一种具有计数功能的移液器 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种移液器,具体涉及一种具有计数功能的移液器。
背景技术
移液器,又被叫做是移液枪,常用于实验室中进行少量或者是微量液体的移取,具有不同的规格,不同规格配套使用不同的枪头,是一种精密的仪器。
现有的移液器调节麻烦,部分移液器每用一次都需要进行一次校准,严重影响了工作效率。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,而提出的一种具有计数功能的移液器,该移液器调节方便快捷,使用时直接进行相应调节,有效提高了工作效率。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型采用了如下技术方案:本实用新型提供了一种具有计数功能的移液器,包括移液器壳体、移液器腔体、移液件、刻度螺旋和吸嘴,所述移液器壳体与移液器腔体之间形成一个空腔,所述移液件与所述移液器腔体内壁滑动连接,所述刻度螺旋套在所述移液件上,所述吸嘴固定连接于所述移液器壳体底部。
通过上述技术方案,刻度螺旋套在移液件上,通过螺纹连接,便于旋转调节,刻度螺旋沿移液件转动一圈,所运动的距离为液器壳体上刻度线标注的一个刻度,移液件沿移液器腔体运动,通过吸嘴进行液体的吸入和排出,使用时直接进行相应调节,有效提高了工作效率。
优选的,移液器壳体上端固定设夹持手柄,所述移液器壳体上表面刻有参考线,所述移液器壳体侧面上刻有刻度线。
通过上述技术方案,移液器壳体上表面刻有参考线便于调节校正,移液器壳体上便面的刻度线便于直观读数,进一步的提高了工作效率。
优选的,所述移液件包括推柄、螺纹杆、连接块和橡皮活塞,所述螺纹杆一端固定连接推柄,另一端与所述连接块固定连接,所述连接块与所述橡皮活塞固定连接,所述橡皮活塞置于所述移液器腔体内部,且与所述移液器腔体内壁滑动连接。
通过上述技术方案,推柄推动螺纹杆运动,螺纹杆通过连接块推动橡皮活塞运动,实现液体的推出。
优选的,所述刻度螺旋上刻有刻度线。
通过上述技术方案,刻度螺旋沿移液件转动一圈,所运动的距离为液器壳体上刻度线标注的一个刻度,刻度螺旋上的刻度线间隔相等,可进行不同刻度调节,使调节更加的精准。
优选的,所述吸嘴包括针嘴座和针嘴,所述针嘴座一端与所述针嘴固定连接,另一端与所述移液器壳体固定连接。
通过上述技术方案,通过针嘴进行液体的吸入和排出,针嘴座使针嘴更加牢固,不易折断。
优选的,所述移液器壳体和移液器腔体均为透光材质。
通过上述技术方案,便于读数,便于观察,进一步的使读数准确快捷,提高了工作效率。
有益效果:
该移液器刻度螺旋套在移液件上,通过螺纹连接,便于旋转调节,刻度螺旋沿移液件转动一圈,所运动的距离为液器壳体上刻度线标注的一个刻度,调节方便快捷,移液件沿移液器腔体运动,通过吸嘴进行液体的吸入和排出,使 用时直接进行相应调节,有效提高了工作效率。

参照图1至图4所示,本实用新型提供了一种具有计数功能的移液器,包括移液器壳体1、移液器腔体2、移液件3、刻度螺旋4和吸嘴5,所述移液器壳体1与移液器腔体2之间形成一个空腔,所述移液件3与所述移液器腔体2内壁滑动连接,所述刻度螺旋4套在所述移液件3上,所述吸嘴5固定连接于所述移液器壳体1底部。
具体的,刻度螺旋4套在移液件3上,通过螺纹连接,便于旋转调节,刻度螺旋4沿移液件3转动一圈,所运动的距离为液器壳体1上刻度线标注的一个刻度,移液件3沿移液器腔体2运动,通过吸嘴5进行液体的吸入和排出, 使用时直接进行相应调节,有效提高了工作效率。
参照图1所示,移液器壳体1上端固定设夹持手柄11,所述移液器壳体1上表面刻有参考线,所述移液器壳体1侧面上刻有刻度线。
具体的,移液器壳体1上表面刻有参考线便于调节校正以及,移液器壳体1上便面的刻度线便于直观读数,进一步的提高了工作效率。
参照图1和图2所示,所述移液件3包括推柄31、螺纹杆32、连接块33和橡皮活塞34,所述螺纹杆32一端固定连接推柄31,另一端与所述连接块33固定连接,所述连接块33与所述橡皮活塞34固定连接,所述橡皮活塞34置于所述移液器腔体2内部,且与所述移液器腔体2内壁滑动连接。
具体的,推柄31推动螺纹杆32运动,螺纹杆32通过连接块33推动橡皮活塞34运动,实现液体的推出。
参照图1和图4所示,所述刻度螺旋4上刻有刻度线。
具体的,刻度螺旋4沿移液件3转动一圈,所运动的距离为液器壳体1上刻度线标注的一个刻度,刻度螺旋4上的刻度线间隔相等,可进行不同刻度调节,使调节更加的精准。
参考图1所示,所述吸嘴5包括针嘴座51和针嘴52,所述针嘴座51一端与所述针嘴52固定连接,另一端与所述移液器壳体1固定连接。
具体的,通过针嘴52进行液体的吸入和排出,针嘴座51使针嘴52更加牢固,不易折断。
参照图1所示,所述移液器壳体1和移液器腔体2均为透光材质。
具体的,便于读数,便于观察,进一步的使读数准确快捷,提高了工作效率。
工作原理如下:
移液器工作过程中,工作人员调节刻度螺旋4,通过旋转圈数对移出液体进行计数,使调节螺旋4与液器壳体1远离,刻度螺旋4旋转一圈,对应位移是液器壳体1上的一个刻度,调到适当位置后,工作人员按压推柄31,推柄31推动螺纹杆32运动,螺纹杆32通过连接块33推动橡皮活塞34运动,橡皮活塞34推动液体,液体通过针嘴52流出,每次工作只需要调节刻度螺旋4,即可进行下一次注射。

  1. 一种具有计数功能的移液器,其特征在于:该移液器包括移液器壳体(1)、移液器腔体(2)、移液件(3)、刻度螺旋(4)和吸嘴(5),所述移液器壳体(1)与移液器腔体(2)之间形成一个空腔,所述移液件(3)与所述移液器腔体(2)内壁滑动连接,所述刻度螺旋(4)套在所述移液件(3)上,所述吸嘴(5)固定连接于所述移液器壳体(1)底部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有计数功能的移液器,其特征在于:移液器壳体(1)上端固定设夹持手柄(11),所述移液器壳体(1)上表面刻有参考线,所述移液器壳体(1)侧面上刻有刻度线。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有计数功能的移液器,其特征在于:所述移液件(3)包括推柄(31)、螺纹杆(32)、连接块(33)和橡皮活塞(34),所述螺纹杆(32)一端固定连接推柄(31),另一端与所述连接块(33)固定连接,所述连接块(33)与所述橡皮活塞(34)固定连接,所述橡皮活塞(34)置于所述移液器腔体(2)内部,且与所述移液器腔体(2)内壁滑动连接。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有计数功能的移液器,其特征在于:所述刻度螺旋(4)上刻有刻度线。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的一种具有计数功能的移液器,其特征在于:所述吸嘴(5)包括针嘴座(51)和针嘴(52),所述针嘴座(51)一端与所述针嘴(52)固定连接,另一端与所述移液器壳体(1)固定连接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种具有计数功能的移液器,其特征在于:所述移液器壳体(1)和移液器腔体(2)均为透光材质。
