于支撑地面的支脚311,由此,举升时所述第一连接件61承载的力不用全部传递至所述床体1上,可部分由所述支脚311来支撑,防止使用时间长后所述第一连接件61松动或者脱离床体1。
较佳的,所述第一连接件61与支脚311一体成型,以增强其强度。
较佳的,所述支脚311的下端水平弯折形成支撑座312,通过所述支撑座以增加其支撑面。
参阅图8和图9,在本实施例中,所述驱动装置4为电动推杆,所述电动推杆的两端分别铰接于其中一所述连杆组的第一连接件61以及另一所述连杆组的中间连杆63上。具体的,所述电动推杆的电机端铰接于所述第一连接件61的上部,所述电动推杆的伸缩端铰接于所述中间连杆63的上部。
在本实施例中,所述驱动装置4设置有一个,所述驱动装置4连接于其中一侧的所述抬升机构3上。诚然,在其他较佳实施例中,所述驱动装置4还可设置有两个,两所述驱动装置4分别连接于不同的所述抬升机构3上。
在采用一个所述驱动装置4的情况下,为了确保两侧的所述抬升机构3 能够更好的同步运动,两所述举升机构6之间通过一横梁5相连接。在另一方面,利用所述横梁5承载两所述抬升机构3同步运动的
较佳的,所述横梁5连接于两所述举升机构6相对应的中间连杆63靠近床板框架2的一端,以减少所述横梁5对床体1储存空间的占用。
在该储物床的使用过程中,通过对所述电动推杆通电,所述电动推杆开始伸缩并驱动所述中间连杆63旋转以推动所述床板框架2升降运动,以实现所述床板框架2的抬高或者下降复位,从而露出或闭合所述床体1的储物腔,不用人手去抬高床板框架2,使用方便,且所述电动推杆断电时即自锁,避免了在打开床板框架2时出现陡降或不能锁定的问题,安全性高。
在本实施例中,所述电动推杆采用的是用低压直流电工作的微型电动推杆,所述电动推杆断电时即自锁。
在本实施例中,该储物床还可包括设置于所述床体1上的智能模块,所述智能模块与所述电动推杆电连接,所述智能模块通过WIFI或蓝牙或GPS连接手机,并通过手机上的APP软件以控制所述电动推杆做同步伸缩运动,从而控制床板框架升降运动,操作更加智能化,且可以避免小孩误操作传统控制开关,进一步减少安全隐患。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种床板水平举升的储物床,其特征在于:包括具有储物腔的床体、盖合于所述床体上的床板框架、对称设置于所述床板框架两侧的平行四边形举升机构以及驱动装置,所述平行四边形举升机构连接于所述储物腔的内侧壁以及床板框架上,所述驱动装置驱动所述平行四边形举升机构以推动所述床板框架朝向所述床体的床尾方向水平举升。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的储物床,其特征在于:所述平行四边形举升机构包括固定板、支撑件、第一连杆以及第二连杆,所述固定板设置于所述床体的内侧壁上,所述支撑件设置于所述床板框架上,所述第一连杆和第二连杆的两端均分别铰接于所述固定板以及支撑件。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的储物床,其特征在于:所述固定板上设置有用于支撑地面的支脚。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的储物床,其特征在于:所述固定板与支脚一体成型。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的储物床,其特征在于:所述支脚的下端水平弯折形成支撑座。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的储物床,其特征在于:所述驱动装置为电动推杆,所述第一连杆的端部设置有延长杆,所述延长杆与第一连杆呈夹角设置,所述电动推杆的两端分别铰接于所述固定板以及延长杆。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的储物床,其特征在于:所述第一连杆与延长杆之间还设置有加强杆。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的储物床,其特征在于:所述第一连杆、延长杆以及加强杆一体成型。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的储物床,其特征在于:所述驱动装置为电动推杆,所述第二连接杆的中部设置有铰接耳,所述电动推杆的两端分别铰接于所述固定板以及铰接耳。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9任一项所述的储物床,其特征在于:还包括设置于所述床体上的智能模块,所述智能模块与所述驱动装置电连接,所述智能模块通过WIFI或蓝牙或GPS连接手机以控制所述驱动装置运动。
  11. 一种床板水平举升的储物床,其特征在于:包括具有储物腔的床体、盖合于所述床体上的床板框架、相对设置于所述床板框架两侧的举升机构以及驱动装置,所述举升机构包括至少两排列布置的连杆组,所述连杆组的两端分别连接于床体和床板框架,同一所述举升机构的两连杆组与床体以及床板框架构成平行四连杆结构,所述驱动装置驱动所述举升机构以推动所述床板框架朝向所述床体的床尾方向水平举升。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的储物床,其特征在于:所述连杆组包括第一连接件、第二连接件以及中间连杆,所述第一连接件设置于所述床体的内侧壁上,所述第二连接件设置于所述床板框架上,所述中间连杆的两端均分别铰接于所述第一连接件与第二连接件。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的储物床,其特征在于:所述第一连接件上设置有用于支撑地面的支脚。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的储物床,其特征在于:所述第一连接件与支脚一体成型。
  15. 根据权利要求13所述的储物床,其特征在于:所述支脚的下端水平弯折形成支撑座。
  16. 根据权利要求12所述的储物床,其特征在于:所述驱动装置为电动推杆,所述电动推杆的两端分别铰接于其中一所述连杆组的第一连接件以及另一所述连杆组的中间连杆上。
  17. 根据权利要求12所述的储物床,其特征在于:两所述举升机构之间通过一横梁相连接。
