参考图7与图8所示,定义第一护角连接件2、第二护角连接件3上与旋转轴4位于同一侧为内侧面A,所述第一护角连接件2和第二护角连接件3的内侧面A粘胶连接有连接板9,所述连接板9上位于旋转轴4处设有第一弯折线10,在使用过程中,厚纸板1受到的挤压力直接传递至第一护角连接件2和第二护角连接件3的连接处,并通过第一护角连接件2和第二护角连接件3的内侧面A粘胶连接有连接板9,形成双重支撑结构,具体的,在厚纸板1受力时传递至第一护角连接件2与第二护角连接件3上,使得第一护角连接件2和第二护角连接件3的连接处以及连接板形成拉扯力,但在连接板9与第一护角连接件2和第二护角连接件3的粘合连接下和第一护角连接件2、第二护角连接件3与厚纸板1的包覆粘合下,使得该接驳装置和厚纸板1的连接结构稳定性好,该受力均分于各个连接处,从而提高其承受力度,利用该接驳装置进行试验,在第一 护角连接件2和第二护角连接件3的厚度在5mm时,其可承受在1吨重量以上。
该新型接驳装置在承受性能保持不变的基础上,其生产制备过程中,通过结构的改进,使得第一护角连接件2和第二护角连接件3的规格尺寸能够统一裁切弯折形成,加工便利性高,并且形成相互分离的第一护角连接件2和第二护角连接件3,以及其弯折形成的第一插槽100和第二插槽200的宽度尺寸固定,通过粘胶、缝制或者连接件将第一护角连接件2和第二护角连接件3连接后,再分别将其与厚纸板1粘合,由于第一插槽100和第二插槽200的宽度尺寸以及深度尺寸固定,便于其与厚纸板1的粘合,并且粘合的精确度高,防止第一护角连接件2、第二护角连接件3与厚纸板1偏移,再将连接板9与第一护角连接件2和第二护角连接件3粘合,由于连接件9上设置的第一弯折线10起到定位作用,使得其粘合难度低且精确度高,从而大大降低接驳装置与厚纸板1的连接难度。
尽管结合优选实施方案具体展示和介绍了本发明,但所属领域的技术人员应该明白,在不脱离所附权利要求书所限定的本发明的精神和范围内,在形式上和细节上可以对本发明做出各种变化,均为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (5)
- 一种用于厚纸板直角转弯的新型接驳装置,其特征在于:包括分别包覆于相邻两个厚纸板上相靠近部位的第一护角连接件和第二护角连接件,所述第一护角连接件和第二护角连接件上相接触/相靠近区域通过粘胶、缝制或者连接件连接,该连接区域形成旋转轴,使得两个厚纸板分别沿其转动,定义第一护角连接件、第二护角连接件上与旋转轴位于同一侧为内侧面,所述第一护角连接件和第二护角连接件的内侧面粘胶连接有连接板,所述连接板上位于旋转轴处设有第一弯折线。
- 根据权利要求1所述的用于厚纸板直角转弯的新型接驳装置,其特征在于:所述第一护角连接件沿其宽度方向依次包括第一部、第二部和第三部,所述第一部和第二部之间设有第二弯折线,所述第二部与第三部之间设有第三弯折线,所述第一护角连接件通过沿第二弯折线和第三弯折线弯折形成供厚纸板的横向一侧部插入的第一插槽。
- 根据权利要求1或2所述的用于厚纸板直角转弯的新型接驳装置,其特征在于:所述第二护角连接件沿其宽度方向依次包括第四部、第五部和第六部,所述第四部和第五部之间设有第四弯折线,所述第五部与第六部之间设有第五弯折线,所述第二护角连接件通过沿第四弯折线和第五弯折线弯折形成供厚纸板的横向一侧部插入的第二插槽。
- 根据权利要求3所述的用于厚纸板直角转弯的新型接驳装置,其特征在于:所述第一护角连接件上位于第三弯折线处与第二护角连接件上位于第五弯折线处通过粘胶、缝制或者连接件连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的用于厚纸板直角转弯的新型接驳装置,其特征在于:所述第一护角连接件上位于第三弯折线处与第二护角连接件上位于第五弯折线处通过缝线缝制连接。
