如图1和图2所示,防堵塞组件3包括套管31,套管31转动连接在槽体1的外表面侧壁,套管31的内壁滑动连接有滑杆32,滑杆32位于套管31外部的一端套设有弹力弹簧33,弹力弹簧33的两端分别与滑杆32和套管31的外表面固定连接,滑杆32和套管31的外表面开设有限位孔34,限位孔34的内部插设有限位销35, 滑杆32远离套管31的一端铰接有连接杆36,连接杆36包括两个支杆,连接杆36通过支杆均转动连接有密封箱37,两个密封箱37之间连通有连接管312,两个密封箱37的内部均开设有内腔38,内腔38的内壁盖设有盖板313,内腔38的内部转动贯穿有轴杆39,轴杆39位于内腔38内部的一端外表面套设有水轮310,轴杆39位于内腔38外部的一端外表面套设有螺旋刀片311,其中一个密封箱37的外表面连通有进水管314,另一个密封箱37的外表面连通有导管315,槽体1的外表面一侧焊接有水龙头316,导管315远离密封箱37的一端与水龙头316的外表面连通,水龙头316的外表面设置有阀门,通过设置该防堵塞组件3,有效且及时得粉碎堵塞在过滤槽23的残渣,避免了因食物残渣产生异味的情况出现,而且能对较大体积的杂物进行阻挡隔离,避免堵塞管道42的问题出现。
其整个的防堵塞组件3达到的效果为,通过设置防堵塞组件3,当进行洗菜或者洗碗时,转动套管31,使得套管31带动密封箱37移动至槽体1的正上方,这时转动连接杆36,使得连接杆36进行调节螺旋刀片311的位置,这时拔出限位销35,并按压滑杆32,挤压弹力弹簧33,使得滑杆32带动密封箱37移动至放置块22上,这时使得螺旋刀片311位于过滤槽23的上方,并重新将限位销35插入限位孔34的内部,进行固定螺旋刀片311的位置,开启水龙头316的阀门,使得水流通过进水管314进入其中一个密封箱37的内部,通过连接管312进入另一个密封箱37的内部,并通过水龙头316出水,这时进行洗菜或者洗碗,而洗菜和洗碗的杂质掉落至过滤槽23的内部,这时高压的水流通过水轮310时,会使得水轮310带动轴杆39转动,轴杆39会带动螺旋刀片311快速的转动,并进行粉碎过滤槽23内部较大的杂质,避免杂质堵塞水槽,通过设置该防堵塞组件3,有效且及时得粉碎堵塞在过滤槽23的残渣,避免了因食物残渣产生异味的情况出现,而且能对较大体积的杂物进行阻挡隔离,避免堵塞管道42的问题出现。
如图2和图3所示,排水组件4包括接水斗41,接水斗41安装在槽体1的底部,接水斗41的底部连通有管道42,管道42的外表面位于其中一个弯道处螺纹连接有螺纹钉43,管道42的外表面位于另一个弯道处插设有活塞44,活塞44的外表面固定连接有连接绳45,连接绳45远离活塞44的一端固定安装有疏通杆48,疏通杆48的外表面滑动连接有滑管47,疏通杆48的外表面套设有限位弹簧46,限位弹簧46的两端分别与疏通杆48和滑管47的外表面固定连接,通过对管道42的两个弯道处最容易集聚杂质的地方机芯疏通,有效的达到的疏通水槽的效果,提高了该水槽的实用性。
其整个的排水组件4达到的效果为,通过设置排水组件4,当管道42内壁因为长期积累杂质而附着时,首先对第一个管道42进行疏通,转动螺纹钉43,使得螺纹钉43进行钻碎堵塞的杂质,再配合水流进行快速的初步疏通,同时拔出活塞44,将滑管47插入原本的活塞44处,拉动疏通杆,使得限位弹簧46拉伸,这时松开疏通杆,通过限位弹簧46的回弹力,使得疏通杆复位并沿着滑管47的内壁滑动,插入管道42的第二个弯道处,达到再次粉碎杂质的效果,通过对管道42的两个弯道处最容易集聚杂质的地方机芯疏通,有效的达到的疏通水槽的效果,提高了该水槽的实用性。

  1. 一种避免堵塞的不锈钢水槽,包括槽体(1),其特征在于:所述槽体(1)的内壁相对的一面之间均开设有滑槽(11),所述滑槽(11)的内壁滑动连接有过滤盒(2),所述槽体(1)的外表面一侧侧壁固定安装有防堵塞组件(3),所述防堵塞组件(3)包括套管(31),所述套管(31)转动连接在槽体(1)的外表面侧壁,所述套管(31)的内壁滑动连接有滑杆(32),所述滑杆(32)位于套管(31)外部的一端套设有弹力弹簧(33),所述弹力弹簧(33)的两端分别与滑杆(32)和套管(31)的外表面固定连接,所述滑杆(32)远离套管(31)的一端铰接有连接杆(36),所述连接杆(36)包括两个支杆,所述连接杆(36)通过支杆均转动连接有密封箱(37),两个密封箱(37)之间连通有连接管(312),两个密封箱(37)的内部均开设有内腔(38),所述内腔(38)的内壁盖设有盖板(313),所述内腔(38)的内部转动贯穿有轴杆(39),所述轴杆(39)位于内腔(38)内部的一端外表面套设有水轮(310),所述轴杆(39)位于内腔(38)外部的一端外表面套设有螺旋刀片(311),其中一个所述密封箱(37)的外表面连通有进水管(314),另一个所述密封箱(37)的外表面连通有导管(315),所述槽体(1)的外表面一侧焊接有水龙头(316),所述导管(315)远离密封箱(37)的一端与水龙头(316)的外表面连通,所述水龙头(316)的外表面设置有阀门。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种避免堵塞的不锈钢水槽,其特征在于:所述槽体(1)的底部开设有出水口(12),所述槽体(1)的底部位于出水口(12)的下方设置有排水组件(4)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种避免堵塞的不锈钢水槽,其特征在于:所述过滤盒(2)的外表面两端分别固定安装有凸板(21),所述凸板(21)与滑槽(11)的内壁滑动连接,所述过滤盒(2)的内部两侧均固定安装有放置块(22), 所述过滤盒(2)的内部两端均开设有过滤槽(23)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种避免堵塞的不锈钢水槽,其特征在于:所述滑杆(32)和套管(31)的外表面开设有限位孔(34),所述限位孔(34)的内部插设有限位销(35)。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种避免堵塞的不锈钢水槽,其特征在于:所述排水组件(4)包括接水斗(41),所述接水斗(41)安装在槽体(1)的底部,所述接水斗(41)的底部连通有管道(42),所述管道(42)的外表面位于其中一个弯道处螺纹连接有螺纹钉(43),所述管道(42)的外表面位于另一个弯道处插设有活塞(44)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种避免堵塞的不锈钢水槽,其特征在于:所述活塞(44)的外表面固定连接有连接绳(45),所述连接绳(45)远离活塞(44)的一端固定安装有疏通杆(48),所述疏通杆(48)的外表面滑动连接有滑管(47),所述疏通杆(48)的外表面套设有限位弹簧(46),所述限位弹簧(46)的两端分别与疏通杆(48)和滑管(47)的外表面固定连接。
