本发明的最佳实施方式
为使本发明实施例的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
如图1-图8所示,本实施例按压式书写文具,包括:
笔杆1;
笔芯2,笔芯2配置有笔尖21,笔芯2设置在笔杆1中;
按压定位组件3,按压定位组件3包括导向件31、滑动件32和定位件33,其中,导向件31上设置有导向滑槽311,导向滑槽311中设置有转动驱动部312和定位配合部313,滑动件32沿导向滑槽311的长度方向可滑动的安装在导向件31上,定位件33可转动的安装在滑动件32上,定位件33上设置有定位部331,定位部331可滑动的设置在导向滑槽311中导向件31设置在笔杆1中,滑动件32与笔芯2连接;
弹簧(未图示),所述弹簧设置在笔杆1中并用于驱动笔芯2或滑动件32复位;
其中,在滑动件32带动定位件33朝向转动驱动部312移动过程中,转动驱动部312用于触碰定位部331以驱动定位件33转动,定位配合部313用于与定位部331配合限制笔芯2的笔尖伸出至笔杆1的外部。
具体的,笔杆1中设置有独立的按压定位组件3来实现笔芯2伸出后的定位。其中,滑动件32在受外力产生移动时,将带动定位件33一同移动,进而使得定位部331在导向滑槽311中滑动;定位部331滑动至转动驱动部312处,由转动驱动部312抵靠以使得定位部331在导向滑槽311中转动,进而通过定位配合部313与定位部331接触配合以实现对滑动件32的位置进行定位。转动驱动部312用于通过触碰定位部331的方式以驱动定位件33转动,定位配合部313用于通过卡住定位部331的方式以使得笔芯2的笔尖伸出至笔杆1的外部,进而达到保持笔芯2处于外伸出的状态,满足用户撰写使用的要求。而为了方便用户操作使用,按压式书写文具可以配置独立的笔帽4,所述笔帽设置在滑动件32上。
具体使用过程如下:用户当需要使用按压式书写文具进行书写时,则通过手指按动所述笔帽,如图6所示,所述笔帽将驱动滑动件32朝向笔尖21方向移动,进而使得定位部331朝向转动驱动部312方向移动。而在滑动件32移动过程中,如图7所示,定位部331将与转动驱动部312接触,转动驱动部312将驱动定位部331转动,以使得定位部331朝向定位配合部313转动。而在用户松手后,如图8所示,在弹簧的作用下,滑动件32将反向移动,同时带动定位部331在导向滑槽311中方向滑动,定位部331将受定位配合部313的限制使得两者卡在在一起;此时,笔芯2的笔尖21将保持外露在笔杆1外的状态,以方便用户书写使用。
而在用户再次按压所述笔帽,定位部331将再次在导向滑槽311中朝向转动驱动部312方向移动,此时,定位部331与转动驱动部312所离开,当转动驱动部312与定位部331接触后,转动驱动部312将再次驱动定位部331转动。而在用户松手后,在弹簧的作用下,滑动件32将反向移动,定位部331将沿着导向滑槽311远离转动驱动部312和定位配合部313,直至移动至导向滑槽311的端部,此时,笔芯2的笔尖21将回缩至笔杆1中。
通过按压定位组件3来对笔芯2进行定位,整个定位过程中,仅是依靠按压定位组件3自身来实现对笔芯2的定位,而无需与笔杆1中的内部定位筋进行配合。一方面,在组装时,操作人员仅需要将按压定位组件3整体安装到笔杆1中,而按压定位组件3自身则可以在笔杆1的外部事先组装好,以方便操作人员进行快捷方便的组装;另一方面,在定位过程中,通过定位部331与转动驱动部312和定位配合部313配合,能够更加可靠实现利用定位配合部313来对定位部331的位置进行限位,确保用户正常的使用。
更重要的是,由于无需采用齿轮配合进行定位,进而不会出现齿轮配合定位时所产生的齿轮跳动、冲击和碰撞,大大的降低了按压时所产生的噪音,进而实现静音按动的效果。同时,由于按压定位组件3在使用过程中不会产生部件之间的冲击碰撞,对于笔芯2中的墨水的振动冲击较小,进而减少因冲击造成笔芯2漏墨的情况发生。
另外,对于所述弹簧的安装位置,则可以采用常规按压笔的方式,将所述弹簧安装在笔杆1与笔芯2之间,而笔芯2与滑动件32之间则采用接触连接的方式。而对于所述弹簧对滑动件32施加弹簧复位力的情况下,则所述弹簧套在笔芯2的外部并夹在笔杆1与滑动件32之间,同时,笔芯2与滑动件32之间可以采用螺纹连接或卡接等方式,在此不做限制和赘述。而对于导向件31与笔杆1的组装方式,可以采用卡装等可拆卸的方式安装在笔杆1上,在此不做限制或赘述。
进一步的,定位部331上配置有两个背向布置的凹槽结构3311。具体的,用户每按动两次所述笔帽,定位件33将旋转180度,而通过在定位件33的两端部分别设置有凹槽结构3311,则可以满足定位部331与定位配合部313配合进行限位的要求。而在实际使用过程中,对于笔芯2的笔尖21外露在笔杆1的外部处于使用状态时,则定位配合部313将卡在对应的凹槽结构3311,以限制笔芯2的笔尖21伸出至笔杆1的外部。
其中,对于转动驱动部312和定位配合部313的具体表现实体,则可以为设置在导向滑槽311中的凸块,在定位部331在滑动过程中,利用不同位置处的凸块,完成对定位部331的驱动转动以及配合卡接限位。
另外,对于定位部331在滑动过程中的具体工作状态说明如下:
滑动件32朝向转动驱动部312移动过程中,转动驱动部312抵靠在其中一凹槽结构3311中以驱动定位件33转动,并在滑动件32反向远离转动驱动部312移动过程中,定位配合部313卡在另一凹槽结构3311中。具体的,用户需要书写时,则通过按动一次所述笔帽,以使得转动驱动部312与其中一凹槽结构3311配合实现定位部331的转动,进而使得另一凹槽结构3311对准定位配合部313;而在用户松手后,通过定位配合部313与凹槽结构3311配合实现卡接限位锁止定位,进而使得笔尖21外露在笔杆1之外。
在滑动件32再次朝向转动驱动部312移动过程中,转动驱动部312抵靠在定位部331的一侧部以驱动定位件33转动,且定位配合部313从另一个凹槽结构3311脱离出,并在滑动件32再次反向远离转动驱动部312移动过程中,定位配合部313抵靠在定位部331的另一侧部以驱动定位件33转动直至定位件33沿着在导向滑槽311的侧壁滑动。具体的,当需要将笔尖21回缩至笔杆1内部时,用户再次按压所述笔帽。此时,定位配合部313从对应的凹槽结构3311中脱离出以接触限位,同时,定位部331的侧部将与转动驱动部312接触以实现定位部331的转动,以使得凹槽结构3311偏置于定位配合部313的一侧;而在用户松手后,定位部331在反向移动过程中,定位部331的另一侧部将与定位配合部313接触,以使得定位部331进一步的转动,进而使得定位部331完成180度转动并沿着导向滑槽311移动复位。
进一步的,为了确保对定位部331进行良好的导向,同时,满足定位部331在导向滑槽311中转动的要求。导向滑槽311包括第一槽部3111和第二槽部3112,第二槽部3112的宽度大于第一槽部3111的宽度,转动驱动部312和定位配合部313位于第二槽部3112中,定位部331可在第二槽部3112中转动。具体的,第一槽部3111的宽度略大于所述定位部的宽度,进而满足所述定位部在第一槽部3111顺畅滑动并获得良好的导向。而对于第二槽部3112的宽度将逐渐增大,进而在所述定位部从第一槽部3111滑动至第二槽部3112后,所述定位部接触转动驱动部312后能够在第二槽部3112中转动。
又进一步的,为了使得转动驱动部312能够可靠的驱动所述定位部转动,则转动驱动部312位于定位件33的中心移动轨迹的一侧,定位配合部313位于定位件33的中心移动轨迹的另一侧。具体的,在定位件33移动过程中,定位件33的中心将沿着一直线方向往复移动,而转动驱动部312位于中心移动轨迹的一侧,以使得转动驱动部312能偏置于凹槽结构3311的中心位置插入到凹槽结构3311中,进而使得所述定位部转动。
为此,对于转动驱动部312和定位配合部313的布置位置,则转动驱动部312位于导向滑槽311的一侧,定位配合部313位于导向滑槽311的另一侧, 转动驱动部312与定位配合部313倾斜相对布置。具体的,转动驱动部312布置在第二槽部3112的一侧并远离第一槽部3111设置,而定位配合部313布置在第二槽部3112的另一侧并靠近第一槽部3111设置。
更进一步的,为了确保滑动件32在导向件31上顺畅的滑动,导向件31的侧部还设置有第一导向凸起314,滑动件32的侧部设置有第一滑槽321,第一导向凸起314位于第一滑槽321中。具体的,在滑动件32滑动过程中,第一导向凸起314和第一滑槽321相互配合,以引导滑动件32能够顺畅的滑动。其中,可以在导向件31的两侧部分别布置有多个第一导向凸起314,同时,可以在滑动件32的两侧分别设置第一滑槽321。同样的,还可以采用在导向件31的侧部设置有第二滑槽,并在滑动件32的侧部设置有第二导向凸起,所述第二导向凸起位于所述第二滑槽中。
进一步的,为了方便的将定位件33与滑动件32组装在一起,定位件33上设置有转轴332,滑动件32上设置有轴孔(未标记),转轴332可转动的设置在所述轴孔中。具体的,转轴332设置在轴孔中,以满足定位件33可转动的安装在所述滑动架上的要求。而为了满足结构紧凑化的设计要求,滑动件32上设置有圆形槽322,定位件33为圆盘结构,所述定位部位于定位件33的一表面,转轴332位于定位件33的另一表面上,定位件33可转动的设置在圆形槽322中。具体的,通过在滑动件32上形成圆形槽322,以使得定位件33整体设置在圆形槽322,而所述定位部则露在圆形槽322的外部并位于导向滑槽311中,并使得滑动件32与导向件31能够紧密的贴靠在一起,以使得整体结构更加的紧凑。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种按压式书写文具,其特征在于,包括:
    笔杆;
    笔芯,所述笔芯配置有笔尖,所述笔芯设置在所述笔杆中;
    按压定位组件,所述按压定位组件包括导向件、滑动件和定位件,其中,所述导向件上设置有导向滑槽,所述导向滑槽中设置有转动驱动部和定位配合部,所述滑动件沿所述导向滑槽的长度方向可滑动的安装在所述导向件上,所述定位件可转动的安装在所述滑动件上,所述定位件上设置有定位部,所述定位部可滑动的设置在所述导向滑槽中所述导向件设置在所述笔杆中,所述滑动件与所述笔芯连接;
    弹簧,所述弹簧设置在所述笔杆中并用于驱动所述笔芯或所述滑动件复位;
    笔帽,所述笔帽设置在所述滑动件上;
    其中,在所述滑动件带动所述定位件朝向所述转动驱动部移动过程中,所述转动驱动部用于触碰所述定位部以驱动所述定位件转动,所述定位配合部用于与所述定位部配合限制所述笔芯的笔尖伸出至所述笔杆的外部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按压式书写文具,其特征在于,所述定位部上配置有两个背向布置的凹槽结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的按压式书写文具,其特征在于,所述定位配合部用于卡在对应的所述凹槽结构中以限制所述笔芯的所述笔尖伸出至所述笔杆的外部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的按压式书写文具,其特征在于,所述导向滑槽包括第一槽部和第二槽部,所述第二槽部的宽度大于所述第一槽部的宽度,所述转动驱动部和所述定位配合部位于所述第二槽部中,所述定位部可在所述第二槽部中转动。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的按压式书写文具,其特征在于,所述转动驱动部位于所述定位件的中心移动轨迹的一侧,所述定位配合部位于所述定位件的中心移动轨迹的另一侧。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的按压式书写文具,其特征在于,所述导向件的侧部还设置有第一导向凸起,所述滑动件的侧部设置有第一滑槽,所述第一导向凸起位于所述第一滑槽中。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的按压式书写文具,其特征在于,所述导向件的侧部还设置有第二滑槽,所述滑动件的侧部设置有第二导向凸起,所述第二导向凸起位于所述第二滑槽中。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的按压式书写文具,其特征在于,所述定位件上设置有转轴,所述滑动件上设置有轴孔,所述转轴可转动的设置在所述轴孔中。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的按压式书写文具,其特征在于,所述滑动件上设置有圆形槽,所述定位件为圆盘结构,所述定位部位于所述定位件的一表面,所述转轴位于所述定位件的另一表面上,所述定位件可转动的设置在所述圆形槽中。
