     前記申請者用端末からの要求を受信したときに、申請画面を前記申請者用端末に配信する、申請画面配信手段と、
     前記申請者用端末からの申請内容を登録する、保険加入申請受付手段と、
     多数の車両用部材の状態を特定する画像を保存する、車両用部材状態特定用画像保存手段と、
     前記申請内容に含まれる、車両の情報に関する画像と、前記車両用部材の画像とから、車両と、前記車両用部材とを識別する画像処理手段と、
     前記車両用部材の画像と前記車両用部材状態特定用画像保存手段に保存された多数の前記車両用部材の状態を特定する画像とを比較して、前記車両用部材の状態を特定する、車両用部材状態特定手段と、
