本申请要求在2020年11月10日提交中国专利局、申请号为202022584871.6的中国专利申请的优先权,该申请的全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及打印设备技术领域,例如涉及一种便于维护更换打印单的报告打印一体机。
背景技术
打印机是将计算机处理结果打印在相关介质上,按打印元件对纸是否有击打动作,分击打式打印机与非击打式打印机,按打印字符结构,分全形字打印机和点阵字符打印机,按一行字在纸上形成的方式,分串式打印机与行式打印机,打印机已运用在不同的工作场所,而为了便于工作使用会使用报告打印一体机。
报告打印一体机存在的缺陷是:
1、报告打印一体机的散热效果差,在长时间的使用过程中会产生热量,热量在设备内部积累得不到排散容易造成设备损耗,影响装置的使用寿命,降低了装置的实用性。
2、报告打印一体机不方便工作人员进行维护,增加了工作人员维护负担,同时也不便于更换打印单,影响装置的打印效率。
发明内容
本申请的目的在于提供一种便于维护更换打印单的报告打印一体机,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本申请提供如下技术方案:一种便于维护更换打印单的报告打印一体机,包括控制台、机体和散热组件,所述机体的内部设有安装室,所述安装室的内部放置有控制主机,所述安装室的内部通过隔板安装有热转打印机,所述热转打印机的上方通过隔板安装有激光打印机,所述安装室的内部一侧通过螺栓安装有散热组件,所述散热组件内安装有安装罩,所述安装罩的内部通过螺栓安装有散热风机,所述安装罩的内部两侧焊接有防护网,所述机体的正面通过合页安装有检修门,所述机体的顶部焊接有控制台,所述控制台的正面通过螺栓安装有显示器,所述显示器的下方一侧安装有扫描仪,所述扫 描仪的一侧设有密码键盘槽,所述控制台的顶部焊接有控制板,所述控制板的正面一侧安装有票号打印机,所述票号打印机的一侧安装有摄像头。
可选的,所述摄像头远离票号打印机的一侧安装有读卡器,且读卡器的一侧安装有读卡磁槽。

与相关技术相比,本申请的有益效果是:
1、本申请通过在安装室的内部安装有散热组件,利用散热组件内的散热风机通电运行可产生风力,风力可加快安装室内部空气流动,从而可带走安装室内部设备散发出的热量,有效解决了装置在长时间使用过程中设备会产生热量积累造成设备损耗的问题,提高了装置的散热效果,延长了装置的使用寿命。
2、本申请通过在机体的正面安装有检修门,工作人员通过打开检修门进行内部维护以及更换打印单,方便工作人员进行内部维护工作,降低了工作人员内部维护负担,提高了工作人员维护效率,同时也方便工作人员进行更换打印单,保证了装置的打印效率。

进一步,显示器201的下方远离扫描仪202的一侧安装有指纹仪204,通过指纹仪204可采集指纹信息,并将采集到的信息传输到控制主机501内部进行信息对比,且显示器201的一侧安装有磁条刷卡器205,通过磁条刷卡器205可进行磁卡读取信息。

工作原理:通过读卡器103、读卡磁槽104、磁条刷卡器205进行信息读取,并将读取的数据通过导线传输到控制主机501,通过控制主机501进行数据处理,并将处理的结果传输到票号打印机101,热转打印机503,激光打印机504进行运行,从而可将信息结果进行打印,同时散热风机602通电运行可产生风力,风力可加快安装室5内部空气流动,从而可带走安装室5内部设备散发出的热 量,有效解决了装置在长时间使用过程中设备会产生热量积累造成设备损耗的问题,提高了装置的散热效果。

  1. 一种便于维护更换打印单的报告打印一体机,包括控制台(2)、机体(4)和散热组件(6),所述机体(4)的内部设有安装室(5),所述安装室(5)的内部放置有控制主机(501),所述安装室(5)的内部通过隔板安装有热转打印机(503),所述热转打印机(503)的上方通过隔板安装有激光打印机(504),所述安装室(5)的内部一侧通过螺栓安装有散热组件(6),所述散热组件(6)内安装有安装罩(601),所述安装罩(601)的内部通过螺栓安装有散热风机(602),所述安装罩(601)的内部两侧焊接有防护网(603),所述机体(4)的正面通过合页安装有检修门(3),所述机体(4)的顶部焊接有控制台(2),所述控制台(2)的正面通过螺栓安装有显示器(201),所述显示器(201)的下方一侧安装有扫描仪(202),所述扫描仪(202)的一侧设有密码键盘槽(203),所述控制台(2)的顶部焊接有控制板(1),所述控制板(1)的正面一侧安装有票号打印机(101),所述票号打印机(101)的一侧安装有摄像头(102)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于维护更换打印单的报告打印一体机,其中,所述摄像头(102)远离票号打印机(101)的一侧安装有读卡器(103),且读卡器(103)的一侧安装有读卡磁槽(104)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于维护更换打印单的报告打印一体机,其中,所述显示器(201)的下方远离扫描仪(202)的一侧安装有指纹仪(204),且显示器(201)的一侧安装有磁条刷卡器(205)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于维护更换打印单的报告打印一体机,其中,所述检修门(3)的正面安装有存折进出口(301),存折进出口(301)的下方安装有证卡复印出口(302)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于维护更换打印单的报告打印一体机,其中,所述机体(4)的两侧底部设有散热孔(401),且机体(4)的两侧通过螺栓安装有把槽(402)。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于维护更换打印单的报告打印一体机,其中,所述安装室(5)的内部两侧通过螺栓安装有立体喇叭(502),且立体喇叭(502)延伸出机体(4)的外侧。
