1.该一种可调节式脊背矫形腰椎固定器,通过控制器释放微弱电流由导线传输至按摩钕石从而以低频方式在人体开始作用,利用电极片刺激肌肉及肌肉内神经末梢感觉接受器,进而使得因疲惫或受伤而引起酸痛的肌肉、神经放松,促进局部血液循环,得以减轻或舒缓疼 痛。
2.该一种可调节式脊背矫形腰椎固定器,通过电热层进行加热,通过石墨烯层进行导热同时释远红外线射线,远红外射线通过中药包与皮肤接触后,被吸收进人体皮层中,形成热作用及非热作用,从而促使血管扩张,加速血液循环,促进物质交换,增强局部营养。
3.该一种可调节式脊背矫形腰椎固定器,通过调节纽带固定于调节块内,可通过调节纽带的长度使得本装置的内径可调,通过连接板与固定块之间固定连接有背带,从而可通过调节条通过螺栓固定于不同高度的安装孔内,进而可使背带的长度可调,便于不同体型的病人进行穿戴。
4.该一种可调节式脊背矫形腰椎固定器,通过每个支撑条对病人腰椎起固定支撑的作用,通过固定板一与固定板二对衬垫起支撑固定的作用,从而对病人身体起整体支撑作用。
5.该一种可调节式脊背矫形腰椎固定器,启动微型气泵,使得微型气泵通过输气管输送气体至气囊内,使得气囊于人体更加贴合,增加本装置的舒适性,通过温度传感器与压力传感器对人体温度于气囊内的压力进行实时检测,从而将检测信号传输至控制器上,控制器通过转接器传输电信号至显示屏上,从而可通过观察显示屏上的数值判断人体温度与气囊内的压力,避免医护人员检查时再次进行体温测量。

实施例1:
一种可调节式脊背矫形腰椎固定器,如图1-5所示,包括两个衬垫11,每个所述衬垫11的一侧外壁均设置有固定组件,固定组件一侧外壁通过螺栓固定有控制器2,每个衬垫11的两侧外壁设置有调节机构,每个衬垫11的一侧外壁粘接有三个以上磁石18,每个衬垫11的一侧内壁通过螺栓固定有三个以上红外灯22,每个衬垫11的壁均设置有加热机构,其中一个衬垫11的顶部一侧外壁粘接有温度传感器6,其中一个衬垫11的一侧外壁通过螺栓固定有微型气泵16, 微型气泵16的出气口通过螺纹固定有输气管17,输气管17的一端通过螺纹固定有气囊20,气囊20的一侧通过螺栓固定有压力传感器19,其中一个衬垫11的顶部一侧外壁通过螺栓固定有显示器5;通过调节机构使得固定器本体的尺寸可调,从而可使不同体型的病人进行穿戴,通过固定机构对病人的腰椎进行固定,通过加热机构对病人的身体进行局部加热,促进血液循环,通过红外灯22释放人体可吸收的红外射线,从而促进血液循环,启动微型气泵16,使得微型气泵16通过输气管17输送气体至气囊20内,使得气囊20于人体更加贴合,增加本装置的舒适性,通过温度传感器6与压力传感器19对人体温度于气囊20内的压力进行实时检测,从而将检测信号传输至控制器2上,控制器2通过转接器传输电信号至显示屏5上,从而可通过观察显示屏5上的数值判断人体温度与气囊20内的压力,避免医护人员检查时再次进行体温测量,温度传感器6的型号为TS200,压力传感器19的型号为MPM483,控制器2的型号为FBS-32MCT。
为了解决对病人腰椎进行固定的问题;如图1、2所示,所述固定组件包括两个固定板一3、三个以上支撑条7和三个以上固定板二12,每个固定板一3的一侧外壁均通过螺栓固定于每个衬垫11的一侧外壁上,每个支撑条7均粘接于其中一个衬垫11的内部,每个固定板二12的一侧外壁均通过螺栓固定于衬垫11靠近固定板一3的一侧外壁上;通过每个支撑条7对病人腰椎起固定支撑的作用,通过固定板一3与固定板二12对衬垫11起支撑固定的作用,从而对病人身体起整体支撑作用。
为了解决固定器可进行调节问题;如图1、2、3所示,所述调节机构包括三个以上调节纽带1、三个以上调节槽4、两个背带8、连接板9、调节条10、三个以上通孔13、三个以上调节块14和固定块15,每个调节纽带1的一端均粘接于其中一个固定板二12的一侧外壁上,每个调节槽4均开设于固定板二12的一侧外壁上,每个通孔13均开设于固定板一3的一侧外壁上,固定块15的一侧外壁通过螺栓固定于其中一个衬垫11的顶部外壁上,每个背带8的一端均粘接于固定块15的顶部外壁上,连接板9的顶部外壁通过螺栓固定于每个背带8的另一端,调节条10的一端通过螺栓固定于连接板9的一侧外壁上,其中一个衬垫11的顶部一侧外壁开设有三个安装孔;通过调节纽带1固定于调节块14内,可通过调节纽带1的长度使得本装置的内径可调,通过连接板9与固定块15之间固定连接有背带8,从而可通过调节条10通过螺栓固定于不同高度的安装孔内,进而可使背带8的长度可调,便于不同体型的病人进行穿戴。
为了解决促进血液循环问题;如图4所示,所述加热机构包括中药包23、电热层25和石墨烯层26,电热层25通过螺栓固定于衬垫11的外边侧内壁上,石墨烯层26粘接于衬垫11靠近电热层25的一侧内壁上,中药包23的一侧外壁粘接于衬垫11靠近石墨烯层26的一侧内壁上;通过电热层25进行通电加热后由石墨烯层26进行导热同时释远红外线射线,远红外射线通过中药包23与皮肤接触后,被吸收进人体皮层中,形成热作用及非热作用,从而促使血管扩张,加速血液循环,促进物质交换,增强局部营养,促进修复效果。
本实施例在使用时,通过每个支撑条7对病人腰椎起固定支撑的作用,通过固定板一3与固定板二12对衬垫11起支撑固定的作用,通过调节纽带1固定于调节块14内,可通过调节纽带1的长度使得本装置的内径可调,通过连接板9与固定块15之间固定连接有背带8,从而可通过调节条10通过螺栓固定于不同高度的安装孔内,进而可使背带8的长度可调,启动微型气泵16,使得微型气泵16通过输气管17输送气体至气囊20内,使得气囊20于人体更加贴合,通过温度传感器6与压力传感器19对人体温度于气囊20内的压力进行实时检测,从而将检测信号传输至控制器2上,控制器2通过转接器传输电信号至显示屏5上,从而可通过观察显示屏5上的数值判断人体温度与气囊20内的压力,电热层25进行通电加热后由石墨烯层26进行导热同时释远红外线射线,远红外射线通过中药包23与皮肤接触后,被吸收进人体皮层中,从而促使血液循环。
实施例2:
一种可调节式脊背矫形腰椎固定器,如图1所示,为了解决舒缓受伤肌肉疼痛的问题;本实施例在实施例1的基础上作出以下改进:包括衬垫11,所述每个衬垫11的表面均覆有绝缘层24,其中一个衬垫11的一侧外壁通过螺栓固定有三个以上橡胶电极21,橡胶电极21的顶部外壁通过螺栓固定有按摩钕石,橡胶电极21通过导线与控制器2形成电性连接;通过控制器2释放微弱电流由导线传输至按摩钕石从而以低频方式在人体开始作用,利用电极片刺激肌肉及肌肉内神经末梢感觉接受器,进而使得因疲惫或受伤而引起酸痛的肌肉、神经 放松,促进局部血液循环,得以减轻或舒缓疼痛,促进修复效果。
本实施例在使用时,通过控制器2释放微弱电流由导线传输至按摩钕石从而以低频方式在人体开始作用,利用电极片刺激肌肉及肌肉内神经末梢感觉接受器,进而使得因疲惫或受伤而引起酸痛的肌肉、神经放松。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种可调节式脊背矫形腰椎固定器,包括两个衬垫(11),其特征在于,每个所述衬垫(11)的一侧外壁均设置有固定组件,固定组件一侧外壁通过螺栓固定有控制器(2),每个衬垫(11)的两侧外壁设置有调节机构,每个衬垫(11)的一侧外壁粘接有三个以上磁石(18),每个衬垫(11)的一侧内壁通过螺栓固定有三个以上红外灯(22),每个衬垫(11)的壁均设置有加热机构,其中一个衬垫(11)的顶部一侧外壁粘接有温度传感器(6),其中一个衬垫(11)的一侧外壁通过螺栓固定有微型气泵(16),微型气泵(16)的出气口通过螺纹固定有输气管(17),输气管(17)的一端通过螺纹固定有气囊(20),气囊(20)的一侧通过螺栓固定有压力传感器(19),其中一个衬垫(11)的顶部一侧外壁通过螺栓固定有显示器(5)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节式脊背矫形腰椎固定器,其特征在于,所述固定组件包括两个固定板一(3)、三个以上支撑条(7)和三个以上固定板二(12),每个固定板一(3)的一侧外壁均通过螺栓设置于每个衬垫(11)的一侧外壁上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种可调节式脊背矫形腰椎固定器,其特征在于,每个所述支撑条(7)均粘接于其中一个衬垫(11)的内部,每个固定板二(12)的一侧外壁均通过螺栓设置于衬垫(11)靠近固定板一(3)的一侧外壁上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节式脊背矫形腰椎固定器,其特征在于,所述调节机构包括三个以上调节纽带(1)、三个以上调 节槽(4)、两个背带(8)、连接板(9)、调节条(10)、三个以上通孔(13)、三个以上调节块(14)和固定块(15),每个调节纽带(1)的一端均粘接于其中一个固定板二(12)的一侧外壁上,每个调节槽(4)均开设于固定板二(12)的一侧外壁上。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种可调节式脊背矫形腰椎固定器,其特征在于,每个所述通孔(13)均开设于固定板一(3)的一侧外壁上,固定块(15)的一侧外壁通过螺栓设置于其中一个衬垫(11)的顶部外壁上,每个背带(8)的一端均粘接于固定块(15)的顶部外壁上。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种可调节式脊背矫形腰椎固定器,其特征在于,所述连接板(9)的顶部外壁通过螺栓设置于每个背带(8)的另一端,调节条(10)的一端通过螺栓设置于连接板(9)的一侧外壁上,其中一个衬垫(11)的顶部一侧外壁开设有三个安装孔。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节式脊背矫形腰椎固定器,其特征在于,所述加热机构包括中药包(23)、电热层(25)和石墨烯层(26),电热层(25)通过螺栓设置于衬垫(11)的外边侧内壁上。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的一种可调节式脊背矫形腰椎固定器,其特征在于,所述石墨烯层(26)粘接于衬垫(11)靠近电热层(25)的一侧内壁上,中药包(23)的一侧外壁粘接于衬垫(11)靠近石墨烯层(26)的一侧内壁上。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的一种可调节式脊背矫形腰椎固定器,其 特征在于,所述每个衬垫(11)的表面均覆有绝缘层(24),其中一个衬垫(11)的一侧外壁通过螺栓固定有三个以上橡胶电极(21)。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种可调节式脊背矫形腰椎固定器,其特征在于,所述橡胶电极(21)的顶部外壁通过螺栓固定有按摩钕石,橡胶电极(21)通过导线与控制器(2)形成电性连接。
