Definitions

  • the present invention relates to a system and method for managing information deriving from multimedia contents to be acquired in sales outlets.
  • the present invention refers to the sector of data collection in sales outlets or stores and analysis of the data to understand whether certain products are found in the sales outlet, how they are displayed, where they are displayed and at what price, ...
  • Photographer users who, seeing a request of one or more customers go to the sales outlet(s) requested, take photographs or record videos and then upload them onto the platform;
  • the uploaders access the platform to check the requests and go to the store(s) located near their geographical zone to take photographs and then upload the photographs onto the software platform. This all occurs in consideration of a payment in credits of various type or money for each storecheck session.
  • the platform uses “phototaggers” to analyse the photographs and extrapolate the information on the single products requested: positioning, price, ...
  • the “uploaders” normally operate for a single order by choosing the order, going to the store and uploading the relative requested photographs. This is redundant if there are several information requests from different customers about the same store. Or, if the same product or group of products is requested by several customers.

  • an object of the present invention is to realise a management system and method that enables resources to be optimized to detect multimedial information.
  • Yet another object of the present invention is to realise a management system and method that enables the accumulation of credits by the photographer users to be optimized.
