Description
本实用新型涉及声电领域,尤其涉及一种发声器件。
随着互联网时代的到来,移动终端设备的数量不断上升。而在移动设备中,手机无疑是最常见且最便携的移动终端设备。用于播放音乐等声音的发声器件被大量的运用到手机等移动终端设备中,而发声器件中的振动系统尤为重要,整个发声器件通过所述振动系统振动发声。
相关技术发声器件,其包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容于所述收容空间的发声单体,所述发声单体包括用于振动发声的振膜,所述壳体包括沿所述振膜的振动方向分别盖设于所述发声单体相对两侧的底座和后壳,所述底座设有贯穿其上的发声口,所述发声单体设有所述振膜的一侧朝向所述发声口,所述底座包括设有所述发声口的底座板、由所述底座板的周缘向靠近所述后壳方向弯折延伸的侧壁以及由所述侧壁远离所述底座板的一侧弯折延伸的延伸壁;所述底座板和所述侧壁共同围成收容腔,所述发声单体收容于所述收容腔,所述侧壁靠近所述发声单体的一面由所述底座板向所述延伸壁方向倾斜延伸以方便点胶,所述发声单体的周侧与所述侧壁胶合固定。
然而,由于所述发声单体的周侧与所述侧壁需要点胶,所述侧壁靠近所述发声单体的一面由所述底座板向所述延伸壁方向倾斜延伸,使得所述发声器件的沿垂直于所述振膜振动方向的宽度较大,单边宽度至少增加0.7mm。
因此,有必要提供一种新的发声器件解决上述问题。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种可靠性更好的发声器件。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种发声器件,其包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容于所述收容空间的发声单体,所述发声单体包括用于振动发声的振膜,所述壳体包括沿所述振膜的振动方向分别盖设于所述发声单体相对两侧的底座和后壳,所述底座设有贯穿其上的发声口,所述发声单体设有所述振膜的一侧朝向所述发声口,
所述底座包括设有所述发声口的底座板、由所述底座板的周缘向靠近所述后壳方向弯折延伸的侧壁以及由所述侧壁远离所述底座板的一侧向外弯折延伸的延伸壁;所述底座板和所述侧壁共同围成收容腔,所述发声单体收容于所述收容腔并支撑于所述底座板;
所述发声器件还包括至少部分盖设于所述发声单体远离所述振膜的一侧并与所述发声单体固定的固定板,所述固定板包括与所述发声单体固定的固定部以及由所述固定部的相对两端延伸形成且与所述延伸壁固定的连接部,所述固定板将所述发声单体卡设于所述收容腔内。
优选的,每一所述连接部包括贯穿其上的第一通孔,所述底座还包括由所述延伸壁向靠近所述后壳方向延伸且与所述第一通孔对应的热熔柱,每一所述热熔柱贯穿一所述第一通孔以使所述连接部与所述延伸壁形成固定连接。
优选的,所述底座还包括对应所述连接部设置的定位部,所述定位部包括固定于所述延伸壁远离所述底座板一侧的定位底壁以及由所述定位底壁向靠近所述后壳弯折延伸的定位侧壁,所述连接部固定于所述定位底壁且抵接于所述定位侧壁。
优选的,所述定位侧壁靠近所述连接部的一侧由所述定位底壁向远离连接部方向倾斜延伸。
优选的,所述连接部与所述延伸壁胶合固定。
优选的,所述固定板由钢片制成。
优选的,所述固定板与所述发声单体通过激光点焊实现固定。

请参考图1-4所示,本实用新型提供一种发声器件100,该发声器件100包括具有收容空间10的壳体1、收容于所述收容空间10的发声单体2、固定板3以及导电件4,所述发声单体2包括用于振动发声的振膜21,所述壳体1包括沿所述振膜21的振动方向分别盖设于所述发声单体2相对两侧的底座11和后壳12。所述底座11设有贯穿其上的发声口110,所述发声单体2设有所述振膜21的一侧朝向所述发声口110。
具体的,所述底座11包括设有所述发声口110的底座板111、由所述底座板111的周缘向靠近所述后壳12方向弯折延伸的侧壁112、由所述侧壁112远离所述底座板111的一侧向外弯折延伸的延伸壁113、由所述延伸壁113远离所述侧壁112的一侧向靠近所述后壳12方向弯折延伸的副延伸壁117以及定位部116。所述定位部116包括固定于所述延伸壁113远离所述底座板111一侧的定位底壁1161以及由所述定位底壁1161向靠近所述后壳12弯折延伸的定位侧壁1162。所述底座板111和所述侧壁112共同围成收容腔114,所述发声单体2收容于所述收容腔114并支撑于所述底座板111。
固定板3由钢片制成,其至少部分盖设于所述发声单体2远离所述振膜21的一侧并与所述发声单体2固定。具体的,所述固定板3包括与所述发声单体2固定的固定部31以及由所述固定部31的相对两端延伸形成且与所述延伸壁113固定的连接部32,所述固定板3将所述发声单体2卡设于所述收容腔114内,定位部116对应所述连接部32设置。本实施例中,所述固定部31与所述发声单体2通过激光点焊实现固定,可靠性更好;其横跨所述发声单体2设置,稳定性更好,当然也不限于此。所述连接部32包括两个,每一所述连接部32包括贯穿其上的第一通孔320;优选的,每一连接部32的第一通孔1320包括两个且呈相对设置。所述连接部32固定于所述定位底壁1161且抵接于所述定位侧壁1162。
利用固定板3与所述发声单体2实现固定,可靠性更好,同时避免所述发声单体2的周侧与所述侧壁112胶合固定,省去发声单体2周侧打胶工序,工艺流程更简单;所述发声器件100的沿垂直于所述振膜21振动方向的宽度减小,减小至少1.4mm,发声器件100的体积减小,空间利用率更高。
优选的,所述底座11还包括由所述延伸壁113向靠近所述后壳12方向延伸且与所述第一通孔320对应的热熔柱115,每一所述热熔柱115贯穿一所述第一通孔320以使所述连接部32与所述延伸壁113形成固定连接,进一步的,所述热熔柱115可以通过热熔变形为特定形状(如帽状)以实现更好的固定效果。采用此种固定方式,可靠性更好。当然也可以采用胶合固定,即所述连接部32与所述延伸壁113胶合固定;此时所述定位侧壁1162靠近所述连接部32的一侧由所述定位底壁1161向远离连接部32方向倾斜延伸,此种结构方便打胶。所述后壳12包括与所述发声单体2间隔的后壳板121、由所述后壳板121的周缘向靠近所述底座11方向弯折延伸的后壳延伸壁122以及由所述后壳板121向远离所述发声单体2方向延伸形成的托起部123,所述后壳延伸壁122抵接固定于所述副延伸壁117。
导电件4将所述发声单体2与外界电信号连接,其包括导电件本体41、由所述导电体本体41的两端向所述发声单体2方向延伸并与所述发声单体2固定电连接的连接臂42、由所述导电件本体41向远离所述发声单体2方向延伸并贯穿所述壳体1的第一延伸臂43、由所述第一延伸臂43远离所述导电件本体41的一端沿所述后壳12弯折延伸的第二延伸臂44以及由所述第二延伸臂44远离所述第一延伸臂43的一端弯折延伸并支撑固定于所述托起部123的固定臂45,所述固定臂45设有贯穿其上的第二通孔451,所述托起部123设有向所述固定臂45延伸的固定柱1231,所述固定柱1231贯穿所述第二通孔451设置,其可靠性更好;此外,导电件采用此种结构设置,使得导电件4占据整个发声器件100的空间较小,减小发声器件100的体积。
与相关技术相比,本实用新型的发声器件还包括至少部分盖设于所述发声单体远离所述振膜的一侧并与所述发声单体固定的固定板,所述固定板包括与所述发声单体固定的固定部以及由所述固定部的相对两端延伸形成且与所述延伸壁固定的连接部,所述固定板将所述发声单体卡设于所述收容腔内;采用此种结构,利用固定板与所述发声单体实现固定,可靠性更好,同时避免所述发声单体的周侧与所述侧壁胶合固定,省去发声单体周侧打胶工序,工艺流程更简单;所述发声器件的沿垂直于所述振膜振动方向的宽度减小,减小至少1.4mm,发声器件的体积减小,空间利用率更高。
本实用新型提供一种以上所述仅为本实用新型的实施例,并非因此限制本实用新型的专利范围,凡是利用本实用新型说明书及附图内容所作的等效结构或等效流程变换,或直接或间接运用在其它相关的技术领域,均同理包括在本实用新型的专利保护范围内。
Claims (9)
- 一种发声器件,其包括具有收容空间的壳体以及收容于所述收容空间的发声单体,所述发声单体包括用于振动发声的振膜,所述壳体包括沿所述振膜的振动方向分别盖设于所述发声单体相对两侧的底座和后壳,所述底座设有贯穿其上的发声口,所述发声单体设有所述振膜的一侧朝向所述发声口,其特征在于,所述底座包括设有所述发声口的底座板、由所述底座板的周缘向靠近所述后壳方向弯折延伸的侧壁以及由所述侧壁远离所述底座板的一侧向外弯折延伸的延伸壁;所述底座板和所述侧壁共同围成收容腔,所述发声单体收容于所述收容腔并支撑于所述底座板;所述发声器件还包括至少部分盖设于所述发声单体远离所述振膜的一侧并与所述发声单体固定的固定板,所述固定板包括与所述发声单体固定的固定部以及由所述固定部的相对两端延伸形成且与所述延伸壁固定的连接部,所述固定板将所述发声单体卡设于所述收容腔内。
- 根据权利要求1中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,每一所述连接部包括贯穿其上的第一通孔,所述底座还包括由所述延伸壁向靠近所述后壳方向延伸且与所述第一通孔对应的热熔柱,每一所述热熔柱贯穿一所述第一通孔以使所述连接部与所述延伸壁形成固定连接。
- 根据权利要求1中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述底座还包括对应所述连接部设置的定位部,所述定位部包括固定于所述延伸壁远离所述底座板一侧的定位底壁以及由所述定位底壁向靠近所述后壳弯折延伸的定位侧壁,所述连接部固定于所述定位底壁且抵接于所述定位侧壁。
- 根据权利要求3中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述定位侧壁靠近所述连接部的一侧由所述定位底壁向远离连接部方向倾斜延伸。
- 根据权利要求4中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述连接部与所述延伸壁胶合固定。
- 根据权利要求1中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述固定板由钢片制成。
- 根据权利要求6中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述固定板与所述发声单体通过激光点焊实现固定。
- 根据权利要求1中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述底座还包括由所述延伸壁远离所述侧壁的一侧向靠近所述后壳方向弯折延伸的副延伸壁,所述后壳包括与所述发声单体间隔的后壳板以及由所述后壳板的周缘向靠近所述底座方向弯折延伸的后壳延伸壁,所述后壳延伸壁抵接固定于所述副延伸壁。
- 根据权利要求8中所述的发声器件,其特征在于,所述后壳还包括由所述后壳板向远离所述发声单体方向延伸形成的托起部,所述发声器件还包括将所述发声单体与外界电信号连接的导电件,所述导电件包括导电件本体、由所述导电体本体的两端向所述发声单体方向延伸并与所述发声单体固定电连接的连接臂、由所述导电件本体向远离所述发声单体方向延伸并贯穿所述壳体的第一延伸臂、由所述第一延伸臂远离所述导电件本体的一端沿所述后壳弯折延伸的第二延伸臂以及由所述第二延伸臂远离所述第一延伸臂的一端弯折延伸并支撑固定于所述托起部的固定臂,所述固定臂设有贯穿其上的第二通孔,所述托起部设有向所述固定臂延伸的固定柱,所述固定柱贯穿所述第二通孔设置。
