Description

土壤修复剂及其制备 背景技术
土壤修复是使遭受污染的土壤恢复正常功能的技术措施。土壤修复的原理包括为:(1)改变污染物在土壤中的存在形态或同土壤的结合方式,降低其在环境中的可迁移性与生物可利用性;(2)降低土壤中有害物质的浓度。在土壤修复工作中,经常使用土壤修复剂。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种利用农作物秸秆制作的土壤修复剂,其由秸秆和动物粪便经腐熟后与麦饭石粉、复合菌液混合制成,其制备原料按重量份比包括:农作物秸秆40-60份、动物粪便20-40份、腐熟剂3-5份、草木灰15-25份、复合菌液2-4份、麦饭石粉20-30份、固着剂0.3-0.5份。
可选的,其原料选自以下组合:1)农作物秸秆40份、动物粪便30份、腐熟剂3份、草木灰15份、复合菌液2份、麦饭石粉20份、固着剂0.3份;2)农作物秸秆50份、动物粪便40份、腐熟剂5份、草木灰20份、复合菌液4份、麦饭石粉25份、固着剂0.5份;3)农作物秸秆60份、动物粪便20份、腐熟剂5份、草木灰25份、复合菌液4份、麦饭石粉30份、固着剂0.5份。
优选的,所述农作物秸秆为玉米秸秆、小麦秸秆、大豆秸秆、水稻秸秆中的一种或多种。
优选的,所述复合菌液为芽孢杆菌、木霉菌、益生菌、酵母菌、光合细菌中的多种混合物。
优选的,所述动物粪便为兔子粪便或鸡粪,或者两者的混合物。
本发明还公开了所述土壤修复剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1 、取所述重量份的农作物秸秆和草木灰混合均匀,制得混料A,然后取所述重量份动物粪便,将混料A和动物粪便分别分成两等份,先将一半混料A铺设在发酵棚地面上,并在其表面喷水,使其保持湿润,然后将一半动物粪便铺设在混料A上方,再在顶部铺设剩余一半混料A,并喷水使其保持湿润,最后将剩余一半动物粪便铺设在上方,在铺设好的物料上方盖上一层塑料薄膜,好氧腐熟2-3天;
S2 、取所述重量份复合菌液置于容器中,然后加入所述重量份的固着剂,搅拌使两者混合均匀,制得混合菌液;
S3 、将步骤S1中的物料进行简单烘干处理,然后将其置于搅拌装置中,边搅拌边加入所述重量份的麦饭石粉,并将步骤S2中制得的混合菌液利用喷洒装置喷洒到搅拌装置中,直至各原料混合均匀,制得半成品;
S4 、将步骤S3中制得的半成品进行烘干处理,使其含水量保持在5-10%,制得固态土壤修复剂。
本发明的固着剂,使菌液能够附着在固体物料的表面,优选为淀粉。
具体实施方式
实施例1
利用农作物秸秆制作的土壤修复剂的方法,包括:
S1 、取50份农作物秸秆、20份草木灰和5份腐熟剂混合均匀,制得混料A,然后取40份动物粪便,将混料A和动物粪便分别分成两等份,先将一半混料A铺设在发酵棚地面上,并在其表面喷水,使其保持湿润,然后将一半动物粪便铺设在混料A上方,再在顶部铺设剩余一半混料A,并喷水使其保持湿润,最后将剩余一半动物粪便铺设在上方,在铺设好的物料上方盖上一层塑料薄膜,好氧腐熟3天;
S2 、取4份复合菌液置于容器中,然后加入0.5份固着剂,搅拌使两者混合均匀,制得混合菌液。
S3 、将步骤S1中的物料进行简单烘干处理,然后将其置于搅拌装置中,边搅拌边加入25份麦饭石粉,并将步骤S2中制得的混合菌液利用喷洒装置喷洒到搅拌装置中,直至各原料混合均匀,制得半成品;
S4 、将步骤S3中制得的半成品进行烘干处理,使其含水量保持在10%,制得固态土壤修复剂。
实施例2
利用农作物秸秆制作的土壤修复剂的方法,包括:

S3 、将步骤S1中的物料进行简单烘干处理,然后将其置于搅拌装置中,边搅拌边加入25份饭石粉,并将步骤S2中制得的混合菌液利用喷洒装置喷洒到搅拌装置中,直至各原料混合均匀,制得半成品;
S4 、将步骤S3中制得的半成品进行烘干处理,使其含水量保持在7%,制得固态土壤修复剂。
本发明制备土壤修复剂所用秸秆为大豆的,粪便为兔子的,复合菌液为芽孢杆菌、木霉菌、益生菌、酵母菌和光合细菌的混合物,固着剂为淀粉。
检测本发明土壤修复剂的效果,结果显示,实施例2制备的土壤修复剂的菌液固着率最高(=94.3%),其菌液更不易堆积,土壤修复能力最好,产品质量更高,修复的土壤中的农作物生长最快,产量比实施例1提高20%

Claims (7)

  1. 土壤修复剂,其由秸秆和动物粪便经腐熟后与麦饭石粉、复合菌液混合制成,其制备所用原料按重量份比包括:秸秆50份、动物粪便40份、腐熟剂5份、草木灰20份、复合菌液4份、麦饭石粉25份和固着剂0.5份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的土壤修复剂,其中:所述秸秆为玉米秸秆、小麦秸秆、大豆秸秆、水稻秸秆中的一种或多种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的土壤修复剂,其中:所述复合菌液为芽孢杆菌、木霉菌、益生菌、酵母菌和光合细菌的混合物。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任意一项所述的土壤修复剂,其中:所述动物粪便为兔子粪便或鸡粪,或者两者的混合物。
  5. 制备根据权利要求1-4任意一项所述的土壤修复剂的方法,其包括以下步骤:
    S1、取所述重量份的秸秆、草木灰和腐熟剂混合均匀,制得混料A,然后取所述重量份动物粪便,将混料A和动物粪便分别分成两等份,先将一半混料A铺设在发酵棚地面上,并在其表面喷水,使其保持湿润,然后将一半动物粪便铺设在混料A上方,再在顶部铺设剩余一半混料A,并喷水使其保持湿润,最后将剩余一半动物粪便铺设在上方,在铺设好的物料上方盖上一层塑料薄膜,好氧腐熟2-3天;
    S2、取所述重量份复合菌液置于容器中,然后加入所述重量份的固着剂,搅拌使两者混合均匀,制得混合菌液;
    S3、将步骤S1所得的物料进行烘干处理,然后将其置于搅拌装置中,边搅拌边加入所述重量份的麦饭石粉,并将步骤S2中制得的混合菌液利用喷洒装置喷洒到搅拌装置中,直至各原料混合均匀,制得半成品;
    S4、将步骤S3中制得的半成品进行烘干处理,使其含水量保持在5-10%。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中:所述步骤S1中的物料含水量保持在55-60%,所述步骤S3中烘干后的物料含水量保持在25-30%。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,步骤S4所述含水量保持在7%。
