制定出该众筹联合账户对应的合约之后,众筹创建人可以通过自己的终端向区块链节点设备发起账户创建请求,并在该账户创建请求中携带众筹信息、众筹创建人的用户地址、众筹联合账户地址及智能合约。其中,众筹联合账户地址可以为该众筹联合账户的账号,众筹信息包括众筹原因说明、款项用途说明,众筹创建人的个人信息等。
如图1所示,区块链节点设备接收到该账户创建请求,通过如下步骤101-103的操作在区块链系统中创建该众筹联合账户。
步骤101:接收众筹创建人的终端发送的账户创建请求,该账户创建请求包括众筹联合账户地址、众筹信息、众筹创建人的用户地址及智能合约。
步骤102:为智能合约分配合约地址。
具体地,从账户创建请求中获取众筹创建人的用户地址。通过预设编码算法对该用户地址和众筹联合账户地址进行编码。预设编码算法可以为RLP(Recursive Length Prefix,递归的长度前缀)。
通过预设散列算法将编码得到的字符串进行散列运算,预设散列算法可以为SHA3(Secure Hah Algorithm 3,第三代安全散列算法)。将散列运算得到的字符串的前预设数目个字符剔除,将剩余的字符串确定为智能合约对应的合约地址。预设数目可以为12或14等。
步骤103:将众筹联合账户地址、众筹信息、众筹创建人的用户地址、合约地址及智能合约存储在区块链节点设备中。

在本申请的另一些实施例中,区块链节点设备还根据接收的捐款信息,生成一个新的区块。将该新的区块添加到当前众筹任务对应的区块链中。基于区块链的可追溯、不可篡改的特性,将包含捐款信息的区块存储在区块链节点设备中,能够确保众筹联合账户的捐款记录的真实性,避免捐款信息作假。
通过上述方式在区块链系统中创建众筹任务对应的众筹联合账户,并部署该众筹联合账户的智能合约之后,可以通过如下步骤106-108的操作来对众筹联合账户进行交易处理。
步骤106:接收众筹创建人发送的众筹联合账户的转账请求,该转账请求包括公钥及利用公钥对应的私钥签名的转账信息密文。
众筹创建人需要从众筹联合账户转账时,终端显示转账界面,众筹创建人在该界面中输入目的账户地址及转账金额,终端检测到众筹创建人点击该界面中用于确定转账的按钮时,从该界面中获取众筹创建人输入的目的账户地址和转账金额,从本地获取存储的公钥、私钥和该众筹联合账户的合约地址。通过该私钥对转账金额、目的账户地址和合约地址进行签名,得到转账信息密文。然后众筹创建人的终端发送转账请求给区块链节点设备,在该转账请求中携带上述转账信息密文和公钥。区块链节点设备接收众筹创建人的终端发送的该转账请求。
步骤107:根据公钥和转账信息密文,获取转账请求对应的转账信息,该转账信息中包括众筹联合账户对应的合约地址。
本申请实施例具体通过如下步骤1071-1073的操作来获取该转账请求对应的转账信息。
步骤1071:通过公钥对转账信息密文进行解密,得到转账请求对应的转账金额、目的账户地址和众筹联合账户对应的合约地址。
区块链节点设备从接收到的转账请求中获取公钥及转账信息密文,通过该公钥对该转账信息密文进行解密,得到转账金额、目的账户地址和合约地址。
步骤1072:根据公钥,通过预设非对称加密算法计算众筹创建人对应的用户地址。
本申请实施例在区块链节点设备中设置了与众筹创建人的终端上一致的预设非对称加密算法。区块链节点设备通过预设非对称加密算法对转账请求中携带的公钥进行运算,得到众筹创建人的用户地址。由于公钥及其对应的私钥是通过预设非对称加密算法对众筹创建人的用户地址进行运算生成的,因此通过预设非对称加密算法对公钥进行反向运算,能够得到众筹创建人的用户地址。
步骤1073:将转账金额、目的账户地址、合约地址和众筹创建人对应的用户地址确定为该转账请求对应的转账信息。
众筹联合账户的转账请求中携带了众筹联合账户的合约地址,区块链节点设备从转账请求中能够获得该合约地址,从而后续根据该合约地址能够调用众筹联合账户对应的智能合约对该转账请求进行处理。正是由于设计了众筹联合账户对应的智能合约,才满足了现实的众筹情境中联合账户的场景需求。
步骤108:根据合约地址,调用众筹联合账户对应的智能合约对转账信息进行处理。
通过智能合约约定联合账户的转账逻辑,众筹创建人从联合账户转出时,必须是转给智能合约规定的目标账户,如医院的账户。若目标账户不是智能合约规定的账户,则无法实现转账。确保了善款使用的准确性,避免善款滥用,减少众筹平台中的诈捐行为。
通过步骤108的操作获取到该转账请求对应的转账信息之后,具体通过如下步骤1081-1085的操作来对该转账信息进行处理。
步骤1081:根据合约地址,获取众筹联合账户对应的智能合约及众筹联合账户地址。
根据转账信息包括的合约地址,从区块链节点设备中获取该合约地址对应的智能合约及众筹联合账户地址。
步骤1082:根据智能合约,确定目的账户地址是否为有权限能够从该众筹联合账户接收转账的账户,如果是,则执行步骤1083,如果否,则不允许转账。
由于智能合约中规定了众筹联合账户的转账逻辑,若智能合约中约定的目的账户地址中包括众筹创建人请求转账的该目的账户地址,则确定该目的账户地址能够接收从该众筹联合账户转出的善款。否则,确定该目的账户地址不能接收从该众筹联合账户转出的善款。
步骤1083:根据转账金额、目的账户地址和众筹联合账户地址进行转账处理。
若通过上述方式确定本次转账请求满足智能合约的规定,则根据转账金额、目的账户地址和众筹联合账户地址进行转账处理。具体地,根据转账金额和众筹联合账户地址,从众筹联合账户的当前余额中减去该转账金额。以及根据转账金额和目的账户地址,在目的账户的当前余额的基础上加上该转账金额。

通过上述方式完成众筹联合账户的转账之后,还根据转账金额、目的账户地址、众筹联合账户地址,生成转账请求对应的转账记录。在各个区块链节点设备中存储众筹联合账户地址与转账记录的对应关系。基于区块链的可追溯、不可篡改的特性,将众筹联合账户的转账记录存储在区块链节点设备中,能够确保众筹联合账户的转账记录的真实性,避免账本作假。
通过上述方式向目标账户转账之前,区块链节点设备还获取该转账请求对应的目标账户的标识信息,发送该标识信息给众筹联合账户对应的所有捐款人。标识信息可以为目标账户的名称。
具体地,区块链节点设备通过公钥对转账信息密文进行解密,得到转账请求对应的转账金额、目的账户地址和众筹联合账户对应的合约地址;根据目的账户地址,从众筹联合账户对应的众筹信息中获取转账请求对应的目标账户的标识信息;获取众筹联合账户对应的每个捐款人的用户地址;根据每个捐款人的用户地址,分别将标识信息发送给众筹联合账户对应的每个捐款人。
通过上述方式将转账请求对应的目标账户的标识信息发送给每个捐款人,使每个捐款人获知善款去向,对善款的使用进行很好的监督,减少众筹平台中存在的诈捐现象。

发送模块204,还用于获取转账请求对应的目标账户的标识信息,发送标识信息给众筹联合账户对应的所有捐款人。
发送模块204,还具体用于通过公钥对转账信息密文进行解密,得到转账请求对应的转账金额、目的账户地址和众筹联合账户对应的合约地址;根据目的账户地址,从众筹联合账户对应的众筹信息中获取转账请求对应的目标账户的标识信息;获取众筹联合账户对应的每个捐款人的用户地址;根据每个捐款人的用户地址,分别将标识信息发送给众筹联合账户对应的每个捐款人。
本申请实施例将联合账户应用于众筹场景,使所有捐款人都成为众筹联合账户的共同持有人,从而能够使捐款人获知善款的使用情况,使捐款人称为所捐善款使用情况的监督者,避免有人利用众筹平台诈捐的情况出现。
本申请实施例提供了一种计算机设备,如图3所示,该计算机设备包括通过系统总线连接的处理器、非易失性存储介质、存储器和网络接口。其中,该计算机设备的非易失性存储介质存储有操作系统、数据库和计算机可读指令,数据库中可存储有控件信息序列,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,可使得处理器实现一种基于区块链的众筹联合账户创建方法。该计算机设备的处理器用于提供计算和控制能力,支撑整个计算机设备的运行。该计算机设备的存储器中可存储有计算机可读指令,该计算机可读指令被处理器执行时,可使得处理器执行一种基于区块链的众筹联合账户创建方法。该计算机设备的网络接口用于与终端连接通信。本领域技术人员可以理解,图3中示出的结构,仅仅是与本申请方案相关的部分结构的框图,并不构成对本申请方案所应用于其上的计算机设备的限定,具体的计算机设备可以包括比图中所示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者具有不同的部件布置。
该计算机设备包括存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,处理器执行计算机程序时实现以下步骤:接收众筹创建人的终端发送的账户创建请求,账户创建请求包括众筹联合账户地址、众筹信息、众筹创建人的用户地址及智能合约;为智能合约分配合约地址;将众筹联合账户地址、众筹信息、众筹创建人的用户地址、合约地址及智能合约存储在区块链节点设备中;接收众筹平台发送的捐款信息,捐款信息包括众筹信息、捐款人的用户地址及捐款额度;根据捐款信息将当前众筹任务对应的众筹联合账户的合约地址发送给捐款人。
处理器执行计算机程序时还可以实现以下步骤:从账户创建请求中获取众筹联合账户地址和众筹创建人的用户地址;通过预设编码算法对众筹联合账户地址和众筹创建人的用户地址进行编码;通过预设散列算法对编码得到的字符串进行散列运算;将散列运算得到的字符串的前预设数目个字符剔除,将剩余的字符串确定为智能合约对应的合约地址。

处理器执行计算机程序时还可以实现以下步骤:接收众筹创建人发送的众筹联合账户的转账请求,转账请求包括公钥及利用公钥对应的私钥签名的转账信息密文;根据公钥和转账信息密文,获取转账请求对应的转账信息,转账信息中包括众筹联合账户对应的合约地址;根据合约地址,调用众筹联合账户对应的智能合约对转账信息进行处理。
处理器执行计算机程序时还可以实现以下步骤:获取转账请求对应的目标账户的标识信息,发送标识信息给众筹联合账户对应的所有捐款人。
处理器执行计算机程序时还可以实现以下步骤:通过公钥对转账信息密文进行解密,得到转账请求对应的转账金额、目的账户地址和众筹联合账户对应的合约地址;根据目的账户地址,从众筹联合账户对应的众筹信息中获取转账请求对应的目标账户的标识信息;获取众筹联合账户对应的每个捐款人的用户地址;根据每个捐款人的用户地址,分别将标识信息发送给众筹联合账户对应的每个捐款人。
本申请实施例还提出了一种存储有计算机可读指令的存储介质,如图4所示,该计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行以下步骤:接收众筹创建人的终端发送的账户创建请求,所述账户创建请求包括众筹联合账户地址、众筹信息、众筹创建人的用户地址及智能合约;为所述智能合约分配合约地址;将所述众筹联合账户地址、所述众筹信息、所述众筹创建人的用户地址、所述合约地址及所述智能合约存储在区块链节点设备中;接收众筹平台发送的捐款信息,所述捐款信息包括众筹信息、捐款人的用户地址及捐款额度;根据所述捐款信息将当前众筹任务对应的众筹联合账户的合约地址发送给所述捐款人。
处理器还可以执行以下步骤:从所述账户创建请求中获取所述众筹联合账户地址和所述众筹创建人的用户地址;通过预设编码算法对所述众筹联合账户地址和所述众筹创建人的用户地址进行编码;通过预设散列算法对编码得到的字符串进行散列运算;将散列运算得到的字符串的前预设数目个字符剔除,将剩余的字符串确定为所述智能合约对应的合约地址。

处理器还可以执行以下步骤:接收所述众筹创建人发送的所述众筹联合账户的转账请求,所述转账请求包括公钥及利用所述公钥对应的私钥签名的转账信息密文;根据所述公钥和所述转账信息密文,获取所述转账请求对应的转账信息,所述转账信息中包括所述众筹联合账户对应的合约地址;根据所述合约地址,调用所述众筹联合账户对应的智能合约对所述转账信息进行处理。
处理器还可以执行以下步骤:获取所述转账请求对应的目标账户的标识信息,发送所述标识信息给所述众筹联合账户对应的所有捐款人。
处理器还可以执行以下步骤:通过所述公钥对所述转账信息密文进行解密,得到所述转账请求对应的转账金额、目的账户地址和所述众筹联合账户对应的合约地址;根据所述目的账户地址,从所述众筹联合账户对应的众筹信息中获取所述转账请求对应的目标账户的标识信息;获取所述众筹联合账户对应的每个捐款人的用户地址;根据所述每个捐款人的用户地址,分别将所述标识信息发送给所述众筹联合账户对应的每个捐款人。
可选的,本申请涉及的存储介质可以是非易失性的,也可以是易失性的。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解实现上述实施例方法中的全部或部分流程,是可以通过计算机程序来指令相关的硬件来完成,该计算机程序可存储于一计算机可读取存储介质中,该程序在执行时,可包括如上述各方法的实施例的流程。其中,前述的存储介质可为磁碟、光盘、只读存储记忆体(Read-Only Memory,ROM)等非易失性存储介质,或随机存储记忆体(Random Access Memory,RAM)等。
以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种基于区块链的众筹联合账户创建方法,其中,应用于区块链节点设备,包括:
    接收众筹创建人的终端发送的账户创建请求,所述账户创建请求包括众筹联合账户地址、众筹信息、众筹创建人的用户地址及智能合约;
    为所述智能合约分配合约地址;
    将所述众筹联合账户地址、所述众筹信息、所述众筹创建人的用户地址、所述合约地址及所述智能合约存储在区块链节点设备中;
    接收众筹平台发送的捐款信息,所述捐款信息包括众筹信息、捐款人的用户地址及捐款额度;
    根据所述捐款信息将当前众筹任务对应的众筹联合账户的合约地址发送给所述捐款人。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述为所述智能合约分配合约地址,包括:
    从所述账户创建请求中获取所述众筹联合账户地址和所述众筹创建人的用户地址;
    通过预设编码算法对所述众筹联合账户地址和所述众筹创建人的用户地址进行编码;
    通过预设散列算法对编码得到的字符串进行散列运算;
    将散列运算得到的字符串的前预设数目个字符剔除,将剩余的字符串确定为所述智能合约对应的合约地址。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述根据所述捐款信息将当前众筹任务对应的众筹联合账户的合约地址发送给所述捐款人,包括:
    根据所述捐款信息包括的众筹信息,从所述区块链节点设备存储的区块中获取所述众筹信息对应的众筹联合账户的合约地址;
    根据所述捐款信息包括的捐款人的用户地址,发送获取的所述合约地址给所述捐款人。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    根据所述捐款信息,生成一个新的区块;
    将所述新的区块添加到所述当前众筹任务对应的区块链中。
  5. 根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    接收所述众筹创建人发送的所述众筹联合账户的转账请求,所述转账请求包括公钥及利用所述公钥对应的私钥签名的转账信息密文;
    根据所述公钥和所述转账信息密文,获取所述转账请求对应的转账信息,所述转账信息中包括所述众筹联合账户对应的合约地址;
    根据所述合约地址,调用所述众筹联合账户对应的智能合约对所述转账信息进行处理。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述转账请求对应的目标账户的标识信息,发送所述标识信息给所述众筹联合账户对应的所有捐款人。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述获获取所述转账请求对应的目标账户的标识信息,发送所述标识信息给所述众筹联合账户对应的所有捐款人,包括:
    通过所述公钥对所述转账信息密文进行解密,得到所述转账请求对应的转账金额、目的账户地址和所述众筹联合账户对应的合约地址;
    根据所述目的账户地址,从所述众筹联合账户对应的众筹信息中获取所述转账请求对应的目标账户的标识信息;
    获取所述众筹联合账户对应的每个捐款人的用户地址;
    根据所述每个捐款人的用户地址,分别将所述标识信息发送给所述众筹联合账户对应的每个捐款人。
  8. 一种区块链节点设备,其中,包括:
    接收模块,用于接收众筹创建人的终端发送的账户创建请求,所述账户创建请求包括众筹联合账户地址、众筹信息、众筹创建人的用户地址及智能合约;
    分配模块,用于为所述智能合约分配合约地址;
    存储模块,用于将所述众筹联合账户地址、所述众筹信息、所述众筹创建人的用户地址、所述合约地址及所述智能合约存储在区块链节点设备中;
    所述接收模块,用于接收众筹平台发送的捐款信息,所述捐款信息包括众筹信息、捐款人的用户地址及捐款额度;
    发送模块,用于根据所述捐款信息将当前众筹任务对应的众筹联合账户的合约地址发送给所述捐款人。
  9. 一种计算机设备,包括存储器和处理器,所述存储器中存储有计算机可读指令,所述计算机可读指令被所述处理器执行时,使得所述处理器执行基于区块链的众筹联合账户创建方法,所述方法包括:
    接收众筹创建人的终端发送的账户创建请求,所述账户创建请求包括众筹联合账户地址、众筹信息、众筹创建人的用户地址及智能合约;
    为所述智能合约分配合约地址;
    将所述众筹联合账户地址、所述众筹信息、所述众筹创建人的用户地址、所述合约地址及所述智能合约存储在区块链节点设备中;
    接收众筹平台发送的捐款信息,所述捐款信息包括众筹信息、捐款人的用户地址及捐款额度;
    根据所述捐款信息将当前众筹任务对应的众筹联合账户的合约地址发送给所述捐款人。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,其中,执行所述为所述智能合约分配合约地址,包括:
    从所述账户创建请求中获取所述众筹联合账户地址和所述众筹创建人的用户地址;
    通过预设编码算法对所述众筹联合账户地址和所述众筹创建人的用户地址进行编码;
    通过预设散列算法对编码得到的字符串进行散列运算;
    将散列运算得到的字符串的前预设数目个字符剔除,将剩余的字符串确定为所述智能合约对应的合约地址。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的计算机设备,其中,执行所述根据所述捐款信息将当前众筹任务对应的众筹联合账户的合约地址发送给所述捐款人,包括:
    根据所述捐款信息包括的众筹信息,从所述区块链节点设备存储的区块中获取所述众筹信息对应的众筹联合账户的合约地址;
    根据所述捐款信息包括的捐款人的用户地址,发送获取的所述合约地址给所述捐款人。
  12. 根据权利要求9-11任一项所述的计算机设备,其中,所述处理器执行所述方法时,还包括:
    根据所述捐款信息,生成一个新的区块;
    将所述新的区块添加到所述当前众筹任务对应的区块链中。
  13. 根据权利要求9-11任一项所述的计算机设备,其中,所述处理器执行所述方法时,还包括:
    接收所述众筹创建人发送的所述众筹联合账户的转账请求,所述转账请求包括公钥及利用所述公钥对应的私钥签名的转账信息密文;
    根据所述公钥和所述转账信息密文,获取所述转账请求对应的转账信息,所述转账信息中包括所述众筹联合账户对应的合约地址;
    根据所述合约地址,调用所述众筹联合账户对应的智能合约对所述转账信息进行处理。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的计算机设备,其中,所述处理器执行所述方法时,还包括:
    获取所述转账请求对应的目标账户的标识信息,发送所述标识信息给所述众筹联合账户对应的所有捐款人。
  15. 一种存储有计算机可读指令的存储介质,所述计算机可读指令被一个或多个处理器执行时,使得一个或多个处理器执行基于区块链的众筹联合账户创建方法,所述方法包括:
    接收众筹创建人的终端发送的账户创建请求,所述账户创建请求包括众筹联合账户地址、众筹信息、众筹创建人的用户地址及智能合约;
    为所述智能合约分配合约地址;
    将所述众筹联合账户地址、所述众筹信息、所述众筹创建人的用户地址、所述合约地址及所述智能合约存储在区块链节点设备中;
    接收众筹平台发送的捐款信息,所述捐款信息包括众筹信息、捐款人的用户地址及捐款额度;
    根据所述捐款信息将当前众筹任务对应的众筹联合账户的合约地址发送给所述捐款人。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的存储介质,其中,执行所述为所述智能合约分配合约地址,包括:
    从所述账户创建请求中获取所述众筹联合账户地址和所述众筹创建人的用户地址;
    通过预设编码算法对所述众筹联合账户地址和所述众筹创建人的用户地址进行编码;
    通过预设散列算法对编码得到的字符串进行散列运算;
    将散列运算得到的字符串的前预设数目个字符剔除,将剩余的字符串确定为所述智能合约对应的合约地址。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的存储介质,其中,执行所述根据所述捐款信息将当前众筹任务对应的众筹联合账户的合约地址发送给所述捐款人,包括:
    根据所述捐款信息包括的众筹信息,从所述区块链节点设备存储的区块中获取所述众筹信息对应的众筹联合账户的合约地址;
    根据所述捐款信息包括的捐款人的用户地址,发送获取的所述合约地址给所述捐款人。
  18. 根据权利要求15-17任一项所述的存储介质,其中,所述处理器执行所述方法时,还包括:
    根据所述捐款信息,生成一个新的区块;
    将所述新的区块添加到所述当前众筹任务对应的区块链中。
  19. 根据权利要求15-17任一项所述的存储介质,其中,所述处理器执行所述方法时,还包括:
    接收所述众筹创建人发送的所述众筹联合账户的转账请求,所述转账请求包括公钥及利用所述公钥对应的私钥签名的转账信息密文;
    根据所述公钥和所述转账信息密文,获取所述转账请求对应的转账信息,所述转账信息中包括所述众筹联合账户对应的合约地址;
    根据所述合约地址,调用所述众筹联合账户对应的智能合约对所述转账信息进行处理。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的存储介质,其中,所述处理器执行所述方法时,还包括:
    获取所述转账请求对应的目标账户的标识信息,发送所述标识信息给所述众筹联合账户对应的所有捐款人。
