Description

一种恒温水杯 技术领域
本实用新型属于水杯制作技术领域,特别涉及一种恒温水杯。
背景技术
现有的保温水杯保温技术有以下两种:一种是通过由内层杯体和外杯体套接而成的杯体和杯盖,内杯体和外杯体之间形成密封空腔,空腔内填充隔热材料,但是这种结构的水杯保温效果很差。另一种是内层杯体嵌装有加热装置或加热内芯,通过蓄电池充电装置,给加热装置或加热内芯提供电源,对内杯体的饮用液体进行保温和恒温。由于蓄电池容量的限制,加热装置或加热内芯的热转换效率的高低,直接影响到保温水杯的保温时间的长短。
CN210018776U公开了一种恒温水杯,所述加热片为陶瓷发热片、云母发热片、硅胶发热片、碳纤维发热片中的一种。其中,陶瓷发热片、云母发热片、硅胶发热片的热转换效率比较低;而碳纤维加热片在加工过程中操作不当,会出现致命的缺陷,接头易出现接触不良,导致功率无限加大和出现不加热的情况,且水杯受震时接头很容易开路,恒温系统容易损坏,使用寿命不长。
CN207733982U公开了一种便携式加热水杯,所述加热系统主要由铜圈、加热内芯组,铜圈铜通过经高频电流作用后在加热内芯内部产生涡流来不断将电能转化为热能,热效率一般也就在87%以下。热转换效率并不高。
因此,如何延长恒温水杯的保温时间,又保证水杯受震时恒温系统不容易损坏,是本实用新型需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述现有技术中存在的缺点和不足,提供一种恒温水杯。与现有技术相比较,该恒温水杯不但保温时间较长,而且水杯跌落时恒温系统不容易损坏。
为了实现上述发明目的,本实用新型的技术方案如下。
一种恒温水杯,包括杯盖、杯体、充电仓和充电座,杯体含有外杯体和内杯体,与之不同的是:支撑架被固定在固定架之下,底盖套有硅胶密封圈,通过固定架与外杯体密闭,并形成杯底空腔;所述内杯体的下端外表面上紧贴有纳米远红外电热膜,所述纳米远红外电热膜为柔性纳米稀土远红外电热薄膜,纳米远红外发热膜的电极与电极弹片相连接;所述杯体由内杯体通过固定架与塑料的外杯体套接。
内杯体为高硼硅玻璃质或陶瓷质,以内杯体的下端外表面为基体,直接把纳米远红外电热膜印在内杯体的下端外表面上。
显示模块和控制模块置于杯底空腔内。
有益效果:本实用新型相对于现有技术具有如下优点及效果:柔性纳米稀土远红外电热薄膜加热技术简称CH加热技术,是一种零电磁辐射、更健康的加热方式,其基本原理 是利用电流流过导体的焦耳效应,将电能高效转化为热能的一种加热技术,电热转换效率较高,在96%以上。是以纳米化的稀土电子浆料为基础配方,以特种合金、铝、陶瓷、玻璃、PI等多种材质为基材,通过多种特殊工艺制作而成、产品厚度只有0.04mm,自由弯曲、任意变形。由于含有特种合金等金属成分,其电极接头焊接牢固,水杯受震时不容易断裂,恒温系统不容易损坏,非常适合于恒温水杯的结构。另外,内杯体为高硼硅玻璃质或陶瓷质,以内杯体的下端外表面为基体,直接把纳米远红外电热膜印在内杯体的下端外表面上,水杯受震时电热膜也不容易断裂。
CH加热技术其本质就是利用焦耳效应将电能转化为热能,转化的过程简单高效,以膜作为载体,极大的提升了换热面积,热效率可以达到96%以上,在工作过程中,不仅完全杜绝了电磁幅射,而且释放大量对人体有益的远红外线,是一种环保、节能、健康的国家提倡的新型电热技术。
本实用新型的恒温水杯通过红外电热膜实现加热恒温,且通过充电仓或充电座,能为电源模块充电,水杯在实际使用中,比较轻巧。因采用远红外电热膜技术,可实现内杯体为玻璃或陶瓷介质,更加环保健康。

下面结合实施例及附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的描述。
如图1-4所示,本实用新型提供了一种恒温水杯,包括杯盖、杯体、充电仓和充电座,杯体含有外杯体和内杯体22,与之不同的是:支撑架24被固定在固定架23之下,底盖27套有硅胶密封圈,通过固定架23与外杯体21密闭,并形成杯底空腔;所述内杯体2的下端外表面上紧贴有纳米远红外电热膜221,所述纳米远红外电热膜221为柔性纳米稀土远红外电热薄膜,纳米远红外发热膜221的电极与电极弹片29相连接;所述杯体2由内杯体22通过固定架23与塑料的外杯体21套接。
内杯体2为高硼硅玻璃质或陶瓷质,以内杯体2的下端外表面为基体,直接把纳米远红外电热膜221印在内杯体2的下端外表面上。
显示模块和控制模块置于杯底空腔内。

  1. 一种恒温水杯,包括杯盖、杯体、充电仓和充电座,杯体含有外杯体和内杯体(22),其特征在于:支撑架(24)被固定在固定架(23)之下,底盖(27)套有硅胶密封圈,通过固定架(23)与外杯体(21)密闭,并形成杯底空腔;所述内杯体(2)的下端外表面上紧贴有纳米远红外电热膜(221),所述纳米远红外电热膜(221)为柔性纳米稀土远红外电热薄膜,纳米远红外电热膜(221)的电极与电极弹片(29)相连接;所述杯体(2)由内杯体(22)通过固定架(23)与塑料的外杯体(21)套接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种恒温水杯,其特征在于,内杯体(2)为高硼硅玻璃质,以内杯体(2)的下端外表面为基体,直接把纳米远红外电热膜(221)印在内杯体(2)的下端外表面上。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种恒温水杯,其特征在于,内杯体(2)为陶瓷质,以内杯体(2)的下端外表面为基体,直接把纳米远红外电热膜(221)印在内杯体(2)的下端外表面上。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种恒温水杯,其特征在于,显示模块和控制模块置于杯底空腔内。
