该纺织用植物染料原料提取设备,提取机体首先置于图2所示的状态,加入到提取机体内的植物染料原料在搅拌组件、搅拌轴和搅拌电机的配合作用下,可进行充分的搅拌破碎混匀,通过伸缩缸还可带动安装板在提取机体内移动,提升搅拌组件的处理效果;当搅拌破碎完毕后,通过控制翻转电机工作对提取机体进行翻转,提取机体内的物料落入到滤液网筒内,通过封堵伸缩缸带动封口板移动可对滤液网筒端部封堵,后通过挤料伸缩缸带动挤压板移动可对滤液网筒内的物料挤压,利于通过滤液网筒滤出染料液体,并通过导流筒导流后从带阀门排液管排出,最后通过封堵伸缩缸带动封口板远离滤液网筒排出其内的固体物料,操作控制方便,提升植物染料原料提取的效率和质量,值得推广。

请参阅图1-2,本发明实施例中,一种纺织用植物染料原料提取设备,包括侧架2、提取机体3和底板座16,所述提取机体3的两侧中部分别安装固定有一根支撑轴9,支撑轴9上转动安装有侧架2,侧架2的下端固定于底板座16上,其中一个侧架2上还安装有与支撑轴9连接并用于对提取机体3控制翻转的翻转电机1;所述提取机体3内配合滑动设有安装板10,提取机体3的内壁上还设有用于推动安装板10在提取机体3内移动的伸缩缸8,所述安装板10的两侧中间分别安装固定有搅拌电机6和挤料伸缩缸11,搅拌电机6的输出轴上安装固定有搅拌轴5,搅拌轴5上安装有与提取机体3内端部相配合的搅拌组件4,所述挤料伸缩缸11的伸缩芯轴上安装固定有挤压板12,提取机体3的端部安装固定有与挤压板12配合滑动连接的滤液网筒14,所述滤液网筒14的外侧还设有导流筒13,导流筒13远离提取机体3的一端设有带阀门排液管15,所述提取机体3上还固定有L形支架21,L形支架21上安装固定有封堵伸缩缸19,封堵伸缩缸19的伸缩芯轴端部安装有能够对滤液网筒14远离提取机体3的一端进行封堵的封口板18。
在本发明的实施例中,提取机体3首先置于图2所示的状态,加入到提取机体3内的植物染料原料在搅拌组件4、搅拌轴5和搅拌电机6的配合作用下,可进行充分的搅拌破碎混匀,通过伸缩缸8还可带动安装板10在提取机体3内移动,提升搅拌组件4的处理效果;当搅拌破碎完毕后,通过控制翻转电机1工作对提取机体3进行翻转,提取机体3内的物料落入到滤液网筒14内,通过封堵伸缩缸19带动封口板18移动可对滤液网筒14端部封堵,后通过挤料伸缩缸11带动挤压板12移动可对滤液网筒14内的物料挤压,利于通过滤液网筒14滤出染料液体,并通过导流筒13导流后从带阀门排液管15排出,最后通过封堵伸缩缸19带动封口板18远离滤液网筒14排出其内的固体物料,操作控制方便,提升植物染料原料提取的效率和质量,值得推广。
实施例2
请参阅图1-4,本实施例与实施例1的不同之处在于:
本实施例中,所述提取机体3为圆柱形结构,且所述提取机体3的两端呈半球形,与所述导流筒13处于同一端的提取机体3上还设有加料口22,通过加料口22用于原料的添加。
所述滤液网筒14为圆柱形筒体结构,封堵伸缩缸19安装固定于L形支架21的水平部上,所述搅拌轴5、挤料伸缩缸11、滤液网筒14和封堵伸缩缸19均共轴线设置,所述导流筒13为锥形结构,导流筒13的大端与提取机体3连接固定,导流筒13的小端与滤液网筒14的端部外侧连接固定,通过导流筒13用于对液体导流;所述挤压板12和封口板18均为圆盘状结构,挤压板12与滤液网筒14的内壁配合滑动连接,为了利于挤压板12伸入到滤液网筒14内,挤压板12靠近滤液网筒14的一侧面边缘倒圆角,所述封口板18的直径大于滤液网筒14的外径,通过封口板18可对滤液网筒14端部可靠封堵。
所述底板座16上分别设有用于对滤液网筒14排出固料进行盛接的储料箱20和对带阀门排液管15排出液体盛接的储液箱17。
所述安装板10的上下两侧外圈分别连接有一个弹性伸缩罩7,弹性伸缩罩7采用弹性材料制成,弹性伸缩罩7远离安装板10的一端配合固定于提取机体3的内壁上,所述伸缩缸8位于弹性伸缩罩7的外侧空间内,通过弹性伸缩罩7用于对物料导流,且利于安装板10的移动,还能够对伸缩缸8进行保护。
如图3所示,所述安装板10的外侧还周向分布开设有多个导料口23,导料口23呈扇形状,导料口23的两侧边角倒圆角,通过导料口23用于物料的通过,且设置导料口23的两侧边角倒圆角,可避免物料的堆积。
如图4所示,所述搅拌组件4包括有斜撑杆24、弧形搅拌叶25和搅拌齿26,所述搅拌轴5的端部安装固定有与提取机体3内端部相配合的弧形搅拌叶25,且所述弧形搅拌叶25和搅拌轴5的连接处位于弧形搅拌叶25的中间位置,所述弧形搅拌叶25的两侧还设有斜撑杆24,斜撑杆24的另一端固定于搅拌轴5上,通过斜撑杆24可提升弧形搅拌叶25的结构强度;所述弧形搅拌叶25上还开设有若干扰流孔27,通过扰流孔27可对物料进行扰流,提升搅拌效果;所述弧形搅拌叶25远离搅拌轴5的一侧还配合设有若干锥形结构的搅拌齿26,通过搅拌齿26可对植物染料原料进行破碎,提升提取的效率。
本实施例中,对所述翻转电机1、搅拌电机6、伸缩缸8、挤料伸缩缸11和封堵伸缩缸19的控制采用现有技术中公开的PLC控制器即可,PLC控制器、翻转电机1、搅拌电机6、伸缩缸8、挤料伸缩缸11和封堵伸缩缸19的具体型号及电路连接不作具体限定,在实际应用时可灵活设置。
涉及到的电路、电子元器件和模块均为现有技术,本领域技术人员完全可以实现,无需赘言,本发明保护的内容也不涉及对于软件程序的改进。
以上的仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本领域的技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以作出若干变形和改进,这些也应该视为本发明的保护范围,这些都不会影响本发明实施的效果和专利的实用性。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种纺织用植物染料原料提取设备,包括侧架(2)、提取机体(3)和底板座(16),其特征在于:
    所述提取机体(3)的两侧中部分别安装固定有一根支撑轴(9),支撑轴(9)上转动安装有侧架(2),侧架(2)的下端固定于底板座(16)上,其中一个侧架(2)上还安装有与支撑轴(9)连接并用于对提取机体(3)控制翻转的翻转电机(1);
    所述提取机体(3)内配合滑动设有安装板(10),提取机体(3)的内壁上还设有用于推动安装板(10)在提取机体(3)内移动的伸缩缸(8);
    所述安装板(10)的两侧中间分别安装固定有搅拌电机(6)和挤料伸缩缸(11),搅拌电机(6)的输出轴上安装固定有搅拌轴(5),搅拌轴(5)上安装有与提取机体(3)内端部相配合的搅拌组件(4),所述挤料伸缩缸(11)的伸缩芯轴上安装固定有挤压板(12),提取机体(3)的端部安装固定有与挤压板(12)配合滑动连接的滤液网筒(14),所述滤液网筒(14)的外侧还设有导流筒(13),导流筒(13)远离提取机体(3)的一端设有带阀门排液管(15);
    所述提取机体(3)上还固定有L形支架(21),L形支架(21)上安装固定有封堵伸缩缸(19),封堵伸缩缸(19)的伸缩芯轴端部安装有能够对滤液网筒(14)远离提取机体(3)的一端进行封堵的封口板(18)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的纺织用植物染料原料提取设备,其特征在于,所述提取机体(3)为圆柱形结构,且所述提取机体(3)的两端呈半球形,与所述导流筒(13)处于同一端的提取机体(3)上还设有加料口(22)。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的纺织用植物染料原料提取设备,其特征在于,所述滤液网筒(14)为圆柱形筒体结构,封堵伸缩缸(19)安装固定于L形支架(21)的水平部上;所述搅拌轴(5)、挤料伸缩缸(11)、滤液网筒(14)和封堵伸缩缸(19)均共轴线设置。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的纺织用植物染料原料提取设备,其特征在于,所述导流筒(13)为锥形结构,导流筒(13)的大端与提取机体(3)连接固定,导流筒(13)的小端与滤液网筒(14)的端部外侧连接固定。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的纺织用植物染料原料提取设备,其特征在于,所述挤压板(12)和封口板(18)均为圆盘状结构,挤压板(12)与滤液网筒(14)的内壁配合滑动连接,挤压板(12)靠近滤液网筒(14)的一侧面边缘倒圆角;所述封口板(18)的直径大于滤液网筒(14)的外径。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的纺织用植物染料原料提取设备,其特征在于,所述底板座(16)上分别设有用于对滤液网筒(14)排出固料进行盛接的储料箱(20)和对带阀门排液管(15)排出液体盛接的储液箱(17)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的纺织用植物染料原料提取设备,其特征在于,所述安装板(10)的上下两侧外圈分别连接有一个弹性伸缩罩(7),弹性伸缩罩(7)采用弹性材料制成,弹性伸缩罩(7)远离安装板(10)的一端配合固定于提取机体(3)的内壁上;所述伸缩缸(8)位于弹性伸缩罩(7)的外侧空间内。
  8. 根据权利要求1或7所述的纺织用植物染料原料提取设备,其特征在于,所述安装板(10)的外侧还周向分布开设有多个导料口(23),导料口(23)呈扇形状,导料口(23)的两侧边角倒圆角。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的纺织用植物染料原料提取设备,其特征在于,所述搅拌组件(4)包括有斜撑杆(24)、弧形搅拌叶(25)和搅拌齿(26);
    所述搅拌轴(5)的端部安装固定有与提取机体(3)内端部相配合的弧形搅拌叶(25),且所述弧形搅拌叶(25)和搅拌轴(5)的连接处位于弧形搅拌叶(25)的中间位置;
    所述弧形搅拌叶(25)的两侧还设有斜撑杆(24),斜撑杆(24)的另一端固定于搅拌轴(5)上;
    所述弧形搅拌叶(25)上还开设有若干扰流孔(27);
    所述弧形搅拌叶(25)远离搅拌轴(5)的一侧还配合设有若干锥形结构的搅拌齿(26)。
