Abstract

Le procédé de guidage d'informations comprend : en réponse à une instruction de déclenchement de guidage, à afficher une page de guidage, la page de guidage comprenant une zone d'opération d'informations et une zone d'affichage d'informations, la zone d'opération d'informations comprenant un premier élément actionné (101) ; dans la zone d'opération d'informations, recevoir des informations d'opération entrées pour le premier élément actionné, les informations d'opération comprenant une action d'opération et un contenu d'opération (102) ; et à afficher le contenu d'opération dans la zone d'opération d'informations, et selon l'action d'actionnement et un mode d'affichage correspondant au contenu d'opération, à afficher le contenu d'opération à une première position, correspondant au premier élément actionné, dans la zone d'affichage d'informations (103).
