本申请属于通信技术领域,具体涉及一种位置信息发送装置及方法。
当用户遇到紧急情况时,用户可以通过电子设备拨打相应的紧急号码(例如110、120、119等)寻求救援。
目前,为了保证用户能够得到及时救援,许多运营商要求电子设备在进行紧急通话的过程中上传电子设备所在位置的信息,例如要求电子设备在紧急号码中携带电子设备所在位置的信息。通常,电子设备可以在发送紧急呼叫请求时,在呼叫请求消息中携带电子设备所在位置的信息。
然而,在上述过程中,由于电子设备的定位模块可能会延迟上报其获取的位置信息或定位异常,因此使得电子设备在呼叫请求消息中携带的位置信息可能与电子设备实际所在位置的信息不一致,从而导致电子设备在紧急呼叫请求中携带的位置信息有误,或导致电子设备在呼叫请求消息中不携带位置信息。如此,使得用户不能及时得到救援。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种位置信息发送装置及方法,能够解决现有的电子设备在紧急呼叫请求中携带的位置信息有误或不携带位置信息,导致用户不能及时得到救援的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请是这样实现的:
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种位置信息发送装置,该位置信息发送 装置包括:通话模块和定位模块。通话模块,用于在电子设备接收到发起紧急呼叫请求消息的情况下,向定位模块发送位置获取信息,位置获取信息用于请求获取电子设备当前所在位置;定位模块,用于根据位置获取信息,获取电子设备当前所在位置,并向通话模块发送第一位置信息,第一位置信息为电子设备当前所在位置的信息;通话模块,还用于将第一位置信息携带在目标会话初始协议(session initiation protocol,SIP)消息中发送至服务器;其中,目标SIP消息包括以下至少一项:更新消息、确认消息、挂断消息。
第二方面,本发明实施例提供了一种电子设备,该电子设备包括上述第一方面提供的位置信息发送装置。
第三方面,本申请实施例提供了一种位置信息发送方法,该方法包括:在接收到发起紧急呼叫请求消息的情况下,获取电子设备当前所在位置;将第一位置信息携带在目标SIP消息中发送至服务器,第一位置信息为电子设备当前所在位置的信息。
第四方面,本申请实施例提供了一种电子设备,该电子设备包括处理器、存储器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器执行时,实现如上述第三方面中的位置信息发送方法的步骤。
第五方面,本申请实施例提供了一种可读存储介质,该可读存储介质上存储程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器执行时,实现如上述第三方面中的位置信息发送方法的步骤。

在本申请实施例中,通话模块,可以用于在电子设备接收到发起紧急呼叫请求消息的情况下,向定位模块发送位置获取信息(用于请求获取电子设备当前所在位置);定位模块,可以用于根据位置获取信息,获取电子设备当前所在位置,并向通话模块发送第一位置信息(电子设备当前所在位置的信息);通话模块,还用于将第一位置信息携带在目标SIP消息中发送至服务器;其中, 目标SIP消息包括以下至少一项:更新消息、确认消息、挂断消息。通过该方案,一方面,由于在电子设备接收到发起紧急呼叫请求消息的情况下,通话模块可以通过定位模块获取电子设备当前所在位置的信息,因此可以使得通话模块获得的电子设备当前所在位置的信息比较准确,从而使得通话模块可以向服务器上报准确的电子设备所在位置。另一方面,由于通话模块可以将电子设备当前所在位置的信息携带在更新消息、确认消息和挂断消息中的至少一个消息中发送至服务器,因此可以增加紧急通话的过程中,发送位置信息的时机,从而可以确保在紧急通话结束后,服务器能够获取到电子设备当前所在位置。如此,可以确保服务器能够接收到准确的电子设备当前所在位置的信息,从而使得用户能够及时得到救援。

如图1所示,本申请实施例提供一种位置信息发送装置20,该位置信息发送装置包括下述的通话模块21和定位模块22。
其中,通话模块21,可以用于在电子设备接收到发起紧急呼叫请求消息的情况下,向定位模块发送位置获取信息,该位置获取信息用于请求获取电子设备当前所在位置;定位模块22,可以用于根据该位置获取信息,获取电子设备当前所在位置,并向通话模块发送第一位置信息,该第一位置信息为电子设备当前所在位置的信息;通话模块21,还可以用于将第一位置信息携带在目标SIP消息中发送至服务器,该目标SIP消息可以包括以下至少一项:更新消息、确认消息、挂断消息。
本申请实施例中,在电子设备接收到紧急呼叫请求消息的情况下,通话模块可以向定位模块发送上述位置获取信息,从而获取电子设备当前所在位置。在定位模块接收到通话模块发送的位置获取信息之后,定位模块可以根据该位置获取信息,进行定位,从而获取电子设备当前所在位置;在定位模块获取到电子设备当前所在位置之后,定位模块可以向通话模块发送上述第一位置信息,以向通话模块上报电子设备当前所在位置。然后在通话模块接收到该第一位置信息之后,通话模块可以将该第一位置信息携带在上述目标SIP消息中,发送至服务器。如此,可以确保在紧急呼叫结束之后,将准确的电子设备当前所在位置上报给服务器,从而使得用户能够及时得到救援。
本申请实施例中,上述“电子设备接收到发起紧急呼叫请求消息”可以理 解为:在用户需要紧急救援时,用户可以在电子设备中的“拨号”应用程序中输入紧急救援号码,然后再通过对“拨号”应用程序中的拨号控件的输入,触发电子设备发起紧急呼叫。其中,当电子设备接收到用户对拨号控件的输入时,即电子设备接收到发起紧急呼叫请求消息。
本申请实施例中,在电子设备接收到发起紧急呼叫请求消息之后,电子设备可以通过通话模块向服务器发送紧急呼叫请求,即发起紧急呼叫。具体的,通话模块可以基于互联网协议多媒体系统(Internet protocol multimedia subsystem,IMS)网络,发起紧急呼叫(例如拨打112,911,110等紧急号码)。
本申请实施例中,在定位模块接收到上述位置获取信息之后,定位模块可以开启定位,从而测量电子设备当前所在位置,并将测量结果(即上述第一位置信息)上报给通话模块。
可选地,本申请实施例中,定位模块向通话模块发送上述第一位置信息的方式可以包括两种可能的方式,分别为下述的方式一和方式二。下面具体对这两种可能的方式进行示例性的说明。
方式一:定位模块,具体可以用于在获取N次电子设备所在位置之后,向通话模块发送第一位置信息。
其中,上述第一位置信息可以为定位模块第N次获取的电子设备所在位置的信息,N为大于1的整数。
在上述方式一中,定位模块在测量N次电子设备所在位置之后,定位模块可以将该N次测量结果中最后一次测量得到的电子设备所在位置,上报给通话模块,即定位模块将该N次测量结果中最后一次测量得到的电子设备所在位置,作为电子设备当前所在位置,发送给通话模块。
可选地,本申请实施例中,N的取值可以为位置信息发送装置中预设的数值。例如3、5或10等任意可能的数值,具体可以根据实际使用需求确定,本申请实施例不作限定。
本申请实施例中,由于定位模块在获取N次电子设备所在位置之后,仅向通话模块上报一次电子设备所在位置的信息(即上述第一位置信息),因此可 以避免定位模块频繁向通话模块上报电子设备所在位置,从而减轻由定位模块引起的耗电问题。
方式二:定位模块,具体用于在预设时长之后,向通话模块发送第一位置信息。
其中,上述第一位置信息可以为定位模块最近一次获取的电子设备所在位置的信息。
本申请实施例中,上述预设时长可以为从定位模块开启定位测量电子设备所在位置开始的一段时长。
可选地,本申请实施例中,在定位模块测量电子设备所在位置过程中,当达到预设时长(记为T)时,定位模块可以将定位模块最近一次获取到(即测量得到)的电子设备所在位置,以上述第一位置信息的方式上报给通话模块,即定位模块将最近一次获取到的电子设备所在位,作为电子设备当前所在位置,发送给通话模块。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例中,如果达到预设时长,定位模块还未获取到电子设备所在位置,那么定位模块可以向通话模块上报空或特定字符。
可选地,本申请实施例中,上述预设时长可以为位置信息发送装置中预设的时长,例如30秒,1分钟等。具体可以根据实际使用需求确定,本申请实施例不作限定。
本申请实施例中,由于在预设时长之后,定位模块可以向通话模块上报一次第一位置信息,因此可以避免定位模块频繁向通话模块上报电子设备所在位置,从而减轻由定位模块引起的耗电问题。
可选地,本申请实施例中,在上述目标SIP消息包括更新消息的情况下,该更新消息可以为Update消息。
在一种实现方式中,通话模块在通话请求消息发出之后,接收到定位模块发送的第一位置信息,那么通话模块可以向服务器发送Update消息,并将该第一位置信息携带在该Update消息发送给服务器。
可选地,本申请实施例中,在上述目标SIP消息包括确认消息的情况下, 该确认消息可以为ACK消息;在目标SIP消息包括挂断消息的情况下,该挂断消息可以为BYE消息。
在另一种实现方式中,如果在电子设备建立紧急通话连接之后,如果通话模块一直未接收到定位模块上报的电子设备当前所在位置的信息,那么通话模块可以在紧急通话结束(例如挂断)时,将通话模块之前缓存电子设备所在位置的信息携带在BYE消息或ACK消息中,发送给服务器,从而可以保证在紧急通话结束之后,服务器可以获取到电子设备所在位置。
可以理解,在上述另一种实现方式中,通话模块可以将通话模块中缓存的电子设备所在位置的信息作为电子设备当前所在位置的信息(即上述第一位置信息),发送给服务器。
本申请实施例提供一种位置信息发送装置,一方面,由于在电子设备接收到发起紧急呼叫请求消息的情况下,通话模块可以通过定位模块获取电子设备当前所在位置的信息,因此可以使得通话模块获得的电子设备当前所在位置的信息比较准确,从而使得通话模块可以向服务器上报准确的电子设备所在位置。另一方面,由于通话模块可以将电子设备当前所在位置的信息携带在更新消息、确认消息和挂断消息中的至少一个消息中发送至服务器,因此可以增加紧急通话的过程中,发送位置信息的时机,从而可以确保在紧急通话结束后,服务器能够获取到电子设备当前所在位置。如此,可以确定服务器能够接收到准确的电子设备当前所在位置的信息,从而使得用户能够及时得到救援。
可选地,本申请实施例中,通话模块,还可以用于将第二位置信息携带在通话请求消息中发送至服务器。
其中,上述通话请求消息为请求建立紧急通话连接的请求消息,上述第二位置信息可以为通话模块获取的电子设备当前所在位置的信息,或可以为通话模块中缓存的电子设备所在位置的信息。
本申请实施例中,当电子设备请求建立紧急通话连接时,通话模块可以将上述第二位置信息携带在通话请求消息中发送至服务器,即在请求建立紧急通话连接时,直接向服务器发送电子设备所在位置的信息。
可以理解,在通话模块向服务器发送通话请求消息时,通话模块可以直接向服务器发送电子设备所在位置的信息,从而可以保证服务器可以获取到电子设备所在位置。
可选地,本申请实施例中,在通话模块向服务器发送上述通话请求消息之前,通话模块接收到定位模块发送的电子设备当前所在位置的信息,那么通话模块可以将该电子设备当前所在位置的信息携带在通话请求消息中发送给服务器。
可选地,本申请实施例中,在通话模块向服务器发送上述通话请求消息之前,通话模块未接收到定位模块发送的电子设备当前所在位置的信息,那么通话模块可以将通话模块中缓存的电子设备所在位置的信息携带在通话请求消息中发送给服务器。
可选地,本申请实施例中,上述通话请求消息可以为invite消息。
可选地,本申请实施例中,通话模块中缓存的电子设备所在位置的信息可以为通话模块在发起IMS网络附着和注册时,定位模块向通话模块发送的电子设备所在位置的信息;也可以为在IMS网络注册之后,定位模块向通话模块发送的电子设备所在位置的信息。具体可以根据实际使用需求确定,本申请实施例不作限定。
需要说明的是,对于上述通话模块中缓存的电子设备所在位置的信息,如果通话模块接收到定位模块发送的电子设备新的所在位置的信息,那么通话模块可以采用该新的所在位置的信息替换通话模块之前缓存的电子设备所在位置的信息。
本申请实施例中,由于通话模块可以通过通话请求消息向服务器发送电子设备所在位置的信息,因此可以确保在紧急通话结束之后,服务器能够确定电子设备的位置。
可选地,本申请实施例中,在上述第二位置信息为缓存的电子设备所在位置的信息的情况下,通话模块,具体可以用于在第一位置信息与第二位置信息不同的情况下,将第一位置信息携带在目标SIP消息中发送至服务器。
本申请实施例中,在通话模块向服务器发送上述第二位置信息之后,如果通话模块接收到定位模块发送的第一位置信息,那么通话模块可以对比该第一位置信息和第二位置信息,如果第一位置信息与第二位置信息不同,那么通话模块可以确定通过通话请求消息向服务器上报的电子设备所在位置的信息有误,从而通话模块可以再通过上述目标SIP消息,将准确的电子设备所在位置的信息(即上述第一位置信息)上报给服务器。
可选地,本申请实施例中,当第一位置信息与第二位置信息相同时,通话模块可以不再向服务器发送上述第一位置信息,即通话模块不再向服务器上报电子设备所在位置的信息;或者,通话模块可以通过上述目标SIP消息向服务器上报该第一位置信息,从而可以确保服务器能够接收到电子设备所在位置的信息。
可选地,本申请实施例中,当电子设备中插入客户识别模块(subscriber identity module,SIM)卡,电子设备可以发起IMS网络注册流程。具体的,当电子设备中插入的SIM卡为具有IMS能力的SIM卡(例如具有基于长期演进的语音业务(voice over long term evolution,VOLTE)、基于无线局域网的语音业务(voice over wireless fidelity,WOWIFI)等)时,通话模块可以发起IMS网络附着和注册流程。
本申请实施例中,在通话模块进行IMS注册的过程中,需要获取电子设备所在位置的信息。如此,通话模块可以向定位模块发送位置信息获取请求,从而请求定位模块获取电子设备所在位置,在定位模块测量到电子设备所在位置之后,定位模块可以向通话模块发送电子设备所在位置的信息。
本申请实施例中,当通话模块接收到定位模块发送的电子设备所在位置的信息之后,通话模块可以将该电子设备所在位置的信息缓存在通话模块中,从而在进行IMS注册时,通话模块可以将该电子设备所在位置的信息插入SIP消息中发送至服务器,从而完成SIM卡的IMS网络注册。
本发明实施例提供一种电子设备,该电子设备可以包括上述实施例中的位置信息发送装置。对于位置信息发送装置的描述具体可以参见上述实施例中对 位置信息发送装置的详细描述,为避免重复,此处不再赘述。
可选的,本发明实施例中的电子设备可以为移动电子设备,也可以为非移动电子设备。示例性的,移动电子设备可以为手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、掌上电脑、车载电子设备、可穿戴设备、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、上网本或者个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等,非移动电子设备可以为个人计算机(personal computer,PC)、电视机(television,TV)、柜员机或者自助机等。具体可以根据实际使用需求确定,本发明实施例不作具体限定。

如图2所示,本申请实施例提供一种位置信息发送方法,该方法包括下述的步骤301和步骤302。
需要说明的是,本申请实施例提供的位置信息发送方法,执行主体可以为位置信息发送装置,或者该位置信息发送装置中的用于执行位置信息发送方法的控制模块,还可以为电子设备。具体可以根据实际使用需求确定,本申请实施例不作限定。
可选地,本申请实施例中,在本申请实施例提供的位置信息发送方法的执行主体为电子设备的情况下,该电子设备可以包括本申请实施例提供的位置信息发送装置,或外挂该位置信息发送装置。具体可以根据实际使用需求确定,本申请实施例不作限定。
下面将以位置信息发送装置为例,对本申请实施例提供的位置信息发送方法进行示例性的说明。

步骤303、位置信息发送装置将第二位置信息携带在通话请求消息中发送至服务器。
其中,上述通话请求消息为请求建立紧急通话连接的请求消息;上述第二 位置信息可以为电子设备当前所在位置的信息,或可以为缓存的电子设备所在位置的信息。
可选地,本申请实施例中,在上述第二位置信息为缓存的电子设备所在位置的信息的情况下,上述步骤302具体可以通过下述的步骤302a和步骤302b实现。
步骤302a、位置信息发送装置确定第一位置信息是否与第二位置信息相同。
步骤302b、位置信息发送装置在第一位置信息与第二位置信息不同的情况下,将第一位置信息携带在目标SIP消息中发送至服务器。

本申请实施例中的位置信息发送装置可以是装置,也可以是电子设备中的部件、集成电路、或芯片。该装置可以是移动电子设备,也可以为非移动电子设备。示例性的,移动电子设备可以为手机、平板电脑、笔记本电脑、掌上电脑、车载电子设备、可穿戴设备、超级移动个人计算机(ultra-mobile personal computer,UMPC)、上网本或者个人数字助理(personal digital assistant,PDA)等,非移动电子设备可以为个人计算机(personal computer,PC)、电视机(television,TV)、柜员机或者自助机等,本申请实施例不作具体限定。
本申请实施例中的位置信息发送装置可以为具有操作系统的装置。该操作系统可以为安卓(Android)操作系统,可以为iOS操作系统,还可以为其他可能的操作系统,本申请实施例不作具体限定。
本申请实施例提供的位置信息发送装置能够实现上述位置信息发送方法的实施例中实现的各个过程,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
可选地,如图4所示,本申请实施例还提供一种电子设备400,包括处理器401,存储器402,存储在存储器402上并可在处理器401上运行的程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器401执行时实现上述位置信息发送方法实施例的 各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。

本领域技术人员可以理解,电子设备100还可以包括给各个部件供电的电源111(比如电池),电源可以通过电源管理系统与处理器110逻辑相连,从而通过电源管理系统实现管理充电、放电、以及功耗管理等功能。图5中示出的电子设备结构并不构成对电子设备的限定,电子设备可以包括比图示更多或更少的部件,或者组合某些部件,或者不同的部件布置,在此不再赘述。
其中,处理器110,可以用于在接收到发起紧急通话清求消息的情况下,获取电子设备当前所在位置;射频单元101,可以用于将第一位置信息携带在目标SIP消息中发送至服务器,第一位置信息为电子设备当前所在位置的信息。
可选地,射频单元101,还用于在将第一位置信息携带在目标SIP消息中发送至服务器之前,将第二位置信息携带在通话请求消息中发送至服务器,第二位置信息为电子设备当前所在位置的信息,或为缓存的电子设备所在位置的信息。
可选地,在第二位置信息为缓存的电子设备所在位置的信息的情况下,射频单元101,具体用于在第一位置信息与第二位置信息不同的情况下,将第一位置信息携带在目标SIP消息中发送至服务器。
可选地,目标SIP消息可以包括以下至少一项:更新消息、确认消息、挂断消息。
本申请实施例提供一种电子设备,一方面,由于在电子设备接收到发起紧急呼叫请求消息的情况下,可以获取电子设备当前所在位置的信息,因此可以使得获得的电子设备当前所在位置的信息比较准确,从而可以向服务器上报准 确电子设备所在位置。另一方面,由于可以将电子设备当前所在位置的信息携带在更新消息、确认消息和挂断消息中的至少一个消息中发送至服务器,因此可以增加紧急通话的过程中,发送位置信息的时机,从而可以确保在紧急通话结束后,服务器能够获取到电子设备当前所在位置。如此,可以确保服务器能够接收到准确的电子设备当前所在位置的信息,从而使得用户能够及时得到救援。
应理解的是,本申请实施例中,输入单元104可以包括图形处理器(Graphics Processing Unit,GPU)1041和麦克风1042,图形处理器1041对在视频捕获模式或图像捕获模式中由图像捕获装置(如摄像头)获得的静态图片或视频的图像数据进行处理。显示单元106可包括显示面板1061,可以采用液晶显示器、有机发光二极管等形式来配置显示面板1061。用户输入单元107包括触控面板1071以及其他输入设备1072。触控面板1071,也称为触摸屏。触控面板1071可包括触摸检测装置和触摸控制器两个部分。其他输入设备1072可以包括但不限于物理键盘、功能键(比如音量控制按键、开关按键等)、轨迹球、鼠标、操作杆,在此不再赘述。存储器109可用于存储软件程序以及各种数据,包括但不限于应用程序和操作系统。处理器110可集成应用处理器和调制解调处理器,其中,应用处理器主要处理操作系统、用户界面和应用程序等,调制解调处理器主要处理无线通信。可以理解的是,上述调制解调处理器也可以不集成到处理器110中。
本申请实施例还提供一种可读存储介质,该可读存储介质上存储有程序或指令,该程序或指令被处理器执行时实现上述位置信息发送方法实施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
其中,上述处理器为上述实施例中的电子设备中的处理器。可读存储介质可以包括计算机可读存储介质,如计算机只读存储器(Read-Only Memory,ROM)、随机存取存储器(Random Access Memory,RAM)、磁碟或者光盘等。
本申请实施例另提供了一种芯片,该芯片包括处理器和通信接口,通信接口和处理器耦合,处理器用于运行程序或指令,实现上述位置信息发送方法实 施例的各个过程,且能达到相同的技术效果,为避免重复,这里不再赘述。
应理解,本申请实施例提到的芯片还可以称为系统级芯片、系统芯片、芯片系统或片上系统芯片等。
需要说明的是,在本文中,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、物品或者装置所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括该要素的过程、方法、物品或者装置中还存在另外的相同要素。此外,需要指出的是,本申请实施方式中的方法和装置的范围不限按示出或讨论的顺序来执行功能,还可包括根据所涉及的功能按基本同时的方式或按相反的顺序来执行功能,例如,可以按不同于所描述的次序来执行所描述的方法,并且还可以添加、省去、或组合各种步骤。另外,参照某些示例所描述的特征可在其他示例中被组合。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解到上述实施例方法可借助软件加必需的通用硬件平台的方式来实现,当然也可以通过硬件,但很多情况下前者是更佳的实施方式。基于这样的理解,本申请的技术方案本质上或者说对现有技术做出贡献的部分可以以软件产品的形式体现出来,该计算机软件产品存储在一个存储介质(如ROM/RAM、磁碟、光盘)中,包括若干指令用以使得一台电子设备(可以是手机,计算机,服务器,空调器,或者网络设备等)执行本申请各个实施例所述的方法。
上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。
Claims (12)
- 一种位置信息发送装置,所述位置信息发送装置包括:通话模块和定位模块;所述通话模块,用于在电子设备接收到发起紧急呼叫请求消息的情况下,向所述定位模块发送位置获取信息,所述位置获取信息用于请求获取电子设备当前所在位置;所述定位模块,用于根据所述位置获取信息,获取所述电子设备当前所在位置,并向所述通话模块发送第一位置信息,所述第一位置信息为所述电子设备当前所在位置的信息;所述通话模块,还用于将所述第一位置信息携带在目标会话初始协议SIP消息中发送至服务器;其中,所述目标SIP消息包括以下至少一项:更新消息、确认消息、挂断消息。
- 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述通话模块,还用于将第二位置信息携带在通话请求消息中发送至所述服务器,所述通话请求消息为请求建立紧急通话连接的请求消息;其中,所述第二位置信息为所述通话模块获取的所述电子设备当前所在位置的信息,或为所述通话模块中缓存的所述电子设备所在位置的信息。
- 根据权利要求2所述的装置,其中,所述第二位置信息为缓存的所述电子设备所在位置的信息;所述通话模块,具体用于在所述第一位置信息与所述第二位置信息不同的情况下,将所述第一位置信息携带在目标SIP消息中发送至服务器。
- 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述定位模块,具体用于在获取N次所述电子设备所在位置之后,向所述通话模块发送所述第一位置信息,所述第一位置信息为第N次获取的所述电子设备所在位置的信息,N为大于1的整数。
- 根据权利要求1所述的装置,其中,所述定位模块,具体用于在预设时 长之后,向所述通话模块发送所述第一位置信息,所述第一位置信息为所述定位模块最近一次获取的所述电子设备所在位置的信息。
- 一种位置信息发送方法,所述方法包括:在接收到发起紧急呼叫请求消息的情况下,获取电子设备当前所在位置;将第一位置信息携带在目标会话初始协议SIP消息中发送至服务器,所述第一位置信息为所述电子设备当前所在位置的信息。
- 根据权利要求6所述的方法,其中,所述将第一位置信息携带在目标SIP消息中发送至服务器之前,所述方法还包括:将第二位置信息携带在通话请求消息中发送至所述服务器,所述通话请求消息为请求建立紧急通话连接的请求消息;其中,所述第二位置信息为所述电子设备当前所在位置的信息,或为缓存的所述电子设备所在位置的信息。
- 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,所述第二位置信息为缓存的所述电子设备所在位置的信息;所述将第一位置信息携带在目标SIP消息中发送至服务器,包括:在所述第一位置信息与所述第二位置信息不同的情况下,将所述第一位置信息携带在目标SIP消息中发送至服务器。
- 根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述目标SIP消息包括以下至少一项:更新消息、确认消息、挂断消息。
- 一种电子设备,包括处理器,存储器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的程序或指令,所述程序或所述指令被所述处理器执行时实现如权利要求6-9任一项所述的位置信息发送方法的步骤。
- 一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品被至少一个处理器执行以实现如权利要求6-9任一项所述的位置信息发送方法的步骤。
- 一种用户设备,所述用户设备被配置为用于执行如权利要求6-9任一项所述的位置信息发送方法的步骤。
