实施本发明的容器,具有以下有益效果:
使用该容器过程中,当盒体内压力增大时,可通过排气口排气,当盒体内压力减小时,可通过排气口进气;当盒体内外压力平衡时,可通过排气盖封闭该排气口,实现根据盒内的不同压力自动调节的同时,有效避免引入灰尘等有害物质。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下面结合实施例和附图,对本发明做进一步的详细说明,本发明的示意性实施方式及其说明仅用于解释本发明,并不作为对本发明的限定。
如图1-4所示,是本发明的容器的第一实施例的结构示意图,与现有技术中的容器相同地,该容器包括用于盛放食物的盒体1和封盖该盒体1的盖体2,该盒体1包括底部11、在底部11的边缘向上延伸设置的主侧壁12、以及在主侧壁12末端形成的扣合部13(结合图5所示),该盖体2包括顶部21以及设置在顶部21边缘的盖合部22,其中,该盖体2通过其盖合部22与盒体1的扣合部13可拆卸密闭配合,进行盒体1的封盖,使容器内形成密闭的空间,实现食物的安全运送。
在本实施例中,容器上设有可根据容器/盒体1内的不同气压自动调节的调节器件,该调节器件包括设置在顶部21上的排气口211,以及设置在容器上的排气盖3,该排气盖3 包括覆盖部31,该覆盖部31可封闭该排气口211或打开该排气口211。可以理解地,当盖体2与盒体1密闭配合时,该覆盖部31根据容器/盒体1内的气压变化封闭或打开该排气口211,以维持容器/盒体1内外气压平衡,防止容器发生变形或破裂而影响使用,其中,排气口211的形状可以是圆形或任何其他形状。
排气盖3的覆盖部31与排气口211对应设置,排气盖3可绕其与容器的连接处转动,并通过其覆盖部31封闭或打开排气口211。在本实施例中,排气盖3通过柔性连接部4可转动连接在盖体2的盖合部22边缘处,排气盖3、连接部4与盖体2可一体成型设置。可以理解地,排气盖3绕盖合部22边缘转动使其覆盖部31覆盖至顶部21的排气口211开设处,其中,连接部4的横截面与盖合部22的横截面相匹配,以可嵌套在盖合部22的上部。在一些实施例中,排气盖3也可通过柔性连接部4可转动连接在盖体2的顶部21上;或者,排气盖3通过柔性连接部4可转动连接在盒体1的扣合部13边缘处。
进一步地,覆盖部31靠近排气口211的一侧表面设有突起311,该突起311与排气口211对应,并可封闭或打开该排气口211,其中,突起311的尺寸大于排气口211的尺寸。具体地,结合图6、图9所示,突起311的尺寸自其根部沿突起方向递减设置,突起311的根部尺寸大于排气口211的尺寸,突起311的横截面为与排气口211的形状相适配的圆形,也可以是任何其他与排气口211相适配的形状,其中,突起311呈半球形设置。
进一步地,覆盖部31上设有加强其结构强度的加强筋312,可以理解地,当容器内气压减小使得容器形成凹陷时,该加强筋312使得覆盖部31保持平整状态,从而使得覆盖部31的突起311与顶部21的排气口211之间形成进气空间。如图7所示,该加强筋312呈网格状布置在覆盖部31上的突起311所在侧,当然,该加强筋312也可呈其他任何可加强覆盖部31的结构强度的形状设置。
可以理解地,当容器/盒体1内气压大于或小于外部气压时,突起311与排气口211相离,通过排气口211进气或排气,实现容器/盒体1内外气压的平衡;当容器/盒体1内外气压平衡时,覆盖部31通过该半球形突起311塞入排气口211中以封闭该排气口211。本实施例中,半球形突起311的设置,使得容器/盒体1内的热气/水蒸气可推开突起311,有效防止容器出现胀气的情况;也可通过该突起311与排气口211紧密配合,使得容器内部处于封闭状态,起到防漏作用,且有效防止引入灰尘等有害物质。
如图2所示,柔性连接部4具有一个薄弱部分,连接部4可绕着该薄弱部分打开或折叠,当排气盖3的覆盖部31封闭排气口211时,折叠的连接部4的相对两侧具有圆角41,可以避免划伤、撕裂因而破坏用于保存和携带容器的塑料袋,同时也可防止给使用者带来伤害, 其中,该柔性连接部4可采用铰链结构。
进一步地,排气盖3还包括在连接部4与覆盖部31之间设置的固定部32,该排气盖3与连接部4可一体成型得到,其中,顶部21设有固定孔321,固定部32设有与固定孔321对应的固定突起322,固定突起322可插入固定孔321中并固定,优选地,固定突起322的尺寸略大于固定孔321的尺寸,其中,固定孔321为圆形,固定突起322的横截面为直径略大于固定孔321的直径的圆形,固定突起322呈中空设置或呈圆柱状设置,且其端部圆滑过渡。可以理解地,固定孔321也可以是任何其他形状,固定突起322也可以是任何其他与固定孔321位相匹配的形状。
在一些实施例中,固定部32设有固定孔321,顶部21设有与固定孔321对应的固定突起322,可以理解地,通过固定突起322与固定孔321配合,也就缩短了连接部4与容器的连接处与覆盖部31之间的距离,达到缩短覆盖部31打开排气口211后至恢复至顶部21上的时间的效果。
其中,该固定部32由连接部4延伸设置得到,固定部32与覆盖部31之间通过连接结构连接,当容器内的气压增大时,形成一个向上推动突起311的力,此时覆盖部31可绕其与固定部32的连接处转动而离开盖体2的顶部21,从而打开排气口211。如图7-8所示,固定部32与覆盖部31通过多个间隔分布的连接齿51连接,其中,该连接齿51自固定部32方向指向覆盖部31方向设置。可以理解地,该连接齿51的尺寸很小,其长度小于覆盖部31的厚度,有效防止覆盖部31向固定部32所在侧翻转。
在一些实施例中,固定部32与覆盖部31通过薄结构连接片连接,覆盖部31同样可绕其与固定部32的连接处转动;在一些实施例中,固定部32由连接部4和/或覆盖部31延伸设置得到,该排气盖3非常薄并且有均匀的厚度,同样可被推开。其中,固定部32与覆盖部31的连接处呈弧形设置,弧形由固定部32方向弯向着覆盖部31方向,有效保证覆盖部31离开顶部21后自动复位。
其中,连接部4的横截面与盖体2的盖合部22的横截面相匹配,如图2所示,盖合部22具有n形横截面,连接部4具有与该盖合部22的横截面相匹配的n形横截面,连接部4嵌套在盖合部22的上部并排气盖3覆盖在顶部21的表面上。
如图1所示,盖体2上设有收容排气盖3的凹部23,该凹部23包括对应固定部32的第一凹部231和对应覆盖部31的第二凹部232,其中,第一凹部231的深度与固定部32的厚度基本相等,第二凹部232的深度大于覆盖部31的厚度,可以理解地,结合图2、图6以及图9所示,当排气盖3覆盖在凹部23上,且当前容器的上部叠放有容器时,当前容器 的第二凹部232与覆盖部31之间仍可形成排气口211的排气空间,保证了当多个容器层叠放置时仍可保持容器内外气压平衡的效果。可以理解地,当排气盖3覆盖在凹部23上时,固定部32的底面与第一凹部231的表面相接触,且固定部32的外表面与顶部21的外表面齐平。
结合图5-6、以及图10所示,扣合部13具有n形横截面,盖合部22的横截面为与扣合部13的横截面相匹配的n形横截面,盖合部22通过嵌套在扣合部13的上部以与扣合部13密闭配合,其中,盖合部22与扣合部13的嵌套连接处设有一处或多处加强连接强度的吻合结构6。
该吻合结构6为分别设置在扣合部13、盖合部22上可凹凸配合结构,其中,该吻合结构6包括设置在扣合部13的侧壁的凸棱61和/或凹槽62,以及设置在盖合部22的相应部位上、与扣合部13的凸棱61相匹配的凹槽62和/或与扣合部13的凹槽62相匹配的凸棱61。如图10所示,在本实施例中,扣合部13其侧壁在靠近端部的位置上,从上至下设有凸棱61、凹槽62,与其对应地,盖合部22在与扣合部13的相应部位上设有相匹配的凹槽62、凸棱61。其中,该凸棱61由扣合部13/盖合部22向外凸起设置得到,凹槽62由扣合部13/盖合部22向内凹陷设置得到。当然,在一些实施例中,吻合结构6的配合方式以及设置的位置可以以其他形式设置。
进一步地,盖合部22与扣合部13的嵌套连接处设有一处或多处加强密气效果的紧密结构9,该紧密结构9为分别设置在扣合部13、盖合部22上可凹凸配合结构,其中,该紧密结构9包括设置在扣合部13上部的紧密凸棱91和/或紧密凹槽92,以及设置在盖合部22的相应部位上、与扣合部13的紧密凸棱91相匹配的紧密凹槽92和/或与扣合部13的紧密凹槽92相匹配的紧密凸棱91。如图10所示,在本实施例中,扣合部13其上部的中间位置处设有一紧密凹槽92,与其对应地,盖合部22在与扣合部13的相应部位上设有相匹配的紧密凸棱91。其中,该紧密凹槽92由扣合部13向内凹陷设置得到,该紧密凸棱91由盖合部22向其内侧方向凸起设置得到。当然,在一些实施例中,紧密结构9的配合方式以及设置的位置可以以其他形式设置。可以理解地,当扣合部13与盖合部22上的吻合结构6完全吻合时,该紧密结构9中的紧密凸棱91与紧密凹槽92会自然压紧在一起,从而起到密气防漏的效果。
其中,盖合部22的端部与扣合部13的端部齐平设置,可以理解地,盖合部22的端部与扣合部13的端部齐平设置,以及盖合部22与端部间设置的吻合结构6、紧密结构9,使得盖合部22与扣合部13嵌套配合后难以打开,在本实施例中,盖合部22上设有一个或多 个提拉部7,该提拉部7可作为把手以便于使用者打开容器。
结合图1-2所示,盖合部22的一处或多处上设有槽部221,该槽部221可由扣合部13的端部向上延伸设置得到,槽部221上设有与盖合部22可转动连接的提拉部7,该提拉部7的两侧与盖合部22分离设置,且该提拉部7向下延伸并遮挡主侧壁12,以可供使用者抓取。其中,该提拉部7对应扣合部13所在侧设有与扣合部13上的凸棱61、凹槽62相匹配的凹槽、凸棱,提拉部7可通过该结构固定在扣合部13上。优选地,提拉部7向斜下方延伸,形成向外翘起的把手,便于使用者提拉,优选地,槽部221由扣合部13的端部向上延伸至扣合部13的顶端。
其中,提拉部7的两侧与盖合部22分离设置,两者间形成连接空间,提拉部7通过可破坏防盗结构52与至少一侧上的盖合部22连接,形成可破坏区域。其中,该防盗结构52可设于两侧上的连接空间内并对应盖合部22靠近端部或端部的位置,且该防盗结构52的尺寸小于连接空间的尺寸,使得容易破坏该防盗结构52以使用该提拉部7。
该防盗结构52为薄结构连接件,该连接件呈片状设置,具体地,该防盗结构52的厚度小于盖合部22的自由端的厚度、以及提拉部7的厚度,该防盗结构52连接在盖合部22与提拉部7的外表面上,提拉部7的两侧圆滑设置。在一些实施例中,连接空间内设有多个在高度方向上间隔设置的防盗结构52。可以理解地,当通过提拉部7提拉打开盖体2时,防盗结构52被破坏并不可恢复,起到防盗作用,有效防止食物在运送过程中被他人打开。当然,防盗结构52可以为其他任何形状。
在本实施例中,容器的盒体1和盖子都是长方形的,在一些实施例中,也可以是圆形、正方形等任何其他形状。该容器可采用食品级塑料或其他材料制成,可作为外卖容器、微波炉容器以及日常餐具使用。
如图11-13所示,是本发明的容器的第二实施例的结构示意图,与上述第一实施例的区别在于,盖体2上设有增大盖体2的容纳空间的凸部212,该凸部212由盖体2顶部21靠近盖合部22的一侧向上凸起形成得到,该凸部212的两侧分别向顶部21、盖合部22方向倾斜设置,其中,固定部32的横截面与凸部212的横截面相匹配,固定突起322设置在固定部32上,固定孔321设置在凸部212上;或者,固定孔321设置在固定部32上,固定突起322设置在凸部212上。
可以理解地,固定部32覆盖在凸部212的上部,覆盖部31覆盖在盖体2的顶部21上,凸部212与顶部21具有一定的高度差,因此,当容器/盒体1内气压增大并推开覆盖部31时,覆盖部31可绕其与固定部32的连接处转动,当覆盖部31转动时,最大程度可转动至 凸部212的位置,该凸部212有效阻挡覆盖部31向凸部212所在侧翻转,保证了当容器/盒体1内外气压平衡时,覆盖部31可自动恢复至覆盖顶部21并封闭排气口211的位置。
其中,凸部212与盖合部22之间通过连接台连接,连接台该上设有多个加强肋8,该多个加强肋8在连接台的周向方向上间隔设置。可以理解地,该加强肋8用于增强盖体2的强度,使盖体2不容易完全或变形;同时,当多个盖体2层叠放置时,该加强肋8可阻止堆叠的盖子挤压在一起,使得它们很容易的分开。
使用第一实施例或第二实施例的容器时,将食物放置于盒体1内,并通过盖体2密闭封盖,转动折叠柔性连接部4,使固定突起322插入并固定在固定孔321内;当将该容器放入微波炉进行加热时,由于容器/盒体1内温度升高,瞬间膨胀的热气/水蒸汽(气压增大)将突起311推开,使得覆盖部31离开顶部21,蒸汽由排气口211排出;当容器/盒体1内外气压接近时,覆盖部31自动复位,并通过其突起311封闭排气口211,使容器形成封闭的空间,有效防止灰尘等有害物质落入;当将沸腾的食物直接放入容器内,排气同理所得。
当容器内温度下降,引致容器内空气收缩(气压减小),盖体2顶部21下陷,而覆盖部31通过其上的加强筋312保持平整,从而第二凹部232与覆盖部31所在平面不协调,使得突起311与排气口211之间形成进气空间,外部空气由排气口211进入容器内;当容器/盒体1内外气压接近时,覆盖部31自动复位,凹部23容纳排气盖3并覆盖部31上的突起311封闭排气口211;使得在完成进气或排气后,突起311保持封闭排气口211。
由于盖合部22与扣合部13间设有吻合结构6、紧密结构9,且盖合部22与扣合部13的端部齐平设置,一旦盖体2封盖盒体1后,则难以打开,使用者可通过提拉提拉部7,破坏防盗结构52,将提拉部7作为拉手将盖体2拉开;可以理解地,该防盗结构52一旦破坏则无法复原,有效防止容器在运送过程中被他人打开。
本发明中,当容器内气压高/低于外部气压时,该排气口211打开,通过进气/排气以维持内外气压平衡,在气压平衡后该排气口211保封闭状态,实现根据容器/盒体1内的不同压力自动调节的同时,有效避免引入灰尘等有害物质。
可以理解的,以上实施例仅表达了本发明的优选实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制;应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,可以对上述技术特点进行自由组合,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围;因此,凡跟本发明权利要求范围所做的等同变换与修饰,均应属于本发明权利要求的涵盖范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种容器,其特征在于,包括:盒体(1),包括底部(11)、在所述底部(11)的边缘向上延伸设置的主侧壁(12)、以及在所述主侧壁(12)末端形成的扣合部(13);盖体(2),包括顶部(21)以及设置在所述顶部(21)边缘的盖合部(22),所述盖合部(22)与所述扣合部(13)可拆卸密闭配合,所述顶部(21)上设有排气口(211);以及,排气盖(3),包括在所述盒体(1)内压力变化时可封闭或打开所述排气口(211)的覆盖部(31)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述覆盖部(31)靠近所述排气口(211)的一侧表面设有突起(311),所述突起(311)的尺寸自其根部沿突起方向递减设置,所述突起(311)的根部尺寸大于所述排气口(211)的尺寸。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的容器,其特征在于,所述排气盖(3)通过柔性连接部(4)可转动连接在所述盒体(1)的所述扣合部(13)边缘处;或者,所述排气盖(3)通过柔性连接部(4)可转动连接在所述盖体(2)的所述盖合部(22)边缘处;所述连接部(4)的横截面与所述盖合部(22)的横截面相匹配。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的容器,其特征在于,所述排气盖(3)还包括在所述连接部(4)和所述覆盖部(31)之间设置的固定部(32);所述顶部(21)设有固定孔(321),所述固定部(32)设有与所述固定孔(321)对应的固定突起(322);或者,所述固定部(32)设有固定孔(321),所述顶部(21)设有与所述固定孔(321)对应的固定突起(322);其中,所述固定突起(322)的尺寸略大于所述固定孔(321)的尺寸。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的容器,其特征在于,所述固定部(32)由所述连接部(4)和/或所述覆盖部(31)延伸设置得到;或者,所述固定部(32)由所述连接部(4)延伸设置得到,所述固定部(32)与所述覆盖部(31)通过多个间隔分布的连接齿(51)连接,或者,所述固定部(32)与所述覆盖部(31)通过薄结构连接片连接。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的容器,其特征在于,所述盖体(2)的所述顶部(21)靠近所述盖合部(22)的一侧向上凸起形成凸部(212),所述凸部(212)的两侧分别向所述顶部(21)、所述盖合部(22)方向倾斜设置;所述固定孔(321)设置在所述凸部(212)上;或者,所述固定突起(322)设置在所述凸部(212)上;所述固定部(32)的横截面与所述凸部(212)的横截面相匹配。
  7. 根据权利要求4-6任一项所述的容器,其特征在于,所述盖体(2)设有收容所述固定部(32)以及所述覆盖部(31)的凹部(23),所述凹部(23)包括对应所述固定部(32)的第一凹部(231)和对应所述覆盖部(31)的第二凹部(232);其中,所述第一凹部(231)的深度与所述固定部(32)的厚度基本相等,所述第二凹部(232)的深度大于所述覆盖部(31)的厚度。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的容器,其特征在于,所述扣合部(13)具有n形横截面,所述盖合部(22)具有与所述扣合部(13)相匹配的n形横截面以与所述扣合部(13)嵌套连接,所述盖合部(22)与所述扣合部(13)的嵌套连接处设有一处或多处加强连接强度的吻合结构(6)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的容器,其特征在于,所述吻合结构(6)包括设置在所述扣合部(13)的侧部的凸棱(61)和/或凹槽(62),以及设置在所述盖合部(22)的相应部位上的、与所述扣合部(13)的所述凸棱(61) 相匹配的凹槽(62)和/或与所述扣合部(13)的所述凹槽(62)相匹配的凸棱(61)。
  10. 根据权利要求8或9所述的容器,其特征在于,所述盖合部(22)的端部与所述扣合部(13)的端部齐平设置;所述盖合部(22)一处或多处上的端部向上延伸形成槽部(221);所述容器还包括设置在所述槽部(221)上、与所述盖合部(22)可转动连接的提拉部(7),所述提拉部(7)通过可破坏防盗结构(52)与至少一侧上的所述盖合部(22)连接,形成可破坏区域。
