所述按摩组件1设置于所述安装壳4,用以与人体接触并进行按摩理疗。

进一步地,所述理疗仪主体21与所述悬挂件3为可拆卸或不可拆卸地连 接,且其具有让所述按摩组件1贴紧人体的配重,使得所述环状结构佩戴在人体身体部位时,所述理疗仪主体21产生下坠力作用于安装壳4,而使所述安装壳4的内壁紧贴于人体部位,使得按摩组件1借助其重力,紧密贴合到人体,保证按摩到位,这种起来使用者佩戴宽松,舒适感强,避免了很多现有技术中的摩擦和压迫感。
对于按摩组件1和控制模块之间的具体连接结构,有多种具体实现方式,其中一种实施例为所述控制模块设置在所述理疗仪主体21,所述控制模块与所述按摩组件1通过电路连接;
所述悬挂件3的内部形成供所述电路穿过的空间,且所述电路仅从所述安装壳4一侧的所述管状空间内穿过。
本实施例中,所述理疗仪主体21与所述悬挂件3串接形成环状结构,理疗仪主体21的左侧与安装壳4的左侧之间至少有一段悬挂件3,同理的,理疗仪主体21的右侧与安装壳4的右侧之间至少有一段悬挂件3。本实施例中,设置在理疗仪主体21的控制模块跟按摩组件1之间的电路“集中单边”从安装壳4一侧(左侧或右侧都可以,为方便描述,本实施例中以左侧为例进行说明)的空间内穿过,则理疗仪主体21的右侧与安装壳4的右侧之间的悬挂件3仅为简单的连接作用,简化了电路安装结构,优化了部件生产工艺,尤其当按摩组件为必须成对出现的正电极片和负电极片(现有技术中一般是双边走线,正负电极片与控制模块连接的电路会分别从理疗仪主体21两侧的悬挂件)时,电路装配方式和工艺优化的效果更明显。
进一步地,如图2所示,供电路穿过的所述悬挂件3包括第一柔性电路板301以及包裹于所述第一柔性电路板301外的硅胶体302,所述第一柔性电路板301的两端从所述硅胶体302的两端伸出,并分别与所述按摩组件1和所述控制模块电连接。
第一柔性电路板301是以聚酰亚胺或聚酯薄膜为基材制成的一种具有高度可靠性,绝佳的可挠性印刷电路板,具有配线密度高、重量轻、厚度薄的优点,可以保证按摩仪电路系统的稳定性能,另一方面,也是基于第一柔性电路板301和硅胶体302所形成的带状体会具有柔顺的触感,从而给吊坠式 的按摩仪带来更好的使用体验。
优选地,所述第一柔性电路板301与所述硅胶体302采用硅胶液态模具包胶工艺或硅胶固态模具包胶工艺一体成型,该硅胶液态模具包胶工艺和硅胶固态模具包胶工艺为现有工艺方法,具有可高效生产的优点。
按摩组件1和控制模块之间具体连接结构的第二种优选实施例为,所述按摩组件1包括按摩件、电源模块和所述控制模块;
所述按摩件位于所述安装壳4的内壁以实现与人体接触并进行按摩理疗,所述控制模块与所述按摩件通过电路连接,所述电源模块为所述按摩件和所述控制模块的运行提供电源。
本实施例中,所述理疗仪主体21与所述安装壳4通过悬挂件3串接形成环状结构,自成体系的按摩组件1完整独立地设置在安装壳4内,进而避免各部件的电路经过或设置到理疗仪主体21和悬挂件3内,简化了电路安装结构,也为悬挂件3的空心或实心设置方式提供了多种实现可能,优化了电路装配方式和生产工艺。
按摩组件1和控制模块之间具体连接结构的第三种优选实施例为,如图3所示,所述按摩组件1包括按摩件、执行端控制模块、无线接收模块和电源模块,所述按摩件位于所述安装壳4的内壁以实现与人体接触并进行按摩理疗,所述按摩件、所述无线接收模块分别与所述执行端控制模块电连接,所述电源模块为所述按摩件、所述执行端控制模块和所述无线接收模块的运行提供电源;所述的按摩件可以为脉冲电极、震动马达、远红外发光模块、近红外发光模块、发热体中的一个或多个;且按摩组件1为脉冲电极时,其用于与人体接触的电极块数量为至少两个;
所述理疗仪主体21内设有所述控制模块、无线发射模块和第二电源模块,该所述控制模块为操作端控制模块,操作端控制模块与所述无线发射模块电连接,所述第二电源模块为所述控制模块的运行提供电源;所述无线发射模块与所述无线接收模块通过无线信号连接。
本实施例工作时,理疗仪主体21相当于“遥控器”,以对按摩组件1的工作启停、工作模式和工作强度进行调节,具体地,控制模块通过无线发射 模块将动作信号发送给按摩组件1中的无线接收模块,无线接收模块即将该动作信号发送给执行端控制模块,执行端控制模块再发信号给按摩件作出相应的动作。本技术方案中,所述按摩组件1与所述安装壳4通过悬挂件3串接形成环状结构,而按摩电路相对独立地分成了控制端和执行端,控制端位于理疗仪主体21内,执行端位于安装壳4上,两者之间通过无线连接,避免通过有线连接的电路经过或设置到悬挂件3内,优化了电路装配方式和部件生产工艺。
对于按摩组件1与安装壳4的具体安装结构,优选的实施方式为所述安装壳4的内侧设有至少两个按摩组件1,多个所述按摩组件1间隔设置,且相邻所述按摩组件1之间通过第二柔性电路板5实现电连接,如图4、图5及图6所示;
所述安装壳4的内侧设有供所述按摩组件1安装的容纳槽41,所述第二柔性电路板5穿设于所述安装壳4的内部,且其两连接端分别伸入相邻的两所述容纳槽41内;
所述容纳槽41的槽壁外凸于所述安装壳4的内侧壁设置,以形成了相邻所述容纳槽41之间的低洼连接部42。
本实施例提供了一种结构简单、装配方便且使用寿命长的多适配型按摩仪,具体地,安装壳4设有与多个按摩组件1一一对应的容纳槽41,相邻容纳槽41内的按摩组件1通过第二柔性电路板5实现电连接,第二柔性电路板5通过暗线方式设置——从安装壳4的内部穿过,其两端伸入容纳槽41内与按摩组件1进行电连接,结构简单;
再而,容纳槽41设置在安装壳4时,其槽壁外凸于安装壳4的内侧,这就自然地在相邻容纳槽41之间形成了低洼连接部42,即从厚度上比较,就是容纳槽41的部分厚度较大,低洼连接部42的厚度较小,厚度较小的低洼连接部42具有充分的柔软性以满足按摩仪在佩戴时,可以很好地适应人体部位的曲线进行弯折,使得低洼连接部42两侧的按摩组件1都能很好地贴合于人体,让使用者获得最佳的按摩效果;而由于低洼连接部42经常被曲折揉弯,从内部穿过其的第二柔性电路板5又具有一定的硬度,为了避免两者在长期曲折揉弯过程中发生断裂的问题,可进一步优选地在低洼连接部42的外壁面 特设了向外凸出的加强块43,局部增加了低洼连接部42的厚度,既能满足上述让按摩仪更贴合人体的要求,又延长了按摩仪的使用寿命,优选地,所述加强块43的面积设置至少能覆盖所述第二柔性电路板5。
进一步地,所述第二柔性电路板5伸入所述容纳槽41的部分通过灌胶工艺固定于所述容纳槽41中,工艺简单易操作,更重要的是强化了第二柔性电路板5的固定强度,避免其在跟随安装壳4发生弯折的过程位置改变而影响电路系统连接的完整性。
进一步地,所述安装壳4及其上的所述容纳槽41和所述加强块43为一体成型结构件,设有内壳6设置于所述容纳槽41,所述按摩组件1设置在所述内壳6。本实施例中的按摩组件1为本领域技术人员通常使用的元器件,一般包括按摩电极、PCB板,更进一步地还会有可以实现热敷按摩的发热线圈,本实施例中会将这些元器件连接好之后,装配到内壳6中,再直接将内壳6装配到容纳槽41内,避免直接在容纳槽41内进行各种小元器件的安装,摆脱了安装壳4结构对安装效率的拘束,大大地提升了产品的装配生产效率。
优选地,所述按摩组件1包括多个按摩电极和PCB板,多个所述按摩电极分别与所述PCB板电连接,且相邻所述按摩电极之间被绝缘阻隔设置;所述按摩组件1还包括发热线圈,所述发热线圈与所述PCB板电连接。
进一步地,还包括夹头7,所述夹头7可拆卸或不可拆卸地设置在所述悬挂件3,且两者之间可相对滑动,也可在按摩仪适合佩戴的位置相对固定,以用于约束按摩仪佩戴到身体部位时,垂落在该身体部位两侧的悬挂件3。
如图7和图8所示,为方便说明,定义垂落在身体部位两侧的悬挂件3为左悬挂件31和右悬挂件32,夹头7跨越左悬挂件31和右悬挂件32设置;使用时推动夹头7向靠近身体部位的方向运动,则垂落在身体部位两侧的左悬挂件31和右悬挂件32受到向下拉紧的约束力,使得与左悬挂件31和右悬挂件32连接的安装壳1的左右两端也同样受到该向下拉紧的约束力,在该约束力的作用下安装壳1上的按摩组件2可以与人体贴合得更紧,按摩效果更好。
对于夹头7的具体结构,在能解决上述技术问题的情况下可以有多种实现方式,其中优选的实施方式为夹头7包括第一夹板71、隔板72、第二夹板73、底板74和限位部76;
所述第一夹板71、隔板72和第二夹板73的一端分别与所述底板74连接,其中,所述隔板72设置于所述第一夹板71和第二夹板73之间,以形成两个供所述悬挂件3有阻尼穿设的滑动通道75,推动所述夹体2可实现所述夹体2在所述悬挂件3上滑动,从而改变所述悬挂件3与人体部位之间的松紧,可以方便使用;
再有所述限位部76与所述第一夹板71和第二夹板73连接,以限制所述悬挂件3在所述滑动通道75中而不滑脱。
所述限位部76的一种实施结构可以为一连接片,所述连接片分别与所述第一夹板71和第二夹板73粘结或将所述第一夹板71和第二夹板73与所述底板74粘结,从而既保证方便将左悬挂件31和右悬挂件32插入至滑动通道75,也能保证悬挂件3在所述滑动通道75中而不滑脱;
限位部76的另一种实施结构包括第一限位凸起76a和第二限位凸起76b,所述第一限位凸起76a和第二限位凸起76b分别与所述第一夹板71和第二夹板73远离所述底板74的一端连接,且两者之间留有刚好让所述悬挂件3刚好穿过的过线间隙76c,所述过线间隙76c位于所述隔板72的正上方,如图9所示。
当使用时,可以将所述左悬挂件31、右悬挂件32分别穿过过线间隙76c插入至隔板72两侧的所述滑动通道75内,当需要调整所述左悬挂件31、右悬挂件32与颈部之间的松紧时,调整所述夹头2在悬挂件3上的位置即可,同时,如果不想使用,即可将悬挂件3通过过线间隙76c取下即可,调节方便。

    还包括理疗仪主体、悬挂件和安装壳,所述理疗仪主体与所述安装壳通过所述悬挂件串接形成环状结构;
    所述按摩组件设置于所述安装壳,用以与人体接触并进行按摩理疗。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的多适配型按摩仪,其特征在于:所述理疗仪主体与所述悬挂件为可拆卸或不可拆卸地连接,且其具有让所述按摩组件贴紧人体的配重。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多适配型按摩仪,其特征在于:所述控制模块设置在所述理疗仪主体,所述控制模块与所述按摩组件通过电路连接;
    所述悬挂件的内部形成供所述电路穿过的空间,且所述电路仅从所述安装壳一侧的所述管状空间内穿过。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的所适配型按摩仪,其特征在于:供电路穿过的所述悬挂件包括柔性电路板以及包裹于所述柔性电路板外的硅胶体,所述柔性电路板的两端从所述硅胶体的两端伸出,并分别与所述按摩组件和所述控制模块电连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的吊坠式颈椎按摩仪,其特征在于:所述柔性电路板与所述硅胶体采用硅胶液态模具包胶工艺或硅胶固态模具包胶工艺一体成型。
  6. 根据权利要求1或2所述的多适配型按摩仪,其特征在于:所述按摩组件包括按摩件、电源模块和所述控制模块;
    所述按摩件位于所述安装壳的内壁以实现与人体接触并进行按摩理疗,所述控制模块与所述按摩件通过电路连接,所述电源模块为所述按摩件和所 述控制模块的运行提供电源。
