首先参照图1和图2,对本发明的列车卫生间空调器进行介绍。其中,图1为本发明的列车卫生间空调器的结构示意图;图2为图1中的局部放大图。
如图1和图2所示,本发明的列车卫生间空调器的室内机包括外壳1,外壳1内设置有控制器(图中未示出)和风机(图中未示出),控制器与风机可以通讯,以使控制器可以对风机进行控制,外壳1具有出风口11和进风口(图中未示出)。
继续参阅图1和图2,本发明的列车卫生间空调器还包括杀菌装置,控制器与杀菌装置可以通讯,以使控制器可以对杀菌装置进行控制,杀菌装置安装在外壳1上,并且靠近出风口11设置,杀菌装置能够喷射雾状的杀菌剂,风机运行时,雾状的杀菌剂能够随着从出风口11吹出的风 流动到列车卫生间的各个位置,以对列车卫生间进行杀菌。其中,杀菌装置的数量优选为两个,分别位于出风口11的左端和右端。
在列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作时,只需要使风机和杀菌装置运行即可,从杀菌装置喷射出的雾状的杀菌剂可以随着从出风口11吹出的风流动,溢散到列车卫生间中的各个位置,以对列车卫生间进行全面的杀菌。
继续参阅图1和图2,本发明的杀菌装置包括储液罐2和喷雾器3,其中,储液罐2其用于存储杀菌液,例如次氯酸钠等,喷雾器3与储液罐2连通,喷雾器3的喷嘴31设置在出风口11处。
杀菌装置运行时,储液罐2中的杀菌液进入喷雾器3内,然后经由喷雾器3的喷嘴31喷射出雾状的杀菌剂,雾状的杀菌剂可以随着从出风口11吹出的风流动到列车卫生间的各个位置,以对列车卫生间进行全面的杀菌。
优选地,喷雾器3为气溶胶喷雾器。通过气溶胶喷雾器可以喷射气溶胶喷雾,气溶胶具有漂浮时间长、渗透力强的优点,因此采用气溶胶喷雾进行杀菌能够对空气和表面均进行有效杀菌,并且效率高、效果好。
继续参阅图1和图2,喷雾器3上设置有调节阀32,通过调节阀32能够调节喷雾器3的喷射量。其中,调节阀32优选为电子调节阀。
示例性地,可以给列车卫生间空调器设置两种杀菌模式:快速杀菌模式和标准杀菌模式,在执行快速杀菌模式时,通过电子调节阀自动将喷雾器3的喷射量调节至最大喷射量,加快杀菌速度;在执行标准杀菌模式时,通过电子调节阀自动将喷雾器3的喷射量调节至标准喷射量,保证杀菌效果。

如图3所示,本发明的杀菌控制方法包括:获取从列车卫生间空调器上次执行杀菌操作之后,使用列车卫生间的累计人数;根据使用列车卫生间的累计人数,选择性地使列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作。
示例性地,在列车卫生间的入口处安装摄像头,使摄像头与列车卫生间空调器的控制器进行通讯,控制器内设置有计数器,用于记录使用列车卫生间的累计人数。
控制器根据使用列车卫生间的累计人数来判断是否满足杀菌条件,并根据判断结果来选择性地使列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作,这样一来,当满足杀菌条件时,列车卫生间空调器就会自动执行杀菌操作,及时地对列车卫生间进行消杀。
下面结合两个具体的实施方式来对本发明的技术方案进行详细地介绍。
实施例一

如图4所示,本实施例的杀菌控制方法包括:
获取从列车卫生间空调器上次执行杀菌操作之后,使用列车卫生间的累计人数;将使用列车卫生间的累计人数与预设值进行比较;如果使用列车卫生间的累计人数大于预设值,则进一步判断当前列车卫生间是否被连续使用;根据判断结果,选择性地使列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作。
如果当前列车卫生间未被连续使用,则使列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作以对列车卫生间进行杀菌;如果当前列车卫生间被连续使用,则先不使列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作,当列车卫生间未被连续使用时再使列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作以对列车卫生间进行杀菌。即,只有在列车卫生间没被连续使用时,才使列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作以对列车卫生间进行杀菌。
示例性地,列车卫生间空调器的控制器内设置有用于记录使用列车卫生间的累计人数计数器,在列车卫生间空调器执行完杀菌操作之后,计数器已经清零,当摄像头拍摄到有人进入列车卫生间时,计数器记录进入列车卫生间的累计人数,同时,将计数器累计的数值与预设值进行比较,当累计人数大于预设值时,说明需要对列车卫生间进行杀菌 了,在这种情形下,先不使列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作,而是进一步判断当前列车卫生间是否被连续使用,根据判断结果再来决定是否使列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作。
如果当前列车卫生间正好未被连续使用,则使列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作;如果当前列车卫生间被连续使用,则先不使列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作,等到了当列车卫生间未被连续使用时,再使列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作。也就是说,当满足杀菌条件后,只有在列车卫生间没被连续使用时,才对列车卫生间进行杀菌。
需要说明的是,当累计人数大于预设值之后,可以使计数器继续记录使用卫生间的累计人数,或者,也可以使计数器停止记录。

如果当前列车卫生间未被连续使用,则使列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作以对列车卫生间进行杀菌;如果当前列车卫生间被连续使用,则不使列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作,将使用列车卫生间的累计人数与第二预设值进行比较;如果使用列车卫生间的累计人数大于第二预设值,则使列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作以对列车卫生间进行杀菌;其中,第二预设值大于第一预设值。其中,本领域技术人员可以根据试验或者经验灵活地设置第一预设值和第二预设值的具体数值。

示例性地,列车卫生间空调器的控制器内设置有用于记录使用列车卫生间的累计人数计数器,在列车卫生间空调器执行完杀菌操作之 后,计数器已经清零,当摄像头拍摄到有人进入列车卫生间时,计数器记录进入列车卫生间的累计人数,同时,将计数器累计的数值与第一预设值进行比较,当累计人数大于第一预设值时,说明需要对列车卫生间进行杀菌了,在这种情形下,先不使列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作,而是进一步判断当前列车卫生间是否被连续使用,根据判断结果再来决定是否使列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作。
如果当前列车卫生间没有被连续使用,正好可以对列车卫生间进行杀菌,但是,如果当前列车卫生间被连续使用,因为还没有到极限程度,可以先不对列车卫生间进行杀菌。
继续累计使用列车卫生间的人数,在累计人数超过第二预设值之前,如果出现了列车没有被连续使用的时段,则立即使列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作,但是,如果在累计人数超过第二预设值之前,列车卫生间一直被连续使用,当累计人数超过第二预设值时,即使当前列车卫生间被连续使用,也使列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作以对列车卫生间进行杀菌,具体而言,可以采取一些禁止措施,使乘客无法使用卫生间,例如,禁止使卫生间的门上锁等。

    所述杀菌控制方法包括:
    获取从所述列车卫生间空调器上次执行杀菌操作之后使用列车卫生间的累计人数;
    根据所述使用列车卫生间的累计人数,选择性地使所述列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作。

    如果当前所述列车卫生间被连续使用,则先不使所述列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作,当所述列车卫生间未被连续使用时再使所述列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作以对所述列车卫生间进行杀菌。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的列车卫生间空调器的杀菌控制方法,其特征在于,“根据判断结果,选择性地使所述列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作”的步骤具体包括:
    如果当前所述列车卫生间被连续使用,则不使所述列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作;
    将所述使用列车卫生间的累计人数与第二预设值进行比较;
    如果所述使用列车卫生间的累计人数大于所述第二预设值,则使所述列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作以对所述列车卫生间进行杀菌;
    其中,所述第二预设值大于所述第一预设值。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的列车卫生间空调器的杀菌控制方法,其特征在于,“使所述列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作”的步骤具体包括:
    如果当前所述列车卫生间被连续使用,则使所述列车卫生间空调器执行快速杀菌模式;
    如果当前所述列车卫生间未被连续使用,则使所述列车卫生间空调器执行标准杀菌模式。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的列车卫生间空调器的杀菌控制方法,其特征在于,在执行“使所述列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作”步骤之前,所述杀菌控制方法还包括:
    检测所述列车卫生间内是否有人;
    如果所述列车卫生间内有人,则使所述列车卫生间空调器反复发出语音提示,以告知所述列车卫生间内的人即将对所述列车卫生间进行杀菌,暂停使用,直至所述列车卫生间内的人退出所述列车卫生间。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的列车卫生间空调器的杀菌控制方法,其特征在于,“根据所述使用列车卫生间的累计人数,选择性地使所述列车 卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作”的步骤具体包括:
    如果所述使用列车卫生间的累计人数小于或等于所述第一预设值,则不使所述列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的列车卫生间空调器的杀菌控制方法,其特征在于,所述杀菌控制方法还包括:
    在使所述列车卫生间空调器执行杀菌操作的过程中,如果检测到所述列车卫生间的门被触动,则使所述列车卫生间空调器发出语音,以告知人乘客在对所述列车卫生间进行杀菌,暂停使用。
  10. 一种列车卫生间空调器,其特征在于,所述列车卫生间空调器包括控制器,所述控制器配置成能够执行权利要求1至9中任一项所述的列车卫生间空调器的杀菌控制方法。
