Description

一种电力线缆连接器及其装配和使用方法 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电力线缆连接设备技术领域,具体涉及一种电力线缆连接器;另外,本发明还涉及一种电力线缆连接器的装配方法和电力线缆连接器的使用方法。
背景技术
线缆包括单线线缆和多线线缆,目前,在电力线缆的安装铺设时,需要进行电力线缆的连接;在进行连接时,需要单独进行每股线缆的连接,传统的都是采用绝缘胶带进行绕缠,其绕缠不牢靠,容易松动,且随着时间的推移,绝缘胶带易脱落,在进行拆卸时,也非常麻烦;对安装工人来说,安装或者拆卸过程都非常麻烦。
现有的都是通过夹线器逐一进行夹持,在进行夹持时,相邻的两股之间需要进行交错,避免老化短路,在进行夹持时,不能进行拆卸,拆卸时需要破坏夹持器,不能进行多次重复的拆卸。
更为重要的是,在安装电力线缆的时候,需要保证电力线缆连接在连接装置上后不被折弯,但是,现有技术中的连接器不能够满足这一要求,这也是本行业中的一个技术难点。因此,如何设计一款夹持、拆卸都非常方便且能够保证电力线缆连接后不会被折弯的线缆连接器,则是我们需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电力线缆连接器,该连接器具有装配方便,使用便捷的优点,同时,能够保证在将电力线缆与连接器连接后,电力线缆不会被折弯;
另外,本发明还提供了一种电力线缆连接器的装配方法和电力线缆连接器的使用方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种电力线缆连接器,包括用于安装电力线缆的基座部件和用于压紧电力线缆的压紧部件;基座部件包括基座和导电片,基座上设置有至少一个安装位,所述导电片安装在安装位内,每一个安装位内均配设有压紧部件,压紧部件位于导电片的上方,压紧部件铰接在基座上,电力线缆置于导电片上后能够通过压紧部件将电力线缆紧紧压在导电片上,且将电力线缆压紧后所述压紧部件与基座能够相互扣合并将电力线缆进行固定。
进一步优化,压紧部件包括盖板、闸刀、弹片安装座和弹片,盖板上设置有倒扣卡槽,盖板上与弹片安装座相接触一面上设置有压紧凸起;
弹片安装座上设置有弹片安装位,弹片安装座上还设置有压紧槽,压紧槽位置与压紧凸起位置相互对应,弹片安装位与压紧槽相互连通,在弹片安装座两侧面设置有滑槽,弹片安装座上端设置有倒扣;
闸刀包括连接部、第一支腿和第二支腿,第一支腿与第二支腿相互平行,第一支腿与第二支腿上端通过连接部连接,第二支腿侧面设置有压紧部;
弹片安装在弹片安装位内,且弹片一端位于压紧槽内,闸刀的第一支腿及第二支 腿与滑槽相互配合,闸刀的压紧部位于压紧槽内且压在弹片上,盖板与弹片安装座通过倒扣和倒扣卡槽卡合后,盖板上设置的压紧凸起延伸进压紧槽内,紧紧压在闸刀的压紧部上;闸刀的第一支腿及第二支腿与导电片通过卡扣结构相互卡合。
其中,弹片安装座上设置有两个所述弹片。
其中,弹片安装座上设置有转轴,基座上设置有安装孔,基座上位于所述安装孔上方设置有安装滑槽,弹片安装座上设置的转轴能够沿着所述安装滑槽下滑后与所述安装孔配合。
进一步限定,安装位两侧壁设置有导块,导块与安装位底面形成滑道,安装位的前侧壁设置有通槽;导电片包括两侧设置有凸起,凸起的前端形成前端面,凸起的上端形成上端面;导电片沿着所述滑道滑动后,导电片的端部能够穿过通槽并延伸出基座,凸起的前端面与安装位前侧壁相接触,凸起的上端面与导块的下端接触。
其中,靠近导电片尾部的凸起上设置有延伸部,延伸部外侧设置有脱开按钮容纳槽,延伸部上设置有第二导向斜面;第一支腿及第二支腿内侧设置有闸刀凸台,闸刀凸台上设置有第一导向斜面,弹片安装座转动后闸刀凸台能够与脱开按钮容纳槽的上部相互配合。
其中,基座部件还包括脱开按钮,基座下端设置第一凹槽,安装位底部设置第二凹槽,第一凹槽与第二凹槽相互连通后形成一阶梯槽,所述阶梯槽为脱开按钮安装槽,脱开按钮安装在脱开按钮安装槽内,脱开按钮设置有防脱凸起,防脱凸起上设置有第一斜面,在第一支腿及第二支腿上设置有第二斜面。
进一步优化,导电片下端设置有限位部,限位部截面呈三角形,在安装位的底部设置有能够与所述限位部配合的限位槽。
另外,本发明还公开了一种电力线缆连接器装配方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:基座部件的装配
S101:将导电片沿着滑道推入安装位,使得导电片的端部穿过通槽后延伸出基座,并使得凸起的前端面与安装位前侧壁相接触,凸起的上端面与导块的下端接触,同时,导电片下端设置的限位部与限位槽相互配合,实现导电片的安装;
S102:将脱开按钮安装在脱开按钮安装槽内;
步骤2:压紧部件的装配
S201:将弹片安装在基座上的弹片安装位内,并使弹片端部置于压紧槽内;
S202:将闸刀的第一支腿及第二支腿沿着滑槽下滑,使得闸刀上设置的压紧部置于压紧槽内,并压在弹片的端部上;
S203:将盖板与弹片安装座通过倒扣和倒扣卡槽进行相互卡合,使得盖板上设置的压紧凸起延伸进压紧槽内,并紧紧压在闸刀的压紧部上;
S204:将弹片安装座上的转轴沿着基座上设置的安装滑槽滑动,使得转轴与基座上设置的安装孔进行配合;
如此,即可完成电力线缆连接器的装配。
另外,本发明还公开了一种电力线缆连接器使用方法,包括电力线缆的连接方法和电力线缆的脱开方法;
电力线缆的连接方法包括如下步骤:
S301:顺时针转动压紧部件,使得压紧部件与基座部件呈180°;
S302:将电力线缆平稳的放入安装位中的导电片上,使得电力线缆端部与安装位前侧面接触;
S303:逆时针转动压紧部件旋转167°,此时,弹片刚好与电力线缆接触;然后,继续转动压紧部件旋转13°;使得第一支腿及第二支腿上闸刀凸台的第一导向斜面与导电片上延伸部的第二导向斜面相互接触后,第一支腿及第二支腿向两侧微微张开,持续转动压紧部件后,使得第一支腿及第二支腿的闸刀凸台与导电片上的脱开按钮容纳槽上部配合,进而使得弹片紧紧压在电力线缆上;
电力线缆的脱开方法包括如下步骤:
S401:向上推动脱开按钮,脱开按钮向上移动后第一斜面与第一支腿及第二支腿上设置的第二斜面接触,第一支腿及第二支腿向两侧微微张开;使得闸刀凸台与脱开按钮容纳槽脱开;
S402:顺时针转动压紧部件;
S403:将电力线缆取出即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明主要公开了一种电力线缆连接器,该连接器主要由基座部件和压紧部件构成,在实际的使用中,只需要将电力线缆置于导电片上后,通过压紧部件将电力线缆紧紧压在导电片上,且将电力线缆压紧后所述压紧部件与基座相互扣合即可将电力线缆进行固定;其具有结构简单,使用便捷的优点;能够实现电力线缆的快速连接的目的。
更重要的是,在本发明中将电力线缆从基座的安装位侧面插入,使得电力线缆置于导电片上,然后通过压紧部件将电力线缆紧紧压在导电片上,进而实现对电力线缆的固定,这样,通过这种方式来实现电力线缆与连接器的连接,电力线缆不会被折弯。

实施例一
参看图1-图13,本实施例公开了一种电力线缆连接器,包括用于安装电力线缆1的基座部件2和用于压紧电力线缆1的压紧部件3;基座部件2包括基座4和导电片5,基座4上设置有至少一个安装位6,所述导电片5安装在安装位6内,每一个安装位6内均配设有压紧部件3,压紧部件3位于导电片5的上方,压紧部件3铰接在基座4上,电力线缆1置于导电片5上后能够通过压紧部件3将电力线缆1紧紧压在导电片5上,且将电力线缆压紧后所述压紧部件3与基座4能够相互扣合并将电力线缆1进行固定。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,基座4上设置有三个安装位6,每一个安装位6室内均设置有导电片5,位于导电片5上方均铰接有压紧部件3,在实际的使用中,能够连接三根电力线缆1。
本发明主要由基座部件2和压紧部件3构成,在实际的使用中,只需要将电力线缆1置于导电片5上后,通过压紧部件3将电力线缆1紧紧压在导电片5上,且将电力线缆1压紧后所述压紧部件3与基座4相互扣合即可将电力线缆1进行固定;其具有结构简单,使用便捷的优点;能够实现电力线缆1的快速连接。
为了使本领域的技术人员能够更加清楚的了解本发明,下面对本发明中的压紧部件3进行进一步阐述:
压紧部件3包括盖板7、闸刀8、弹片安装座9和弹片10,盖板7上设置有倒扣卡槽11,盖板7上与弹片安装座9相接触一面上设置有压紧凸起12;
弹片安装座9上设置有弹片安装位13,弹片安装座9上还设置有压紧槽14,压紧槽14位置与压紧凸起12位置相互对应,弹片安装位13与压紧槽14相互连通,在弹片安装座9两侧面设置有滑槽15,弹片安装座9上端设置有倒扣16;
闸刀8包括连接部19、第一支腿17和第二支腿18,第一支腿17与第二支腿18相互平行,第一支腿17与第二支腿18上端通过连接部19连接,第二支腿18侧面设置有压紧部20;
弹片10安装在弹片安装位13内,且弹片10一端位于压紧槽14内,闸刀8的第一支腿17及第二支腿18与滑槽15相互配合,闸刀8的压紧部20位于压紧槽14内且压在弹片10上,盖 板7与弹片安装座9通过倒扣16和倒扣卡槽11卡合后,盖板7上设置的压紧凸起12延伸进压紧槽14内,并紧紧压在闸刀8的压紧部20上;闸刀8的第一支腿17及第二支腿18与导电片5通过卡扣结构相互卡合。
盖板7、闸刀8、弹片安装座9和弹片10连接后形成压紧部件3,弹片10安装在弹片10安装槽后,通过闸刀8上设置的压紧部20将弹片10进行压紧,然后将盖板7与弹片10安装进行卡合,即可使得盖板7上设置的压紧凸起12压在闸刀8的压紧部20上,进而将弹片10和闸刀8进行固定;在装配的时候,速度更快,能够有效的提高工人的装配效率。
需要说明的是,在本实施例中,弹片安装座9上设置有四个倒扣16,在盖板7上设置有四个倒扣卡槽11;能够保证盖板7与弹片安装座9扣合的时候,更加稳定;所述压紧槽14有两个,弹片安装位13及盖板7上的压紧凸起12也设置有两个,弹片安装座9上安装两个所述弹片10;其中第二支腿18上设置有两个压紧部20,两个压紧部20分别位于第二支腿18的两侧边位置处。
弹片安装座9上设置两个弹片10,两个弹片10分别为第一弹片21和第二弹片22,这样能够对电力线缆1起到进一步的固定,从而保证电力线缆1拉出力满足要求。
在实际的使用中,弹片10可仅设置一个。
设置的滑槽15能够使得闸刀8在安装的时候更加的方便,第一支腿17及第二支腿18能够沿着滑槽15滑动,滑槽15不仅能够起到导向的作用,同时,还能够起到隐藏第一支腿17及第二支腿18的作用,使得闸刀8与弹片安装座9连接后更好的形成一体式结构。
进一步优化,在盖板7上设置有导向柱23,在弹片安装座9上设置有导向孔24,导向孔24设置有倒角;这样,在盖板7与弹片安装座9相互扣合的时候更加的方便,导向柱23及导向孔24能够起到较好的导向作用。
进一步优化,弹片安装座9上设置有转轴25,基座4上设置有安装孔27,基座4上位于所述安装孔27上方设置有安装滑槽26,弹片安装座9上设置的转轴25能够沿着所述安装滑槽26下滑后与所述安装孔27配合。
这样使得弹片安装座9通过转轴25与基座4上的安装孔27进行配合,实现弹片安装座9与基座4的铰接,便于弹片安装座9的转动;并且,通过设置的安装滑槽26,使得弹片安装座9在安装在基座4上时能够沿着安装滑槽26与安装孔27进行配合,弹片安装座9与基座4连接的时候更加方便,装配过程更加简单。
其中,安装位6两侧壁设置有导块28,导块28与安装位6底面形成滑道29,安装位6的前侧壁设置有通槽30;导电片5包括两侧设置有凸起31,凸起31的前端形成前端面32,凸起31的上端形成上端面33;导电片5沿着所述滑道29滑动后,导电片5的端部能够穿过通槽30并延伸出基座4,凸起31的前端面32与安装位6前侧壁相接触,凸起31的上端面33与导块28的下端接触。
这样,通过设置的导块28与安装位6底面形成滑道29,在安装导电片的时候,导电片5上凸起31的上端面33能够与导块28下端面接触,保证导电片5的安装,同时,凸起31的前端形成前端面32与安装位6的前侧壁接触后实现对导电片5的限位;而设置的导块28也能够对导电片5起到限位的作用。
进一步优化,在本实施例中,靠近导电片5尾部的凸起31上设置有延伸部34,延伸部34外侧设置有脱开按钮容纳槽36,延伸部34上设置有第二导向斜面35;第一支腿17及第 二支腿18内侧设置有闸刀凸台37,闸刀凸台37上设置有第一导向斜面38,弹片安装座9转动后闸刀凸台37能够与脱开按钮容纳槽36的上部相互配合。
这样,在实际的使用中,转动弹片安装座9后,闸刀8的第一支腿17及第二支腿18上的闸刀凸台37将会与导电片5上设置的延伸部34接触,并在第一导向斜面38及第二导向斜面35的作用下,使得第一支腿17及第二支腿18向两侧张开,进而使得第一支腿17及第二支腿18上的闸刀凸台37与脱开按钮容纳槽36的上部进行配合,实现闸刀8与导电片5的扣合连接;在压紧电力线缆1的时候更加的方便。
实施例二
本实施例是在实施例一的基础上进一步优化,在本实施例中,基座部件2还包括脱开按钮39,基座4下端设置第一凹槽40,安装位6底部设置第二凹槽41,第一凹槽40与第二凹槽41相互连通后形成一阶梯槽,所述阶梯槽为脱开按钮安装槽42,脱开按钮39安装在脱开按钮安装槽42内,脱开按钮39设置有防脱凸起43,防脱凸起43上设置有第一斜面44,在第一支腿17及第二支腿18上设置有第二斜面45。
通过设置的脱开按钮39能够使得本发明在使用的时候能够加便于脱线,固线后更加容易将电力线缆1取下,进而实现重复利用的目的。
由于第一凹槽40与第二凹槽41连通后形成脱开按钮安装槽42,脱开按钮39上设置的防脱凸起43的端部与第一凹槽40及第二凹槽41连通处形成的端面接触,能够防止脱开按钮39脱落。
在需要拆卸的时候,只需要向上推动脱开按钮39,防脱凸起43上的第一斜面44与第一支腿17及第二支腿18上的第二斜面45接触后,在脱开按钮39上升的过程中将使得第一支腿17及第二支腿18向两侧张开;然后转动弹片安装座9使得弹片10与电力线缆脱开即可完成拆卸;其过程简单,便捷,能够实现快速拆卸的目的,同时,拆卸过程中不会损坏连接器本身,进而实现重复利用的目的,达到了节约资源、降低成本的效果。
实施例三
本实施例是在实施例一或者实施例二的基础上进一步优化,在本实施例中,导电片5下端设置有限位部46,限位部46截面呈三角形,在安装位6的底部设置有能够与所述限位部46配合的限位槽47。
这样,在是将导电片5滑进滑槽15后,导电片5上设置的限位部46能够与限位槽47相互配合,进一步固定导电片5。
本发明将电力线缆1连接后,弹片10压在电力线缆1上将会对弹片安装座9施加一个向上的力,在该力的作用下,使得第一支腿17及第二支腿18上的闸刀凸台37对脱开按钮容纳槽36的上部施加拉力,进而使得导电片5上的凸起31作用在基座4上设置的导块28上,进而形成一个稳定力系结构,保证本发明结构更加稳定。
实施例四
本实施例公开了一种电力线缆连接器装配方法,在本实施例中,所述电力线缆1连接器为实施例三中所述的电力线缆1连接器,其装配方法包括如下步骤:
步骤1:基座部件2的装配
S101:将导电片5沿着滑道29推入安装位6,使得导电片5的端部穿过通槽30后延伸出基座4,并使得凸起31的前端面32与安装位6前侧壁相接触,凸起31的上端面33与导块28 的下端接触,同时,导电片5下端设置的限位部46与限位槽47相互配合,实现导电片5的安装;
S102:将脱开按钮39安装在脱开按钮安装槽42内;
步骤2:压紧部件3的装配
S201:将弹片10安装在基座4上的弹片安装位13内,并使弹片10端部置于压紧槽14内;
S202:将闸刀8的第一支腿17及第二支腿18沿着滑槽15下滑,使得闸刀8上设置的压紧部20置于压紧槽14内,并压在弹片10的端部上;
S203:将盖板7与弹片安装座9通过倒扣16和倒扣卡槽11进行相互卡合,使得盖板7上设置的压紧凸起12延伸进压紧槽14内,并紧紧压在闸刀的压紧部20上;
S204:将弹片安装座9上的转轴25沿着基座4上设置的安装滑槽26滑动,使得转轴25与基座4上设置的安装孔27进行配合;
如此,即可完成电力线缆1连接器的装配。
通过上述方法即可完成装配,装配过程简单,装配效率高。
实施例五
本实施例公开了一种电力线缆连接器使用方法,在本实施例中,所述电力线缆连接器为实施例三中所述的电力线缆连接器;
需要说明的是,使用方法包括电力线缆的连接方法和电力线缆的脱开方法;
电力线缆的连接方法包括如下步骤:
S301:顺时针转动压紧部件3,使得压紧部件3与基座部件2呈180°;
S302:将电力线缆1平稳的放入安装位6中的导电片5上,使得电力线缆1端部与安装位6前侧面接触;
S303:逆时针转动压紧部件3旋转167°,此时,弹片10刚好与电力线缆1接触;然后,继续转动压紧部件3旋转13°;使得第一支腿17及第二支腿18上闸刀凸台37的第一导向斜面38与导电片5上延伸部34的第二导向斜面35相互接触后,第一支腿17及第二支腿18向两侧微微张开,持续转动压紧部件3后,使得第一支腿17及第二支腿18的闸刀凸台37与导电片5上的脱开按钮容纳槽36上部配合,进而使得弹片10紧紧压在电力线缆1上。
而逆时针转动压紧部件3旋转167°,此时,弹片10刚好与电力线缆1接触;这样能够使得弹片的刃口不啃噬电力线缆,进而顺利将电力线缆给压紧;
如此即可实现电力线缆1的连接,具有使用更加便捷的优点。
下面对脱开方法,也就是拆卸方法进行进一步阐述;电力线缆的脱开方法包括如下步骤:
S401:向上推动脱开按钮39,脱开按钮39向上移动后第一斜面44与第一支腿17及第二支腿18上设置的第二斜面45接触,第一支腿17及第二支腿18向两侧微微张开;使得闸刀凸台37与脱开按钮容纳槽36脱开;
S402:顺时针转动压紧部件3;
S403:将电力线缆1取出即可。
这样,在实际的拆卸过程中,不需要借助其余的拆卸工具就可完成拆卸,并且,在拆卸的过程中不会损毁部件,能够实现重复利用、达到节约资源的目的。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种电力线缆连接器,其特征在于:压紧部件包括盖板、闸刀、弹片安装座和弹片,盖板上设置有倒扣卡槽,盖板上与弹片安装座相接触一面上设置有压紧凸起;
    弹片安装座上设置有弹片安装位,弹片安装座上还设置有压紧槽,压紧槽位置与压紧凸起位置相互对应,弹片安装位与压紧槽相互连通,在弹片安装座两侧面设置有滑槽,弹片安装座上端设置有倒扣;
    闸刀包括连接部、第一支腿和第二支腿,第一支腿与第二支腿相互平行,第一支腿与第二支腿上端通过连接部连接,第二支腿侧面设置有压紧部;
    弹片安装在弹片安装位内,且弹片一端位于压紧槽内,闸刀的第一支腿及第二支腿与滑槽相互配合,闸刀的压紧部位于压紧槽内且压在弹片上,盖板与弹片安装座通过倒扣和倒扣卡槽卡合后,盖板上设置的压紧凸起延伸进压紧槽内,紧紧压在闸刀的压紧部上;闸刀的第一支腿及第二支腿与导电片通过卡扣结构相互卡合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电力线缆连接器,其特征在于:弹片安装座上设置有两个所述弹片。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种电力线缆连接器,其特征在于:安装位两侧壁设置有导块,导块与安装位底面形成滑道,安装位的前侧壁设置有通槽;导电片包括两侧设置有凸起,凸起的前端形成前端面,凸起的上端形成上端面;导电片沿着所述滑道滑动后,导电片的端部能够穿过通槽并延伸出基座,凸起的前端面与安装位前侧壁相接触,凸起的上端面与导块的下端接触。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种电力线缆连接器,其特征在于:靠近导电片尾部的凸起上设置有延伸部,延伸部外侧设置有脱开按钮容纳槽,延伸部上设置有第二导向斜面;第一支腿及第二支腿内侧设置有闸刀凸台,闸刀凸台上设置有第一导向斜面,弹片安装座转动后闸刀凸台能够与脱开按钮容纳槽的上部相互配合。
  6. 根据权利要求5述的一种电力线缆连接器,其特征在于:基座部件还包括脱开按钮,基座下端设置第一凹槽,安装位底部设置第二凹槽,第一凹槽与第二凹槽相互连通后形成一阶梯槽,所述阶梯槽为脱开按钮安装槽,脱开按钮安装在脱开按钮安装槽内,脱开按钮设置有防脱凸起,防脱凸起上设置有第一斜面,在第一支腿及第二支腿上设置有第二斜面。
  7. 一种电力线缆连接器装配方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
    步骤1:基座部件的装配
    S101:将导电片沿着滑道推入安装位,使得导电片的端部穿过通槽后延伸出基座,并使得凸起的前端面与安装位前侧壁相接触,凸起的上端面与导块的下端接触,同时,导电片下端设置的限位部与限位槽相互配合,实现导电片的安装;
    S102:将脱开按钮安装在脱开按钮安装槽内;
    步骤2:压紧部件的装配
    S201:将弹片安装在基座上的弹片安装位内,并使弹片端部置于压紧槽内;
    S202:将闸刀的第一支腿及第二支腿沿着滑槽下滑,使得闸刀上设置的压紧部置于压紧槽内,并压在弹片的端部上;
    S203:将盖板与弹片安装座通过倒扣和倒扣卡槽进行相互卡合,使得盖板上设置的压紧凸起延伸进压紧槽内,并紧紧压在闸刀的压紧部上;
    S204:将弹片安装座上的转轴沿着基座上设置的安装滑槽滑动,使得转轴与基座上设置的安装孔进行配合;
    如此,即可完成电力线缆连接器的装配。
  8. 一种电力线缆连接器使用方法,其特征在于,包括电力线缆的连接方法和电力线缆的脱开方法;
    电力线缆的连接方法包括如下步骤:
    S301:顺时针转动压紧部件,使得压紧部件与基座部件呈180°;
    S302:将电力线缆平稳的放入安装位中的导电片上,使得电力线缆端部与安装位前侧面接触;
    S303:逆时针转动压紧部件旋转167°,此时,弹片刚好与电力线缆接触;然后,继续转动压紧部件旋转13°;使得第一支腿及第二支腿上闸刀凸台的第一导向斜面与导电片上延伸部的第二导向斜面相互接触后,第一支腿及第二支腿向两侧微微张开,持续转动压紧部件后,使得第一支腿及第二支腿的闸刀凸台与导电片上的脱开按钮容纳槽上部配合,进而使得弹片紧紧压在电力线缆上;
    电力线缆的脱开方法包括如下步骤:
    S401:向上推动脱开按钮,脱开按钮向上移动后第一斜面与第一支腿及第二支腿上设置的第二斜面接触,第一支腿及第二支腿向两侧微微张开;使得闸刀凸台与脱开按钮容纳槽脱开;
    S402:顺时针转动压紧部件;
    S403:将电力线缆取出即可。
