由于储液袋在张开和收纳的过程中,储液袋的开口会与台面碰撞、挤压,对其进行增厚设计,能够提高储液袋的使用寿命。
在进一步的技术方案中,所述导管灌流槽的侧面设置有多功能槽,所述多功能槽与导管灌流槽之间可转动的设置有盖板。
通过设置多功能槽,进一步的方便术者进行器械的放置,同时设置盖板,在术中可以将盖板翻转至导管灌流槽的上方将导管灌流槽的上方封堵,避免液体飞溅。
在进一步的技术方案中,所述多功能槽上设置有锐器收纳盒固定装置。
由于介入手术中的锐器通常需要放置在锐器收纳盒中,通过在多功能槽上设置锐器收纳盒固定装置,使得锐器收纳盒可以直接放置在多功能槽上,方便拿取。
在进一步的技术方案中,所述多功能槽的底部通过导流槽与导管灌流槽连 通。
由于可能存在术中污染液体进入多功能槽不方便收集的问题,在本方案中,将多功能槽和导管灌流槽通过导流槽连通,使得流入多功能槽的污染液体可以通过导流槽进入导管灌流槽,最终统一被收集,进一步的提高了污染液体收集的效果。
在进一步的技术方案中,所述台面的顶部还设置有收纳区。
通过在台面上设置收纳区,方便术者存放及取用相关器材,简化了术中的操作,有利于介入治疗规范化操作。
在进一步的技术方案中,所述收纳区包括导丝分类收纳盒固定槽、量杯固定槽和注射器固定仓。
通过在收纳区设置导丝分类收纳盒固定槽、量杯固定槽和注射器固定仓,使得术中常用的导丝、量杯和注射器能够方便存取,提高效率。
在进一步的技术方案中,所述收纳区的底部通过导流槽与导管灌流槽连通。
由于可能存在术中污染液体进入收纳区不方便收集的问题,在本方案中,将收纳区和导管灌流槽通过导流槽连通,使得流入收纳区的污染液体可以通过导流槽进入导管灌流槽,最终统一被收集,进一步的提高了污染液体收集的效果。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的工作台通过设置底面倾斜的导管灌流槽,在导管灌流槽上设置导管前端固定装置和导管尾端固定装置,在导管灌流槽的最低处通过外引流槽连接液体收集装置,通过这种方式,可以很方便的对导管进行固定安装,同时污染液体能够被完全的收集到液体收集装置中,效率高、便于操作。
2、通过设置固定柱,导管在固定时,可以将导管的头部卡嵌在两个固定柱 之间,导管受到固定柱和固定球的双向限位,更加稳定,设置若干固定柱使得导管前端固定装置能够同时固定多根导管,方便术中操作。
3、通过设置固定片和导管固定孔,使得导管在固定时,可以将导管的尾端卡嵌入导管固定孔,导管固定孔沿导管安置方向设置,使得导管尾端固定装置对导管尾部的固定为面状覆盖式固定,固定的效果更好。
4、由于工作台的长度不能无限制提高,将导管灌流槽的一端弯曲,使得在工作台的长度不变的前提下能够提高导管灌流槽的长度,使得导管的安置更加方便,同时污染液体能够更好的收集。
5、将固定片与导管灌流槽朝向相同的弯曲,使得导管在导管灌流槽中的延伸方向与导管灌流槽相同,避免了污染液体冲击在导管灌流槽的弯曲表面造成溅射,有利于污染液体的收集。
6、由于储液袋是突出于台面底部的,设置袋型结构而非硬质结构有利于工作台本身的收纳,通过设置与外引流槽对应的储液袋,保证了污染液体能够被完全的收集,同时储液袋的可收纳设计使得在不使用时方便被收纳。
7、通过设置U形滑轨,一方面能够保证储液袋的张开,同时方便对储液袋进行收纳。
8、由于储液袋在张开和收纳的过程中,储液袋的开口会与台面碰撞、挤压,对其进行增厚设计,能够提高储液袋的使用寿命。
9、通过设置多功能槽,进一步的方便术者进行器械的放置,同时设置盖板,在术中可以将盖板翻转至导管灌流槽的上方将导管灌流槽的上方封堵,避免液体飞溅。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
实施例1:
如图1-图4所示,一种介入手术工作台,包括台面10,台面10的顶部设置有导管灌流槽50,导管灌流槽50的一端延伸至台面10的边缘处,且台面10的边缘处对应导管灌流槽50设置有联通导管灌流槽50与台面10外部的外引流槽53,台面10的底部对应外引流槽53设置有液体收集装置70;
导管灌流槽50的底面朝向外引流槽53倾斜,导管灌流槽50内设置有导管 前端固定装置51和导管尾端固定装置52,导管前端固定装置51设置在导管尾端固定装置52和外引流槽53之间。
本实施例的工作台通过设置底面倾斜的导管灌流槽50,在导管灌流槽50上设置导管前端固定装置51和导管尾端固定装置52,在导管灌流槽50的最低处通过外引流槽53连接液体收集装置70,通过这种方式,可以很方便的对导管进行固定安装,同时污染液体能够被完全的收集到液体收集装置70中,效率高、便于操作。
在另外一个实施例中,台面10的顶部还设置有收纳区。
介入手术不同于传统手术,大多数手术过程中没有器械护士整理术中使用的器材,所用器材按术者习惯摆放在工作台面10。其不足之处在于:1、不利于介入治疗规范化操作;2、手术进程受影响,术者需要花大量时间整理、辨认、取放介入器材;3、器材容易从台面10滑落,导致器材污染。
介于此,本实施例通过在台面10上设置收纳区,方便术者存放及取用相关器材,简化了术中的操作,有利于介入治疗规范化操作。
在另外一个实施例中,如图1-图3所示,收纳区包括导丝分类收纳盒固定槽40、量杯固定槽30和注射器固定仓20。
在本实施例中,导丝分类收纳盒固定槽40设有两个,量杯固定槽30设有六个。注射器固定仓20上设置有四个注射器的卡位。
通过在收纳区设置导丝分类收纳盒固定槽40、量杯固定槽30和注射器固定仓20,使得术中常用的导丝、量杯和注射器能够方便存取,提高效率。
在另外一个实施例中,如图2和图4所示,收纳区的底部通过导流槽与导管灌流槽50连通。
在本实施例中,注射器固定仓20的底部通过第一导流槽11与导管灌流槽 50连通,量杯固定槽30的底部通过第二导流槽12与导管灌流槽50连通。
由于可能存在术中污染液体进入收纳区不方便收集的问题,在本实施例中,将收纳区和导管灌流槽50通过导流槽连通,使得流入收纳区的污染液体可以通过导流槽进入导管灌流槽50,最终统一被收集,进一步的提高了污染液体收集的效果。
在另外一个实施例中,如图1-图3所示,导管灌流槽50的侧面设置有多功能槽60,多功能槽60与导管灌流槽50之间可转动的设置有盖板61。
通过设置多功能槽60,进一步的方便术者进行器械的放置,同时设置盖板61,在术中可以将盖板61翻转至导管灌流槽50的上方将导管灌流槽50的上方封堵,避免液体飞溅。
在本实施例中,如图6所示,导管灌流槽50与多功能槽60之间的隔板的顶部设置有转向套612,盖板61的一侧面设置有转向柱611,转向柱611可旋转的设置在转向套612内,实现盖板61的旋转。
在本实施例中,盖板61是透明的,透明的盖板61方便盖板61旋转至导管灌流槽50上方时术者可以观察到导管灌流槽50内部的情况。
在另外一个实施例中,如图1-图3所示,多功能槽60上设置有锐器收纳盒固定装置62。
由于介入手术中的锐器通常需要放置在锐器收纳盒中,通过在多功能槽60上设置锐器收纳盒固定装置62,使得锐器收纳盒可以直接放置在多功能槽60上,方便拿取。
在另外一个实施例中,多功能槽60的底部通过导流槽与导管灌流槽50连通。
由于可能存在术中污染液体进入多功能槽60不方便收集的问题,在本方案 中,将多功能槽60和导管灌流槽50通过导流槽连通,使得流入多功能槽60的污染液体可以通过导流槽进入导管灌流槽50,最终统一被收集,进一步的提高了污染液体收集的效果。
在另外一个实施例中,多功能槽60的底面朝向其与导管灌流槽50连通的导流槽倾斜。
将多功能槽60的底面设置倾斜,能够保证多功能槽60中的污染液体能够在重力的作用下全部流入导管灌流槽50,进一步的提高了污染液体收集的效果。
在另外一个实施例中,如图6所示,导管前端固定装置51包括若干固定柱511,固定柱511的底部设置在导管灌流槽50的底面上,固定柱511的顶部设置有固定球512。
通过设置固定柱511,导管在固定时,可以将导管的头部卡嵌在两个固定柱511之间,导管受到固定柱511和固定球512的双向限位,更加稳定,设置若干固定柱511使得导管前端固定装置51能够同时固定多根导管,方便术中操作。
在另外一个实施例中,如图5所示,导管尾端固定装置52包括若干固定片521,固定片521上沿导管安置方向设置有导管固定孔522。
通过设置固定片521和导管固定孔522,使得导管在固定时,可以将导管的尾端卡嵌入导管固定孔522,导管固定孔522沿导管安置方向设置,使得导管尾端固定装置52对导管尾部的固定为面状覆盖式固定,固定的效果更好。
在另外一个实施例中,如图5所示,导管固定孔522开设在所有固定片521的相同一侧。
相同一侧方便操作。
在另外一个实施例中,如图1所示,导管灌流槽50靠近导管尾端固定装置52的一端弯曲设置。
由于工作台的长度不能无限制提高,将导管灌流槽50的一端弯曲,使得在工作台的长度不变的前提下能够提高导管灌流槽50的长度,使得导管的安置更加方便,同时污染液体能够更好的收集。
在另外一个实施例中,如图1、图3和图5所示,固定片521弯曲设置,固定片521的弯曲方向与导管灌流槽50的弯曲方向相同。
将固定片521与导管灌流槽50朝向相同的弯曲,使得导管在导管灌流槽50中的延伸方向与导管灌流槽50相同,避免了污染液体冲击在导管灌流槽50的弯曲表面造成溅射,有利于污染液体的收集。
在另外一个实施例中,如图7-图9所示,液体收集装置70包括储液袋75,储液袋75的顶部开口,且开口与外引流槽53对应,储液袋75为可收纳结构。
由于储液袋75是突出于台面10底部的,设置袋型结构而非硬质结构有利于工作台本身的收纳,通过设置与外引流槽53对应的储液袋75,保证了污染液体能够被完全的收集,同时储液袋75的可收纳设计使得在不使用时方便被收纳。
在另外一个实施例中,如图7-图9所示,储液袋75的顶部开口上设置有U形滑轨71,U形滑轨71与台面10的底部可滑动的连接,储液袋75的开口的一端固定,储液袋75的开口的另一端套设在U形滑轨71上。
具体的,台面10的底部对应U形滑轨71开有滑槽,U形滑轨71通过滑槽插入台面10的内部,U形滑轨71的端部设置有导块73,台面10的底部对应导块73开有导槽74,在滑槽的中部开有中间槽72,中间槽72延伸出台面10的底部,储液袋75的顶部开口的一端套设在位于中间槽72的U形滑轨71上,储液袋75的顶部开口的另一端套设在位于台面10外部的U形滑轨71上。
如此设置,需要接液时,将U形滑轨71在向外滑动,储液袋75的顶部即张开接液,需要收纳时,将U形滑轨71向内推动,储液袋75的顶部即收拢, 由于储液袋75的一端套设在中间槽72处,储液袋75在这一端不动,储液袋75仅在U形滑轨71位于外面外部的部分张开及收拢。
通过设置U形滑轨71,一方面能够保证储液袋75的张开,同时方便对储液袋75进行收纳。
在另外一个实施例中,储液袋75的顶部开口靠近台面10处增厚。
由于储液袋75在张开和收纳的过程中,储液袋75的开口会与台面10碰撞、挤压,对其进行增厚设计,能够提高储液袋75的使用寿命。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种介入手术工作台,其特征在于,包括台面,所述台面的顶部设置有导管灌流槽,所述导管灌流槽的一端延伸至台面的边缘处,且所述台面的边缘处对应导管灌流槽设置有联通导管灌流槽与台面外部的外引流槽,所述台面的底部对应外引流槽设置有液体收集装置;
    所述导管灌流槽的底面朝向外引流槽倾斜,所述导管灌流槽内设置有导管前端固定装置和导管尾端固定装置,所述导管前端固定装置设置在导管尾端固定装置和外引流槽之间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种介入手术工作台,其特征在于,所述导管前端固定装置包括若干固定柱,所述固定柱的底部设置在导管灌流槽的底面上,所述固定柱的顶部设置有固定球。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种介入手术工作台,其特征在于,所述导管尾端固定装置包括若干固定片,所述固定片上沿导管安置方向设置有导管固定孔。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种介入手术工作台,其特征在于,所述导管灌流槽靠近导管尾端固定装置的一端弯曲设置。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种介入手术工作台,其特征在于,所述固定片弯曲设置,所述固定片的弯曲方向与导管灌流槽的弯曲方向相同。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种介入手术工作台,其特征在于,所述液体收集装置包括储液袋,所述储液袋的顶部开口,且所述开口与外引流槽对应,所述储液袋为可收纳结构。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种介入手术工作台,其特征在于,所述储液袋的顶部开口上设置有U形滑轨,所述U形滑轨与台面的底部可滑动的连接,所述储液袋的开口的一端固定,所述储液袋的开口的另一端套设在U形滑轨上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种介入手术工作台,其特征在于,所述储液袋 的顶部开口靠近台面处增厚。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种介入手术工作台,其特征在于,所述导管灌流槽的侧面设置有多功能槽,所述多功能槽与导管灌流槽之间可转动的设置有盖板。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的一种介入手术工作台,其特征在于,所述台面的顶部还设置有收纳区。
