Description

一种用于农业种植的除草设备 技术领域
本实用新型涉及除草设备技术领域,具体为一种用于农业种植的除草设备。
背景技术
植物栽培业,栽培各种农作物以及取得植物性产品的农业生产部门,种植业是农业的主要组成部分之一。利用植物的生活机能,通过人工培育以取得粮食、副食品、饲料和工业原料的社会生产部门。包括各种农作物、林木、果树、药用和观赏等植物的栽培。除草中耕除草是传统的除草方法,生长在作物田间的杂草通过人工中耕和机械中耕可及时防除杂草。中耕除草针对性强,干净彻底,技术简单,不但可以防除杂草,而且给作物提供了良好生长条件。
市场上的除草设备无法根据草的高度不同进行调节,从而使得设备的实用性降低,并且虽能够草进行收集,但草的块状较大占用了大量的空间,为后续对处理带来不便的问题,为此,我们提出一种用于农业种植的除草设备。
实用新型内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足之处,本实用新型目的是提供一种用于农业种植的除草设备。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型提供如下技术方案:一种用于农业种植的除草设备,包括主体、固定仓、固定板、万向轮、蓄电池、伺服电机、除草刀、定位螺栓、风机体、连接管、收集仓、切割刀和连接杆,所述主体的上端固定有固定仓,且主体的下端设置有固定板,所述固定仓的内侧设置有蓄电池,且蓄电池的下端设置有伺服电机,所述伺服电机的下端设置有除草刀,且除草刀的右侧设置有风机体,所述风机体的外侧连接有连接管,且连接管的上端设置有收集仓,所述收集仓的内部中央固定有切割刀。
所述固定板的内部设置有万向轮,且万向轮关于主体的竖直中心线对称。
所述蓄电池与伺服电机之间的连接方式为电性连接,且伺服电机贯穿于固定仓的内部。
所述伺服电机与除草刀之间构成伸缩结构,且伺服电机的外侧设置有定位螺栓,并且伺服电机与除草刀之间的连接方式为螺纹连接。
所述风机体通过连接管与收集仓之间构成连通结构,且连接管与收集仓之间构成密封结构。
所述切割刀的内侧设置有连接杆,且切割刀沿着连接杆的外表面均匀分布,并且连接杆与伺服电机之间的连接方式为套接连接。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型的有益效果是:
该用于农业种植的除草设备通过设置的固定板与万向轮能够对主体的位置进行调节,并且设置的多组万向轮能够使得主体移动的更加平稳,从而使得装置的实用性增加;
通过设置的伺服电机能够带动除草刀进行转动,从而可以对草进行切割,并且设置的除草刀能够根据草的高度不同进行调节,通过设置的定位螺栓能够对除草刀进行固定,避免使用时出现偏移,使得装置的实用性增加;
通过设置的风机体能够切割的草进行收集,并且设置的连接管能够将杂草引入收集仓内部,从而可以实现对其进行收集,通过设置的切割刀与连接杆能够对进入收集仓内的杂草进行进一步切割,可以避免草的块状较大占用了大量的空间。

请参阅图1-3,本实用新型提供一种技术方案:一种用于农业种植的除草设备,包括主体1、固定仓2、固定板3、万向轮4、蓄电池5、伺服电机6、除草刀7、定位螺栓8、风机体9、连接管10、收集仓11、切割刀12和连接杆13,主体1的上端固定有固定仓2,且主体1的下端设置有固定板3,固定仓2的内侧设置有蓄电池5,且蓄电池5的下端设置有伺服电机6,伺服电机6的下端设置有除草刀7,且除草刀7的右侧设置有风机体9,风机体9的外侧连接有连接管10,且连接管10的上端设置有收集仓11,收集仓11的内部中央固定有切割刀12。
固定板3的内部设置有万向轮4,且万向轮4关于主体1的竖直中心线对称,通过设置的固定板3与万向轮4能够对主体1的位置进行调节,并且设置的多组万向轮4能够使得主体1移动的更加平稳,从而使得装置的实用性增加。
蓄电池5与伺服电机6之间的连接方式为电性连接,且伺服电机6贯穿于固定仓2的内部,通过设置的伺服电机6能够带动除草刀7进行转动,从而可以对草进行切割,并且设置的除草刀7能够根据草的高度不同进行调节。
伺服电机6与除草刀7之间构成伸缩结构,且伺服电机6的外侧设置有定位螺栓8,并且伺服电机6与除草刀7之间的连接方式为螺纹连接,通过设 置的定位螺栓8能够对除草刀7进行固定,避免使用时出现偏移,使得装置的实用性增加。
风机体9通过连接管10与收集仓11之间构成连通结构,且连接管10与收集仓11之间构成密封结构,通过设置的风机体9能够切割的草进行收集,并且设置的连接管10能够将杂草引入收集仓11内部,从而可以实现对其进行收集。
切割刀12的内侧设置有连接杆13,且切割刀12沿着连接杆13的外表面均匀分布,并且连接杆13与伺服电机6之间的连接方式为套接连接,通过设置的切割刀12与连接杆13能够对进入收集仓11内的杂草进行进一步切割,可以避免草的块状较大占用了大量的空间。
工作原理:对于这类的除草设备,使用前,使用者首先需要知道主体1下端设置的固定板3与万向轮4能够对主体1的位置进行调节,并且设置的多组万向轮4能够使得主体1移动的更加平稳,再将固定仓2内的蓄电池5补充足量的电源,随后在根据草的深度不同,将除草刀7从伺服电机6内侧拉出,随后设置的定位螺栓8能够对除草刀7进行固定,避免使用时出现偏移,使用时,使用者命令伺服电机6开启,可以带动除草刀7对草进行切割,随后通过设置的风机体9能够切割的草进行收集,并且设置的连接管10能够将杂草引入收集仓11内部,从而可以实现对其进行收集,然后由于连接杆13通过皮带与伺服电机6进行连接,可以使得切割刀12可以进行转动,从而能够对进入收集仓11内的杂草进行进一步切割,可以避免草的块状较大占用了大量的空间,就这样完成整个除草设备的使用过程。
尽管已经示出和描述了本实用新型的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本实用新型的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本实用新型的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

  1. 一种用于农业种植的除草设备,包括主体(1)、固定仓(2)、固定板(3)、万向轮(4)、蓄电池(5)、伺服电机(6)、除草刀(7)、定位螺栓(8)、风机体(9)、连接管(10)、收集仓(11)、切割刀(12)和连接杆(13),其特征在于:所述主体(1)的上端固定有固定仓(2),且主体(1)的下端设置有固定板(3),所述固定仓(2)的内侧设置有蓄电池(5),且蓄电池(5)的下端设置有伺服电机(6),所述伺服电机(6)的下端设置有除草刀(7),且除草刀(7)的右侧设置有风机体(9),所述风机体(9)的外侧连接有连接管(10),且连接管(10)的上端设置有收集仓(11),所述收集仓(11)的内部中央固定有切割刀(12)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农业种植的除草设备,其特征在于:所述固定板(3)的内部设置有万向轮(4),且万向轮(4)关于主体(1)的竖直中心线对称。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农业种植的除草设备,其特征在于:所述蓄电池(5)与伺服电机(6)之间的连接方式为电性连接,且伺服电机(6)贯穿于固定仓(2)的内部。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农业种植的除草设备,其特征在于:所述伺服电机(6)与除草刀(7)之间构成伸缩结构,且伺服电机(6)的外侧设置有定位螺栓(8),并且伺服电机(6)与除草刀(7)之间的连接方式为螺纹连接。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用于农业种植的除草设备,其特征在于:所述风机体(9)通过连接管(10)与收集仓(11)之间构成连通结构,且连接管(10)与收集仓(11)之间构成密封结构。
