Abstract
The present invention relates to a high-concentration sterilizing water generation device and method using plasma discharge, and provides: a high-concentration sterilizing water generation device comprising an electrolysis unit, a hydrogen plasma discharge unit or oxygen plasma discharge unit, and a high-concentration hydrogen water collection unit or high-concentration hydroxyl water collection unit; and a high-concentration sterilizing water generation method that generates a high-concentration sterilizing water using the high-concentration sterilizing water generation device. The electrolysis unit has a positive electrode and a negative electrode installed inside an electrolysis tank accommodating water, electrolyzes the water by applying electricity to produce oxygen (O2) gas and hydrogen (H2) gas, and separately collects the oxygen (O2) gas and the hydrogen (H2) gas generated by the electrolysis. The hydrogen plasma discharge unit or oxygen plasma discharge unit subjects the hydrogen (H2) gas or oxygen (O2) gas separately collected in the electrolysis unit to plasma discharge, thereby dissociating the hydrogen (H2) gas into hydrogen ions or ionic hydrogen gas or the oxygen (O2) gas into oxygen ions or ionic oxygen gas, and increasing the amount of hydrogen ions or oxygen ions. The high-concentration hydrogen water collection unit or high-concentration hydroxyl water collection unit transfers the hydrogen ions or ionic hydrogen gas generated by the hydrogen plasma discharge unit or the oxygen ions or ionic oxygen gas generated by the oxygen plasma discharge unit to a hydrogen water collection tank or hydroxyl water collection tank accommodating water, thereby binding the hydrogen ions or ionic hydrogen gas or the oxygen ions or ionic oxygen gas to water (H2O) molecules and generating and collecting high-concentration hydrogen water or high-concentration hydroxyl water.
