Abstract
Selon un mode de réalisation, le présent document divulgue un dispositif électronique qui peut comprendre une mémoire et un processeur connecté de manière fonctionnelle à la mémoire. Selon un mode de réalisation, la mémoire peut comprendre des instructions qui permettent, lorsqu'elles sont exécutées : à recevoir des données d'état provenant d'un dispositif électronique externe dans lequel une erreur s'est produite ; à analyser les données d'état reçues à l'aide d'au moins une partie d'une pluralité de filtres, chacun correspondant à un type différent d'erreur ; à reconnaître, sur la base des données d'état analysées, les causes de l'erreur s'étant produite dans le dispositif électronique externe ; et à fournir une solution correspondant à l'erreur à un utilisateur du dispositif électronique. Divers autres modes de réalisation identifiés dans la description sont également possibles.
