(1)本发明设置有密封机构,通过控制第一电动推杆伸长,使得推动柱推动第一连接柱,从而使得第一转动板转动闭合在第一方形槽中,通过控制第二电动推杆伸长,使得连接块和第二连接柱带动第二转动板转动闭合在第二方形槽中,为了提高密封性,可以在第一方形槽和第二方形槽中安装密封垫,整个装置形成封闭空腔,此时通过外接水泵将清洗液通过注水阀,注入到方形箱体的内部,注入合适量后,打开电机的电源开关,清洗液随着扇叶的转动开始对扇叶和方形箱体的内部进行清洗,清洗完成后,打开注水阀的阀门可以将污水排出,整个设备清洗干净,操作简单,减少人工洗涤,节省人力;
(2)本发明设置换气机构,通过设置电机带动转动柱和扇叶转动,既可以起到换气作用,又可以在清洗时起到搅拌辅助清洗作用,结构设计巧妙;
(3)本发明设置有过滤机构,底端的空气通过过滤网过滤,能有效去除其中异味,隔离网和不锈钢铁丝层可以有效地防止老鼠或者鸟雀干扰,在使用一段时间后,通过拉开插销将套盖向下拉开,通过把手块可以取出过滤网,方便单独清洗过滤网,维护更换方便,操作简单。

请参阅图1-11,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种脆虾存放用空气循环处理装置,包括方形箱体1、圆柱箱18、换气机构、密封机构和过滤机构。
所述方形箱体1的底端固定连接有圆柱箱18,所述方形箱体1的内部安装有换气机构和密封机构,所述圆柱箱18的底端安装有过滤机构。
所述换气机构包括第二齿轮15、轴承21、机箱13、转动柱16和支撑板3,所述方形箱体1的顶板中心位置以及支撑板3的中心位置均内嵌安装有轴承21,两个所述轴承21的内圈固定套接有转动柱16,所述转动柱16的顶端贯穿机箱13的底板且固定套接有第二齿轮15。
所述密封机构包括第一方形槽2、隔板6、第一转动板10、第二电动推杆33和第一电动推杆24,所述方形箱体1的两侧外壁均开设有第一方形槽2,两个所述第一方形槽2上均转动安装有两块第一转动板10,四块所述第一转动板10的两侧均转动安装有第一连接柱26,四个所述第一连接柱26的一侧表面中心位置均固定连接有推动柱25,四个所述推动柱25之间安装有两个第一电动推杆24,所述隔板6上开设有三个第二方形槽20,三个所述第二方形槽20中均铰接安装有第二转动板27,三个所述第二转动板27顶面两角处固定连接有第二固定块28,六个所述第二固定块28上均转动安装有第三连接柱31,六个所述第三连接柱31远离第二固定块28的一端转动安装有两根第二连接柱29,两根所述第二连接柱29的顶面中心位置均固定连接有连接块30,两块所述连接块30顶端表面均转动安装有第二电动推杆33,所述第二电动推杆33顶端转动安装在隔板6的底面。
所述过滤机构包括套盖5、环形框7、过滤网22和插销34,所述圆柱箱18的底端活动套接有套盖5,所述套盖5的一侧壁顶端表面安装有铰链,所述套盖5通过铰链转动安装在圆柱箱18的一侧表面底端,所述套盖5远离铰链一侧壁贯穿安装有插销34,所述圆柱箱18的一侧板底端开设有插销槽,所述插销34的一端位于插销槽内部,所述套盖5的顶面中心位置开设有圆形槽,所述圆形槽中放置有环形框7,所述环形框7的内部安装有过滤网22,所述过滤网22包括活性炭过滤层2201和不锈钢铁丝层2202。
具体的,所述机箱13内壁水平安装有固定柱14,所述固定柱14上固定安装有电机12,为扇叶9转动提供动力。
具体的,所述电机12的输出端固定套接有第一齿轮11,所述第一齿轮11与第二齿轮15啮合连接。
具体的,所述支撑板3的侧壁表面等距安装有四个支撑柱8,便于固定转动柱16,提高稳定性。
具体的,所述转动柱16的外表面底端固定安装有扇叶9,所述环形框7的顶面安装有把手块23,通过把手块23方便打开,环形框7。
具体的,所述方形箱体1的两侧外表面靠近第一方形槽2的位置均安装有隔离网17,起到隔离效果,避免鸟类和老鼠影响。
具体的,所述圆柱箱18的一侧板底端与套盖5之间安装有按压式卡扣,所述插销34远离圆柱箱18的一端安装有球形把手,按压式卡扣便于打开和固定,插销34起到加固作用 ,避免套盖5掉落。
具体的,所述圆柱箱18的一侧板底端贯穿安装有进水管32,所述进水管32的一端安装有注水阀19,所述进水管32远离注水阀19的一端贯穿隔板6。
具体的,所述方形箱体1的四个侧板底端外表面中心位置固定连接有第一固定块4,方便固定整个装置,提高稳定性。
具体的,所述活性炭过滤层2201位于不锈钢铁丝层2202的顶部,不锈钢铁丝层2202起到保护作用。
工作原理:本申请中出现的电器元件在使用时均外接连通电源和控制器,在使用时,在生产车间的顶板开设与套盖5等大的圆形孔,通过两个第一固定块4固定安装在顶板上,控制第一电动推杆24和第二电动推杆33使得第一转动板10和第二转动板27转动打开,然后打开机箱13中电机12的电源开关,电机12转动使得第一齿轮11带动第二齿轮15转动,使得转动柱16和扇叶9转动,使得底端的空气被抽入到顶部通过第一方形槽2排出,以达到空气循环的效果,在换气过程中,底端的空气通过过滤网22过滤,能有效去除其中异味,隔离网17和不锈钢铁丝层2202可以有效地防止老鼠或者鸟雀干扰,在使用一段时间后,通过拉开插销34将套盖5向下拉开,通过把手块23可以取出过滤网22,方便单独清洗过滤网22,更换方便,操作简单。
通过控制第一电动推杆24伸长,使得推动柱25推动第一连接柱26,从而使得第一转动板10转动闭合在第一方形槽2中,通过控制第二电动推杆33伸长,使得连接块30和第二连接柱29带动第二转动板27转动闭合在第二方形槽20中,为了提高密封性,可以在第一方形槽2和第二方形槽20中安装密封垫,整个装置形成封闭空腔,此时通过外接水泵将清洗液通过注水阀19,注入到方形箱体1的内部,注入合适量后,打开电机12的电源开关,清洗液随着扇叶9的转动开始对扇叶9和方形箱体1的内部进行清洗,清洗完成后,打开注水阀19的阀门可以将污水排出,整个设备清洗效果好,操作简单,减少人工洗涤,节省人力。
涉及到电路和电子元器件和控制模块均为现有技术,本领域技术人员完全可以实现,无需赘言,本发明保护的内容也不涉及对于软件和方法的改进。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种脆虾存放用空气循环处理装置,其特征在于:包括方形箱体(1)、圆柱箱(18)、换气机构、密封机构和过滤机构;所述方形箱体(1)的底端固定连接有圆柱箱(18),所述方形箱体(1)的内部安装有换气机构和密封机构,所述圆柱箱(18)的底端安装有过滤机构;所述换气机构包括第二齿轮(15)、轴承(21)、机箱(13)、转动柱(16)和支撑板(3),所述方形箱体(1)的顶板中心位置以及支撑板(3)的中心位置均内嵌安装有轴承(21),两个所述轴承(21)的内圈固定套接有转动柱(16),所述转动柱(16)的顶端贯穿机箱(13)的底板且固定套接有第二齿轮(15);所述密封机构包括第一方形槽(2)、隔板(6)、第一转动板(10)、第二电动推杆(33)和第一电动推杆(24),所述方形箱体(1)的两侧外壁均开设有第一方形槽(2),两个所述第一方形槽(2)上均转动安装有两块第一转动板(10),四块所述第一转动板(10)的两侧均转动安装有第一连接柱(26),四个所述第一连接柱(26)的一侧表面中心位置均固定连接有推动柱(25),四个所述推动柱(25)之间安装有两个第一电动推杆(24),所述隔板(6)上开设有三个第二方形槽(20),三个所述第二方形槽(20)中均铰接安装有第二转动板(27),三个所述第二转动板(27)顶面两角处固定连接有第二固定块(28),六个所述第二固定块(28)上均转动安装有第三连接柱(31),六个所述第三连接柱(31)远离第二固定块(28)的一端转动安装有两根第二连接柱(29),两根所述第二连接柱(29)的顶面中心位置均固定连接有连接块(30),两块所述连接块(30)顶端表面均转动安装有第二电动推杆(33),所述第二电动推杆(33)顶端转动安装在隔板(6)的底面;所述过滤机构包括套盖(5)、环形框(7)、过滤网(22)和插销(34),所述圆柱箱(18)的底端活动套接有套盖(5),所述套盖(5)的一侧壁顶端表面安装有铰链,所述套盖(5)通过铰链转动安装在圆柱箱(18)的一侧表面底端,所述套盖(5)远离铰链一侧壁贯穿安装有插销(34),所述圆柱箱(18)的一侧板底端开设有插销槽,所述插销(34)的一端位于插销槽内部,所述套盖(5)的顶面中心位置开设有圆形槽,所述圆形槽中放置有环形框(7),所述环形框(7)的内部安装有过滤网(22),所述过滤网(22)包括活性炭过滤层(2201)和不锈钢铁丝层(2202)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脆虾存放用空气循环处理装置,其特征在于:所述机箱(13)内壁水平安装有固定柱(14),所述固定柱(14)上固定安装有电机(12)。
  3. 根据权利要求1和2所述的一种脆虾存放用空气循环处理装置,其特征在于:所述电机(12)的输出端固定套接有第一齿轮(11),所述第一齿轮(11)与第二齿轮(15)啮合连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脆虾存放用空气循环处理装置,其特征在于:所述支撑板(3)的侧壁表面等距安装有四个支撑柱(8)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脆虾存放用空气循环处理装置,其特征在于:所述转动柱(16)的外表面底端固定安装有扇叶(9),所述环形框(7)的顶面安装有把手块(23)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脆虾存放用空气循环处理装置,其特征在于:所述方形箱体(1)的两侧外表面靠近第一方形槽(2)的位置均安装有隔离网(17)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脆虾存放用空气循环处理装置,其特征在于:所述圆柱箱(18)的一侧板底端与套盖(5)之间安装有按压式卡扣,所述插销(34)远离圆柱箱(18)的一端安装有球形把手。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脆虾存放用空气循环处理装置,其特征在于:所述圆柱箱(18)的一侧板底端贯穿安装有进水管(32),所述进水管(32)的一端安装有注水阀(19),所述进水管(32)远离注水阀(19)的一端贯穿隔板(6)。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脆虾存放用空气循环处理装置,其特征在于:所述方形箱体(1)的四个侧板底端外表面中心位置固定连接有第一固定块(4)。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种脆虾存放用空气循环处理装置,其特征在于:所述活性炭过滤层(2201)位于不锈钢铁丝层(2202)的顶部。
