现有技术中,专利号为ZL201320293626。7的中国发明专利公开了一种智能坐便器集成机芯,包括底座模块,所述底座模块上从左往右依次固定有水加热模块、洗净模块、烘干模块及除臭模块,所述烘干模块与所述除臭模块的上方固定有控制模块,所述水加热模块集成有加热水箱、进水电磁阀及出水压力泵,所述洗净模块集成有水路分配器及洗净喷管,所述烘干模块集成有烘干风机、烘干风道及烘干加热器,所述除臭模块集成有除臭风机、除臭风道及除臭触媒,所述控制模块集成有主控器及电控电源。
此外,专利号为ZL201310200607。X的中国发明专利公开了一种便于拆装的智能坐便器,包括陶瓷底座,所述陶瓷底座上固定有安装底座,所述安装底座包括底托,所述底托的后方左侧通过左连接卡连接有左L卡,其后方右侧通过右连接卡连接有右L卡,所述底托与所述左连接卡与所述左L卡两两之间、所述底托与所述右连接卡与所述右L卡两两之间以及所述左连接卡与所述右连接卡之间分别采用便捷连接机构相连,所述左L卡与所述右L卡的上面安装有水箱,所述底托的上面安装有集成机芯;所述集成机芯包括底座模块,所述底座模块上从左往右依次固定有水加热模块、洗净模块、烘干模块及除臭模块,所述烘干模块与所述除臭模块的上方固定有控制模块,所述水加热模块集成有加热水箱、进水电磁阀及出水压力泵,所述洗净模块集成有水路分配器及洗净喷管,所述烘干模块集成有烘干风机、烘干风道及烘干加热器,所述除臭模块集成有除臭风机、除臭风道及除臭触媒,所述控制模块集成有主控器及电控电源。
虽然上述两个方案将智能坐便器的核心控制部分集成为集成机芯,并将集成机芯安装在可拆卸的安装底座上,使得各功能模块更独立,拆装更方便,集成机芯的各个功能部件可以自行独立升级换代,然而,这种智能坐便器几乎无法增加新的功能模块,功能拓展非常有限;且塑料基座与外壳的尺寸与结构设计时受到功能部件平铺安装的空间限制,导致智能坐便器整体的外观设计自由度低。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提供一种可拓展的智能坐便器,其装配 和维护简便,功能的拓展性强。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种可拓展的智能坐便器,包括马桶基座、机芯和上盖,
所述马桶基座的顶部设有第一开口和第二开口,所述第一开口的内壁向下延伸形成第一安装腔,所述第二开口的内壁向下延伸形成便池,所述上盖设置在所述第一安装腔的顶部;
所述机芯包括功能部件和安装支架,所述安装支架由上至下可抽离地设置在所述第一安装腔内,所述安装支架上纵向排列设有至少两个用于承载所述功能部件的承载板。
作为上述方案的改进,所述安装支架包括第一安装支架和第二安装支架,所述第一安装支架上纵向排列设有至少两个第一承载板,所述第二安装支架上纵向排列设有至少两个第二承载板;
所述第一安装支架和第二安装支架分别搭设在所述第一安装腔内,且所述第一安装支架及第二安装支架能单独从所述第一安装腔内抽离。
作为上述方案的改进,所述第一安装支架上相对设有第一滑槽,所述第一承载板的两端部伸入所述第一滑槽内,且与所述第一滑槽滑动配合;
所述第二安装支架上相对设有第二滑槽,所述第二承载板的两端部伸入所述第二滑槽内,且与所述第二滑槽滑动配合。
作为上述方案的改进,所述功能部件包括电源板、控制板和用于提供对人体和便池分别进行冲洗的冲洗用水的水路部件;

实施本发明,具有如下有益效果:
本发明公开了一种可拓展的智能坐便器,通过在马桶基座内设置向下延伸的第一安装腔和便池,在第一安装腔内设置安装支架,其中安装支架能够由上至下可抽离地设置在第一安装腔中,机芯整体的安装与维护更快捷方便,且功能部件的安装不再受限于上盖内腔尺寸大小,第一安装腔内的容纳量更大,为日后功能部件的加装提供了足够的安装空间;此外,安装支架上纵向排列设置至少两个用于承载功能部件的承载板,使功能部件均实现上下分层设置,改变了传统智能坐便器的功能部件进行平铺安装的方式,功能部件的布置达到由二维空间向三维空间转变的效果,大大增加了安装容量;同时,本发明这种纵向排列安装结构,对比传统智能坐便器的平铺安装结构,对智能坐便器的马桶基 座水平面面积及上盖厚度尺寸要求低,从而使得智能坐便器整体的外观设计更自由;通过在承载板或上加装其他功能部件,或者在安装支架上增加承载板来加装其他功能部件,均可以实现功能拓展,更利于智能坐便器的更新换代。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合附图对本发明作进一步地详细描述。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例提供了一种可拓展的智能坐便器的一实施例,包括马桶基座1、机芯2和上盖3,所述马桶基座1的顶部设有第一开口和第二开口,所述第一开口的内壁向下延伸形成第一安装腔11,所述第二开口的内壁向下延伸形成便池12,所述上盖3设置在所述第一安装腔11的顶部;所述机芯2包括功能部件和安装支架22,所述安装支架22由上至下可抽离地设置在所述第一安装腔11内,所述安装支架22上纵向排列设有至少两个用于承载所述功能部件的承载板221。
本实施例通过在马桶基座1内设置向下延伸的第一安装腔11和便池12,在第一安装腔11内设置安装支架22,其中安装支架22能够由上至下可抽离地设置在第一安装腔11中,机芯2整体的安装与维护更快捷方便,且功能部件的安装不再受限于上盖3内腔尺寸大小,第一安装腔11内的容纳量更大,为日后功能部件的加装提供了足够的安装空间;此外,安装支架22上纵向排列设置至少两个用于承载功能部件的承载板221,使功能部件均实现上下分层设置,改变了传统智能坐便器的功能部件进行平铺安装的方式,功能部件的布置达到由二维空间向三维空间转变的效果,大大增加了安装容量;同时,本实施例这种纵向 排列安装结构,对比传统智能坐便器的平铺安装结构,对智能坐便器的马桶基座1水平面面积及上盖3厚度尺寸要求低,从而使得智能坐便器整体的外观设计更自由;通过在承载板221或上加装其他功能部件,或者在安装支架22上增加承载板221来加装其他功能部件,均可以实现功能拓展,更利于智能坐便器的更新换代。
为方便功能部件的分区布局和分类维护,降低水路部件与电路部件之间的相互影响,本实施例优选在第一安装腔11内设置第一安装支架22a和第二安装支架22b,所述第一安装支架22a上纵向排列设有至少两个第一承载板221a,所述第二安装支架22b上纵向排列设有至少两个第二承载板221b;所述第一安装支架22a和第二安装支架22b分别搭设在所述第一安装腔11内,且所述第一安装支架22a及第二安装支架22b能单独从所述第一安装腔11内抽离。由此,第一安装支架22a及第二安装支架22b上的功能部件可以实现独自维护,将第一安装支架22a及第二安装支架22b之间的导线接头与管线接头拆开后,二者不会相互影响。
所述功能部件包括电源板211、控制板212和用于提供对人体和便池12分别进行冲洗的冲洗用水的水路部件213(如分水器、水泵、泡沫液箱等)。所述上盖3的内腔设有喷枪清洗机构(图中未示出),所述便池12上部设有洗刷孔(图中未示出),所述便池12的底部设有喷射孔(图中未示出)。
所述电源板211和控制板212分别设于不同的第一承载板221a上,所述水路部件213设于所述第二承载板221b上。由此,智能坐便器机芯2的水电部件天然分居不同的区域,实现了真正的水电分离。
所述喷枪清洗机构、洗刷孔及喷射孔分别通过管线与水路部件213连通,且不同第二承载板221b上的水路部件213之间通过管线接头及管线相连,所述电源板211、水路部件213和喷枪清洗机构分别与控制板212通过导线接头及导线相连。
为方便第一安装支架22a的各层第一承载板221a上的功能部件之间的线路连接,所述导线接头设于导线的端部,所述导线安装在导线槽内,所述导线槽竖向设置在第一安装支架22a上,所述导线接头设置在相邻两个第一承载板221a之间。同样地,为方便第二安装支架22b的各层第二承载板221b上的功能部件之间的线路连接,所述管线接头设于管线的端部,所述管线安装在管线槽内, 所述管线槽竖向设置在所述第二安装支架22b上,所述管线接头设置在相邻的两个第二承载板221b之间。
需要说明的是,本实施例所述的管线,可以是连接水管或连接导线,所述管线接头可以是水管接头或导线接头,对于带电的水路部件213之间的连接,除了连接水管上水管接头之间的连接,还包括连接导线上导线接头之间的连接。
此外,本实施例的功能部件还包括加热模块214、烘干模块215和除臭模块216,所述加热模块214用于加热对人体进行冲洗的冲洗用水,所述加热模块214设置在所述第二承载板221b上,所述烘干模块215和除臭模块216分别设置所述第一承载板221a上,所述加热模块214、烘干模块215和除臭模块216分别与所述控制板212相连。所述上盖3的内腔设有烘干风道(图中未示出)和除臭风道(图中未示出),所述烘干风道与所述烘干模块215相连,所述除臭风道与所述除臭模块216相连。
为方便功能部件的加装和功能部件的更新换代,所述第一安装支架22a上相对设有第一滑槽(图中未示出),所述第一承载板221a的两端部伸入所述第一滑槽内,且与所述第一滑槽滑动配合;所述第二安装支架22b上相对设有第二滑槽(图中未示出),所述第二承载板221b的两端部伸入所述第二滑槽内,且与所述第二滑槽滑动配合。通过使第一承载板221a与不同的第一滑槽配合,第二承载板221b与不同的第二滑槽配合,实现安装空间的高度调节,可以灵活适应不同尺寸大小的功能部件的安装空间需求,方便功能部件的加装和功能部件的更新换代。
优选地,本实施例的第一安装腔11内设有支撑架13,所述支撑架13通过螺栓与马桶基座1固定。所述支撑架13内设有上下贯通的安装口,所述第一安装支架22a和第二安装支架22b的底部分别穿过所述安装口且伸入所述第一安装腔11内,所述第一安装支架22a的顶部设有向外延伸的第一搭接部222a,所述第二安装支架22b的顶部设有向外延伸的第二搭接部222板,所述第一搭接部及第二搭接部分别搭设在所述支撑架13上。
由此,安装支架22悬挂在安装腔的支撑架13上,安装支架22的提升和放下不会对马桶基座1造成碰撞,可以有效保护马桶基座1。
还包括储水箱4,所述储水箱4容置在所述马桶基座1的第二安装腔14内,其中,所述第二安装腔14设于所述便池12的底部,且与所述第一安装腔11的 底部相通。
所述储水箱4包括水箱本体41和安装座42,所述安装座42在所述排污管的两侧相对设有滑槽,所述水箱本体41通过滑座安装在所述安装座42的滑槽上,所述水箱本体41相对于安装座42可滑动。由此,可以方便水箱本体41的安装,且在抽水时不会出现水泵引起水箱本体41一起振动,造成噪音的情形。
由于容置储水箱4的第二安装腔14与第一安装腔11的底部相通,当安装座42的滑槽足够短时,可以单独将水箱本体41从第二安装腔14、第一安装腔11滑动并斜向上提出,方便水箱本体41的维护。
本实施例的上盖3包括用于安装喷枪清洗机构的内壳及装饰盖,所述支撑架13的顶部设有固定卡扣131;在将上盖3装配至马桶基座1上时,先将所述内壳的底部与所述固定卡扣131相卡接,再将所述装饰盖与内壳通过磁吸固定。
综上所述,实施本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、通过在马桶基座1的第一安装腔11内设置安装支架22,其中安装支架22能够由上至下可抽离地设置在第一安装腔11中,机芯2整体的安装与维护更快捷方便;
2、功能部件的安装不再受限于上盖3内腔尺寸大小,第一安装腔11内的容纳量更大,为日后功能部件的加装提供了足够的安装空间;
3、安装支架22上纵向排列设置至少两个用于承载功能部件的承载板221,使功能部件均实现上下分层设置,改变了传统智能坐便器的功能部件进行平铺安装的方式,功能部件的布置达到由二维空间向三维空间转变的效果,大大增加了安装容量;
4、同时,本实施例这种纵向排列安装结构,对比传统智能坐便器的平铺安装结构,对智能坐便器的马桶基座1水平面面积及上盖3厚度尺寸要求低,从而使得智能坐便器整体的外观设计更自由;
5、通过在承载板221或上加装其他功能部件,或者在安装支架22上增加承载板221来加装其他功能部件,均可以实现功能拓展,更利于智能坐便器的更新换代。
6、相互独立的第一安装支架22a和第二安装支架22b上分别纵向排列设置第一承载板221a和第二承载板221b,机芯2的电源板211、控制板212设置在第一承载板221a上,水路部件213设置在第二承载板221b上,实现水、电分 离,降低了漏电风险;
7、承载板221与安装支架22滑动配合,在进行功能部件的安装和维护时,可以方便移动承载板221,减少他层功能部件的阻碍,操作起来更加方便;
8、在进行功能部件的拆装时,只需将每层承载板221上的功能部件直接与从过孔伸出的对应管线的接头对接或拆离即可,操作便利;
9、机芯2部分与上盖3相互独立,不存在联接,通过将安装支架22上提即可使机芯2整体与马桶基座1分离,马桶基座1、上盖3均不会影响到功能部件的拆装,功能部件的更换与维护操作更方便、自由;
10、安装支架22悬挂在安装腔的支撑架13上,安装支架22的提升和放下不会对马桶基座1造成碰撞,可以有效保护马桶基座1,且功能部件(尤其是电路部件)不容易受到安装腔底部潮湿环境的影响。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可拓展的智能坐便器,其特征在于,包括马桶基座、机芯和上盖,
    所述马桶基座的顶部设有第一开口和第二开口,所述第一开口的内壁向下延伸形成第一安装腔,所述第二开口的内壁向下延伸形成便池,所述上盖设置在所述第一安装腔的顶部;
    所述机芯包括功能部件和安装支架,所述安装支架由上至下可抽离地设置在所述第一安装腔内,所述安装支架上纵向排列设有至少两个用于承载所述功能部件的承载板。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的可拓展的智能坐便器,其特征在于,所述安装支架包括第一安装支架和第二安装支架,所述第一安装支架上纵向排列设有至少两个第一承载板,所述第二安装支架上纵向排列设有至少两个第二承载板;
    所述第一安装支架和第二安装支架分别搭设在所述第一安装腔内,且所述第一安装支架及第二安装支架能单独从所述第一安装腔内抽离。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的可拓展的智能坐便器,其特征在于,所述第一安装支架上相对设有第一滑槽,所述第一承载板的两端部伸入所述第一滑槽内,且与所述第一滑槽滑动配合;
    所述第二安装支架上相对设有第二滑槽,所述第二承载板的两端部伸入所述第二滑槽内,且与所述第二滑槽滑动配合。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的可拓展的智能坐便器,其特征在于,所述功能部件包括电源板、控制板和用于提供对人体和便池分别进行冲洗的冲洗用水的水路部件;
    所述上盖的内腔设有喷枪清洗机构,所述便池上部设有洗刷孔,所述便池的底部设有喷射孔;
    所述电源板和控制板分别设于不同的第一承载板上,所述水路部件设于所述第二承载板上,所述喷枪清洗机构、洗刷孔及喷射孔分别通过管线与水路部件连通,且不同第二承载板上的水路部件之间通过管线接头及管线相连,所述 电源板、水路部件和喷枪清洗机构分别与控制板通过导线接头及导线相连。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的可拓展的智能坐便器,其特征在于,所述导线接头设于导线的端部,所述导线安装在导线槽内,所述导线槽竖向设置在第一安装支架上,所述导线接头设置在相邻两个第一承载板之间;
    所述管线接头设于管线的端部,所述管线安装在管线槽内,所述管线槽竖向设置在所述第二安装支架上,所述管线接头设置在相邻的两个第二承载板之间。
  6. 如权利要求4或5所述的可拓展的智能坐便器,其特征在于,所述功能部件还包括加热模块、烘干模块和除臭模块,所述加热模块用于加热对人体进行冲洗的冲洗用水,所述加热模块设置在所述第二承载板上,所述烘干模块和除臭模块分别设置所述第一承载板上,所述加热模块、烘干模块和除臭模块分别与所述控制板相连。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的可拓展的智能坐便器,其特征在于,所述上盖的内腔设有烘干风道和除臭风道,所述烘干风道与所述烘干模块相连,所述除臭风道与所述除臭模块相连。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的可拓展的智能坐便器,其特征在于,所述第一安装腔内设有支撑架,所述支撑架内设有上下贯通的安装口;
    所述第一安装支架和第二安装支架的底部分别穿过所述安装口且伸入所述第一安装腔内,所述第一安装支架的顶部设有向外延伸的第一搭接部,所述第二安装支架的顶部设有向外延伸的第二搭接部,所述第一搭接部及第二搭接部分别搭设在所述支撑架上。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的可拓展的智能坐便器,其特征在于,还包括储水箱,所述储水箱容置在所述马桶基座的第二安装腔内,其中,所述第二安装腔设于所述便池的底部,且与所述第一安装腔的底部相通。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的可拓展的智能坐便器,其特征在于,所述储水箱包括水箱本体和安装座,所述安装座在所述排污管的两侧相对设有滑槽,所述水箱本体通过滑座安装在所述安装座的滑槽上,所述水箱本体相对于安装座可滑动。
