本治理方法中,作为奖励发放的智能合约支付系统通证设定总发行量固定,发放随时间递减,如图5所示,以智能合约支付系统通证设定总发行量固定为210万个为例,根据规则设计在一定的区块高度发放指定区块奖励,即基于该智能合约支付系统所在公链的区块高度,每达到预设区块高度,则向符合条件的账户发放奖励。通证每2年减半,共计发行12年,最后2年不设减半。区块间隔是固定的,预计区块每分钟产生一个,每1440个区块统一发放奖励。
因系统规定通过质押才能获取商家资格的特性,故设计在系统创世区块(Genesis Blockchain)诞生时,同时诞生的创世商家(Genesis Seller)将作为系统的第一个商家。创世商家是指通过区块链技术和智能合约构建的,以数字胶囊支付方式完成收款功能的,用户可使用稳定币通证在上面购买Layer 1通证的去中心化在线销售平台,创世商家将以社区合作伙伴形式成为数字胶囊系统的一份子,并将持续经营。创世商家将在首次区块奖励发放后,立即开启智能合约支付系统通证的在线销售功能,并在后期跟进社区意愿实现民主发展和治理。
在治理方法中,智能胶囊系统将有节奏地开放入驻商家类别和目录,只有符合规定目录场景下的商家才能实现入驻,而守规经营的商家才能长期使用智能胶囊产品,不符合规定的商家将被驱逐。 当有商家被质疑作恶时,通过持有所述智能合约支付系统通证的账户按照其持有量进行投票,若投票结果为认定该商家作恶,则取消该商家的收款资格并罚没其质押的通证。
进一步,若所述投票结果并未认定该商家作恶,则维持商家原有权限,并且若该商家再次被质疑作恶,则使用预言机(Oracle)网络进行判断。若预言机(Oracle)网络判断该商家作恶,则取消该商家的收款资格并罚没其质押的通证。被罚没的通证存入黑洞账户,所述黑洞账户不具备转出通证功能。存入黑洞账户的智能合约支付系统通证将定期公告,并能够在所述黑洞账户中查询。
此外,可选的,若前次投票结果并未认定该商家作恶,且商家再次被质疑作恶,可进行再次投票,且每次按比例上浮其被认定非作恶的投票比例。
预言机(Oracle)是为区块链智能合约提供外部数据源的一类智能合约系统简称,以太坊之前区块链只支持简单的转账脚本,比如比特币转账,直到以太坊智能合约出现,开始支持图灵完备编程,复杂业务逻辑可以通过智能合约代码在虚拟机中执行。以太坊实现了区块链应用从加密货币到加密商业的升级,才有各种区块链重构商业的可能性。
预言机的运行机制:当区块链上的某个智能合约有数据交互需求时,预言机在接收到需求后,帮助智能合约在链外收集外界数据,验证后再将获取的数据反馈回链上的智能合约。预言机本身也可能包含一个Oraclize的智能合约。
所述智能合约支付系统能够被集成于任何商家系统。智能胶囊帮助用户和商家之间完成通证交换、商品流转或服务传递的过程。它可以集成在商家平台,如图3所示,用户通过持有的通证钱包在手机端、电脑端等多平台为商家支付通证,并实时获取支付成功反馈的信息,完成流畅、安全的支付过程。
总之,以上所述仅为本说明书实施例的较佳实施例而已,并非用于限定本说明书实施例的保护范围。凡在本说明书实施例的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本说明书实施例的保护范围之内。
上述实施例阐明的系统、装置、模块或单元,具体可以由计算机芯片或实体实现,或者由具有某种功能的产品来实现。一种典型的实现设备为计算机。具体的,计算机例如可以为个人计算机、膝上型计算机、蜂窝电话、相机电话、智能电话、个人数字助理、媒体播放器、导航设备、电子邮件设备、游戏控制台、平板计算机、可穿戴设备或者这些设备中的任何设备的组合。
计算机可读介质包括永久性和非永久性、可移动和非可移动媒体可以由任何方法或技术来实现信息存储。信息可以是计算机可读指令、数据结构、程序的模块或其他数据。计算机的存储介质的例子包括,但不限于相变内存(PRAM)、静态随机存取存储器(SRAM)、动态随机存取存储器(DRAM)、其他类型的随机存取存储器(RAM)、只读存储器(ROM)、电可擦除可编程只读存储器(EEPROM)、快闪记忆体或其他内存技术、只读光盘只读存储器(CD-ROM)、数字多功能光盘(DVD)或其他光学存储、磁盒式磁带,磁带磁磁盘存储或其他磁性存储设备或任何其他非传输介质,可用于存储可以被计算 设备访问的信息。按照本文中的界定,计算机可读介质不包括暂存电脑可读媒体(transitory media),如调制的数据信号和载波。
还需要说明的是,术语“包括”、“包含”或者其任何其他变体意在涵盖非排他性的包含,从而使得包括一系列要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备不仅包括那些要素,而且还包括没有明确列出的其他要素,或者是还包括为这种过程、方法、商品或者设备所固有的要素。在没有更多限制的情况下,由语句“包括一个……”限定的要素,并不排除在包括所述要素的过程、方法、商品或者设备中还存在另外的相同要素。
本说明书实施例中的各个实施例均采用递进的方式描述,各个实施例之间相同相似的部分互相参见即可,每个实施例重点说明的都是与其他实施例的不同之处。尤其,对于系统实施例而言,由于其基本相似于方法实施例,所以描述的比较简单,相关之处参见方法实施例的部分说明即可。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种基于区块链的智能合约支付系统的治理方法,包括:
    初始化所述智能合约支付系统,并在所述智能合约支付系统集成一个去中心化通证交换平台,所述通证交换平台是所述智能合约支付系统完成交易的第一个商家;
    至少一个账户根据订单信息通过智能合约支付系统向至少一个具有收款权限的账户转出通证;其中,账户能够在所述智能合约支付系统中质押所述智能合约支付系统通证后,获得收款权限,且具有收款权限的账户的收款限额与其质押的智能合约支付系统通证相关联;所述通证交换平台直接具有收款权限,并且在发放奖励时,所述智能合约支付系统自动扣除与其收款限额对应的智能合约支付系统通证数量用于质押;
    所述具有收款权限的账户通过智能合约支付系统即时获得通证,完成交易;
    所述智能合约支付系统周期性的向符合条件的账户发放智能合约支付系统通证作为支付奖励;
    在首次发放奖励后,在所述通证交换平台开启所述智能合约支付系统通证的交换功能;
    其中,当有商家被质疑作恶时,通过持有所述智能合约支付系统通证的账户按照其持有量进行投票,若投票结果为认定该商家作恶,则取消该商家的收款资格并罚没其质押的通证。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的治理方法,其特征在于,若所述投票结果并未认定该商家作恶,则维持商家原有权限,并且若该商家再次被质疑作恶,则使用预言机(Oracle)网络进行判断。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的治理方法,其特征在于,若预言机(Oracle)网络判断该商家作恶,则取消该商家的收款资格并罚没其质押的通证。
  4. 根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述的治理方法,其特征在于,被罚没的通证存入黑洞账户,所述黑洞账户不具备转出通证功能。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的治理方法,其特征在于,已通过质押所述智能合约系统通证入驻的商户不能拒绝其他商户质押所述智能合约系统通证。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的治理方法,其特征在于,当新商户请求质押所述智能合约系统通证时,通过持有所述智能合约支付系统通证的账户按照其持有量进行投票,若投票通过,则允许该新商户质押所述智能合约系统通证获得收款权限。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的治理方法,其特征在于,符合条件的账户至少包括:在前次预设区块高度到本次预设区块高度的区间内,通过智能合约支付系统完成交易的账户,以及在所述智能合约支付系统质押所述智能合约支付系统通证的账户;发放奖励的规则至少包括:根据每个账户的通证转出和/或转入和/或质押数量以及所述区间内交易数据总和,向符合条件的账户发放奖励;且发放的智能合约支付系统通证随时间递减。
  8. 一种电子设备,包括:存储器、处理器及存储在所述存储器上并可在所述处理器上运行的计算 机程序,所述计算机程序被所述处理器执行权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法。
  9. 一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质存储一个或多个程序,所述一个或多个程序当被包括多个应用程序的电子设备执行时,使得所述电子设备执行权利要求1-7中任一项所述的方法。
