Definitions

  • the utility model relates to sensors for agriculture, namely for animal husbandry, and can be mainly used to monitor the health, fertility and/or welfare of cattle (cattle).
  • a device for monitoring the health, fertility and/or well-being of a pig is known.
  • the known device contains:
  • the disadvantages of the known device are its low energy efficiency and the inability to promptly correct the algorithm for determining the condition of animals.
  • the known device contains:
  • the disadvantages of the known device are the inability to quickly adjust the algorithm for determining the state of animals and low energy efficiency.
  • the known device contains:
  • the disadvantages of the known device are the inability to quickly adjust the algorithm for determining the state of animals and low energy efficiency.
  • a well-known device may contain:
  • the disadvantage of the known device is the lack of practical implementation of the described functions in one device at the current level of development of technology in acceptable for operation weight and size parameters.
  • the technical result achieved by the claimed utility model is to increase energy efficiency, which enables long-term operation of the device from a chemical current source without maintenance.
  • This technical result ensures the use of an energy-efficient data transfer protocol TI 15.4-Stack, an energy-efficient microcontroller combined with a transceiver and energy-efficient sensors.
  • the device provides control of body temperature and activity of the animal. This problem is solved by using an active ear tag for animals containing an acceleration sensor, a temperature sensor, a system on a chip containing a microprocessor with a transceiver. Collecting, converting and transmitting by radio, using the TI 15.4-Stack protocol, data on body temperature and activity of cattle to the base station.
  • the task to be solved by the claimed utility model is to increase the energy efficiency of a device that determines at an early stage deviations associated with the health of cattle, and also determines the readiness of animals to mate without the use of hormonal drugs. Timely insemination of a cow ensures both the appearance of offspring and an increase in the efficiency of milk production.
  • the claimed device is an active ear tag for animals with the function of measuring temperature and movement, based on the TI 15.4-Stack protocol - transmits information about the state of the individual over a radio channel with a certain frequency and sends a signal about possible deviations in the state of the animal, provides a timely response of a specialist to changes in behavior animal, makes it possible to prevent the disease of the animal or to isolate it in order to avoid the spread of the focus to other individuals of the herd, which gives a visible economic effect.
