- 복수의 전지셀이 적층된 전지셀 적층체, 상기 전지셀 적층체를 수납하는 모듈 프레임 및 상기 모듈 프레임의 바닥부 아래에 위치하는 냉각 플레이트를 포함하는 복수의 전지 모듈,상기 복수의 전지 모듈을 수납하는 팩 프레임,상기 복수의 전지 모듈 중에서 상하로 적층된 제1 전지 모듈과 제2 전지 모듈 각각의 하측에 형성된 제1 냉각 플레이트와 제2 냉각 플레이트, 및상기 제1 냉각 플레이트와 상기 제2 냉각 플레이트를 연결하고, 상기 제1 전지 모듈의 일측부를 따라 형성되는 냉각 파이프를 포함하는 전지팩.
- 제1항에서,상기 냉각 파이프의 상단과 하단 중 적어도 하나에는 적어도 하나의 마운팅 부재가 결합되어 있는 전지팩.
- 제2항에서,상기 냉각 파이프의 상단부와 하단부 중 적어도 하나에는 상기 마운팅 부재가 장착되는 탭핑부(tapping portion)가 형성되어 있는 전지팩.
- 제3항에서,상기 냉각 파이프의 중앙부에는 냉매가 흐르는 냉각 유로가 형성되는 전지팩.
- 제4항에서,상기 냉각 유로는, 상기 적어도 하나의 마운팅 부재가 배열되어 있는 방향을 따라 뻗어 있는 전지팩.
- 제4항에서,상기 제1 전지 모듈의 일측부를 덮는 제1 모듈 커버와 상기 제2 전지 모듈의 일측부를 덮는 제2 모듈 커버를 더 포함하고,상기 제1 모듈 커버는, 상기 제1 모듈 커버로부터 상기 냉각 파이프의 하단으로 돌출된 제1 돌출 커버를 포함하고, 상기 제2 모듈 커버는 상기 제2 모듈 커버로부터 상기 냉각 파이프의 상단으로 돌출된 제2 돌출 커버를 포함하며,상기 제1 돌출 커버와 상기 제2 돌출 커버 사이에 상기 냉각 파이프가 위치하는 전지팩.
- 제6항에서,상기 마운팅 부재는 상기 제1 돌출 커버를 관통하여 상기 탭핑부에 장착되거나 상기 제2 돌출 커버를 관통하여 상기 탭핑부에 장착되는 전지팩.
- 제6항에서,상기 냉각 파이프의 상단부와 하단부 중 적어도 하나에는 복수의 홀부(hole portion)가 형성되고, 상기 홀부를 통해 상기 냉각 파이프의 냉매가 상기 제1 냉각 플레이트와 상기 제2 냉각 플레이트로 유입되는 전지팩.
- 제8항에서,상기 홀부는 상기 냉각 유로와 연통되는 전지팩.
- 제8항에서,상기 홀부에 대응하는 상기 제1 돌출 커버 부분 및 상기 제2 돌출 커버 부분에는 관통홀이 형성되고, 상기 관통홀에는 실링 부재가 형성되어 있는 전지팩.
- 제1항에서,상기 모듈 프레임의 바닥부는 상기 냉각 플레이트의 상부 플레이트를 구성하며, 상기 모듈 프레임의 바닥부가 상기 냉매와 접촉하는 전지팩.
- 제11항에서,상기 모듈 프레임은, 상기 모듈 프레임의 바닥부가 돌출되어 형성된 모듈 프레임 돌출부를 포함하고,상기 모듈 프레임 돌출부에는 실링 부재가 삽입되는 관통홀이 형성되어 있는 전지팩.
- 제12항에서,상기 냉각 플레이트는, 상기 냉각 플레이트의 일변으로부터 상기 모듈 프레임 돌출부가 위치한 부분으로 돌출된 냉각 플레이트 돌출부를 포함하는 전지팩.
