本申请涉及农业植保技术领域,特别是涉及一种农用液的辅助配制装置及加液基站。
背景技术
随着无人机在农业上的应用越来越成熟,越来越多的农场开始使用无人机进行植保作业。目前,植保作业通常采用喷洒的方式进行,故需要使用农用液。而市面上的农用药(如肥料、除草剂、除虫剂等)一般为固态或浓缩液,需要进行溶解或稀释成农用液;且由于植物生长需要使用各种不同类型的农用药,故需要将不同类型的农用药按照不同的顺序与水搅拌混匀,配制成植保作业所需的农用液。
但目前,农用液的配制过程中,仍需采用手动的方式进行搅拌及加注,这不利于降低植保作业人员的劳动强度,且手动进行农用液的配制效率低,不利于提高大规模植保作业效率。
发明内容
本申请提供一种农用液的辅助配制装置及加液基站。
第一方面,本申请提供一种农用液的辅助配制装置,包括搅拌机构及加注机构,搅拌机构包括第一容器、遮蔽盖及搅拌器,第一容器设有加药口、加液孔及出液孔,加液孔设置于出液孔的上方;遮蔽盖活动设置于第一容器上,能够遮蔽加药口;搅拌器包括可动设置于第一容器内的搅拌件以及用于驱动搅拌件运动的第一驱动单元;加注机构包括第一水泵、连接管及加注嘴,第一水泵的进液端通过出液孔与第一容器连通,第一水泵的出液端通过连接管与加注嘴连通,加注嘴的位置可调。
上述农用液的辅助配制装置使用时,可以通过多种手段,如水泵,供水管等将水通过加液孔加入到第一容器中,此过程中,可以根据配制要求将各种不同的农药或者助剂从加药口加入到第一容器中。第一容器内的液体加注到预设量时,第一驱动单元动作带动搅拌件运动,搅拌第一容器内的液体或液体及固体,直至完成农用液配制。根据药箱的位置,将加注嘴放入药箱中或设置于药箱的加液口的上方,然后第一水泵动作将第 一容器中配制好的农用液注入药箱中,然后通过无人机携带药箱进行植保作业。如此,利用上述的辅助配制装置能够降低植保作业人员配制农用液的劳动强度,有利于提高农用液配制的效率,适用于大规模植保作业。
在其中一个实施例中,连接管为伸缩管或万向管;加注机构还包括第二驱动单元,第二驱动单元能够驱动加注嘴运动,以使加注嘴的高度位置可调。
在其中一个实施例中,第二驱动单元包括伸缩器及连接件,连接件的一端与伸缩器的伸缩端固定连接,连接件的另一端与加注嘴固定连接,使得加注嘴与伸缩器的伸缩端横向间隔设置。
在其中一个实施例中,加注嘴设有液位检测元件或流量检测元件,液位检测元件或流量检测元件与第一水泵通信连接,用于控制加液量。
在其中一个实施例中,搅拌机构还包括第一开关阀,第一开关阀设置于第一水泵与第一容器之间。
在其中一个实施例中,搅拌机构至少为两个,第一开关阀与第一容器一一对应,使得每个第一容器通过对应的第一开关阀与第一水泵的进液端连通。
在其中一个实施例中,农用液的辅助配制装置还包括储存机构,储存机构还包括第二容器及第二水泵,第二容器的出液端通过加液孔与第一容器连通,第二容器的进液端与第二水泵的出液端连通。
在其中一个实施例中,农用液的辅助配制装置还包括控制阀单元,第二水泵通过控制阀单元能够分别为第一容器加液或为第二容器加液;或者,储存机构还包括第三水泵,第三水泵的进液端与第二容器的出液端连通,第三水泵的出液端通过加液孔与第一容器连通。
在其中一个实施例中,的农用液的辅助配制装置还包括安装单元,安装单元设有加注空间,搅拌机构、加注机构安设于安装单元上,且加注嘴在加注空间内的位置可调。
第二方面,本申请还提供了一种加液基站,包括运输装置及上述任一实施例中的农用液的辅助配制装置,农用液的辅助配制装置设置于运输装置上。
该加液基站通过设置运输装置,使得农用液的辅助配制装置能够移动,便于为不同作业区域的无人机提供加液服务,有利于提高植保作业效率。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图及具体实施方式,对本申请进行进一步的详细说明。
除非另有定义,本文所使用的所有的技术和科学术语与属于本申请的技术领域的技术人员通常理解的含义相同。本文中在本申请的说明书中所使用的术语只是为了描述具体的实施方式的目的,不是旨在于限制本申请。
目前,无人机植保作业的优势在于能够降低传统人工植保作业的劳动强度及喷洒效率高,作业面积越大,越能降低人工成本。因此越来越多规模化种植的农场使用无人机进行植保作业。但由于农用液的配制过程中,仍需采用手动的方式进行搅拌及加注,导致进行农用液配制的植保作业人员的劳动强度较大,这与无人机植保作业的优势相违背,不利于无人机植保作业的推广。另外,在进行大规模植保作业时,由于手动进行农用液的配制效率低,导致无人机没有足够的农用液使用,降低了无人机进行植保作业的效率。为了充分利用无人机的植保作业效率,则需额外多配制手动进行农用液的配制,这又导致人工成本的增加。
基于此,有必要提供一种农用液的辅助配制装置,能降低植保作业人员配制农用液的劳动强度,提高农用液配制的效率,适用于大规模植保作业。
如图1至图4所示,一实施例中,提供一种农用液的辅助配制装置10,包括搅拌机构100及加注机构200。
如图1、图3、图5及图8所示,搅拌机构100包括第一容器110、遮蔽盖120及搅拌器130,第一容器110设有加药口112、加液孔114及出液孔116,加液孔114设置于出液孔116的上方;遮蔽盖120活动设置于第一容器110上,能够遮蔽加药口112;搅拌器130包括可动设置于第一容器110内的搅拌件132以及用于驱动搅拌件132运动的第一驱动单元134。如此,利用搅拌器130对第一容器110内的液体进行搅拌,无需手动进行搅拌,进而能够降低植保作业人员的劳动强度。
如图1、图3及图4所示,加注机构200包括第一水泵210、连接管220及加注嘴 230,第一水泵210的进液端通过出液孔116与第一容器110连通,第一水泵210的出液端通过连接管220与加注嘴230连通,加注嘴230的位置可调。如此,利用第一水泵210能够将第一容器110内液体抽送至加注嘴230,利用加注嘴230将液体加入到药箱600中,无需手动进行搬运加注液体,进而能够降低植保作业人员的劳动强度。
上述农用液的辅助配制装置10使用时,可以通过多种手段,如水泵,供水管等将水通过加液孔114加入到第一容器110中,此过程中,可以根据配制要求将各种不同的农药或者助剂从加药口112加入到第一容器110中。第一容器110内的液体加注到预设量时,第一驱动单元134动作带动搅拌件132运动,搅拌第一容器110内的液体或液体及固体,直至完成农用液配制。根据药箱600的位置,将加注嘴230放入药箱600中或设置于药箱600的加液口的上方,然后第一水泵210动作将第一容器110中配制好的农用液注入药箱600中,然后通过无人机携带药箱600进行植保作业。如此,利用上述的辅助配制装置能够降低植保作业人员配制农用液的劳动强度;且可以不受人力限制,选择第一容器110的容积、搅拌器130的搅拌能力及第一水泵210的抽送效率,进而可大幅提高农用液配制的效率,以适用于大规模植保作业。
可以理解地,农用液配制过程中,无需手动进行搅拌及加注,进而还能减少植保作业人员接触到农用液,提高农用液配制的安全性。
同时利用上述装置进行农用液的配制,有利于保证农用液配制的一致性,降低对作业人员的搅拌经验的要求,便于进行流水线作业。
需要说明的是,“遮蔽盖120活动设置于第一容器110上”中的“活动设置”包括但不限于可拆卸连接、转动连接、滑动连接等,只要能够实现加药口112的遮蔽或打开即可。
需要说明的是,“搅拌件132运动”的“运动”形式包括但不限于旋转、上下移动、左右移动、斜向移动、摆动中的至少一种,该“第一驱动单元134”可根据“搅拌件132”的运动轨迹需要进行选择,包括但不限于伺服电机、旋转液压缸、伸缩设备、摆动设备等等。也即,该搅拌器130可以采用任意一种能够满足使用要求的现有搅拌设备实现,也可以根据实际需要在传统技术中进行组合实现。
具体到本实施例中,如图8所示,搅拌件132为搅拌螺旋叶,第一驱动单元134为伺服电机。
如图9所示,可选地,搅拌件132至少为两个,且沿第一容器110的深度方向间 隔设置。如此,能够对第一容器110的各个深度位置均进行搅拌,有利于提高搅拌效率。
需要说明的是,“第一水泵210”包括但不限于容积泵或叶片泵等。
此外,“加注嘴230的位置可调”包括竖向位置或水平位置中的至少一种。且其位置可调的实现方式可以是手动调节,也可以是电动调节。
具体地,如图1及图10所示,一实施例中,连接管220为伸缩管或万向管;加注机构200还包括第二驱动单元240,第二驱动单元240能够驱动加注嘴230运动,以使加注嘴230的高度位置可调。如此,当药箱600到达加注位时,第二驱动单元240动作,使得加注嘴230下降,并对准药箱600的加液口,第一水泵210动作,将第一容器110液体加注到药箱600中;完成加注后,第二驱动单元240再动作,使得加注嘴230上升至预设位置,而不会干涉药箱600的进入加注位或离开加注位,此时可以将药箱600搬离辅助配制装置,将加满农用液的药箱600安设于无人机上,则可以继续进行植保作业。而由于连接管220为伸缩管或万向管,能够满足加注嘴230上下位置变化的连接要求。
需要说明的是,“第二驱动单元240”能够实现加注嘴230的高度位置可调即可,包括但不限于伸缩器242、多轴机器人操作臂、凸轮机构、摆杆机构、滑轮机构等,其驱动动力可为手动驱动或电力驱动。
此外,“伸缩管”可以采用任意一种满足使用要求的传统技术实现,如折叠软管、套管组件等,“万向管”包括但不限于鹅颈管、软管等。
在上述实施例的为基础上,如图10所示,具体到本实施例中,第二驱动单元240包括伸缩器242及连接件244,连接件244的一端与伸缩器242的伸缩端固定连接,连接件244的另一端与加注嘴230固定连接,使得加注嘴230与伸缩器242的伸缩端横向间隔设置。如此,利用伸缩器242与连接件244的配合形成避让空间,便于将加注嘴230伸入到药箱600内,有利于避免加注过程中,农用液的溅出,进一步提高农用液配制加注的安全性。
需要说明的是,“伸缩器242”包括但不限于伸缩棍、伸缩板、伸缩杆、气压杆、液压杆、直线电机等直接提供伸缩动力的动力设备,还包括利用齿轮齿条机构+电机、丝杆螺母机构+电机等间接实现加注嘴230的往复上下移动的传动机构。
在上述任一实施例的基础上,如图10所示,一实施例中,加注嘴230设有液位检测元件232或流量检测元件(未示出),液位检测元件232或流量检测元件与第一水泵210通信连接,用于控制加液量。如此,利用液位检测元件232对加注液面进行检测, 与第一水泵210配合,实现第一水泵210的自动关闭,以自动控制药箱600的加液量,进一步提高农用液加注的自动化程度。或利用流量检测元件对加注流量进行检测,利用流量与时间长短可以换算出加液量;而该流量检测元件与第一水泵210配合,实现第一水泵210的自动关闭,以自动控制药箱600的加液量,进一步提高农用液加注的自动化程度。此外,可以理解地,通过上述技术手段,可以根据药箱600的容积大小及植保需求,设置药箱600加液量,然后自动完成预设加液量的加注,无需人工进行监控,进一步提高植保作业的便利性。
在上述任一实施例的基础上,如图6至图8所示,一实施例中,搅拌机构100还包括第一开关阀140,第一开关阀140设置于第一水泵210与第一容器110之间。如此,在完成农用液的搅拌配制之前,可以关闭第一开关阀140,使得农用药与水充分搅拌均匀;完成农用液配制后,再打开第一开关阀140,有利于保证加注到药箱600的农用液的均匀性。
在上述实施例的基础上,如图5至图8所示,一实施例中,搅拌机构100至少为两个,第一开关阀140与第一容器110一一对应,使得每个第一容器110通过对应的第一开关阀140与第一水泵210的进液端连通。如此,可以在不同的第一容器110中配制不同的农用液,并利用第一开关阀140,可选择性地将对应的农用液加注到对应的药箱600中,进而使得本装置能够同时进行不同农用液的配制,为植保作业提高更加灵活的选择。如在其中一个第一容器110中配制其中一种农用液,而在另一个第一容器110中配制另一种农用液,根据不用作业需求,利用第一开关阀140将所需的农用液加注到对应的药箱600中。
在上述任一实施例的基础上,如图2至图4所示,一实施例中,农用液的辅助配制装置10还包括储存机构300,储存机构300还包括第二容器310及第二水泵320,第二容器310的出液端通过加液孔114与第一容器110连通,第二容器310的进液端与第二水泵320的出液端连通。如此,利用第二容器310存储溶剂(一般为水),进而可以不受水源位置限制进行农用液的配制,也可以在现场根据植物生长情况灵活调整农用液的配比,以满足植物生长需要。
该储存机构300使用时,第二水泵320的进液端插入水源地的液面以下,或与供水管连通,进而可以将水源地的水或供水管内的水通过第二水泵320送入第二容器310中进行存储,到达农场后,根据植物生长情况配制农用液,使得该农用液更加符合植物生长需要。
在上述任一实施例的基础上,如图11及图12所示,一实施例中,农用液的辅助配制装置10还包括控制阀单元400,第二水泵320通过控制阀单元400能够分别为第一容器110加液或为第二容器310加液。如此,利用第二水泵320与控制阀单元400的配合,能够分别为第一容器110或第二容器310加注液体,有利于提高第一容器110的加液效率的同时,节省水泵资源。
具体地,如图11所示,控制阀单元400包括第一二通阀410、第二二通阀420、第三二通阀430及第四二通阀440,第二水泵320的的进液端通过第一二通阀410与导液管330连通,第二水泵320的进液端还通过第二二通阀420与第二容器310连通,第二水泵320的出液端通过第三二通阀430与第二容器310连通,第二水泵320的出液端还通过第四二通阀440与第一容器110连通。当需要为第二容器310加液时,第二二通阀420及第四二通阀440关闭,第一二通阀410及第三二通阀430打开,第二水泵320动作,将导液管330接入液体加注到第二容器310中;当需要为第一容器110加液时,第二二通阀420及第三二通阀430关闭,第一二通阀410及第四二通阀440打开,第二水泵320动作,将导液管330接入液体加注到第一容器110中;或者,当需要为第一容器110加液时,第二二通阀420及第四二通阀440打开,第一二通阀410及第三二通阀430关闭,第二水泵320动作,将第二容器310中的液体加注到第一容器110中。
如图12所示,控制阀单元400包括第一三通阀450及第二三通阀460,第一三通阀450等同于第一二通阀410及第二二通阀420,使得第一水泵210的进液端与导液管330连通或第二容器310连通;第二三通阀460等同于第三二通阀430及第四二通阀440,使得第二水泵320的出液端与第一容器110或第二容器310连通。
需要说明的是,上述“二通阀”或“三通阀”可以为电磁阀或手动控制阀。具体可根据需要进行选择。
或者,如图13所示,在另一实施例中,储存机构300还包括第三水泵,第三水泵的进液端与第二容器310的出液端连通,第三水泵的出液端通过加液孔114与第一容器110连通。如此,利用第二水泵320与第三水泵的配合,亦可实现将第二容器310的加注第一容器110中,有利于提高加注效率,进一步提高搅拌效率。
在上述任一实施例的基础上,如图1所示,一实施例中,的农用液的辅助配制装置10还包括安装单元500,安装单元500设有加注空间510,搅拌机构100、加注机构200安设于安装单元500上,且加注嘴230在加注空间510内的位置可调。如此,通过安装单元500实现搅拌机构100及加注机构200的集成安装,便于形成一个整体,便于 本装置的运输;且通过在安装单元500上设置加注空间510,方便安装药箱600。
需要说明的是,“安装单元500”可以是安装支架、安装座、安装壳等任意一种能够实现上述构件或机构的安装的安装结构。
如图1、图4及图14所示,一实施例中,还提供了一种加液基站,包括运输装置20及上述任一实施例中的农用液的辅助配制装置10,农用液的辅助配制装置10设置于运输装置20上。
该加液基站通过设置运输装置20,使得农用液的辅助配制装置10能够移动,便于为不同作业区域的无人机提供加液服务,有利于提高植保作业效率以及无人机植保作业的适应性。同时利用运输装置20进行运输,使得上述装置的搬运更加轻松,有利于进一步降低劳动强度。
在本申请的描述中,需要理解的是,术语“中心”、“纵向”、“横向”、“长度”、“宽度”、“厚度”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”、“顺时针”、“逆时针”、“轴向”、“径向”、“周向”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。

  1. 一种农用液的辅助配制装置,其特征在于,包括:
    搅拌机构,所述搅拌机构包括第一容器、遮蔽盖及搅拌器,所述第一容器设有加药口、加液孔及出液孔,所述加液孔设置于所述出液孔的上方;所述遮蔽盖活动设置于所述第一容器上,能够遮蔽所述加药口;所述搅拌器包括可动设置于所述第一容器内的搅拌件以及用于驱动所述搅拌件运动的第一驱动单元;及
    加注机构,所述加注机构包括第一水泵、连接管及加注嘴,所述第一水泵的进液端通过所述出液孔与所述第一容器连通,所述第一水泵的出液端通过所述连接管与所述加注嘴连通,所述加注嘴的位置可调。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的农用液的辅助配制装置,其特征在于,所述连接管为伸缩管或万向管;所述加注机构还包括第二驱动单元,所述第二驱动单元能够驱动所述加注嘴运动,以使所述加注嘴的高度位置可调。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的农用液的辅助配制装置,其特征在于,所述第二驱动单元包括伸缩器及连接件,所述连接件的一端与所述伸缩器的伸缩端固定连接,所述连接件的另一端与所述加注嘴固定连接,使得所述加注嘴与所述伸缩器的伸缩端横向间隔设置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的农用液的辅助配制装置,其特征在于,所述加注嘴设有液位检测元件或流量检测元件,所述液位检测元件或所述流量检测元件与所述第一水泵通信连接,用于控制加液量。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的农用液的辅助配制装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌机构还包括第一开关阀,所述第一开关阀设置于所述第一水泵与所述第一容器之间。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的农用液的辅助配制装置,其特征在于,所述搅拌机构至少为两个,所述第一开关阀与所述第一容器一一对应,使得每个所述第一容器通过对应的所述第一开关阀与所述第一水泵的进液端连通。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的农用液的辅助配制装置,其特征在于,所述农用液的辅助配制装置还包括储存机构,所述储存机构还包括第二容器及第二水泵,所述第二容器的出液端通过所述加液孔与所述第一容器连通,所述第二容器的进液端与所述第二水泵的出液端连通。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的农用液的辅助配制装置,其特征在于,所述农用液的辅助配制装置还包括控制阀单元,所述第二水泵通过所述控制阀单元能够分别为所述第一容器加液或为所述第二容器加液;或者,所述储存机构还包括第三水泵,所述第三水泵 的进液端与所述第二容器的出液端连通,所述第三水泵的出液端通过所述加液孔与所述第一容器连通。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8任一项所述的农用液的辅助配制装置,其特征在于,所述的农用液的辅助配制装置还包括安装单元,所述安装单元设有加注空间,所述搅拌机构、所述加注机构安设于所述安装单元上,且所述加注嘴在所述加注空间内的位置可调。
  10. 一种加液基站,其特征在于,包括运输装置及如权利要求1至9中任一项所述的农用液的辅助配制装置,所述农用液的辅助配制装置设置于所述运输装置上。
