本申请实施例涉及但不限于通信领域,尤其涉及一种紧急呼叫方法、终端及存储介质。
背景技术
目前,终端的紧急呼叫流程为,用户通过终端中的USIM卡(Universal Subscriber Identity Module,全球用户识别卡)进行紧急呼叫拨号,如果由于USIM卡连接的网络原因导致紧急呼叫失败时,那么终端会直接结束本次紧急呼叫,需要用户通过手动发起新的紧急呼叫。然而,按照现有的紧急呼叫流程,即使用户重新发起新的紧急呼叫请求,也无法保证紧急呼叫连接成功,从而导致用户体验不好。
发明内容
以下是对本文详细描述的主题的概述。本概述并非是为了限制权利要求的保护范围。
本申请实施例提出一种紧急呼叫方法、终端及存储介质。
第一方面,本申请实施例提供了一种紧急呼叫方法,应用于终端,所述终端安装有第一USIM卡,所述方法包括:当通过第一USIM卡发起的连接第一呼叫网络的紧急呼叫请求失败,获取失败信息;根据所述失败信息确定失败原因;根据所述失败原因通过第二呼叫网络发起紧急呼叫请求。
第二方面,本申请实施例还提供了一种终端,包括存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行时实现前述的紧急呼叫方法。
第三方面,本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质上存储有信息处理程序,所述信息处理程序被处理器执行时实现前述的紧急呼叫方法。

为了使本申请的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本申请进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本申请,并不用于限定本申请。
需要说明的是,虽然在装置示意图中进行了功能模块划分,在流程图中示出了逻辑顺序,但是在某些情况下,可以以不同于装置中的模块划分,或流程图中的顺序执行所示出或描述的步骤。
本申请提供了一种紧急呼叫方法、终端及存储介质,其中紧急呼叫方法包括:在通过第一USIM卡发起的连接第一呼叫网络的紧急呼叫请求失败的情况下,可以获取晋级呼叫请求的失败信息,并根据失败信息确定失败原因,然后根据失败原因通过新的呼叫网络(即第二呼叫网络)继续发起紧急呼叫请求,由于重新发起的紧急呼叫请求没有通过存在网络异常的第一呼叫网络,因此可以提高紧急呼叫的连接成功概率。
下面结合附图,对本申请实施例作进一步阐述。
如图1所示,图1是本申请一个实施例提供的用于执行紧急呼叫方法的系统架构的示意图。在图1的示例中,该系统架构包括终端110和呼叫网络,呼叫网络包括接入网络和核心网络,终端110包括第一USIM卡111和第二USIM卡112,接入网包括第一接入网络121、第二接入网络122和第三接入网络123,核心网络包括第一核心网络131和第二核心网络132,第一接入网络121分别与第一核心网络131和第二核心网络132连接,第二接入网络122与第一核心网络131连接,第三接入网络123与第二核心网络132连接。终端110可以通过第一USIM卡111注册到第一接入网络121和第三接入网络123,并能够通过第一接入网络121或者第三接入网络123连接到第一核心网络131,以向第一核心网络131发起紧急呼叫;终端110还可以通过第二USIM卡112注册到第一接入网络121和第二接入网络122,并能够通过第一接入网络121或者第二接入网络122连接到第二核心网络132,以向第二核心网络132发起紧急呼叫。
其中,第一USIM卡111和第二USIM卡112可以用于支持终端110连接到同一运营商或者不同的运营商;第一核心网络131和第二核心网络132可以分别为不同运营商的核心网络。
需要说明的是,第一接入网络121可以包括共享基站,共享基站可以支持不同运营商的服务,与归属于不同运营商的核心网络连接,本实施例对其不作唯一限定。
需要说明的是,终端110可以用于发起紧急呼叫请求,也可以用于存储USIM卡的核心网紧急呼叫的紧急呼叫能力,还可以用于分析紧急呼叫请求的失败信息并根据失败信息分析失败原因,本实施例对其不作具体限定。
在一实施例中,终端110可以通过第一USIM卡111发起连接第一呼叫网络(包括第 一接入网络121和第一核心网络131)的紧急呼叫请求,当此紧急呼叫请求失败,可以获取失败信息,并根据失败信息可以确定失败原因,那么可以根据失败原因通过第二呼叫网络(包括第二接入网络122和第一核心网络131,或者包括第一接入网络121和第二核心网络132,或者包括第二接入网络122和第二核心网络132)发起紧急呼叫请求,由于重新发起的紧急呼叫请求没有通过存在网络异常的第一呼叫网络,因此可以提高紧急呼叫的连接成功概率。
本申请实施例描述的系统架构以及应用场景是为了更加清楚的说明本申请实施例的技术方案,并不构成对于本申请实施例提供的技术方案的限定,本领域技术人员可知,随着系统架构的演变和新应用场景的出现,本申请实施例提供的技术方案对于类似的技术问题,同样适用。
基于上述系统架构的结构,提出本申请的信息处理方法的各个实施例。
在一个实施例中,参照图2,图2为本申请实施例提供的紧急呼叫方法的流程图,该紧急呼叫方法应用于终端,在一实施例中,该紧急呼叫方法包括但不限于有步骤S210、步骤S220和步骤S230。
步骤S210,当通过第一USIM卡发起的连接第一呼叫网络的紧急呼叫请求失败,获取失败信息。
在一实施例中,当终端通过第一USIM卡发起的连接第一呼叫网络的紧急呼叫请求失败时,可以获取紧急呼叫请求的失败信息。
需要说明的是,该失败信息可以包括用于返回失败结果的失败标识和失败原因。
需要说明的是,第一呼叫网络可以包括第一接入网络和第一核心网络,也可以包括其他网络,本实施例对第一呼叫网络不作唯一限定。
步骤S220,根据失败信息确定失败原因。
在一实施例中,可以对所获取的失败信息进行分析,从而确定紧急呼叫请求的失败原因。
需要说明的是,失败原因可以是第一呼叫网络的第一接入网络出现异常,也可以是第一呼叫网络的第一核心网络出现异常,本实施例对其不作具体限定。
步骤S230,根据失败原因通过第二呼叫网络发起紧急呼叫请求。
在一实施例中,终端可以根据已确定的失败原因将紧急呼叫的网络从第一呼叫网络切换至第二呼叫网络,并可以通过第二呼叫网络发起紧急呼叫请求,由于重新发起的紧急呼叫请求没有通过存在网络异常的第一呼叫网络,因此可以提高紧急呼叫的连接成功概率。
需要说明的是,第二呼叫网络可以根据失败原因进行设定,可以包括第一接入网络和第二核心网络,可以包括第二接入网络和第二核心网络,可以包括第三接入网络和第一核心网络,本实施例对其不作具体限定。
在一实施例中,通过采用上述步骤S210至步骤S230,当终端通过第一USIM卡发起的连接第一呼叫网络的紧急呼叫请求失败时,可以获取紧急呼叫请求的失败信息,可以根据失败信息确定紧急呼叫请求的失败原因,然后根据失败原因通过新的呼叫网络(即第二呼叫网络)继续发起紧急呼叫请求,由于重新发起的紧急呼叫请求没有通过存在网络异常的第一呼叫网络,因此可以提高紧急呼叫的连接成功概率。
参照图3,第一呼叫网络包括第一接入网络,第二呼叫网络包括第二接入网络,在一 实施例中,步骤S230包括但不限于如下步骤:
步骤S310,当失败原因指示为第一接入网络出现异常,根据失败原因使第一USIM卡注册至第二接入网络,并通过第一USIM卡向第二接入网络发起紧急呼叫请求。
在一实施例中,如确定紧急呼叫请求的失败原因为第一接入网络出现异常,则可以说明第一USIM卡连接的第一呼叫网络失败出现的问题在于第一接入网络异常,而不在核心网络。由于第一USIM卡对应的运营商所对应的核心网是正常的,那么终端可以根据已确定的失败原因,在不切换第一USIM卡的情况下,将紧急呼叫的网络从第一接入网络切换至第二接入网络,并可以通过第一USIM卡向第二接入网络发起紧急呼叫请求,由于重新发起的紧急呼叫请求没有通过存在网络异常的第一接入网络,因此可以提高紧急呼叫的连接成功概率。
需要说明的是,第一接入网络的网络制式与第二接入网络的网络制式可以是不相同的,也可以是相同的,本实施例不作具体限定。
需要说明的是,第一接入网络和第二接入网络的网络制式可以是第五代移动通信网络制式,可以是第四代移动通信网络制式,也可以是第三代移动通信网络制式,本实施例对其不作具体限定。
在一实施例中,如第一呼叫网络的第一接入网络的网络制式为第五代移动通信网络制式,第二接入网络的网络制式为第三代移动通信网络制式,终端通过第一USIM卡发起的连接第一呼叫网络的紧急呼叫请求失败时,可以获取紧急呼叫请求的失败信息,然后终端可以对所获取的失败信息进行分析,如确定紧急呼叫请求的失败原因为第一接入网络出现异常,那么终端可以根据已确定的第一接入网络出现异常的失败原因将紧急呼叫的网络从第一呼叫网络的第五代移动通信网络制式通过CSFB(Circuit Switched Domain Fall Back,电路域回落)切换至第二接入网络的第三代移动通信网络制式,并可以通过第一USIM卡向第二呼叫网络发起紧急呼叫请求,从而可以提高紧急呼叫的连接成功概率。
参照图4,终端还安装有第二USIM卡,第一呼叫网络包括第一接入网络和第一核心网络,第二呼叫网络包括第二核心网络,第一USIM卡和第二USIM卡均注册到第一接入网络,在一实施例中,步骤S230包括但不限于如下步骤:
步骤S410,当失败原因指示为第一核心网络出现异常,根据失败原因利用第二USIM卡通过第一接入网络向第二核心网络发起紧急呼叫请求。
在一实施例中,当失败原因指示为第一核心网出现异常,则可以判定为第一USIM卡对应的运营商网络存在异常,那么可以在不切换为第一接入网络的情况下,终端将目前用于紧急呼叫请求的第一USIM卡切换为第二USIM卡,并利用第二USIM卡通过第一接入网络向第二核心网络发起紧急呼叫请求,由于重新发起的紧急呼叫请求没有通过存在网络异常的第一核心网络,因此可以提高紧急呼叫的连接成功概率。
其中,第一USIM卡和第二USIM卡可以通过同一个接入网络连接到其对应的运营商的核心网络中;第一核心网络和第二核心网络可以分别为不同运营商的核心网络。
参照图5,终端还安装有第二USIM卡,第一呼叫网络包括第一接入网络和第一核心网络,第二呼叫网络包括第二接入网络和第二核心网络,第一USIM卡和第二USIM卡均注册到第一接入网络,在一实施例中,步骤S230包括但不限于如下步骤:
步骤S510,当失败原因指示为第一核心网络出现异常,根据失败原因使第二USIM卡 注册至第二接入网络,并利用第二USIM卡通过第二接入网络向第二核心网络发起紧急呼叫请求。
在一实施例中,当失败原因指示为第一USIM卡连接的第一核心网络出现异常,可以判定为第一USIM卡对应的运营商网络存在异常,那么可以根据该失败原因使第二USIM卡注册至第二接入网络,然后通过第二USIM卡通过第二接入网络向第二核心网络发起紧急呼叫请求,由于重新发起的紧急呼叫请求没有通过存在网络异常的第一核心网络,因此可以提高紧急呼叫的连接成功概率。
需要说明的是,第一USIM卡和第二USIM卡可以通过同一个接入网络连接到其对应的运营商的核心网络中,同时通过不同的接入网络连接到其对应的运营商的核心网络中,也可以是分别通过不同的接入网络连接到其对应的运营商的核心网络中,本实施例对其不作具体限定。
需要说明的是,第一核心网络和第二核心网络可以分别为不同运营商的核心网络,本实施例对其不作唯一限定。
参照图6,在一实施例中,紧急呼叫方法包括但不限于如下步骤:
步骤S610,获取用于发起呼叫请求的拨号信息,当根据拨号信息确定呼叫请求为紧急呼叫请求,显示一个拨号按键;
步骤S620,当获取到表示拨号按键被触发的触发信息,通过第一USIM卡发起连接第一呼叫网络的紧急呼叫请求;
步骤S630,当通过第一USIM卡发起的连接第一呼叫网络的紧急呼叫请求失败,获取失败信息;
步骤S640,根据失败信息确定失败原因;
步骤S650,根据失败原因通过第二呼叫网络发起紧急呼叫请求。
在一实施例中,终端获取到用于发起呼叫请求的拨号信息,当判定该拨号信息对应的呼叫请求为紧急呼叫请求,可以在终端的屏幕显示一个拨号按键,终端可以在获取到表示拨号按键被触发的触发信息时,通过第一USIM卡发起连接第一呼叫网络的紧急呼叫请求,如通过第一USIM卡发起的连接第一呼叫网络的紧急呼叫请求失败,可以通过获取失败信息并根据失败信息确定失败原因,然后根据失败原因通过第二呼叫网络发起紧急呼叫请求,由于重新发起的紧急呼叫请求没有通过存在网络异常的第一呼叫网络,因此可以提高紧急呼叫的连接成功概率。
在一实施例中,终端可以包括第一USIM卡和第二USIM卡,当拨号信息确定呼叫请求为非紧急呼叫请求的时候,那么终端可以控制显示模块将对应不同USIM卡的两个拨号按键合并成一个拨号按键,即显示一个拨号按键,即当用户需要发起紧急呼叫时,仅需通过一个拨号按键发出紧急呼叫请求,后续紧急呼叫选择的USIM卡以及USIM卡对应的呼叫网络则由终端自动控制完成,当出现紧急呼叫失败时,终端可以通过获取失败信息并根据失败信息确定失败原因,然后根据失败原因通过第二呼叫网络发起紧急呼叫请求,由于重新发起的紧急呼叫请求没有通过存在网络异常的第一呼叫网络,因此可以提高紧急呼叫的连接成功概率。
需要说明的是,第一USIM卡和第二USIM卡可以用于支持终端连接到不同运营商,本实施例对其不作唯一限定。
在一实施例中,对于设置有两张USIM卡(包括第一USIM卡和第二USIM卡)的终端,终端获取到用于发起呼叫请求的拨号信息,当判定该拨号信息对应的呼叫请求为紧急呼叫请求,那么终端可以控制显示模块将对应不同USIM卡的两个拨号按键合并成一个拨号按键,即显示一个拨号按键,即当用户需要发起紧急呼叫时,仅需通过一个拨号按键发出紧急呼叫请求,后续紧急呼叫选择的USIM卡以及USIM卡对应的呼叫网络则由终端自动控制完成,当获取到表示拨号按键被触发的触发信息,可以分别获取第一USIM卡所归属的核心网所支持的第一紧急呼叫能力和第二USIM卡所归属的核心网所支持的第二紧急呼叫能力,根据获取的第一紧急呼叫能力和第二紧急呼叫能力的情况,再发起紧急呼叫请求,可以通过比对双卡注册时的紧急电话的呼叫能力,自动选择呼叫能力强的呼叫网络,避免用户选择一个核心网支持能力差的,导致出现紧急呼叫延误的问题。当出现紧急呼叫失败时,终端还可以通过获取失败信息并根据失败信息确定失败原因,然后根据失败原因通过第二呼叫网络发起紧急呼叫请求,无需手动重拨,由于重新发起的紧急呼叫请求没有通过存在网络异常的第一呼叫网络,因此可以提高紧急呼叫的连接成功概率。
在一实施例中,对于设置有两张USIM卡(包括第一USIM卡和第二USIM卡)的终端,终端获取到用于发起呼叫请求的拨号信息,当判定该拨号信息对应的呼叫请求为紧急呼叫请求,那么终端可以控制显示模块将对应不同USIM卡的两个拨号按键合并成一个拨号按键,即显示一个拨号按键,即当用户需要发起紧急呼叫时,仅需通过一个拨号按键发出紧急呼叫请求,后续紧急呼叫选择的USIM卡以及USIM卡对应的呼叫网络则由终端自动控制完成,当获取到表示拨号按键被触发的触发信息,可以分别获取第一USIM卡所归属的核心网所支持的第一紧急呼叫能力和第二USIM卡所归属的核心网所支持的第二紧急呼叫能力,当第一USIM卡的第一紧急呼叫能力大于第二USIM卡的第二紧急呼叫能力,可以确定通过第一USIM卡的第一呼叫网络进行紧急呼叫,可以通过比对双卡注册时的紧急电话的呼叫能力,自动选择能力较强的第一呼叫网络,避免用户选择一个核心网支持能力差的,导致出现紧急呼叫延误的问题。当出现紧急呼叫失败时,终端还可以通过获取失败信息并根据失败信息确定失败原因,如确定紧急呼叫请求的失败原因为第一接入网络出现异常,则从失败原因中可得到第一USIM卡对应的运营商所对应的核心网是正常的,那么终端可以根据已确定的失败原因,将当前发起紧急呼叫的呼叫网络从第一接入网络切换至第二接入网络,并可以通过第一USIM卡向第二接入网络发起紧急呼叫请求,由于重新发起的紧急呼叫请求没有通过存在网络异常的第一接入网络,因此可以提高紧急呼叫的连接成功概率。
需要说明的是,第一紧急呼叫能力可以是语音能力,也可以是其他能力,本实施例对其不作具体限定。
需要说明的是,语音能力可以分为四个级别,第一级别可以是不支持紧急服务,第二级别可以是仅通过NR(New Radio,新空口)连接至5GCN(5th Generation Core Network,5G核心网)提供紧急服务,第三级别可以是仅通过E-UTRA(Evolved Universal Mobile Telecommunication System Territorial Radio Access,演进通用移动通信系统陆地无线接入)连接至5GCN提供紧急服务,第四级别可以是既能通过NR连接至5GCN提供紧急服务,也可以是通过E-UTRA连接至5GCN提供紧急服务;可以设定级别最高,语音能力越强。
在一实施例中,对于设置有两张USIM卡(包括第一USIM卡和第二USIM卡)的终端,在需要进行紧急呼叫的时候,可以分别获取第一USIM卡所归属的核心网所支持的第一语 音能力和第二USIM卡所归属的核心网所支持的第二语音能力,当第一USIM卡的语音能力大于第二USIM卡的语音能力,可以确定通过第二USIM卡的第一呼叫网络进行紧急呼叫,可以通过比对双卡注册时的紧急电话的呼叫能力,自动选择能力较强的第一呼叫网络,避免用户选择一个核心网支持能力差的,导致出现紧急呼叫延误的问题。
参照图7,终端包括第一USIM卡和第二USIM卡,在一实施例中,该紧急呼叫方法包括但不限于如下步骤:
步骤S710,通过SIB(Service Independent Building Block,业务独立构件)消息中的标志位判断终端的第一USIM卡和第二USIM卡是否注册在共享基站;若是,执行步骤S720,若否,执行步骤S790;
步骤S720,获取第一USIM卡和第二USIM卡在核心网中紧急呼叫的语音能力并进行存储;
步骤S730,当获取的呼叫请求为紧急呼叫请求,判断第一USIM卡的语音能力大于第二USIM卡的语音能力,终端通过第一USIM卡的第一呼叫网络(包括第一接入网络和第一核心网络)建立紧急呼叫;
步骤S740,判断终端是否成功通过第一USIM卡的第一呼叫网络建立紧急呼叫,若是,执行步骤S790,若否,执行步骤S750;
步骤S750,判断紧急呼叫失败原因为基站侧的接入网络,还是核心网络;若为核心网络,执行步骤S760,若为接入网络,执行步骤S780;
步骤S760,终端通过第二USIM卡的第二呼叫网络(包括第一接入网络和第二核心网络)建立紧急呼叫;
步骤S770,判断终端是否成功通过第二USIM卡的第二呼叫网络建立紧急呼叫,若是,执行步骤S790,若否,执行步骤S780;
步骤S780,终端在当前的USIM卡通过CSFB更换当前呼叫网络的网络制式,得到第三呼叫网络(如当前呼叫网络为包括第二接入网和第二核心网络,或者第三接入网络和第一核心网络),通过第三呼叫网络建立紧急呼叫;
步骤S790,通过当前呼叫网络完成呼叫。
在一实施例中,终端的第一USIM卡和第二USIM卡均注册在共享基站,终端可以获取第一USIM卡和第二USIM卡分别在对应的核心网络中紧急呼叫的语音能力并进行存储,当用户使用终端发起紧急呼叫请求时,可以判断第一USIM卡的语音能力与第二USIM卡的语音能力的大小,如第一USIM卡的语音能力大于第二USIM卡的语音能力,则终端可以通过第一USIM卡的第一呼叫网络建立紧急呼叫,若成功建立,则通过当前呼叫网络完成呼叫,若建立失败,则需要分析失败的原因,若失败的原因是基站侧的接入网络,那么终端在当前的USIM卡通过CSFB更换当前呼叫网络的网络制式,得到第三呼叫网络,通过第三呼叫网络建立紧急呼叫;若失败的原因是核心网络,那么终端可以将连接呼叫网络的USIM卡切换为第二USIM卡,通过第二USIM卡的第二呼叫网络建立紧急呼叫,由于重新发起的紧急呼叫请求没有通过存在网络异常的第一呼叫网络,因此可以提高紧急呼叫的连接成功概率。
如图8所示,图8为终端的紧急呼叫装置,紧急呼叫装置包括:获取模块,用于当通过第一USIM卡发起的连接第一呼叫网络的紧急呼叫请求失败,获取失败信息;判定模块,用于根据失败信息确定失败原因;呼叫模块,用于根据失败原因切换至第二呼叫网络,并 通过第二呼叫网络发起紧急呼叫请求。当终端中的通过第一USIM卡发起的连接第一呼叫网络的紧急呼叫请求失败时,获取模块可以获取紧急呼叫请求的失败信息,判定模块可以根据失败信息确定紧急呼叫请求的失败原因,然后呼叫模块可以根据失败原因切换至第二呼叫网络,并通过第二呼叫网络发起紧急呼叫请求,由于重新发起的紧急呼叫请求没有通过存在网络异常的第一呼叫网络,因此可以提高紧急呼叫的连接成功概率。
在一实施例中,第一呼叫网络包括第一接入网络,第二呼叫网络包括第二接入网络,呼叫模块还用于当失败原因指示为第一接入网络出现异常,根据失败原因使第一USIM卡注册至第二接入网络,并通过第一USIM卡向第二接入网络发起紧急呼叫请求。当终端中的通过第一USIM卡发起的连接第一呼叫网络的紧急呼叫请求失败时,获取模块可以获取紧急呼叫请求的失败信息,然后判定模块可以对所获取的失败信息进行分析,如确定紧急呼叫请求的失败原因为第一接入网络出现异常,那么呼叫模块可以根据已确定的第一接入网络出现异常的失败原因将紧急呼叫的网络从第一呼叫网络切换至第二呼叫网络,并可以通过第一USIM卡向第二呼叫网络发起紧急呼叫请求,由于重新发起的紧急呼叫请求没有通过存在网络异常的第一呼叫网络,因此可以提高紧急呼叫的连接成功概率。
在一实施例中,终端还安装有第二USIM卡,第一USIM卡和第二USIM卡均注册到第一接入网络,第一呼叫网络还包括第一核心网络,第二呼叫网络包括第二核心网络,呼叫模块还用于当失败原因指示为第一核心网络出现异常,根据失败原因利用第二USIM卡通过第一接入网络向第二核心网络发起紧急呼叫请求。当通过第一USIM卡发起的连接第一呼叫网络的紧急呼叫请求失败,获取模块可以通过Modem获取紧急呼叫请求失败的失败信息,判定模块可以对获取的失败信息进行分析,如判定模块确定紧急呼叫请求失败的原因为第一核心网出现异常,则可以认为第一USIM卡对应的运营商网络存在异常,那么呼叫模块可以不切换第一接入网络,直接将第一USIM卡切换为第二USIM卡,然后呼叫模块可以通过第二USIM卡从第一接入网络向第二核心网络发起紧急呼叫请求,由于重新发起的紧急呼叫请求没有通过存在网络异常的第一呼叫网络,因此可以提高紧急呼叫的连接成功概率。
在一实施例中,终端还安装有第二USIM卡,第一USIM卡和第二USIM卡均注册到第一接入网络,第一呼叫网络还包括第一核心网络,第二呼叫网络包括第二核心网络和第二接入网络,呼叫模块还用于当失败原因指示为第一核心网络出现异常,根据失败原因使第二USIM卡注册至第二接入网络,并利用第二USIM卡通过第二接入网络向第二核心网络发起紧急呼叫请求。当通过第一USIM卡发起的连接第一呼叫网络的紧急呼叫请求失败,获取模块可以通过Modem获取紧急呼叫请求失败的失败信息,判定模块可以对获取的失败信息进行分析,并确定紧急呼叫失败的原因,如判定模块确定失败原因为第一USIM卡连接的第一核心网络出现异常,即可以判定为第一USIM卡对应的运营商网络存在异常,那么呼叫模块可以根据该失败原因使第二USIM卡注册至第二接入网络,然后通过第二USIM卡通过第二接入网络向第二核心网络发起紧急呼叫请求,由于重新发起的紧急呼叫请求没有通过存在网络异常的第一呼叫网络,因此可以提高紧急呼叫的连接成功概率。
在一实施例中,终端包括第一USIM卡和第二USIM卡,获取模块还可以用于获取第一USIM卡所归属的核心网所支持的第一紧急呼叫能力和第二USIM卡所归属的核心网所支持的第二紧急呼叫能力;呼叫模块还可以用于根据第一紧急呼叫能力和第二紧急呼叫能力发 起紧急呼叫请求。对于设置有两张USIM卡(包括第一USIM卡和第二USIM卡)的终端,在需要进行紧急呼叫的时候,获取模块可以分别获取第一USIM卡所归属的核心网所支持的第一紧急呼叫能力和第二USIM卡所归属的核心网所支持的第二紧急呼叫能力,呼叫模块可以根据获取的第一紧急呼叫能力和第二紧急呼叫能力的情况,再发起紧急呼叫请求,可以通过比对双卡注册时的紧急电话的呼叫能力,自动选择网络,避免用户选择一个核心网支持能力差的,导致出现紧急呼叫延误的问题。
在一实施例中,紧急呼叫装置还包括显示模块,显示模块可以用于获取用于发起呼叫请求的拨号信息,根据拨号信息确定呼叫请求为紧急呼叫请求,显示一个拨号按键。当获取到用于发起呼叫请求的拨号信息,并根据拨号信息确定该呼叫请求为紧急呼叫请求,显示模块可以控制终端的显示模块显示一个拨号按键,当获取到表示拨号按键被触发的触发信息,通过第一USIM卡发起连接第一呼叫网络的紧急呼叫请求。即用户仅需通过一个拨号按键发出紧急呼叫请求,后续紧急呼叫选择的呼叫网络则由终端自动完成,由于重新发起的紧急呼叫请求没有通过存在网络异常的第一呼叫网络,因此可以提高紧急呼叫的连接成功概率。
另外,本申请的一个实施例还提供了一种终端,参照图9,终端900包括存储器920、处理器910及存储在存储器920上并可在处理器910上运行的计算机程序。
处理器和存储器可以通过总线或者其他方式连接。
存储器作为一种非暂态计算机可读存储介质,可用于存储非暂态软件程序以及非暂态性计算机可执行程序。此外,存储器可以包括高速随机存取存储器,还可以包括非暂态存储器,例如至少一个磁盘存储器件、闪存器件、或其他非暂态固态存储器件。在一些实施方式中,存储器可包括相对于处理器远程设置的存储器,这些远程存储器可以通过网络连接至该处理器。上述网络的实例包括但不限于互联网、企业内部网、局域网、移动通信网及其组合。
实现上述实施例的信息处理方法所需的非暂态软件程序以及指令存储在存储器中,当被处理器执行时,执行上述实施例中的信息处理方法,例如,执行以上描述的图2中的方法步骤S210至S230、图3中的方法步骤S310、图4中的方法步骤S410、图5中的方法步骤510、图6中的方法步骤S610至S650,图7中的方法步骤S710至S790。
此外,本申请的一个实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,该计算机可读存储介质存储有计算机可执行指令,该计算机可执行指令被一个处理器或控制器执行,例如,被上述实施例中激光器中的一个处理器执行,可使得处理器执行上述实施例中的网络选择,例如,执行以上描述的图2中的方法步骤S210至S230、图3中的方法步骤S310、图4中的方法步骤S410、图5中的方法步骤510、图6中的方法步骤S610至S650,图7中的方法步骤S710至S790。
本申请实施例包括:当通过第一USIM卡发起的连接第一呼叫网络的紧急呼叫请求失败,获取失败信息;根据失败信息确定失败原因;根据失败原因切换至第二呼叫网络,并通过第二呼叫网络发起紧急呼叫请求。根据本申请实施例提供的方案,当通过第一USIM卡发起的连接第一呼叫网络的紧急呼叫请求失败时,可以获取紧急呼叫请求的失败信息,并根据失败信息可以确定失败原因,由于能够明确通过第一USIM卡发起的连接第一呼叫网络的紧急呼叫请求具体的失败原因,因此可以根据失败原因通过第二呼叫网络发起紧急呼 叫请求,由于重新发起的紧急呼叫请求没有通过存在网络异常的第一呼叫网络,而是通过新的呼叫网络发起紧急呼叫请求,因此可以提高紧急呼叫的连接成功概率。
本领域普通技术人员可以理解,上文中所公开方法中的全部或某些步骤、系统可以被实施为软件、固件、硬件及其适当的组合。某些物理组件或所有物理组件可以被实施为由处理器,如中央处理器、数字信号处理器或微处理器执行的软件,或者被实施为硬件,或者被实施为集成电路,如专用集成电路。这样的软件可以分布在计算机可读介质上,计算机可读介质可以包括计算机存储介质(或非暂时性介质)和通信介质(或暂时性介质)。如本领域普通技术人员公知的,术语计算机存储介质包括在用于存储信息(诸如计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序模块或其他数据)的任何方法或技术中实施的易失性和非易失性、可移除和不可移除介质。计算机存储介质包括但不限于RAM、ROM、EEPROM、闪存或其他存储器技术、CD-ROM、数字多功能盘(DVD)或其他光盘存储、磁盒、磁带、磁盘存储或其他磁存储装置、或者可以用于存储期望的信息并且可以被计算机访问的任何其他的介质。此外,本领域普通技术人员公知的是,通信介质通常包含计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序模块或者诸如载波或其他传输机制之类的调制数据信号中的其他数据,并且可包括任何信息递送介质。
以上是对本申请的一些实施进行了具体说明,但本申请并不局限于上述实施方式,熟悉本领域的技术人员在不违背本申请范围的前提下还可作出种种的等同变形或替换,这些等同的变形或替换均包含在本申请权利要求所限定的范围内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种紧急呼叫方法,应用于终端,所述终端安装有第一全球用户识别模块USIM卡,所述方法包括:
    当通过第一USIM卡发起的连接第一呼叫网络的紧急呼叫请求失败,获取失败信息;
    根据所述失败信息确定失败原因;
    根据所述失败原因通过第二呼叫网络发起紧急呼叫请求。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的紧急呼叫方法,其中,所述第一呼叫网络包括第一接入网络,所述第二呼叫网络包括第二接入网络,所述根据所述失败原因通过第二呼叫网络发起紧急呼叫请求,包括:
    当所述失败原因指示为所述第一接入网络出现异常,根据所述失败原因使所述第一USIM卡注册至所述第二接入网络,并通过所述第一USIM卡向所述第二接入网络发起紧急呼叫请求。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的紧急呼叫方法,其中,所述第一接入网络的网络制式与所述第二接入网络的网络制式不相同。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的紧急呼叫方法,其中,所述终端还安装有第二USIM卡,所述第一呼叫网络包括第一接入网络和第一核心网络,所述第二呼叫网络包括第二核心网络,所述第一USIM卡和所述第二USIM卡均注册到所述第一接入网络,所述根据所述失败原因通过第二呼叫网络发起紧急呼叫请求,包括:
    当所述失败原因指示为所述第一核心网络出现异常,根据所述失败原因利用所述第二USIM卡通过所述第一接入网络向所述第二核心网络发起紧急呼叫请求。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的紧急呼叫方法,其中,所述终端还安装有第二USIM卡,所述第一呼叫网络包括第一接入网络和第一核心网络,所述第二呼叫网络包括第二接入网络和第二核心网络,所述第一USIM卡和所述第二USIM卡均注册到所述第一接入网络,所述根据所述失败原因通过第二呼叫网络发起紧急呼叫请求,包括:
    当所述失败原因指示为所述第一核心网络出现异常,根据所述失败原因使所述第二USIM卡注册至所述第二接入网络,并利用所述第二USIM卡通过所述第二接入网络向所述第二核心网络发起紧急呼叫请求。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5任意一项所述的紧急呼叫方法,其中,还包括:
    获取用于发起呼叫请求的拨号信息,当根据所述拨号信息确定所述呼叫请求为所述紧急呼叫请求,显示一个拨号按键。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的紧急呼叫方法,其中,还包括:
    当获取到表示所述拨号按键被触发的触发信息,通过所述第一USIM卡发起连接所述第一呼叫网络的所述紧急呼叫请求。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的紧急呼叫方法,其中,所述终端还安装有第二USIM卡,所述通过所述第一USIM卡发起连接所述第一呼叫网络的所述紧急呼叫请求,包括:
    当所述第一USIM卡所归属的核心网所支持的第一紧急呼叫能力大于所述第二USIM卡所归属的核心网所支持的第二紧急呼叫能力,通过所述第一USIM卡发起连接所述第一呼叫网络的所述紧急呼叫请求。
  9. 一种终端,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在存储器上并可在处理器上运行的计算机程序,其中,所述处理器执行所述计算机程序时实现如权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的紧急呼叫方法。
  10. 一种计算机可读存储介质,存储有计算机可执行指令,其中,所述计算机可执行指令用于执行权利要求1至8中任意一项所述的紧急呼叫方法。
