本实用新型涉及集鱼灯领域,尤其涉及一种螺口型LED集鱼灯。
背景技术
在进行捕鱼的过程中,由于鱼群在夜晚具有趋光性,渔民在进行夜晚捕鱼时往往会使用集鱼灯来进行辅助捕鱼,但是现有的集鱼灯的散光性较大,集鱼效果并不理想,使渔民的捕鱼量并不好,同时现有的集鱼灯安装比较麻烦,且防水性较差,容易在捕鱼时进水,造成集鱼灯故障,影响正常捕捞行动,且现有的集鱼灯散热效果不好,使用时间一久,容易影响集鱼灯的正常工作,为解决这些问题,我们提出了一种螺口型LED集鱼灯。

本实用新型提出的一种螺口型LED集鱼灯,解决了现有的LED集鱼灯光线分散,集鱼效果差,且使用时安装比较麻烦,同时散热效果差的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:
一种螺口型LED集鱼灯,包括壳体,所述壳体的一端安装金属螺纹,所述金属螺纹设置在壳体外部,所述壳体内部安装有电源,所述壳体在远离设置有金属螺纹的一端表面安装有安装块,所述安装块远离壳体的一侧安装有安装板,所述安装板的一侧安装有固定块,所述固定块一侧安装有弹簧,所述固定块表面安装有转动杆,所述安装板内部安装有散热风扇,所述安装板内部安装有电机,所述电机的输出轴与散热风扇相连,所述安装板远离靠近安装块的一侧安装有灯壳,所述灯壳内部安装有散热板,所述散热板一侧与安装板相连,所述散热板远离与安装板相连的一侧安装有光源,所述灯壳之间安装有透镜,所述灯壳的顶端安装有挡板,所述挡板与灯壳之间设置有转轴。
优选的,所述电源的电路输出线焊接在金属螺纹,且电路输出线与光源进行焊接。
优选的,所述安装块设置有两块,且两块所述安装块表面开设有安装孔,所述固定块设置有两块,且每个固定块均配备有一个转动杆和弹簧,两块所述固定块的底部均安装有滑杆,所述滑杆穿过固定块底部,两根所述转动杆均穿过安装块内部的安装孔,且两块所述安装块通过调节螺杆连接。

本实用新型的有益效果为:
1、通过设置的散热板和散热孔以及散热风扇可以对光源产生的热量进行散发出去,使装置在长时间使用也不会出现问题,减少事故发生率。
2、通过设置的透镜和硅胶垫可以对装置进行防水,使装置内部不易进水,从而导致线路短路问题的发生。
3、通过金属螺纹可以快速对装置进行安装,同时满足日常更换的需求。
4、通过设置的挡板、转动杆和调节螺杆,可以通过调节螺杆对安装块表面的安装孔大小进行调节,从而转动杆可以转动,使装置的照射角度进行调整,同时防止光线分散,提高聚鱼效果。
综上所述,该装置不仅可以对装置进行照射角度调节,使装置的聚鱼效果的到提升,同时由于金属螺纹的存在,使装置的安装更加便捷,且具备优良的散热效果和防水效果,解决了现有的LED集鱼灯光线分散,集鱼效果差,且使用时安装比较麻烦,同时散热效果差的问题。

工作原理:使用本装置时,先拉动转动杆6,使其在弹簧17的作用下变宽,从而使转动杆6与安装块4相连,然后将装置通过金属螺纹1直接替代原有的1千瓦金属卤化灯,然后通过旋转壳体2使光源12通电,然后通过设置的调节螺杆19对安装块4表面的安装孔大小进行调节,从而转动杆6可以转动,使装置的照射角度进行调整,同时挡板14可以防止光线分散,然后打开电机10开关,使电机10带动散热风扇7运行,从而使光源12散发的热量通过散热板9和散热风扇7排到外部,然后通过设置的透镜13和硅胶垫11可以对装置进行防水,使装置内部不易进水,使用完毕后,将装置进行旋转,使金属螺纹1离开卤化灯体,并将装置收回,以待下次使用。
